Horrifying dispatch audio of the 911 call that came in after Justin Fairfax and his wife died in a murder-suicide was released Thursday afternoon.

Former Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax shot and killed his wife, Cerina and then shot himself dead early Thursday morning.

According to NBC4 Washington, Justin Fairfax had just lost custody of his teenage children and was ordered to move out of the marital home before he murdered his wife and turned the gun on himself.

“The wife testified that heavy daily alcohol consumption by the father has become the norm,” a judge wrote in the custody opinion, the outlet reported.

“The court documents say Justin spiraled into alcoholism and isolated himself from family involvement following the 2019 sexual assault allegations against him while he was in office. They’re allegations he denied but that weighed on him tremendously, the judge wrote,” according to NBC 4 Washington.

Justin and Cerina’s two teenage children, a son and a daughter were home at the time of the bloody murder-suicide.

Fairfax’s 16-year-old son, Cameron dialed 911 and reported his mother had been shot.

Audio of the 911 call was later released.

“Caller stating that his dad might have stabbed his mom and that she’s lying on the ground bleeding, can see holes in her shirt. Unknown where his father is now,” a female dispatcher is heard saying.

“I haven’t cleared the scene yet, I have the son with me downstairs. Units on scene to clear the house, husband’s car is still in the driveway,” a male said.

AUDIO:

As the court document stated, Justin Fairfax battled accusations of sexual assault back in 2019 when he was in office serving with KKK-Blackface Ralph Northam.

Dr. Vanessa Tyson was the first woman to come forward and claim Justin Fairfax sexually assaulted her at a DNC convention in Boston in 2004.

Dr. Tyson says after she was assaulted by Justin Fairfax, she “suffered from both deep humiliation and shame,” a common thing women experience after a traumatic sexual assault.

“I did not speak about it for years, and I (like most survivors) suppressed those memories and emotions as a necessary means to continue my studies, and to pursue my goal of building a successful career as an academic,” Dr. Tyson said in a 2019 statement.

A second woman then came forward and accused then-Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax of sexual assault.

The accuser, a woman named Meredith Watson, requested the resignation of Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax through her attorney Nancy Erika Smith, alleging Fairfax raped her in college in the year 2000.

According to the statement released by Nancy Erika Smith, Meredith Watson has contemporaneous witnesses, fellow classmates at Duke University, who provided statements corroborating Ms. Watson’s claims Fairfax raped her.

Justin Fairfax admitted to having encounters with both women, however, he maintained everything was consensual.

JUST IN: Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons Resigns

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons submitted his resignation to DHS Chief Markwayne Mullin on Thursday, according to Fox News.

Todd Lyons was named Acting ICE Director last March.

Lyons will stay in his role until May 31 during the transition to another director.

It is unclear who will replace Lyons.

Per Fox News reporter Bill Melugin:

I’m told that Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons submitted his resignation to DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin today. He will be staying on until May 31st to help with the transition. He oversaw roughly 584,000 ICE deportations since President Trump’s inauguration, and plans to go into the private sector and spend more time with his family.

Lyons has served in ICE for nearly 20 years, and previously served in the U.S. Air Force & as a city police officer. He is close with Tom Homan and has the respect of the ICE rank & file.

Earlier Thursday, CBS News reported on Lyons’ departure:

In a statement to CBS News Thursday, Mullin confirmed Lyons’ departure, saying May 31 is set to be his last official day. He wished Lyons “luck on his next opportunity in the private sector.”

“Director Lyons has been a great leader of ICE and key player in helping the Trump administration remove murderers, rapists, pedophiles, terrorists, and gang members from American communities,” Mullin said. “He jumpstarted an agency that had not been allowed to do its job for four years. Thanks to his leadership, American communities are safer.”

Kidnapped Teen Girl Rescued After Observant Gas Station Clerk Notices ‘There’s Something Wrong’

Michigan store clerk Abdulrahman Abohatem told reporters he quickly saw something was wrong with the situation.

A quick-thinking and courageous gas station clerk helped rescue a 16-year-old girl from a kidnapping and probably worse.

According to WXYZ-TV in Detroit, Michigan, Abdulrahman Abohatem, store clerk at the Detroit-area Sunoco gas station into which the alleged abductor brought the girl around 7:30 a.m. Monday, recognized something odd in the interaction between the two.

“When he ask her to pay for the cigarettes, I stop and go, ‘There’s something wrong.’ And she mouthed talked to me, like with no sound, ‘help,’” Abohatem said.

That’s when the clerk decided to act.

“I go out, I kick him out, I ask the girl go behind me,” Abohatem said.

Shortly after 7 a.m., the girl, a student at the Frontier International Academy charter school, had been abducted at gunpoint while walking to her school bus stop.

The incident occurred in the city of Hamtramck, roughly five miles north of downtown Detroit.

Hamtramck Police Department Chief Hussein Farhat described the incident as a stranger abduction.

“This is a random incident. This suspect could have driven anywhere, saw the opportunity and took advantage of it,” Farhat said.

Fortunately, witnesses reported the abduction.

“I’m walking to my bus stop, and I just see somebody snatching this girl,” an unidentified caller said in a 911 call, per ABC News.

Meanwhile, the girl’s friends sprang into action.

“One of her friends opened the location through one of the social media apps,” Frontier International Academy principal Mohammed Alsanai told ABC News. “I said, ‘Oh, I could see her location right now.’ As we show the police the location, informed the dispatch, and as she walked in and said she had the location, like the whole room froze and we all look at each other like, ‘Here we go.’”

Thus, police arrived on the scene as the brave store clerk escorted the suspect outside.

A clip posted to the social media platform X showed surveillance footage of the alleged abductor and the girl — their identities obscured — walking into the convenience store. Then, the same clip showed police bodycam footage of the arrest. Finally, the clip showed surveillance footage of the clerk outside the store pointing police toward the suspect.

Hamtramck Mayor Adam Alharbi told reporters that the suspect “had a history of rape charges, and we will make sure that he gets what he deserves,” per ABC News.

REPORT: Bullet Fragment From Charlie Kirk’s Autopsy Identified as .30 Caliber that Matches Rifle Used by Alleged Assassin Tyler Robinson

According to a new report, a bullet fragment recovered from Charlie Kirk’s body was identified as a .30 caliber that matched the rifle used by Tyler Robinson.

Robinson fatally shot TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025 during an event at Utah Valley University.

Tyler Robinson allegedly used a Mauser 98 .30-06 rifle to kill Charlie Kirk.

Robinson was charged with:

– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness tampering for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child

Utah prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

Last month a court filing by Robinson’s defense claimed the ATF had not been able to “identify” the bullet recovered in the autopsy of Charlie Kirk.

A new filing revealed that a bullet fragment recovered from Kirk’s body did indeed match the rifle used by Tyler Robinson.

Per The Daily Mail:

A bombshell new court filing in the case against Charlie Kirk’s accused killer Tyler Robinson provides new details about the bullet that took the conservative activist’s life and the gunman that allegedly fired it.

Robinson, 22, is facing capital murder charges and a potential death sentence for Kirk’s murder at Utah Valley University on September 10.

The forensic details surrounding the bullet examinations have fueled numerous debates and conspiracies surrounding the case, especially after the defense revealed in a recent court filing that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) ‘was unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson.’

But an ATF summary of the forensic report, part of documents filed by the defense in January, was unsealed by a judge on Wednesday revealing more details of the forensic investigation and recovered evidence from the scene.

The report reveals that one bullet jacket fragment that was recovered from Kirk’s autopsy matched a .30 caliber class bullet. Four other lead bullet fragments were also recovered.

‘The ATF lab described the item as a “.30-caliber class deformed/damaged bullet jacket fragment,”‘ the filing reveals, citing evidence included in the report after the FBI lab conducted analysis of the bullet jacket fragment.

Last week it was reported that newly-released search warrants reveal Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s damning handwritten note to his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs.

Last Friday, a newly-unsealed affidavit revealed that Tyler Robinson wrote a handwritten letter to his live-in lover Lance Twiggs, AKA, “Luna” in which he admits to a plot to kill Charlie Kirk.

“I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it,” Robinson wrote.

Investigators also recovered DNA, a palm print on the roof of the Losee Center building.

President Trump on Thursday said his administration has launched an investigation into the deaths and disappearances of 10 US scientists.

“There are these 10 missing scientists with access to classified stuff, nuclear material, aerospace. They’ve all gone missing or turned up dead in the last couple months,” a reporter said to President Trump.

“Well, I hope it’s random, but we’re going to know in the next week and a half. I just left a meeting on that subject,” Trump said.

“So pretty serious stuff, but we’re going to be now hopefully, I don’t know, coincidence if you want it, whatever you want to call it. But some of them were very important people and we’re going to look at it,” Trump added.

A year for a thousand ants.

Wildlife trafficking is an international problem that national authorities try to tackle as best they can.

In Africa, this is an ongoing issue for countries with rich ecological diversity and often substandard law enforcement infrastructure.

Yesterday (15), a Chinese national was sentenced to a year in prison for his attempt ‘to smuggle thousands of live queen garden ants out of Kenya’.

BBC reported:

“The court in Nairobi on Wednesday also fined Zhang Kequn 1m Kenyan shillings ($7,737). Judge Irene Gichobi described Zhang as not ‘entirely honest’ and lacking in remorse.

Last month, he was charged with illegally dealing in wildlife species after being arrested at Nairobi’s main airport while attempting to travel to China with more than 2,000 ants in his luggage.”

Prized by collectors, ants are in high demand in Europe and Asia.

“’There is need for a stiff deterrent sentence’, Judge Gichobi said, noting the ‘rising cases of dealing in large quantities of garden ants and the negative ecological side effects’.

[…] Following Zhang’s arrest at Nairobi’s international airport on 10 March, the court heard he had bought the ants from Kenyan national Charles Mwangi at 10,000 Kenyan shillings (£58; $77) for every 100 of them.”

Utah Valley University Removes Graduation Speaker Who Called Charlie Kirk ‘Bigoted’ Just Days After His Murder

On September 10, 2025, conservative icon Charlie Kirk was politically assassinated on the campus of Utah Valley University (UVU).

In the days following his murder, while Americans were still mourning, Sharon McMahon, an author and host of the podcast Here’s Where It Gets Interesting, posted a series of quotes on social media, including Instagram and Threads, critical of Kirk, including calling him ‘biogted.’

And yet, for some inexplicable reason, UVU  selected McMahon as its keynote commencement speaker for the school’s 2026 graduation ceremony later this month. She was also set to receive an honorary Doctor of Education degree.

Following intense backlash, UVU announced that McMahon will no longer speak.

Per The College Fix:

On Sept. 12, 2025, just two days after an assassin brutally murdered Kirk during an on-campus event, McMahon posted on Instagram a series of quotes from stating: “These aren’t sound bites taken out of context. Millions of people feel they were harmed, and the murder that was horrific and should never have happened does not magically erase what was said or done.”

Her thread argued that Kirk said horrible things about black and LGBTQ people, as well as women, claiming he promulgated “bigoted ideas on a stage that reached tens of millions.”

“It’s important to remember that the incredible tragedy of a public assassination does not erase the harm many experienced from his words, and the ensuing actions his followers took,” she wrote.

Text image discussing the impact of harmful rhetoric and the consequences of public statements, emphasizing the importance of context and the lasting effects of actions.

A statement from UVU cites “increased safety concerns related to the speaker” as the reason for the cancellation, rather than their incredibly poor taste in selecting McMahon in the first place.

Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT) lambasted UVU’s decision to even have McMahon speak in the first place.

Owens wrote on X, “Utah Valley University’s decision to hand its commencement stage to Sharon McMahon is not just wrong. It is morally bankrupt.”

“On a campus still scarred by the murder of Charlie Kirk, UVU has chosen a speaker who, in that moment of national grief, could not muster the basic decency to honor a life lost. Instead, she chose to diminish it. That is not leadership. It is arrogance, self-righteousness, and condescension posing as virtue.”

“UVU did not just tolerate that behavior. They rewarded it.”

“This is a stunning failure of judgment by an institution that should know better and a speaker who has shown she does not.”

“Charlie Kirk was a husband, a patriot, and a man who inspired millions of young Americans to stand up and engage. His life deserves respect. His wife deserves compassion. What UVU is offering instead is contempt.”

“This decision is an insult to every student, every family, and every decent person who expects more from a university.”

“UVU should reverse course immediately.”

A poll conducted by Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) was unequivocal.

Medicine Under Pressure: Gender Ideology in Clinics and Courts

Religion and science align on the fact that there are only two sexes. Genesis 1:27 states this plainly, and basic biology confirms that males have XY chromosomes and females have XX chromosomes. Despite this, making such statements publicly has become grounds for termination, expulsion, or lawsuits in the United States.

People and institutions have been sued for refusing to use preferred gender pronouns, with many conservatives arguing, and some courts agreeing, that compelled pronoun use violates the First Amendment.

The medical field has not been immune to gender ideology. The framing “assigned male at birth,” now standard in clinical settings, implies that biological sex is a subjective determination rather than an observed biological fact. More consequentially, courts and insurers have been drawn into litigation by biological males claiming they were denied female medical care, and by biological females identifying as male after being denied sex change procedures.

In Tovar v. Essentia Health, filed in 2016, Brittany Tovar, a nurse practitioner, and her teenage son Reid Olson, a biological female diagnosed with gender dysphoria, sued Essentia Health and its insurer HealthPartners for categorically excluding gender reassignment services from the employee health plan. The case proceeded on an ACA Section 1557 sex discrimination theory and settled out of court, with Essentia and HealthPartners agreeing to cover sex changes going forward.

In Flack v. Wisconsin Department of Health Services, filed in 2017, transgender Medicaid recipients challenged a 1997 Wisconsin regulation that categorically excluded coverage for surgical and hormone treatments for gender dysphoria. In August 2019, a federal judge granted summary judgment to the plaintiffs on all claims, permanently barring Wisconsin Medicaid from enforcing the exclusion. The state did not appeal, and a $2.2 million settlement followed.

In Minton v. Dignity Health, Evan Minton, who was born female but masqueraded as a male, was scheduled by her doctor for a hysterectomy at Mercy San Juan Medical Center, a Catholic hospital near Sacramento, in August 2016. Two days before the procedure, the doctor informed the hospital that she was transgender, and the hospital canceled the surgery. The hospital’s position was that the surgery was elective, part of a “transition,” and that, as a Catholic hospital, they could not participate in sex change operations.

The ACLU filed suit under California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act. The California Court of Appeals ruled in 2019 that Minton had standing to proceed, and in 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Dignity Health’s appeal, leaving that ruling intact.

In the end, the San Francisco County Superior Court entered the following judgment: “It is adjudged that plaintiff Minton, Evan take nothing from defendant Dignity Health dba Mercy San Juan Medical Center.” Minton lost. She was awarded nothing.

In Hammons v. University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, the ruling went the other way when a federal court subsequently ruled that the hospital’s refusal to perform a hysterectomy on a woman who dressed as a man violated the Affordable Care Act.

On the insurance side, three transgender women filed a federal class action against Aetna in 2024, alleging the insurer covered facial reconstruction surgeries for non-transgender patients while classifying identical procedures for transgender patients as cosmetic. On March 8, 2026, a federal judge denied Aetna’s motion to dismiss and granted preliminary injunctive relief, requiring the insurer to reconsider coverage for two of the plaintiffs.

In Lange v. Houston County, Georgia, a biological male identifying as female, employed as a patrol officer, sued after being told the group insurance plan would not cover a sex change. The Eleventh Circuit affirmed the lower court’s ruling that the blanket exclusion constituted sex discrimination, holding that cost savings do not excuse discrimination under Title VII.

Separately, Skyler Jay, a woman pretending to be a man who appeared on Netflix’s Queer Eye, sued the University of Georgia over a similar health plan exclusion, while transgender government employees in Wisconsin and Iowa won comparable cases totaling $900,000 in jury awards.

California regulators fined Anthem Blue Cross $850,000, the largest penalty in state history for denying sex change procedures, and required the insurer to hire a dedicated case manager for patients with gender dysphoria, with over 150 denied claims sent back for review. From 2017 to 2020, Anthem had categorized more than 20 procedures, including facial implants, hair removal, voice therapy, and breast augmentation, as not medically necessary when sought by transgender patients, while covering the same procedures for non-transgender patients.

The legal framework underlying all of these cases has shifted repeatedly with each change in administration. The 2016 Obama administration rule interpreted Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act’s sex discrimination prohibition to include gender identity. The Trump administration eliminated that definition in June 2020, narrowing Section 1557 protections.

The Biden administration reversed course in May 2021 and codified gender identity protections in a May 2024 final rule, though that rule was quickly stayed by a federal court. On January 20, 2025, the current Trump administration rescinded Biden-era guidance, and on May 14, 2025, HHS formally rescinded the 2021 interpretation of Section 1557, returning to the position that sex discrimination protections do not extend to gender identity.

Jessica Simpson, a Canadian transgender activist who retains male genitalia, filed a complaint against a gynecologist who refused to treat her, claiming discrimination. The complaint was filed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia in 2019, though no resolution has been publicly reported.

A report by Advocates for Trans Equality states, “If a transgender woman’s health care provider decides she needs a prostate exam, an insurance company can’t deny it because she is listed as female in her records. If her provider recommends gynecological care, coverage can’t be denied simply because she was identified as male at birth.”

It seems that it would just be a matter of time before someone is sued for denying a Pap smear to a male, and until insurance companies are forced to pay for testicular examinations for women.

BREAKING ALERT: DOJ Launches Investigation Into Allegations of Sexual Assault Against Eric Swalwell

Smiling man in a light blue shirt sitting in front of a beige curtain, speaking directly to the camera in a casual setting.

The Justice Department has launched an investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Eric Swalwell, according to The Hill and The New York Post.

Swalwell is also under investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.

Eric Swalwell, a Democrat, resigned from Congress and dropped out of the California governor’s race due to the sexual assault allegations.

At least five women have come forward alleging they were sexually assaulted by Swalwell.

Another Swalwell accuser came forward and spoke at press conference in Beverly Hills on Tuesday morning.

The 5th Swalwell accuser to come forward, Lonna Drews, is represented by attorney Lisa Bloom.

“I represent a brave Eric Swalwell accuser. Her disturbing story is forthcoming. We call upon him to resign from Congress and the governor’s race, and we will cooperate with authorities in their investigation,” Lisa Bloom (Gloria Allred’s daughter) said on Monday evening before the press conference.

Lisa Bloom also disclosed that three other women have contacted her in the last 24 hours with accusations against Eric Swalwell.

Lonna Drews recounted how Eric Swalwell drugged and raped her in 2018 and choked her to the point of unconsciousness in a West Hollywood hotel room.

“In 2018, while I was living and working as a model in Beverly Hills, and I also owned a fashion software company, I had contact with Eric Swalwell on three separate occasions,” the alleged sexual assault victim, Lonna Drews, said.

“I knew he was married at the time and that his wife was pregnant. He was my friend. On the third occasion, I believe he drugged my drink,” she said.

Lonna Drews said Swalwell drugged her drink and violently raped her.

“He raped me, and he choked me. And while he was choking me, I lost consciousness. And I thought I died. I did not consent to any sexual activity,” she said threw tears.

“I would never have engaged in a consensual sexual encounter with Eric Swalwell,” she said.

Following Lonna Drews’ presser, the Los Angeles DA opened an investigation into Swalwell.

Swalwell is also under investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office after a former staffer came forward to CNN and said the California Democrat raped her in 2024.

The Swalwell staffer said she was sexually assaulted by Swalwell in 2019.

The staffer also said Swalwell raped her years later in 2024 after she left his employment.

The unidentified former female staffer sat down with CNN and recounted some of the horrific details about the alleged rape that occurred in 2024.

“I went to the bathroom, and I don’t remember anything after that,” she said, adding that she “remembered the next day.”

“I can see flashes of that evening of him on top of me, me pushing him off, him grabbing me. It was a lot more aggressive. It was aggressive,” she said about the 2024 assault.
