Israel’s government today unanimously approved formal recognition of the Armenian Genocide on Sunday, marking a historic break with decades of diplomatic caution and delivering a direct rebuke to Turkey’s long campaign of denial.

The cabinet backed a proposal brought by Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar to recognize the mass killing, imprisonment and forced deportation of Armenians during the final years of the Ottoman Empire as genocide, according to a report from the Jerusalem Post. The decision must still be ratified by the Knesset before becoming Israel’s formal parliamentary position.

“A historic decision: the Israeli government has unanimously approved Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar’s proposal to recognize the Armenian genocide,” the Foreign Ministry said after the vote. For Armenians and their supporters, the move represents long-overdue moral clarity from the state of the Jewish people.
Sa’ar hailed the decision in direct and unapologetic terms. “It is never too late to do the right thing,” he said.

“This horrifying genocide, which took place more than 100 years ago and about whose historical facts there is truly no dispute, involved the murder of one and a half million people and the destruction of an ancient cultural and historical heritage,” Sa’ar said.

The foreign minister framed the recognition as a Jewish and Israeli moral obligation. “In my view, it is our moral duty as Jews—and certainly as the state of the Jewish people—to make the decision we made today,” he said.

Sa’ar also thanked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for backing the move, along with his fellow ministers for supporting it. The result was a rare unanimous decision on an issue Israel had avoided for generations.

For decades, successive Israeli governments refused to formally recognize the Armenian Genocide, largely to preserve relations with Turkey. Ankara was once one of Israel’s closest strategic partners in the Muslim world, and Israeli leaders were reluctant to provoke a diplomatic spat.

That old calculus appears to have now collapsed. Turkey under President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has moved steadily away from strategic partnership with Israel and toward an Islamist, anti-Israel posture that has made the old silence harder to justify.

Relations deteriorated sharply after the Hamas-led massacre in Israel on October 7, 2023, and the war in Gaza that followed. Erdoğan has repeatedly accused Israel of genocide in Gaza, a charge Israel strongly denies, and has compared Israeli leaders to Nazi officials.

Netanyahu has responded with force. Earlier this month, he called Erdoğan an “antisemitic dictator” who is “committing genocide against the Kurds,” supports Hamas, oppresses his own people and imprisons political opponents.

Turkey has also suspended most trade with Israel and has become one of Hamas’s most aggressive diplomatic defenders.

The Armenian people have sought international recognition for more than a century. Their case rests on the mass deportations, death marches, massacres and destruction of Armenian communities under Ottoman rule between 1915 and 1917.

Armenians say around 1.5 million people were killed. Turkey rejects the genocide label, arguing that both Armenians and Turks died amid civil war, famine and the broader violence of World War I, and placing the death toll in the hundreds of thousands.

But the historical consensus outside Turkish officialdom is clear. Scholars widely regard the mass killing of Armenians as the first genocide of the 20th century.
More than 30 UN member states now recognize the Armenian Genocide, including the United States, France, Germany, Canada and Russia. The Holy See and the European Parliament have also formally recognized it.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry said the genocide remains subject to an “institutionalized campaign of denial and minimization.” That campaign, according to the ministry, has been led primarily by Turkey.

Sa’ar made the same point before the vote, saying recognition of the genocide committed against Armenians in the final years of the Ottoman Empire is “both a moral and historical duty.” He also called for firm condemnation of “denial, minimization, or distortion of the historical truth.”

The move also arrives at a moment when the Middle East is being reshaped by the failures of globalist diplomacy. For years, Western governments have pretended that Islamist political movements, Turkish neo-Ottoman ambition and jihadist proxy networks could be managed through polite statements and trade arrangements.

The decision will almost certainly provoke Turkey, whose government has spent decades lobbying against genocide recognition abroad. Ankara has not only rejected the term, but has treated recognition efforts as hostile acts.

That posture has strained Turkey’s relations with Armenia, which has no formal diplomatic ties with Ankara. Although the two countries have occasionally signaled interest in normalization, the genocide question remains central to Armenian national memory.

Bill Maher Notes Democratic Socialist Darializa Avila Chevalier’s Positions Mirror the KKK (Video)

Screencap of YouTube video.

Over the weekend on ‘Overtime with Bill Maher,’ the host was joined by radical leftist Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and comedian, writer, producer, and actor Larry Wilmore.

During the discussion, Maher noted recent comments from Democrat strategist James Carville, who fretted over the far-left shift in his party and suggested it might be time for the party to split.

Carville stated,  “Miss Chevalier, The New York Times reported, and I have the quote right here, I’ll get to it, she is against… (unintelligible) she has attacked interracial relationships and the American flag.”

“Lady, I ain’t in the same party as you. I’m sorry. I just not.”

“And I actually do think it’s time for Democrats to talk the S-word, schism. I really do.”

Noting Carville’s concern, Maher said, “Yeah, he is very funny. And he’s also very wise, I think about— I mean, this is what he said. He was talking about this Darializa Avila Chevalier.”

“He said, he says, she has attacked interracial relationships, which is true. She doesn’t like race mixing, formerly the position of the Ku Klux Klan. But now this is the far left……”

Wilmore cut in, “I believe it’s still the position of the Ku Klux Klan.”

Maher responded, “Yes, it is. But now it’s apparently also the position of the far left.”

“Okay. He says, she’s against that, she’s against the American flag. He said, ‘Lady, I ain’t in the same party as you.’”

“He said, ‘Democrats, we’re a coalition, we’re a big tent, and there’s just some sh** I can’t be in the same tent with. I’m done. I’m not in that fu**ing political party.’”

“Okay, so Tucker Carlson has quit the Republicans, and James Carville has quit the Democrats. WTF. What’s going on? Really?”

Wilmore responded, “Well, Bill, the far left, they always take things too far. The far right, they just make sh** up. That’s the difference between the far left and the far right. Far right, you know it’s the far right if they’re making sh** up, and you know it’s the far left if they just take things too far.”

“Because there’s always well-meaning underneath some of these things, and I don’t know why things have to go to the extreme in order to get something done. That doesn’t make sense to me.”

Michigan Parents Charged with MURDER and Two Other Crimes After Their 7-Year-Old Son Dies While Weighing a Whopping 255 POUNDS

Two Michigan residents are facing decades in prison in one of the most disturbing child abuse cases imaginable.

As Fox 2 Detroit reported on Friday, Damien and Jessica O’Brien were charged with second-degree murder after the death of their morbidly obese 7-year-old.

The O’Briens also face torture and child abuse charges.

Last November, the O’Briens called 911 from their Flint Township home after their young son, Casper, stopped breathing. Per Fox 2 News Detroit, police discovered that he was completely bedridden, unable to speak, and living in absolute filth.

Casper later died at the hospital from a heart muscle disease compounded by morbid obesity. At the time of his passing, he weighed 255 pounds.

Police also discovered Casper’s 5-year-old sister in the house of horrors, and she was in rough shape as well.

David Leyton, the Genesee County prosecutor, described the girl’s condition as follows:

When the police arrived, the 5-year-old little girl was running around naked and, for lack of a better term, she was like a feral child.

The little girl was removed from the home by Children’s Protective Services. S

She is now in temporary foster care.

Fox 2 Detroit notes that while Damien and Jessica O’Brien were employed and had health insurance, neither Casper nor his younger sister received medical care.

Making this abuse even more evil is the fact that Casper was non-verbal and likely on the autism spectrum, meaning he absolutely needed specialized care.

Even more alarming, Leyton noted that the O’Briens were called the veterinarian when their dog fell ill the same morning Casper went into cardiac arrest.

“They knew enough to call the veterinarian the very morning the child went into cardiac arrest because the dog was sick,” he told Fox 2 Detroit. “But yet they don’t take the kids to the doctor.

“Doesn’t make any sense to me.”

Sophie Cunningham, Caitlin Clark’s Teammate and Enforcer, Calls Out WNBA for Attacks

Sophie Cunningham, Caitlin Clark’s Teammate and Enforcer, Calls Out WNBA for Attacks

Sophie Cunningham, teammate of Caitlin Clark, called out the WNBA for the constant attacks on Caitlin Clark.  Cunningham launched a withering attack on the WNBA and its referees after the Indiana Fever star was punched in the throat by an opponent this week.

Last year, Cunningham came to Clark’s rescue after Clark was brutally attacked by three opposing players in a game.

Cunningham was traded to the Indiana Fever in the 2025 off-season.  She showed what a great move that was for all involved last year. Cunningham became the enforcer at the end of one game as she took down Connecticut Sun’s Jacy Sheldon with 47 seconds left.

This was in retaliation for Sheldon and the Sun’s harassment and assaults of Caitlin Clark during the game.  The Sun players bounced Clark around like a beach ball. (Clark ended up getting a technical foul on this series of events – wth – the WNBA refs are horrible).

Cunningham looked like she liked what she was doing when she threw Sheldon to the court just like a rag doll.

Cunningham reportedly received a black belt when she was a young girl.  She showed it in the exchange with Sheldon.

Cunningham reportedly put this up after the game.

There are other reasons many fans like Cunningham.  She was the perfect trade for the Fever, the fans, and the league.

In a recent game, Cunningham made fun of a Sun player – this went viral.

This week, Caitlin Clark was brutally assaulted again during a game. She suffered injuries and was unable to play last night. The assaults continue and the WNBA, the refs, management, its parent – the NBA, and players, and her coach seemingly promote it.

Caitlin Clark’s Assailant’s May Have Targeted Her Based on Her Race and Sexual Preference

Cunningham shared the following after Clark’s assault this week.

The WNBA is not a serious sporting organization. This stuff never happened to Jackie Robinson.

Television host discussing current events with a city skyline in the background on the show First of All.

CNN anchor Victor Blackwell used his Saturday morning show to attack one of America’s most sacred founding documents, calling the Declaration of Independence “soiled with a slur” against Native Americans.

The segment aired as Americans prepare to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary on July 4.

Blackwell focused on a specific passage in the Declaration’s list of grievances against King George III, which states that the king “has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.”

The host told viewers it is important to remember that the Declaration contains this “slur.”

Blackwell admitted he was not familiar with that section until recently and stressed the need for more people to acknowledge what he described as historical racism against Native Americans.

Native American activist and writer Rebecca Nagle joined the segment as a guest and criticized the idea of celebrating the Declaration’s “lofty ideals” without also confronting what she called the founders’ “deep hatred for indigenous people.”

Nagle suggested that many Native Americans have difficulty embracing the anniversary because of the country’s history with indigenous tribes.

“We’re living through a political moment where a lot of people are asking questions like, how could this be happening in the United States? What happened to our democracy? How did we get here?” Nagle said. “And what I would say to that is, that I think right now in our country, we are struggling with how America got to where we are, because actually we don’t know how it started.”

The phrase Blackwell targeted appears in the middle of the Declaration’s 27 grievances. It refers to British efforts to incite Native American tribes to attack American colonists on the frontier during the Revolutionary War.

At the time, many tribes allied with the British and conducted raids that involved brutal attacks on settlements, including women and children.

This vile segment was clearly intended to try to make Americans ashamed of their founding rather than proud of the document that established the principles of liberty and self-government.

Is The Hawaii Elections Commission Being Prevented from Electing Its Own Chair?

Is The Hawaii Elections Commission Being Prevented from Electing Its Own Chair

Honolulu, Hawaii — The Hawaii Elections Commission was scheduled to meet on June 24, 2026, to elect either a permanent chair or a temporary chair to facilitate the election of a permanent chair. At the Commission’s June 10 meeting, Deputy Attorney General Jordan Ching advised that if the Commission elected a temporary chair, it should be solely for the purpose of electing a permanent chair.

Before that meeting could occur, Chair Michael Curtis cancelled the June 24 meeting, stating that the Commission was unlikely to obtain the six votes necessary to elect his successor and that new appointments effective July 1 would change the Commission’s composition.

Mr. Curtis also stated that the new chair would be “appointed/elected as prescribed by law.”

Following the cancellation, several commissioners requested that a meeting be convened on July 1 so the newly appointed commissioners could exercise their statutory authority to elect a chair. No meeting was called.

Deputy Attorney General Ching subsequently issued a legal opinion concluding that if the Commission does not elect a chair within fifteen days, the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court would fill the vacancy.

Some commissioners disagree with that interpretation, noting that HRS §11-7(a)(5) provides that the chair “shall be selected by the members of the elections commission” and that HRS §11-7(d) authorizes the Commission to act by majority vote and establish its own procedures. They argue the Commission must first be given a meaningful opportunity to meet and vote before any role by the Chief Justice is considered.

The Commission cannot elect a chair if the Commission is not permitted to meet.

The Commission’s own history demonstrates that there is another path. When the Elections Commission was first established in 2004, it was unable to immediately elect a permanent chair. Rather than turning to the Chief Justice, the Commission elected temporary chairs to conduct its meetings while continuing to work toward selecting a permanent chair. The Commission operated under two different temporary chairs before ultimately electing a permanent chair during its third year.

That history demonstrates that the Commission has previously relied on temporary leadership to preserve its ability to function while respecting the Legislature’s directive that the chair be selected by the commissioners themselves. The current dispute is not about who should serve as chair. It is about whether the Elections Commission will be allowed to exercise the authority that HRS §11-7 assigns to it.

Low IQ Whoopi Goldberg Declares Nobody Wants Voter ID As Millions of Americans Call for SAVE America ACT

Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar engage in a lively discussion, with Behar wearing clown makeup, showcasing their humorous interaction on a talk show set.

On a recent cope episode of ABC’s “The View,” woke low IQ moderator Whoopi Goldberg declared that a bill requiring voter ID is “ridiculous” and claimed “nobody wants it” while discussing Republican-backed election legislation, the SAVE ACT, which millions of Americans support for voter ID. Goldberg told viewers the legislation “doesn’t have the votes” and accused supporters of “trying to push to, and do all kinds of stuff,” framing voter ID requirements as part of a broader effort to restrict access to the ballot.

Her comments came days after she had insisted on air that she personally “always” shows her driver’s license to vote, prompting co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines to correct her by noting that New York does not currently require photo ID at the polls.

In a separate segment reacting to recent Democratic Socialists of America–endorsed victories in New York Democratic primaries, co-host Joy Behar said New Yorkers “aren’t afraid of the term democratic socialism” and argued that services like Social Security, unemployment insurance, garbage collection, and fire departments amount to “democratic socialism.” Behar told the audience she “is not scared of the term” and suggested Americans who oppose democratic socialism are reacting to “right-wing nasty politics” associated with former President Donald Trump.

Sunny Hostin went further, declaring that “New York is the nation’s cultural and political capital” and that the Democratic Socialists of America “is a force to be reckoned with at this point,” urging Democrats to embrace the party’s ascendant left flank. Hostin praised DSA-aligned candidates for supporting policies like more affordable housing, reproductive rights protections (abortion), LGBTQ+ advocacy, and Medicare for all, even as fellow co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin warned that such extremists could cost Democrats key House seats.

RINO Tillis Demands Written Proof Anti-Weaponization Fund Is Dead While Blocking Election Security

U.S. Senator speaking during a committee hearing with a serious expression, focused on important legislative issues.

GOP rift grows over Trump's new $1.776B anti-weaponization fund

WASHINGTON — While millions of Americans still demand real accountability for the weaponization of government under the Biden administration, Senate Republican Thom Tillis is playing both sides of the street — insisting the controversial “anti-weaponization” fund must be permanently killed with extra steps, yet actively helping Democrats block the basic election integrity measure that would help prevent another 2020-style installation.

In a Capitol Hill press gaggle this week, Tillis made clear he does not fully trust Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s verbal assurances that the $1.776 billion fund is dead.

He pushed for “finality” beyond Blanche’s statements.

“I still think that the weaponization fund needs to be similar to the Powell situation,” Tillis said. “I believe the president, I believe Blanche. Now, let’s just get beyond trust and verify it by taking action that makes it finally and completely dead.”

When asked if Blanche had done enough, Tillis was blunt: “No. That’s what I’m saying. I think taking that extra step — the press won’t have the specter of it possibly coming back.”

WATCH:

The fund in question was a proposed $1.776 billion settlement pot to compensate individuals who claim they were targeted by government “lawfare” and “weaponization” during the Biden administration. It drew immediate bipartisan backlash and legal challenges.

On Friday, the Justice Department refused to issue a signed declaration from Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche verifying that it no longer intends to pursue the fund.

The refusal came after U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema in Alexandria, Virginia, gave the administration seven days to provide sworn declarations under penalty of perjury from Blanche, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward confirming the fund is dead.

In a court filing Friday, the DOJ told Judge Brinkema that such declarations are “unnecessary” and raise “serious separation of powers concerns.”

Brinkema had extended an indefinite block on the fund last week and has repeatedly expressed skepticism that verbal assurances are sufficient. No other federal judges have issued similar rulings, though the case remains active in Brinkema’s court.

As of late June 2026, there is no public indication that the Trump administration plans to pay weaponization victims through the original fund structure.

Blanche has testified multiple times that “we are not moving forward with the fund, period.” However, President Trump has continued to speak positively about compensating victims of past investigations in general terms.

Meanwhile, Sen. Tillis is actively helping Democrats block the SAVE America Act — the bill that would require proof of citizenship to register and vote in federal elections.

WATCH:

The Gateway Pundit pressed Tillis directly on his opposition. He dismissed the push with contempt:

It’s quite simple. It’s a math problem. We simply don’t have the votes… Does any rational person who’s ever had any experience with implementing election law really think that it’s possible to have all that in place in time for this election and not be disruptive?

The victims of the Biden administration’s weaponization were countless: January 6 defendants held without trial for years — many sentenced to decades in prison for what would normally be misdemeanor trespassing — as reported extensively by The Gateway Pundit; pro-life protesters targeted by the DOJ for peaceful demonstrations at abortion clinics; parents labeled “domestic terrorists” by the National School Boards Association and Biden’s DOJ for speaking out at school board meetings; Americans who refused COVID jabs and faced threats from the Department of Homeland Security; conservative journalists, Trump allies, and even sitting members of Congress spied on through abuse of Section 702 of FISA.

The list is long — and the American people still want real justice, not empty assurances. They want secure elections so the next one isn’t rigged, and they won’t be raided by the FBI and jailed simply for noticing it was stolen.

Dr. Peter McCullough speaking on health topics, wearing a suit against a wooden backdrop in a professional setting.

Dr. Peter McCullough’s wife was bitten by a tick near Lake Grapevine, Texas.

He couldn’t get in to see an infectious disease doctor, so he did this instead: he started her on doxycycline.

Here is Dr. Peter McCullough telling his story on the Grant Stinchfield podcast:

“If people don’t have a medical emergency kit and they let this tick insert Borrelia burgdorferi – the organism in the body – you’re essentially screwed…

I learned the lesson: my wife actually got Lyme Disease years go on Lake Grapevine. It had flooded and she was with my brother in a kayak and she came home and she had the classic “target” lesion, which is only present in about 15 percent of bites.

I tried to get an infectious disease doctor to see her. Of course, I couldn’t get an appointment.

Thank goodness I acted and I treated her empirically with doxycycline and she has been spared a lifetime of misery of Lyme Disease.”

Dr. Peter McCullough says:

“The key drug is doxycycline. We have written protocols that if you have a tick bite within 72 hours, take one dose of doxycycline. That can prevent years of misery with Lyme Disease…”

Doxycycline is one of the prescription medications you can now get in The Wellness Company’s Medical Emergency Kit.

Iran Negotiations Day 11: U.S. and Iran Trade Strikes as Peace Hopes Fade

Following American strikes on Iran, Tehran struck U.S. bases in the Middle East early Sunday as the future of peace negotiations outlined in a June 17 interim agreement remained uncertain.

In a post on Truth Social published Saturday night, President Donald Trump said, “There may come a point when we are no longer able to be reasonable, and will be forced to militarily complete the job that we very successfully started. If that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist!”

The exchange of strikes followed an Iranian drone attack, the second in recent days, on a vessel transiting the Strait of Hormuz outside a route designated by Tehran, with Iran’s Persian Gulf Strait Authority warning ships to use government-approved corridors.

Iran’s IRGC military force said early on Sunday that it had launched missile and drone strikes targeting eight U.S. military targets in Kuwait and the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain. The IRGC threatened a “complete halt” of negotiations if U.S. strikes continue.

Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior said that a residential building was hit by an Iranian strike overnight.

Israel’s campaign in Lebanon has complicated talks to end the Iran war. The memorandum of understanding signed by the American and Iranian presidents calls for an end to the Iran War on all fronts, including Lebanon.

Speaking in Baghdad on Sunday, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that the U.S. “should live up to its responsibility and force” Israel to stop bombing Lebanon and withdraw troops from the country, noting that “this was the first clause of the MOU.” In a statement carried by Tasnim News agency Sunday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said that “the full implementation of the first clause of the memorandum of understanding — namely ending [Israel]’s military operations against Lebanon and ensuring the withdrawal of occupying forces from all occupied Lebanese territories — is a necessary requirement for reaching a final and sustainable agreement.”

Further complicating implementation of the MOU is a separate deal spearheaded by Secretary of State Marco Rubio which enlists the Lebanese and Israeli governments together for the task of “disarming” Hezbollah.

Hezbollah, which has significant support among Lebanon’s Muslim population, has said that such a framework would lead to “civil war,” and has vowed to continue fighting until Israeli soldiers withdraw from territory they occupy.
