Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Cuts Off State Funding for Controversial Flock Surveillance Cameras

Credit: World Travel & Tourism Council

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has ordered state agencies to stop funding Flock surveillance cameras amid growing concerns that the technology could enable government tracking of innocent Americans.

The move follows reports that millions of dollars in Texas funding have been used to purchase thousands of the automated license plate-reading cameras for law enforcement agencies across the state.

Around 2,000 Flock cameras were reportedly purchased through the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Board using revenue from a $1 fee attached to automobile insurance policies.

Texas also provided another $15.9 million to the Department of Public Safety to purchase approximately 1,200 cameras.

Abbott communications director Andrew Mahaleris confirmed that state funding would no longer be available for the technology.

“To the extent any funding comes from Texas agencies, those agencies are clarifying that those funds cannot be used for Flock cameras,” Mahaleris told The Texas Tribune.

Flock cameras photograph vehicles and record license plates and locations, allowing law enforcement agencies to search the resulting database during criminal investigations.

Police departments say the technology will help with locating stolen vehicles, apprehending suspects and solving serious crimes.

However, its ability to collect information on millions of ordinary motorists has generated serious privacy concerns.

Many Republicans, including Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, have publicly opposed the cameras over these concerns.

“Americans do not surrender their privacy rights when they drive to work, drop their kids off at school, or go to church,” he wrote on X.

“Flock has assembled an unprecedented national surveillance network.”

“They boast more than 120,000 cameras across 49 states and more than 20 billion vehicle scans every month.”

Many law enforcement agencies maintain that the cameras are valuable crime-fighting tools.

Dallas police use hundreds to investigate violent crimes, hit-and-runs and vehicle thefts, while Texas DPS has used automatic alerts to intercept stolen vehicles, fleeing suspects and human-smuggling operations.

Abbott’s order does not prohibit local departments from continuing to operate Flock cameras using local or federal funds, but it shuts off Texas state money for their purchase and operation.

Four Men Admit Torching Jewish Charity’s Ambulances in Horrific London Attack

Credit: London Metropolitan Police

Four men have pleaded guilty over a horrific arson attack that destroyed four ambulances belonging to a Jewish emergency medical charity in north London.

Hamza Iqbal, 20, Rehan Khan, 19, Judex Atshatshi, 18, and Saif Ali, 18, entered guilty pleas at the Old Bailey to destroying or damaging property while being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.

The attack took place during the early hours of March 23 in Golders Green, an area with a large Jewish population.

Three members of the group set fire to four fully stocked ambulances operated by Hatzola, while another waited nearby in a car, the court heard.

As the vehicles burned, gas canisters inside them exploded.

Each ambulance was worth approximately £250,000, while four electrical charging stations and their cables were also damaged.

Prosecutors have said they believe the ambulances were deliberately targeted because of their connection to the Jewish community.

The Crown Prosecution Service has maintained the attack was terrorist related, although lawyers representing the four men dispute any terrorist connection.

Hatzola is a volunteer-run Jewish organization that has provided free emergency medical assistance in Golders Green since 1979.

The charity treats and attends to patients regardless of their religion.

The Community Security Trust, which works to protect British Jews from such attacks, described the destruction as an “appalling antisemitic act.”

“This was an appalling antisemitic act against a volunteer ambulance service providing emergency medical assistance to people of all backgrounds across north London, simply because those ambulances belonged to a Jewish charity,” a spokesperson said.

According to U.S. court documents, an Islamic militant group later claimed responsibility for the ambulance attack.

Prosecutor allege that Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood al-Saadi, an Iranian-Iraqi militia commander, subsequently shared propaganda footage of the destruction.

Al-Saadi was arrested in Turkey and extradited to the U.S. back in May.

The Justice Department has accused him of involvement in planning more than a dozen terrorist attacks across Europe and North America.

British intelligence officials reportedly believe secret intelligence points toward Iran or Iranian proxies having been involved in the attack.

Iqbal, Khan, Atshatshi and Ali were remanded in custody and are expected to be sentenced next spring.

Democrats Increase Levels Of Insanity As Midterms Approach

In a recent online panel featuring members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), activist and streamer Michael Beyer said efforts to reshape the Democrat Party and the country would be “a violent process,” according to video circulated by Canary Mission. Beyer argued that “the Democratic Party establishment that we have has to be ripped out” and that “we can actually start to grab hold of the ship of state and steer it in our direction, but it’s going to be a, you know, violent process.”

The remarks, captured during what appears to be a DSA‑linked video meeting or panel, were compiled into a viral clip shared on X that shows multiple DSA figures discussing revolutionary change and the overthrow of existing U.S. institutions.

Separately, so called democracy advocate Ian Bassin, co‑founder and executive director of the nonprofit Protect Democracy, has described organizing “wargames” with Democratic senators and election‑law experts to rehearse responses to potential threats to the 2026 midterm elections. In a recent episode of the podcast “The Court of History,” Bassin explained that participants were assigned roles such as congressional leaders, administration officials, civil‑society litigators, online conspiracy influencers, and foreign actors like Russia or Iran to “walk through a set of scenarios” and stress‑test the system.

He told host Sidney Blumenthal that the exercises were designed as method‑acting‑style simulations, encouraging players to “get into the mindset” of figures ranging from an acting director of national intelligence to a conspiracy‑minded online influencer or major media outlet.

Clearly, Democrats are increasing levels of insanity as we approach the 2026 midterms.

Migrants Cause Sexual Assault Crisis in Ceuta, Spain Lets Them Into the EU Anyway

Spain’s Ceuta territory faced a spike in sexual assaults after being overrun by migrants last month. Now Spain is allowing those same migrants into the EU. Photo courtesy of La Sicilia.

An estimated 72,000 migrants entered Ceuta from Morocco on July 30–31, 2026, after a June Spanish Supreme Court ruling barred authorities from immediately returning migrants who arrive by water. Migrants exploited the ruling by walking into the sea on the Moroccan side of the border and technically arriving “by water” on Spanish territory just meters down the coast. Although most returned to Morocco within hours of the initial crossing, thousands remained in the small city, which has only 80,000 inhabitants.

Spanish police sources told El Español they were aware of 15 sexual assault complaints and two arrests, while the National Police confirmed to fact-checker Maldita.es that six complaints had been filed by minors as of August 11. Spain’s largest police union, the SUP, told Reuters that 15 sexual assaults of varying severity had been reported since July 30 and that the significant majority of the victims were underage. However, the Interior Ministry and police declined to confirm the figure.

Health Minister Mónica García said the city’s crisis center for women had treated five people. Courts remanded nine migrants who arrived on July 30 into custody on charges including sexual assault, burglary, and attacking officers. Three of those nine cases involved sexual assaults against migrant women who crossed the same day.

In one case reported by Spiked, three men described as brothers were stopped while allegedly attempting to sexually abuse a 10-year-old girl. Separately, Ceuta University Hospital treated at least five girls under 14 for suspected rape, according to Euronews. All had arrived from Morocco during the influx. Judicial sources said local residents intervened to prevent several additional attempted assaults.

Spanish television network Cuatro aired footage of local mothers describing changed routines for their daughters. One mother said her 16-year-old daughter “has to go everywhere with her father or with me,” while Ceuta mothers separately demanded the school year be delayed, with one saying she “would not let my daughter come to school alone.”

A month after the initial influx, tensions boiled over into open unrest. On August 27, hundreds of Ceuta residents sat across the road near Benítez Beach for more than two hours, blocking Red Cross vehicles carrying food and water from reaching the El Trampolín migrant camp. Protesters chanted, “They should leave” and “Out with the Red Cross,” according to Euronews. Some protesters broke through police cordons and entered the camp, where they dismantled and set fire to migrant shelters and belongings.

The unrest followed an incident earlier that morning in which roughly 70 migrants attacked a military vehicle carrying four soldiers with stones, prompting police to detain 12 Moroccan migrants. City Finance Councillor Kissy Chandiramani told news radio SER that residents “feel abandoned” by the national government’s lack of response.

Spain is moving migrants from Ceuta to the mainland. Once on the Iberian Peninsula, they are inside the EU’s Schengen Area, although this does not automatically grant them the legal right to move freely throughout it. About 500 unaccompanied migrant girls are being transferred from Ceuta to mainland Spain. Roughly 1,400 to 1,500 unaccompanied minors remain in the enclave’s care.

Migrants who are not swiftly deported are held for processing “for entry into Spain and, from there, the rest of the EU.” This pathway was opened by the June Supreme Court ruling rather than through a formal admissions policy.

European leaders argued that a recent royal decree signed by King Felipe VI may have incentivized the sudden surge in arrivals in Ceuta. On January 27, 2026, Spain’s Council of Ministers approved the decree, granting one-year residency and work permits to an estimated 500,000 undocumented migrants already in the country.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni took the strongest stance, calling the Ceuta images “shocking” and saying Spain should be suspended from the Schengen Area, the EU zone in which most member states have abolished passport checks at their shared borders. On July 31, Italy temporarily suspended normal Schengen travel arrangements with Spain by reintroducing border checks on travelers arriving from the country. Meloni described the “uncontrolled immigration” as a threat to national security, according to the House of Commons.

Finland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, and the Czech Republic joined Italy in calling for Spain’s suspension from the Schengen Area. Separately, leaders of 22 EU nations signed a letter accusing Madrid of undermining bloc-wide migration rules, according to RT.

Not all reactions were critical of Spain. At an emergency EU summit, member states issued a statement expressing “strong solidarity with Spain” and praising the “swift and effective efforts of Spanish authorities.” The statement confirmed that the large majority of those who crossed into Ceuta had been returned to Morocco, with no onward movement to mainland Spain or other member states, according to the House of Commons Library.

Left-wing MEPs, including Spain’s Javi López, called Italy’s position “unworthy of a European partner.” They argued that after Italy received EU support for more than 700,000 arrivals from Libya, “solidarity is not a one-way street.”

The episode has reopened the question of whether Schengen’s border-free structure can withstand a crisis triggered by a single member state’s national court rulings and residency policies, particularly when other capitals view the consequences as their own border security problem.

Italy’s unilateral suspension of Schengen arrangements with a country it does not even border has no clear precedent as a means of using internal EU rules to punish another member state’s domestic migration policies. The move suggests that the union’s response to a Ceuta-scale event remains largely improvised. More than a decade after the 2015 migration crisis, the EU still has no mechanism in place for individual countries to protect their own borders from the consequences of liberal policies adopted by other member states.

In fact, even Italy’s suspension of normal Schengen arrangements with Spain can be challenged before an EU court.

Under the terms of the agreement, Italy can temporarily reinstate border controls to protect against a “serious threat to public policy or internal security,” but the application of these terms remains open to legal interpretation. Furthermore, because Italy does not share a land border with Spain, a court could find that there is no direct security threat, dismissing the fact that migrants can fly into Italy or travel through France before entering the country.

Similar migration patterns have been documented across Europe. Rather than seeking asylum in the first safe country they reach, migrants often cross multiple countries in an attempt to reach wealthier nations with more liberal or generous welfare and migration policies, such as Germany or the Scandinavian countries. Others may prefer France or Italy over Spain.

Trump Announces U.S. Stake in Venezuelan Oil Reserves

President Donald Trump on Friday announced “THE BIGGEST OIL DEAL IN WORLD HISTORY,” which he says will bring “majority U.S. control of more than 65 BILLION BARRELS of proven Oil Reserves in Venezuela, at no cost to the American Taxpayer.”

In the Truth Social announcement, Trump attributed the deal, which he says “MORE THAN DOUBLES American Oil Reserves,” to Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The details of the transaction have yet to be announced, but Axios reports that it will take the form of a public-private partnership with American companies and the Venezuelan government, which controls the country’s nationalized oil industry.

“It’s not a purchase. They’re giving us equity. It’s a type of corporate transaction where the U.S. has equity in the companies,” an American government source told Axios. Per Axios, it is unclear whether the deal has yet been finalized.

Venezuela’s Acting President Delcy Rodriguez, who took power after the American ouster of Nicolas Maduro in January, confirmed the agreement, which she said would generate $209 billion in tax revenue for Caracas.

UK “Don’t R-pe” Booklet for Asylum Seekers Intended to Stop Grooming Gangs and Prevent Crimes Against Women and Children

The only reason migrants were committing sex crimes was that they didn’t know it was illegal. This pamphlet will straighten that out. Courtesy of the British Home Office.

They claim that migrants are not disproportionately responsible for sex crimes in Britain, but just in case, the government is publishing a new booklet telling them not to rape anyone or forcibly marry a child.

Unbelievably, some rights groups have called the booklet racist and demanded that it be withdrawn.

Liberals have claimed that the UK’s Pakistani grooming gangs were a myth designed by the right to vilify migrants.

However, the existence of these gangs, as well as incidents of rape and child marriage linked to migrants from Muslim countries, has been well documented.

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper told Parliament in January 2025 that multiple major grooming-gang investigations “involved Pakistani heritage gangs.”

The subsequent National Audit report, led by Baroness Louise Casey and published in June 2025, found that Pakistanis were disproportionately represented among suspects in local datasets.

The government has since ordered mandatory recording of ethnicity and nationality in child sexual exploitation cases, and a full statutory inquiry chaired by Baroness Anne Longfield began work on April 13, 2026.

However, even when British jurisdictions record perpetrators’ national origins, many use the terms “Asian” or “South Asian,” obscuring the fact that the perpetrators are Pakistani.

Many also record perpetrators by citizenship rather than ethnicity, meaning Pakistanis or other Muslims born in the UK who commit these crimes are counted as British in official statistics.

This is similar to how the U.S. media consistently referred to Kilmar Abrego Garcia as a “Maryland man” who was inexplicably and viciously deported to El Salvador, rather than as an El Salvadoran citizen who was in the United States illegally, had a final order of deportation, and was deported to his country of citizenship.

Recent conviction records in the UK support claims that grooming gangs exist and are linked to migrants.

In Kirklees, West Yorkshire, 20 men, predominantly Pakistani, were sentenced to a combined 277 years after a trial that concluded in September 2024. They were convicted of raping and drugging girls as young as 12.

In the landmark 2012 Rochdale case, eight of the nine convicted gang members were of Pakistani origin.

At least three, Adil Khan, Qari Abdul Rauf, and Abdul Aziz, were Pakistan-born migrants who had acquired British citizenship through naturalization.

All three were later stripped of that citizenship and ordered deported, though prolonged legal appeals have kept them in the UK.

The broader scandal was also marked by reporting restrictions and delayed disclosure.

Ringleader Shabir Ahmed, who was also born in Pakistan, remains in Britain following his release from prison because Pakistan has so far refused to accept him.

This prompted the UK government to introduce legislation in 2026 specifically intended to enable his removal.

In a more recent Rochdale investigation, seven men were sentenced in October 2025 to terms ranging from 12 to 35 years for systematically abusing two 13-year-old girls between 2001 and 2006.

More than 75 men have been charged and 53 convicted in the Rochdale investigation since it began in 2010. A retrial of six additional defendants opened in Manchester in January 2026.

In a separate case, eight men were sentenced across two trials in 2023 and 2024 for a series of rapes. Two defendants were sentenced in absentia and remain at large.

Individual sexual-offense cases involving asylum seekers have also become a recurring feature of UK crime reporting since 2023.

In Epping, Essex, Ethiopian asylum seeker Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu was convicted in 2025 of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and a woman days after arriving in the UK by small boat; he received the maximum 12-month sentence a magistrates’ court can impose, was then mistakenly released early, and triggered a manhunt that Prime Minister Keir Starmer called “totally unacceptable.”

In London, an Egyptian asylum seeker who entered the UK illegally in 2023 was convicted of raping a woman in Hyde Park, with the sentencing judge noting he showed no belief that he had done anything wrong.

A failed Egyptian asylum seeker, Moustafa Elbohy, was convicted of raping a woman twice near Charing Cross station, and Pakistani national Kamran Khan was charged with raping and sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl on two occasions between September 2024 and July 2025.

An analysis of Ministry of Justice data drawn from the Police National Computer by the Centre for Migration Control found that convictions of foreign nationals for sexual offences rose by 62 percent between 2021 and 2024, from 687 to 1,114.

By percentage increase, the five nationalities with the sharpest rises were Indian, up 257 percent; Nigerian, up 166 percent; Iraqi, up 160 percent; Sudanese, up 117 percent; and Afghan, up 115 percent.

Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals, the groups most associated with earlier grooming-gang cases, ranked eleventh and sixth, respectively.

A related Telegraph headline, citing data from the same think tank, claimed that foreign nationals accounted for a “quarter” of all UK sex crimes. The headline was the subject of an upheld complaint to the press regulator IPSO.

The regulator found that the underlying data definitively showed only that foreign nationals accounted for 15 percent of convictions between 2021 and 2023.

The nationality of offenders was unknown in an additional 8 percent of cases, which the paper assumed involved foreign nationals to reach the higher figure.

IPSO ruled that the headline was “significantly misleading” and required a correction, after which the paper changed the wording to “up to a quarter.”

On child and forced marriage, the UK raised the legal marriage age to 18 in England and Wales under the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Minimum Age) Act of 2022, closing a loophole that had allowed 16- and 17-year-olds to marry with parental consent.

Despite the change, the government’s own Forced Marriage Unit statistics for 2025 recorded 406 cases requiring tailored assistance, a 69 percent increase from 2024. Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, and Afghanistan were consistently listed as the leading focus countries.

The data also show a rising share of cases with no overseas element, meaning the marriage was arranged entirely within the UK. The number increased from eight cases, or 3 percent, in 2022 to 15 cases, or 6 percent, in 2024.

Now that there’s a pamphlet, migrants can’t claim they didn’t know child abuse was illegal. Courtesy of the British Home Office.

It is against this backdrop of a well-documented pattern of migrant-linked sex crimes that the Home Office published a nine-page booklet for asylum seekers titled “Understanding Behaviours and Expectations in the UK.”

The booklet was released on August 19, 2026, and covers gender equality, domestic abuse, sex and consent, and respect in public.

On consent, it states that both parties must agree to any sexual act, that a sleeping, intoxicated, or unresponsive person cannot consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time, including during marriage.

It defines nonconsensual sex plainly as rape, a serious crime that can lead to imprisonment, loss of asylum support and accommodation, and damage to an asylum claim.

The guide also states that anyone under 16 cannot legally consent to sexual activity and identifies child abuse and female genital mutilation as serious crimes.

A section on public conduct warns against making sexual comments, whistling, making kissing sounds, following people, or blocking their path.

Education Secretary Lucy Powell defended the booklet’s distribution, telling LBC that some migrants come from “different cultures” and that new arrivals must understand the expectations and the consequences of breaking the law. Prime Minister Andy Burnham also backed its release.

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp countered that the need for such a document shows that the government has lost control of the border.

Separately, a coalition of women’s rights and migrant-support organizations, including the Latin American Women’s Rights Service, the End Violence Against Women Coalition, and Southall Black Sisters, issued a joint statement calling the guide harmful.

The groups argued that it would fuel suspicion and division rather than protect women and urged the Home Office to withdraw and replace it with guidance developed in consultation with specialist services.

The new booklet was accompanied by a set of standalone posters and leaflets published on the same day covering the same subjects: age of consent, child abuse, consent, domestic abuse, gender equality, harassment, and photography and filming. Separate booklets were also published on keeping children safe and choosing where to stay.

This is not the Home Office’s first such publication. For years, asylum seekers arriving in the UK have been issued a Home Office guide to rights and expectations in the UK. It covers British culture, values, and law, along with health, welfare, and safety information. It was distributed with a companion guide to living in initial accommodation, which explains housing and support services.

Based on their published contents, neither earlier guide addressed consent, rape, or sexual harassment in the direct terms used in the 2026 booklet.

Their scope was largely administrative, covering accommodation providers and introducing asylum seekers to British institutions rather than providing explicit instruction on sexual conduct or laws concerning gender-based violence.

Apparently, the UK government believes that publishing this booklet and the accompanying posters will help keep British women and children safe. Finally!

Politicians who care enough about the people to take a stand. Now, they should publish posters and booklets about other forms of crimes and bring the crime rate down to zero.

Satanic Temple Band Films ‘Abortion Ritual’ in Hobby Lobby Bathroom for Music Video Attacking Justice Alito’s Mother

A band tied to The Satanic Temple has released a music video that shows a woman carrying out the group’s so-called “religious abortion ritual” inside a Hobby Lobby bathroom, then ends with an explicit attack on Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito and his mother.

Satanic Planet, whose members include Satanic Temple co-founder Lucien Greaves, posted the video for the song “Sam Alito’s Mom” this week.

The clip opens by claiming that on Friday, March 13, 2026, a satanic abortion ritual was performed inside a Hobby Lobby restroom.

The disgusting video, which The Gateway Pundit has chosen not to embed, features store displays of Christian décor, including a “Jesus loves me, this I know” sign, before showing the ritual and later showing those same items engulfed in flames.

The band describes abortion as a “destruction ritual” and “protective rite” meant, in their words, to cast off guilt after abortion and to “empower the patient against those with theocratic religious convictions.”

It walks through the group’s scripted steps involving a mirror, the Temple’s tenets, an affirmation, and abortion medication.

“Immediately before taking the medication(s) to terminate your pregnancy, look at your reflection and take deep breaths,” it instructs. “After you have passed the embryo, return to your reflection. The religious abortion ritual is now complete.”

The clip ends with images of Supreme Court justices, vulgar lyrics laid over their faces, and a zoom on Alito.

Greaves has tied the song to The Satanic Temple’s campaign to expand abortion access through clinics it operates and through planned litigation over mailing abortion drugs.

The Post Millennial reports:

The Satanic Temple is staunchly pro-abortion, taking on legal battles in recent years against states’ abortion laws in the wake of Roe v Wade being overturned. The group operates four telehealth abortion facilities across the country, with its latest opening in Maine on Trump’s birthday. The latest clinic is being called “President’s Yuge Most Beautiful Tremendous Satanic Abortion Clinic.”

Hobby Lobby is a family-owned arts-and-crafts chain run by the Green family, who are evangelical Christians. They provide employee health insurance but objected to part of the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive mandate, and the battle went all the way to the Supreme Court.

The mandate required most employer plans to cover all FDA-approved contraceptives at no cost to the employee.

The Greens objected to covering four methods of contraception that they believed could prevent a fertilized egg from implanting, which is contrary to their faith that life begins at conception. Refusing to comply would have exposed the company to large daily fines.

They sued under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA), a federal statute that says the government may not substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion unless it is furthering a compelling interest by the least restrictive means.

The legal fight was whether a for-profit corporation could even claim RFRA protection. The government argued corporations do not exercise religion. T

The Supreme Court disagreed for closely held companies, finding that RFRA’s definition of “person” includes corporations, and family owners use those companies to live out their beliefs.

Jasmine Crockett Still Won’t Commit to Campaigning for James Talarico in Texas (VIDEO)

Screencap of Twitter/X video.

Jasmine Crockett was recently pressed on CNN about why she is not working hard to help James Talarico, who beat her in the Texas Democrat primary for Senate. She said that she is focusing on down ballot races.

There is no mystery here. Crockett feels like she got burned by her own party in the primary race and she did. Who can blame her for not wanting to help Talarico win?

It’s also fun to watch the media begin to panic about this. Some of them will blame her if Talarico loses.

Townhall has details:

During an interview with CNN’s Laura Coates, Crockett was asked about whether she plans to help Talarico win more voters.

“I will be campaigning down ballot,” the lawmaker answered. “I think that what matters most—because when we’re looking at a state like Texas, we’ve tried this where we’ve got one amazing candidate that’s running at the top of the ticket, Beto [O’Rourke], is a very good example of this, raising all the money, doing all the things, running around the entire state, but it’s not enough.”

Crockett indicated that her objective is to help Democrat candidates in other races that may not get as much attention because of Talarico’s candidacy.

“So for me, I don’t think that it should be a matter of there’s just one thing that is getting me to the polls,” Crockett continued.

I think that making sure that people that maybe are getting overshadowed because it seems like it’s only about one big race, I think amplifying them, making sure that I can raise their profiles and introducing them to people, that’ll give something more to voters to make them say, you know what, it may be raining outside, but I got to go get there because I got to go get there for this person and this person. Plus, I don’t like Trump.

Watch the clip:

To be fair to Crockett, her not campaigning for Talarico is the least of his problems.

He is an awful candidate and his fake Christian act is an insult to genuine people of faith.

Crazed Biden-Appointed California Judge Rules Trump Admin Can’t Yank Visas From Foreign Students Who Cheer Hamas and Terrorize Jewish Classmates

U.S. District Judge Noël Wise

A Biden-appointed federal judge in California just handed the campus intifada another gift.

On Friday, U.S. District Judge Noël Wise, a Joe Biden leftover, ruled that the Trump administration violated the First Amendment when it used national-security and foreign-policy authority to revoke the legal status of foreign students who spent the last two years turning American campuses into open-air Hamas rallies.

Wise, sitting in the Northern District of California, sided with The Stanford Daily and two unnamed international student journalists. They claimed Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s visa revocations “chilled” their speech. The judge agreed.

In a 90-page opinion she declared that the Immigration and Nationality Act provisions Rubio used, the same tools Congress wrote to keep out people whose presence harms U.S. foreign policy, are unconstitutional as applied to protected speech.

The Gateway Pundit has reported for two years on what these “views” actually looked like.

After Hamas butchered 1,200 Israelis on October 7, 2023, foreign students and their faculty handlers erected encampments, seized buildings, blocked Jewish students from class, and chanted “from the river to the sea.”

At Columbia, protest leaders praised “violent resistance” and the October 7 massacre.

Masked activists stormed an Israeli history class and handed out flyers showing a boot crushing a Star of David and the words “Burn Zionism to the ground.” Jewish students were told they were not welcome. Administrators folded.

President Trump said it plainly after taking office: resident aliens who joined the “pro-jihadist protests” would be found and deported.

Secretary Rubio said the same thing. A visa is a privilege, not a constitutional entitlement to run a political operation against U.S. foreign policy.

Rubio personally signed off on cases including Columbia’s Mahmoud Khalil, a green-card holder who helped lead Columbia University Apartheid Divest, and Tufts doctoral student Rümeysa Öztürk, whose visa was pulled after she co-authored an op-ed.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that ICE arrested Öztürk after she co-authored a pro-Palestinian newspaper op-ed. Öztürk later left the United States for Turkey after a prolonged deportation battle.

The Gateway Pundit also extensively covered the government’s battle to remove Khalil, including an earlier ruling by an Obama-appointed judge that blocked his immediate deportation.

In April, the Board of Immigration Appeals issued a final removal order against Khalil after rejecting his attempt to dismiss the deportation case.

The administration’s position has been consistent: if we had known what you intended to do here, you would never have gotten the visa.

Judge Wise called that a “campaign of speech-chilling retribution.”

Noël Wise is not a neutral umpire. She is a former Alameda County Superior Court judge, appointed to the federal bench by Biden in the lame-duck window.

In a 2020 Atlantic essay she complained that President Trump’s judicial appointees were “overwhelmingly white and male” and “don’t look like America.”

Republicans flagged the article at her confirmation. Democrats rammed her through anyway.

Now she lectures the elected government of the United States that “you can simultaneously hate the content of a person’s speech and love the country that cherishes the freedom to allow it.”

JUST WOW: This Is Who Colorado Democrats Are Running Against Conservative Rep. Brandi Bradley — Arrested Mid-Campaign and Hogtied in a Police Van

Christian Schilder

Video circulating online reportedly shows Colorado Democrat Christian Schilder restrained in the back of a police transport vehicle following his arrest in Texas, an incident that occurred while he was actively campaigning for the state legislature.

Schilder is the Democratic candidate challenging Republican State Rep. Brandi Bradley in Colorado House District 39. The general election is scheduled for November 3, 2026.

Official Colorado campaign records show Schilder filed his candidate affidavit in November 2025 and continues to maintain an active campaign.

According to a published Brazos County booking record, Schilder was booked on May 8, 2026, on reported charges of:

  • Public intoxication, first offense
  • Resisting arrest, search, or transport

The record lists bonds of $300 and $6,000, respectively. Brazos County provides an official online jail-record search portal for public records.

Douglas County Campaign Watch published a graphic that it said reproduced an account from arresting Officer Jonathan Wynn.

According to the officer narrative presented by the organization, Schilder allegedly refused to walk to the patrol vehicle and had to be physically carried by three officers.

Once inside the vehicle, Schilder allegedly began kicking the rear door and attempted to kick another arrested person, according to the attributed police account.

Officers reportedly removed Schilder from the vehicle and placed him in a WRAP restraint system to prevent him from injuring himself or others before transporting him to jail.

The narrative stated that Schilder was subsequently charged with resisting transport.

The graphic reads:

“When we attempted to place him in a patrol car he would not walk and had to be physically carried to the patrol car.”

Douglas County Campaign Watch blasted Schilder after circulating footage that it said showed the Democrat restrained inside a police vehicle.

“This is unacceptable,” the organization said in a Facebook post, arguing that candidates for public office should be held to a higher standard.

“This isn’t an old mistake from years ago,” the group continued. “This happened during the campaign he is running right now.”

The organization called on Schilder to withdraw from the HD39 contest, adding: “The campaign photo may be polished. The video tells a very different story.”

Schilder has publicly addressed the incident. In an August 6 campaign post, he acknowledged being arrested for public intoxication and said he accepted responsibility for that conduct.

His campaign website presents Schilder as a civil engineer and “problem solver” focused on housing affordability, infrastructure, and transportation. It also declares that voters want honest representatives who will “take responsibility.”

The newly circulated police footage is now placing that campaign message under intensified scrutiny.

Schilder will face Bradley, the Republican incumbent, in November. Public election listings identify both candidates as their parties’ nominees for the HD39 general election.
