Senator Bernie Moreno Calls on Former Son-in-Law Rep. Max Miller to Resign from Congress Amid Domestic Abuse Allegations

Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) on Sunday called for Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) to resign from Congress amid allegations of domestic abuse.

Max Miller is accused of holding a gun to his wife’s head during their marriage and breaking his daughter’s collarbone.

On Sunday morning, Max Miller denied abusing his ex-wife Emily Moreno and their 2-year-old daughter.

Rep. Miller vowed to stay in the Congressional race.

Later Sunday, Senator Moreno said Max Miller should not serve in the House of Representatives.

Senator Moreno said the last two years have been “pure hell” for his family in the aftermath of his daughter’s divorce.

As a father and husband, I can tell you the last two years have been pure hell for my wife Bridget, our daughter Emily, me, and our entire family in the aftermath of Emily’s divorce.

It has been horrific to watch this play out in full public view, all while knowing an innocent two-year-old girl is caught in the middle. Our priority has always been protecting our daughter and our granddaughter. Out of concern for the safety of my family, I hoped to keep this matter private but Max Miller’s increasingly erratic and dangerous behavior has made that impossible.

As he has admitted privately, Max Miller needs serious psychological help. He is a danger to my daughter, and I hold my breath every minute he has custody of my granddaughter.

If there are any basic standards of character required to hold elected office, Max Miller fails them. He should not serve in the House of Representatives. I believe Max Miller needs to seek professional help to end the clear pattern of abuse he has left in his wake. I believe he should not be free to continue endangering others until he does.

I ran for office because I wanted to make a difference for the country that gave me every opportunity to succeed, and to leave this nation better for my children and grandchildren. That sacrifice has been especially hard on my wife Bridget, whose big heart and steady support have never wavered. I owe it to her, to Emily, and to my granddaughter to speak the truth now.

BLM Rioters in Wisconsin Threaten to Kill Journalists Nick Sortor and Karlyn Borysenko While Preventing Them from Leaving Area and Attacking Car with VOMIT (VIDEOS)

Independent journalists Nick Sortor and Karlyn Borysenko were in serious danger on Saturday night after being confronted, threatened with death, and having their vehicle attacked with vomit by Black Lives Matter rioters in a self-declared “autonomous zone” that has taken over several blocks of downtown Madison, Wisconsin.

The zone, known as the “Corey Ruiz Autonomous Zone” or “CRAZ,” was formed in the days following the July 22 police shooting of Corey Ruiz, an armed serial felon who was killed while allegedly attacking an officer with a knife.

Protesters have built barricades of pallets, furniture, and spike strips, blocked streets, set up tents, and effectively seized control of the area around Williamson and Baldwin streets, using the playbook from Seattle’s 2020 CHOP/CHAZ.

Sortor, who was driving with Borysenko in the passenger seat, stopped near the encampment and stepped out of the vehicle in an attempt to make jokes and lighten the mood.

Instead, activists surrounded him, blocked him from returning to his car, swung a pole at him, sprayed vomit on him and his vehicle, damaged the left front quarter panel, and repeatedly threatened to kill him.

Video footage captured one individual warning, “hurry up and leave before your life ends out here” and saying “there’s a whole team of us.”

Borysenko, filming from the passenger seat with a hood over her head, captured the escalating confrontation.

She noted that the woman swinging the pole had previously appeared hostile toward her during an earlier visit to the zone and that the attackers did not appear to recognize either journalist, making the incident even more alarming because “this could happen to anyone.”

Sortor immediately called 911 after escaping.

Both journalists praised the responding Madison police officers as professional and helpful.

In follow-up posts, Borysenko suggested many of the individuals involved appeared to be connected to drug activity, with homeless people in the encampment allegedly being used as enforcers.

“BTW all of those people are likely drug dealers who are selling drugs out of that car, or the people they are selling the drugs too,” the journalist, known for extensively studying the far-left and going undercover at their protests and events, wrote.

“The leftists are giving the homeless people in that encampment drugs to use them as their security attack dogs.”

Speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Borysenko said, “Last night, we drove by the autonomous zone in Madison. Nick got out of the car to talk to the activists and cracked a few jokes. They got aggressive and violent and threatened multiple times to destroy the car and kill him. It was absolutely terrifying. One of the same people had been aggressive towards me in the autonomous zone earlier in the day. Hopefully the city will allow the cops to go and arrest the people who did this.”

Sortor called for federal involvement, arguing that allowing violent anarchists to control city blocks should never be tolerated.

Local reporting confirms the zone has disrupted businesses, blocked emergency access, and drawn criticism from Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway, yet it has remained in place into early August.

As of Sunday, no arrests related to the specific assault on the journalists had been publicly announced.

Losing the war on the frontlines, suffering from a lack of air defense missiles and military-aged men, Ukraine is keeping up with its asymmetric warfare – a.k.a. terrorist attacks.

Yesterday, an improvised explosive device (IED) killed five people and wounded 21 others in an attack at a restaurant in central Moscow.

Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee said that an unidentified woman carrying the explosive device had tried to get into the restaurant, ​but had been stopped by a security guard – at this moment the bomb went off.

“The explosion struck the Balzi Rossi Italian restaurant near Kudrinskaya Square at around 7:55pm on Saturday. According to the NAC, an unidentified woman attempted to carry a homemade explosive device into the restaurant but was stopped at the entrance by a security guard.

The woman and the guard were killed in the explosion, along with one of the restaurant’s patrons. The wounded sustained injuries of varying severity and were receiving medical assistance, officials said.”

Another two victims have reportedly died in the hospital during the night.

Russian Telegram channels report that an unnamed Russian General was celebrating his birthday in the restaurant and is considered to be the target of the attack.

“Videos from the scene showed police officers and members of Russia’s National Guard Service, Rosgvardia, cordoning off the surrounding streets as firefighters and medical personnel worked at the site. Investigators and forensic experts remained there late into the evening.”

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Sunday destroyed CNN’s State of the Union host Dana Bash, blasting her for failing at her job and pushing the lies from so-called experts. 

Early in the interview, as the Gateway Pundit reported, Kennedy sent Bash into a screaming rage as he called her out for intentionally “scaring people” with her coverage of the COVID pandemic, slamming her for being “part of the problem” and committing “absolute press malpractice.”

“Your job is a fierce skepticism toward authority, and you weren’t doing that. You were beating up on people who were dissenting,” he said, scolding Bash for following marching orders from the Democratic Party.

Near the end of the interview, RFK’s tongue-lashing continued when Bash asked if he thinks babies should get the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine, which he had already addressed several times earlier, even saying, “I have never questioned the efficacy of the MMR vaccine.”

“Yes, I said that already,” he responded when Bash asked him again about the MMR vaccine. “I know you’re flustered now,” he added, and Bash lost it.

“I don’t, I’m not flustered at all. I am frustrated,” she interrupted as Kennedy attempted to speak. “The reason I’m frustrated is because you are the HHS you are the HHS secretary, and you are talking about things that lead to vaccine hesitancy in this country, and it is something that causes problems for people when there is not anything,” Bash said.

Then RFK went off. “Let me ask you something: Do you see your job as ending vaccine hesitancy, or do you see your job as telling the truth to the American people?” he asked. “You’re repeating it like a parrot. You’re repeating it like a parrot,” he added as Bash droned on about “study after study after study.”

“I have actually read the science. Let’s you and I come back here and debate the science,” he continued. When Bash said, “I’m not debating this with you,” RFK hilariously responded, “Of course you won’t.”

“All you know how to do is repeat things that people told you and say, trust the experts. That’s what you did during COVID. Now, we know that Anthony Fauci, who was the expert, was lying about everything, about masks, about the social distancing, about natural immunity, about the transmission from the vaccine, about the source of COVID,” he continued.

“He was lying, and you were punishing people for not trusting the experts. And now you’re rolling out the experts again to talk about something that you have no personal knowledge of.”

Bash went on to claim that she’s only doing her job while angrily accusing Kennedy of “causing information to be out there that is not accurate.”

Heroic Teen Lifeguard Ryder Williams Humbly Recounts Rescue of Drowning Boy (VIDEO)

Heroic 16-year-old lifeguard Ryder Williams spoke out after he saved a 10-year-old boy from drowning in violent waves in Santa Cruz, California.

Ryder Williams repeatedly ducked under the whitewash as waves continued to crash on him during the rescue.

Bystanders tried to rush into the shore break to help the lifeguard pull the boy out of the churning water.

The teen lifeguard held onto the drowning child and would not let him go.

Ryder Williams humbly recounted the rescue and praised the other lifeguards.

“I wish more people knew about ocean conditions and rip currents,” Williams said.

“I’d like people to remember that we make thousands of rescues along the California coast and around the world every day, and that this is not an uncommon occurrence. This is our job, this is what we’re here to do, and this is the reason we are here,” he said.

The honorable young man gave credit to his fellow lifeguards and praised

“This is my job and I love what I do,” Ryder Williams said.

“I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to return the child to his family safely. I’m thankful to my fellow lifeguards who perform rescues just like this every day,” he said.

Minnesota Lynx coach Cheryl Reeves wore a “Trans Kids Belong” T-shirt to the Indianapolis Fever Game on Sunday.

The Indianapolis Fever members include Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham who famously famously defended women in sports recently.

After an ESPN profile in which the 29-year-old star said she wants to “protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men,” the radical left predictably lost its mind. Accusations of “hate” and “transphobia” poured in.

But Cunningham has never backed down in her defense of women making it crystal clear she is not walking anything back.

The statements by Cunningham have hit a nerve with several angry lesbians in the WNBA.

Last week two young teen girls attended the Fever-Storm game wearing XX-XY Athletics shirts and carrying signs thanking Cunningham for standing up for female athletes.

One sign read, “Thank You Sophie for speaking up for girls!”

According to independent journalist Brandi Kruse, who interviewed the teens, Storm co-owner Celeste Keaton approached them, called them “f***ing insane,” and launched into a profanity-laced tirade, leaving at least one of the girls in tears.

Keaton was later suspended for several games following her unhinged tirade against the young women.

On Sunday Coach Reeves wore her “Trans Kids Belong” T-Shirt to the FEVER game.

Louisiana Joins Alabama and Florida in Investigating if Fauci Broke Any State Laws

Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill announced on Saturday that her office will be investigating Dr. Anthony Fauci to determine whether he committed any offenses that can be pursued under state law, joining similar efforts underway in Alabama and Florida.

The announcement comes days after Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination more than 100 times during a contentious Senate hearing led by Sen. Rand Paul examining the COVID-19 pandemic response and origins.

Murrill pointed to newly released personal diary entries and work records that Paul made public, which she said contradict Fauci’s earlier claims during depositions that he could not recall key details of his own actions.

In a post on X, Murrill wrote, “Fauci lied. Louisiana and Missouri deposed Dr. Fauci. At the time, he claimed to not recall many key details of his own actions and now we are discovering contemporaneous records he kept. Louisiana will join Alabama & Florida in investigating Fauci and whether he committed any other offenses that could be pursued in our State courts.”

The Louisiana announcement follows Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier’s decision earlier in the week to open his own investigation, in which he described Fauci’s lack of candor before Congress as “unbelievable” and declared it “past time we get the truth of what happened during COVID.”

Alabama has also moved forward with a similar plan.

Murrill’s office previously participated with Missouri in deposing Fauci, and the new state-level efforts are proceeding despite a preemptive federal pardon issued by former President Biden before he left office.

A presidential pardon does not shield an individual from potential state criminal or civil actions.

Sen. Tommy Tuberville, who has called for Fauci’s arrest, told Fox News, “Anthony Fauci is responsible for the deaths of millions of Americans and tens of thousands of Alabamians.”

“The ‘pardon’ signed by Joe Biden’s autopen doesn’t apply to state-level crimes,” Tuberville continued.

Tuberville is running for Alabama governor, and has said that if he wins, he will hold Fauci accountable in his state as well.

“When I’m governor of Alabama, I will look into ways we can hold Fauci accountable for all of the Alabamians who died under his watch.”

The Senate hearing focused heavily on Fauci’s role in pandemic policies, funding decisions, and the handling of information related to the virus’s origins.

The inaugural game of the Women’s Pro Baseball League kicked off this weekend with a national anthem performance that quickly became the talk of social media for all the wrong reasons.

Motown legend Martha Reeves and two other women delivered a now-viral rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” that left many in the crowd and on social media stunned.

The league’s first professional game in nearly three decades featured the Los Angeles Queens defeating the New York Heights 10-8 at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois.

Unfortunately, the pregame ceremony overshadowed the game itself because of the anthem’s unhinged delivery.

“Absolutely nothing could have prepared me for the national anthem at the first Women’s Pro Baseball League tonight,” sports reporter Kendall Baker wrote in a viral post on X.

The video was viewed nearly two million times on X alone by Sunday morning.

Reeves, 85, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee best known as the lead singer of Martha and the Vandellas, led the group in the brutal performance.

Mo’ne Davis may have been the most recognizable face on the field. Davis, who captured the hearts and minds of sports fans during the Little League World Series in 2014, started in center field for the Queens. She managed to cross the plate once in Los Angeles’ win.

Queens left fielder and pitcher Maggie Foxx, was 2-for-2 with two RBI. She also struck out two batters.

“When I walked on the field I started crying because of how much this moment meant, and how much it meant to everybody,” she said. “It means everything to us.”

Heights catcher Denae Benites was 4-for-4 with two RBI on the evening. She spoke about 99-year-old Maybelle Blair throwing out the first pitch. Blair played in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, which ran from 1943 to 1954 and inspired “A League of Their Own.”

“I think that’s pretty incredible,” Benites said. “Maybelle’s been sticking with us since the beginning of this journey. She’s paved a path for us, really. … She’s a special person and I’m so happy that she got to make it out here and do that today.”

Reeves has not yet publicly responded to the reaction to her performance.

The Women’s Pro Baseball League continues its inaugural season with additional games scheduled in the coming days as it attempts to revive professional women’s baseball in the United States.

Poll Finds that a Third of Democratic Voters Now Identify as Democratic Socialists

A new poll from CNN finds that a third of Democrats identify as Democratic Socialists as the radical Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) wing completely takes over the Democratic Party.

DSA candidates are becoming mainstream this election cycle and taking the party by storm with their radical plans to completely overhaul the US Constitution.

Last week, Fox’s Shannon Bream went through the DSA’s Workers Deserve More Platform with Megan Romer, National Co-chair of the Democratic Socialists of America.

“Just give me sort of a true or false on these,” Bream said before listing the radical policies, including abolishing the Senate, replacing the President and Supreme Court with Congressionally appointed leaders, abolishing ICE, abolishing borders and granting mass amnesty, defunding the Pentagon, abolishing prisons, and government ownership of business.

Romer confirmed that all of the policies are part of their plan.

34% of Democrats polled say they support these ideas. The DSA wing of the party is mostly made up of younger White voters who are more likely to vote in the upcoming elections.

Per CNN:

Who makes up the democratic socialist wing of the Democratic Party’s base? According to CNN’s poll, Democratic-aligned Americans who identify as democratic socialists:

• Tend to be younger (59% are younger than 45, compared to 46% of non-democratic socialists aligned with the Democratic Party) and are more likely to be White (57% to 49%)

• Are less likely to have a college degree (66% to 54%) and more likely to earn less than $100,000 a year (76% to 65%)

• Are more likely to say they are extremely motivated to vote this year (66% of those who are registered voters say so, compared to 57% for non-democratic socialists), though both groups overwhelmingly support Democratic congressional candidates (99% of democratic socialists and 94% of non-democratic socialists)

• Are more positive toward the Democratic Party. They are more likely to hold favorable views of the Democratic Party (68% to 60%) and its congressional leaders, and more likely to have negative views of the Republican Party and its congressional leaders

Democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was asked about the DSA’s growing influence in the party and its plans to abolish the Senate last week, but he was unable to muster an answer.

Completely avoiding the question, Schumer, whose popularity is rapidly diminishing, awkwardly said that the Democrats were united in “working to defeat Trump.”

An Indiana Fever postgame press conference came to an abrupt end when a reporter attempted to ask about teammate Sophie Cunningham’s recent comments defending women’s sports.

The team’s PR director immediately cut off the session, sending players and the coach fleeing the podium.

Following the Fever’s win over the Portland Fire on Friday night, an Outkick reporter began a question with the words “Speaking of outside noise, Sophie came out with—”

PR director Jackie Maynard immediately interjected and declared, “We’re going to wrap up there.”

Players Aliyah Boston and Makayla Timpson quickly jumped out of their seats and left the room.

Boston offered a brief “Thank you. Have a good day,” while coach Stephanie White briefly stared at papers before following them out.

The entire exchange was later edited out of the Fever’s official YouTube upload of the press conference.

The reporter was clearly attempting to address Cunningham’s interview with ESPN in which she stated she does not believe biological males should compete in women’s sports.

“I got a lot of negative feedback about me hating trans. And I’m like, ‘I never once said that,’” Cunningham said at the time. “I think that I am here to extend love. But I also think with that love is truth, being honest. And I want to protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men.”

Cunningham later stood by her position despite backlash from some players, fans, and media.

Earlier on Friday, coach Stephanie White had told reporters she was not “educated enough” to comment fully on the issue of transgender athletes but added, “I don’t ever believe that exclusion is an answer.”
