The WNBA is clearly the worst league in sports, and on Wednesday night, it left no doubt as to why.
The women in the WNBA have a chip on their shoulder, where they should be the happiest and most grateful athletes in the country. Since Caitlin Clark joined the league, they have private flights, higher salaries, an increase in attendance, and other perks. But instead of thanking this country, they insult all Americans by running out during the National Anthem.
Seconds before the national anthem begins, players from both WNBA Finals teams jog off the court. And for the third straight game, they don’t return until the song is over.
The Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries repeat the routine Wednesday night at State Farm Arena, despite league rules requiring players, coaches and trainers to stand in line during the anthem.
@Outkick reports that the WNBA, both teams and the NBA have yet to answer questions about the repeated absences or whether any disciplinary action is being considered.

Earlier this year, Caitlin Clark was assaulted on the court during a game, and no foul was called until the next day, when public outrage went through the roof. The women in the league have been harassing and assaulting Clark since she entered the league. It’s been so bad that the US House has gotten involved.
