Nicole Sturgeon resigned as Scottish Prime Minister back in 2023, in the wake of a scandal in which her husband, Peter Murrell, stole over half a thousand dollars from SNP party funds to fund their sumptuous lifestyle.

Not content to pretend this debacle had nothing to do with her, Sturgeon now walks out in the public arena to call for the abolition of the British Monarchy.

This comes as she has been reported to the police for keeping goods bought to her by Murrell using stolen money.

“She continued: ‘In fact, I would say one of the arguments for getting rid of the monarchy is for the sake of members of the Royal Family, like Prince George, for example. That kid doesn’t know any different. He has a certain life ahead of him that he has no choice over. Is that really fair?’”

This unwelcome tirade comes just as Sturgeon has been reported to the police for keeping ‘stolen goods’ bought by her husband that has been jailed for embezzlement.

The Telegraph reported:

“Stuart Campbell, who runs the pro-independence blog Wings over Scotland, said he had written to Police Scotland to make a formal complaint. […] Mr. Campbell said Ms. Sturgeon ‘has for some years been in the possession of numerous high-value items paid for by her husband Peter Murrell with money embezzled from the Scottish National Party’.

He alleged that the former SNP leader was guilty of “reset”, an offence in Scots law whereby a person is in possession of property stolen by someone else.

It can apply to those who knew an item was stolen when they received it, or if they acquired it in good faith and later discovered it was stolen but decided to keep it anyway.”

Attorney General Todd Blanche on Tuesday told reporters that “new information” about the assassination attempt against President Trump has been provided to the Senate and that the FBI didn’t do much to protect the President before the incident.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump went off on former FBI Director Chris Wray earlier, revealing that “most of the information” from the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July 2024 “was missing, altered, corrupted, or gone.”

“Everybody knows the Crooked Joe Biden FBI didn’t do what they should have with respect to the Lunatic who shot me in Butler, PA,” Trump said. “This was all a Democrat Plot, to get me out of the Election, that failed. Dirty Cop Christopher Wray should pay a price for the way he handled this assassination attempt, and certainly for the things he said.”

Asked on Tuesday, as the reporter framed it, about “new evidence” and Trump saying that “Wray should be punished for his lack of oversight during this investigation,” Blanche told reporters that “new information” had been provided to the Senate regarding “the shooter and about his background, about his history, and that’s stuff that we didn’t know before.”

“It’s not really clear what the leadership of the FBI were doing in the weeks and months ahead of the attempted assassination to protect President Trump,” he added.

“That’s the same organization that was simultaneously trying to put him in prison till he dies. So, his frustration and concern about what the former director was doing is something that is not new.”

Blanche: So the Department of Justice doesn’t punish, by the way. But, so look, I was with President Trump during the time period before and after the attempted assassination attempt on his life, and he was shot. He was a victim. There was an innocent man killed. There were other people who were very seriously injured when that happened.

What President Trump said today about the new information, and this new information is information that we found, that the FBI found, that it produced to the Senate in response to inquiries that they had. It is new information about the shooter and about his background, about his history, and that’s stuff that we didn’t know before. So, that’s the new information. As far as the president’s frustration with the FBI, I was there with him. I lived it. I mean, you have a situation where it’s not really clear what the leadership of the FBI were doing in the weeks and months ahead of the attempted assassination to protect President Trump.

That’s the same organization that was simultaneously trying to put him in prison till he dies. So, his frustration and concern about what the former director was doing is something that is not new. He said that for a very long time. I was with him during the investigation and trying, you know, before he was elected president, trying to understand what happened and why.

And Director Patel has has undertaken a Herculean effort to go through all the documents and understand what was missed, if anything, and to provide anything, that hadn’t come forward to the American people, to the American people, and that’s what he’s done.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) introduced articles of impeachment against Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth on Tuesday, accusing him of high crimes and misdemeanors over the Trump administration’s continued military operations in Iran without congressional authorization.

The Republican congressman, who sits on the Judiciary Committee, introduced the measure as privileged, meaning he will force the House to take up a resolution that is unlikely to pass in the Trump-controlled House of Representatives. The maneuver will put GOP lawmakers on the record over Hegseth’s handling of the war.

Massie’s measure could pose a difficult political choice for Republicans such as Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) and Tom Barrett (R-MI), who joined Democrats and Massie in voting for recent measures to curb Trump’s war powers. Both are facing competitive reelection contests in November. Massie lost his Republican primary to Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein in May, for whom Hegseth also campaigned.

In a stunning move, a federal judge on Tuesday referred Soros-backed Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner for federal criminal investigation to determine whether he should be charged with conspiracy or obstruction of justice in his efforts to overturn a murder conviction.

U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond, a George W. Bush appointee, said testimony from the DA’s staffers described conduct by Larry Krasner and his top deputy, Matthew Stiegler, as “troubling.”

Larry Krasner and his attorneys are now being accused of committing crimes, such as suborning perjury, after they received a court petition to overturn a 2009 second-degree murder conviction.

Dennis Johnson was convicted of second-degree murder in 2009 for the slaying of Kenyatta Smith at a Philadelphia convenience store.

Johnson was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Over the last ten years, Johnson has been fighting his conviction.

Four prosecutors in the DA’s office alleged that Krasner pressured staffers to provide false information to the court to shield a supervisor from blame.

“I have thus reluctantly concluded that Philadelphia’s highest law enforcement official and one of his top assistants may have violated the law,” Judge Diamond wrote.

“In these circumstances, with the issuance of this Memorandum, I refer the DAO, Mr. Krasner, and Stiegler to this District’s United States Attorney’s Office for investigation and other appropriate action,” the judge said.

Krasner and Stiegler are both barred from any further participation in Johnson’s ongoing bid to overturn his murder conviction.

A federal judge said Tuesday that District Attorney Larry Krasner may have broken the law while overseeing a contentious post-conviction case, and he said he referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney’s Office to investigate whether Krasner should be charged with crimes including conspiracy or obstruction of justice.

U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond made those stunning statements in a memorandum in which he also ruled that Krasner and one of his top supervisors, Matthew Stiegler, could not longer participate in the case — a matter in which a man is seeking to have his murder conviction overturned.

Diamond wrote that over the past several months, as he conducted hearings to learn more about how attorneys in DA’s office handled that case, testimony from some of Krasner’s staffers revealed actions by Krasner and Stiegler that Diamond called “troubling,” “disturbing” — and potentially illegal.

Those actions, he wrote, included pressuring other staffers to take steps to protect Stiegler and blame one of his subordinates; urging staffers to lie to Diamond in court; and threatening “consequences” for those who did not follow Krasner’s orders.

He prevaricated and defended the comment, suggesting it was taken “out of context,” and he credited “gocha politics” and “cancel culture” for the controversy.

“Of course. Of course, it was a dumb statement, and of course, I think Hassan himself would say that was a dumb statement. He disavowed it. So yes, America didn’t deserve 9/11, but you know, to sit here and play gotcha politics with dumb things somebody said out of context that they disavowed themselves to say, ‘Oh well, what does that mean about what you think?’” he said.

He then laughably claimed the left agreed that cancel culture was a “bad idea back in 2020,” and accused Republicans of embracing the so-called relic of left-wing politics as if cancel culture isn’t alive and well today in the Democratic Party.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed to Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin that Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, also identified in the new federal briefing as Wisteguens Jean Quely Chargles, was removed to Haiti on Thursday, roughly 19 months after ICE grabbed him in East Boston.

He told the cameras he was never going back. He went back anyway.

On January 22, 2025, days after President Trump returned to the White House, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston took Charles into custody during a targeted operation in the sanctuary city of Boston. A Fox News crew embedded with the agents captured the moment.

As officers loaded him up, the 25-year-old Haitian national shouted that he was “not going back to Haiti,” then unloaded on the new president: “F**k Trump! You feel me? Yo, Biden forever, bro! Thank Obama for everything he did for me, bro!”

DHS confirms to Fox News that Wisteguens Jean Quely Chargles was finally deported back to his home country on Thursday, 19 months after his arrest. I’m told he was combative on the plane, which originated in Louisiana, and he made profane, threatening remarks about President Trump and his family while on board.

Per DHS, he had 17+ criminal convictions in just a two-year span in the state of Massachusetts. He was initially admitted to the US in 2013 during the Obama administration and was granted TPS. His TPS was later revoked in 2022. We witnessed him being arrested by ICE in the sanctuary city of Boston on 1/22/2025, just days into the Trump 2.0 administration.

As for why it took so long? I’m told by federal sources that he exhausted every single potential legal option to try to remain in the country and has had a final deportation order since November of last year.

Patel responded, “Your colleagues put that on full display today by hacking around the same lies and personal, baseless attacks, and that’s what makes the majority of the mainstream media…”

“So is it your view then that the media is a greater threat than Iran?” Adam Schiff asked Kash Patel.

Patel said the lying media is the most harmful institution in the US.”

Another day, another top Ukrainian official is in deep trouble with the country’s corruption agencies.

This time, it’s the Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, accused of being part of a criminal organization that offered protection to scam call center gangs.

NABU and SAPO raided his office and found a safe filled with dollars and euros, allegedly the fruit of his criminal activity.

Kravchenko has reportedly fled Ukraine via Poland, and it’s now said to be in France.

Today, Ukraine’s parliament dismissed Kravchenko, a day after he announced ‘charges’ against the head of the country’s anti-corruption bureau, the very agency that raided him.

Talk about a conflict of interest! The charges have been reportedly ‘canceled’.

“The dismissal, which passed without a single vote against it, comes amid a confrontation between Ukraine’s anti-corruption agencies and the Prosecutor General’s Office, which is facing a National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) investigation into an alleged criminal group that protected scam call centers and helped launder millions of hryvnias.

NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) said Kravchenko’s announcement about the charges against NABU chief Semen Kryvonos was part of a broader effort to undermine the independence of the anti-corruption agencies.

Late on Sept. 14, the Prosecutor General’s Office posted a statement that seemed to signal division between the agency and its outgoing boss. The statement claimed the reported charges were ‘not true’ but also ‘canceled’ — by whose authority, it remains unclear.”

Kravchenko, who urged lawmakers not to vote under ‘pressure’, resigned on September 7, then was fired by Zelensky and dismissed by Parliament.

“The NABU investigation has raised questions about Kravchenko’s alleged ties to a group that provided protection to scam call centers. In recordings obtained by the bureau, investigators refer to a ‘boss’ who allegedly protected the group. The person’s patronymic, Andriiovych, and former position as head of the State Tax Service match Kravchenko’s details.”

Kravchenko allegedly crossed the checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Polish border at 2 a.m. Kiev time on the morning of Sept. 14, one hour after his wife reportedly crossed at the same location.

Kyiv Post reported:

“Kyiv Post sources in the Prosecutor General’s Office say that Kravchenko’s disappearance and his statement had come as a surprise to everyone there. “We only found out ourselves while we were driving to work,” one of the employees told us.

[…] A theory, held by anti-corruption activists, is that the authorities – and President Volodymyr Zelensky – deliberately allowed Kravchenko to flee, after first giving him the opportunity to announce suspicion against the leadership of the anti-corruption agencies.

[…] Kravchenko himself said that he had supposedly traveled to Paris to attend a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). The Prosecutor General’s Office published a corresponding document. However, the event’s program was quickly found, and Kravchenko was not listed among the participants.”

American taxpayers just got another look at how the childcare subsidy machine actually works in Gavin Newsom’s California.

The Department of Justice announced Tuesday that 12 naturalized citizens and lawful permanent residents, originally from Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Afghanistan, and Iraq, have been charged in a more than $10 million home-daycare fraud scheme in San Diego.

Prosecutors say the defendants obtained California licenses to run home childcare, signed up with Child Development Associates and the YMCA to collect federal and county subsidies meant for low-income working families, then knowingly submitted false attendance records claiming they were watching children on days and at times when they were not.

They signed those forms under penalty of perjury. The money still showed up as direct deposits.

More than 250 federal, state, and local officers arrested all 12 defendants in a coordinated Thursday-morning raid and executed search warrants at the San Diego-area homes they claimed were daycare facilities.

U.S. Attorney Adam Gordon put it bluntly: “Today is a bad day for home daycare fraud. These fraudsters may have criminally gamed the system before. But today, the game is over.”

IRS Criminal Investigation Chief Jarod Koopman said investigators “uncovered patterns of deceit that revealed twelve ghost daycare operations billing for children who were never present,” and that proceeds went to luxury homes, overseas wire transfers, and large cash withdrawals.

According to federal complaints, surveillance footage showed that Abdulrahman Ayman Alawad claimed to care for 23 children in March 2026 and 25 children in April. However, cameras reportedly captured children entering or leaving his facility on only one of 57 days—coincidentally, the same day a state inspector arrived for an unannounced inspection.

Another defendant, Turkiya Mamdouh Alawad, allegedly collected $14,970 in childcare payments for January 2024 despite border records showing she was outside the United States during that entire month.

The DOJ says each defendant received between $538,000 and $1.2 million over periods ranging from months to years. Several allegedly collected more than $1 million, while Abdulrahman Alawad received more than $300,000 in payments in 2025 alone.

The defendants were identified as:

• Mazin Alawad — Syria
• Turkiya Alawad — Syria
• Zaryab Daudzai — Afghanistan
• Cezar Yaqoob — Iraq

All 12 face wire fraud charges carrying up to 20 years in prison and a $500,000 fine. Some also face money-laundering counts.

San Diego Has Seen This Movie Before

This is not the first time San Diego’s subsidized childcare pipeline has been looted by operators tied to the same immigrant networks.

In 2023, federal prosecutors charged four San Diego residents connected to the UMI Learning Center in a $3.7 million childcare-benefits scheme built on false work-and-school verifications and kickbacks.

The ringleader, Mohamed Muriidi Mohamed, later drew 27 months in federal prison and a $3.7 million restitution order.

The Gateway Pundit has also reported ICE’s arrest of an illegal alien, a convicted child sex offender and gang member, found living inside an active San Diego daycare. That is the public-safety overlay Democrats pretend does not exist when the subject is “childcare providers.”

And earlier this year, independent journalist Nick Shirley took cameras to California hospices and San Diego daycares and said he documented more than $170 million in suspected fraud, empty buildings, luxury living, and operators who screamed and called police when asked a simple question: where are the children? California Democrats answered Shirley’s reporting the way they always do. They did not clean the books. They advanced the so-called “Stop Nick Shirley Act” to treat investigative journalism aimed at immigrant-run service centers as “harassment.” The Gateway Pundit reported that power grab here and here.

Today’s indictment is the federal government’s reply to the activists who spent months calling empty-facility footage “racism.”
