Biden DoJ sent the FBI to Terry Newsomes home March of 2023 under the false pretense of an investigation of ANTIFA targeting parents. At the time, Newsome didn’t know he was under an FBI investigation.

A Downers Grove, Illinois father who stood up at a school board meeting against the graphic book “Gender Queer” became the target of a tightly timed campaign that moved from an SPLC Hatewatch article written by a Chicago ANTIFA-linked researcher straight into federal action.

FOIA records, TSA documents obtained by Congress, and the sequence of events show that the pattern is not a coincidence. His case fits the broader pattern documented in the Department of Justice’s October 5, 2026 Weaponization Working Group report on the Garland Memorandum, which traced how the Biden Administration pressured DOJ to treat parents objecting to school policies—including explicit materials, CRT, and transgender policies—as potential domestic terrorists.

Terry Newsome, Illinois Chapter President of Parents Involved in Education, former Republican precinct committeeperson, and host of the Behind Enemy Lines podcast, first spoke out in 2021 after discovering explicit sexual content in Community High School District 99 libraries. His advocacy was local, public, and focused on parental rights. He has never been charged with any crime related to January 6, 2021. He left the west side of the Capitol grounds before anyone breached the final police line or entered the Capitol.

The 2026 DOJ report details how the National School Boards Association’s September 29, 2021 letter to President Biden labeled such parental speech as potentially “equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism,”and how, five days later, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued his October 4, 2021 memorandum directing the FBI and U.S. Attorneys to treat threats against school officials as a federal priority.

Internal DOJ emails cited in the report show career officials calling the request “ridiculous” and warning against ramping up federal manpower for non-federal conduct, yet White House and ODAG pressure prevailed. Whistleblower accounts in related House reports noted the FBI opening assessments on parents simply for belonging to “right-wing mom’s groups,” owning guns, or “railing against the government.”

Newsome’s later targeting—after speaking against graphic sexual content in school libraries—occurred under that framework. Parents Involved in Education, like other parental-rights groups, fell into the category of organizations the NSBA and subsequent federal posture treated as sources of disruption.

On or about November 15, 2022, SPLC senior research analyst Jeff Tischauser filed a FOIA request for Newsome’s school board emails. Tischauser, based in Chicago, has documented public ties to ANTIFA networks, including a July 4, 2022 post directing complaints to an “ANTIFA Foot Soldiers” email address. On November 30, 2022, Tischauser published the Hatewatch article “Illinois Radical Parent Activist Has Hate Group Ties, History of Racist Posts.” It labeled Newsome an extremist with hate-group affiliations, citing a public law-enforcement event photo, a sarcastic “OK” hand sign, old social media posts taken out of context, and his presence in Washington on January 6. A national SPLC press release followed the story on December 1, 2022.

Four days after the article, on December 4, 2022, Tischauser posted on X that he had asked Newsome why he “tried to overthrow the government on 1/6” and received no response. Newsome states the conversation never occurred and that the claim is absolutely false. He left before any breach. The same period saw Sedition Hunters, an ANTIFA-aligned group known for collaborating with the Biden FBI, create a dedicated “Terry Newsome – Big Pouches” page using the Jeff Tishauser SPLC article, ANTIFA posts, LinkedIn details, and employer information.

The federal response was immediate. The first 50 pages of an FBI FOIA production (out of 346 pages the Bureau says it holds) show the FBI opened an investigation of Newsome approximately one week after the November 30 SPLC story—days after the December 4 “overthrow” post. The remaining pages, Newsome was told, would take 49 months to release. On December 15, 2022—fifteen days after the article—TSA initiated an unusual “recurrent review” of his PreCheck eligibility. He received a Determination of Ineligibility dated January 13, 2023. Congressman Troy Nehls later obtained the TSA response, signed by Charles Makings, Assistant Administrator for Legislative Affairs. It stated only that TSA was “unable to determine that Mr. Newsome meets the TSA PreCheck Application Program eligibility standards.” No specific information, failed standard, or decision-maker was identified.

While traveling to Turning Point USA’s AmFest with his wife and 15-year-old twins (VIP guests of Charlie Kirk), Newsome, his wife, the twins, and two of the children’s friends were all marked Quad-S (SSSS). The family endured enhanced screening. Later trips, including to CPAC, involved additional agents, secondary searches, bomb-residue checks, and U.S. Air Marshal oversight that made him the focus of the gate. The Quad-S designation was later lifted after congressional intervention; PreCheck was not restored.

In March 2023, FBI agents arrived unannounced at Newsome’s home. He did not know he was under investigation. They indicated they were there because of ANTIFA threats against him and other parent groups, then shifted to questions about January 6, whether he entered the Capitol, and any Proud Boys connections. Ring-camera footage exists of the visit.

ANTIFA and aligned fake X accounts weaponized the SPLC labels. Venues hosting events for Parents Involved in Education, Moms for Liberty, Moms for America, Gays Against Groomers, and Log Cabin Republicans received threats against owners and performers. Multiple joint parent forums were canceled. Pre-Musk Twitter Trust and Safety chief Ella Irwin reviewed complaints about accounts tagging Capgemini executives and clients with the SPLC material and declined to act, calling it protected conversation.

Congressman Matt Gaetz sent a formal Demand Letter on or about June 2, 2023, to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. It asked four questions: whether Newsome was on any watchlist; why the SSSS designation was placed; whether DOJ, FBI, or DHS maintain a watchlist of people present near the Capitol on January 6; and whether they maintain one for parents who spoke at school board meetings. All three acknowledged the letter. None answered the questions.

In February 2025, Tischauser published a second SPLC Hatewatch hit piece, “Head of Trump’s Immigration Plans Met Proud Boys Associate About Deportations,” after Newsome met border czar Tom Homan in Chicago and Washington, including a December 11, 2024 session also attended by Alderman Raymond Lopez. The article labeled Newsome a Proud Boys associate. That characterization was later incorporated into Tom Homan’s Wikipedia page. Weeks later, Capgemini terminated Newsome after 23 years. He had won the company’s top sales award seven times—more than any other employee. HR stated the termination was “not due to performance.” At the time he was 63 and recovering from back-to-back cancer treatments for Stage 4 prostate cancer (following immunotherapy for Stage 3 melanoma).

The sequence is documented: SPLC article by an Antifa-linked analyst on November 30, public “overthrow the government” accusation on December 4, FBI investigation opened within days, TSA PreCheck review and family Quad-S designation within two weeks, FBI home visit under a shifting pretext months later, second SPLC piece, and career-ending termination. Newsome has provided the Gaetz letter, Nehls/TSA correspondence, FOIA response, Tischauser posts, ring-camera images, and employment records to members of Congress. He has asked the House Judiciary Committee to determine who inside DOJ or FBI received and acted on the SPLC material, to compel release of the remaining FBI pages, to identify the officials who imposed the Quad-S and PreCheck actions, and to examine the SPLC–Antifa pipeline that supplied the public predicate.

The 2026 DOJ report confirms the foundation: political pressure produced the Garland Memorandum that treated parents speaking at school boards as a federal enforcement priority, despite internal warnings that the conduct was largely local and constitutionally protected. Newsome’s experience—SPLC labeling, rapid FBI and TSA action, family screening, and career destruction—illustrates how that posture operated in practice against a parent whose offense was opposing explicit sexual material in a high school library. Parents who objected to explicit material in school libraries, and Americans who attended January 6 without being charged, were subjected to the same pattern of designation, screening, investigation, and economic pressure. The timestamps, the FOIA opening date, the TSA review date, and the unanswered congressional questions are public. The agencies have never explained the coincidence.

Deep State lawyer Norm Eisen filed a Hatch Act complaint against Trump Administration officials on Tuesday over the raid on Ilhan Omar’s home.

The Hatch Act restricts the political activities of executive branch officials.

As previously reported, federal agents raided the DC-area residence of far-left Democrat Muslima Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) early Monday morning as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into her immigration paperwork.

Federal HSI agents arrived at Ilhan Omar’s home at 6 am and removed boxes of evidence.

The Justice Department secured a search warrant for Ilhan Omar’s home amid a years-long investigation into her immigration fraud.

Federal investigators have been probing the immigration paperwork filed by Ilhan Omar’s father.

However, the scope of the federal criminal investigation is much wider than previously reported.

On Monday, the Associated Press and NBC News reported that, according to sources, federal investigators were also probing Ilhan Omar’s financial records.

The New York Times also reported on the expanded scope of the investigation and revealed that Ilhan Omar’s family members were subpoenaed.

On Tuesday afternoon, Norm Eisen’s legal group Democracy Defenders Fund called for an investigation into DHS Chief Markwayne Mullin, AG Todd Blanche, and other Trump Administration officials.

“This unprecedented raid occurred a mere four days before general early voting begins in Minnesota and appears to be timed to influence voters in the upcoming midterm election,” the complaint read.

There is ZERO law that prohibits the Justice Department from taking action against members of Congress or political candidates during election season.

Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) husband has reacted to this week’s raid on their DC home and the ongoing federal investigation into his infamous wife that could result in her deportation.

On Tuesday, a Fox News reporter confronted Omar’s husband, Tim Mynett, while he was walking his dog to get his reaction to the incident.

Video from the interaction was shared by the outlet this morning.

“Tim, tell us: do you have a reaction to the raid and the investigations that are going on?” the reporter asked him.

“Eh, my wife came here when she was 12 years old,” Mynett replied. “She was a child refugee.”

“No concerns,” he added while walking away.

His comments came the same day that Omar’s relatives were issued subpoenas as part of the investigation into her immigration paperwork. At least two of Omar’s relatives were subpoenaed.

One has been confirmed to be Omar’s sister, Sahra Noor.

The New York Times reported yesterday, that federal agents investigating Rep. Ilhan Omar issued subpoenas to some of her relatives, including her sister Sahra Noor, as well as at least one other family member. Cristina Laila reported on this development on Tuesday night.

These are grand jury subpoenas related to a criminal inquiry focused on the family’s immigration history — specifically, whether Omar’s late father, Nur Omar Mohamed, lied or omitted information on immigration forms before becoming a U.S. citizen.

As reported earlier, Ilhan Omar’s father was a colonel in the Somali regime and served as senior officer during the genocide of the Isaaq people.

He reportedly misrepresented himself as a refugee when he came to America.

Omar’s sister, Sahra Noor, registered her consulting company at a Minnesota residence connected through business records to several major figures in the Feeding Our Future operation, according to an investigation by The Daily Wire.

Noor founded Grit Partners Consulting, a health and leadership consultancy focused largely on projects in Africa.

Noor’s website claims that she has “secured more than $20 million in funding for health initiatives” and consulted on projects backed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, USAID, GAVI, and the World Bank.

The website does not say that Grit Partners itself received $20 million from USAID. Rather, Noor claims to have secured more than $20 million for health initiatives while consulting on projects supported by multiple agencies and organizations, including USAID.

According to The Daily Wire’s investigation, Grit Partners was registered at a home on Hyacinth Way in Lakeville, Minnesota.

That address reportedly belongs to Mashah Ahmed Ali and his wife, Ister Ahmed Afraa, also known as Ismahan Afraah.

A Democratic candidate in one of the nation’s most critical races performed a disgusting, low-class action during a debate that is going viral.

As The Maine Morning Star reported, Maine GOP Senator Susan Collins and Democrat challenger Troy Jackson faced off in their second-to-last debate on Tuesday night as the general election rapidly approaches.

The two had multiple testy exchanges on various issues, including energy costs, immigration, tariffs, and campaign finance.

Throughout the debate, Jackson consistently hewed to the liberal, Trump-hating lane while Collins touted her independent voting record and history of delivering for Mainers.

But one moment toward the end overshadowed these exchanges, and it demonstrates what kind of individual Jackson is.

As Collins delivered her closing argument, Jackson can be heard belching into the microphone roughly 33 seconds in. It’s unknown whether he was trying to express displeasure with Collins or just thought it was a good time to let one rip.

Collins ignores him and continues to share her message with Maine voters.

This should not come as too much of a surprise, considering Jackson is the same candidate who married his second cousin and has two sons with her.

For followers of politics, this incident brings to mind disgraced former Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-China) f*rting on MSNBC while talking to Chris Matthews back in November 2019.

According to the latest polls, Jackson holds a lead of about two points over Collins. It’s important to note, however, that Collins has a history of defying the odds and winning.

Even in a difficult political environment for Republicans, Collins cannot be counted out. Let’s hope history repeats itself.

It’s a tale as old as party politics: Democrats saying they’re going to be moderates, then being unable to back it up.

Take Eileen Laubacher, who’s running against GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District. She paints Boebert, who’s been in the House since 2021, as being an extremist — and says that she’s going to stand up to “extremists in both parties.”

Why, just listen to this ad:

“Like so many of us, Eileen is done with the extremists in both parties,” a narrator intones in the piece. “Maybe the best way to break through the noise is a little less talking and more listening.”

OK, then. During her debate with Boebert on Monday — the only debate of the campaign — Laubacher was asked to call out those extremists, if she believes they exist.

“Ms. Laubacher, you have an ad running right now that says that you are done with the extremists in both parties,” said Kyle Clark of KUSA-TV in Denver.

“Who are the extremists in your Democratic Party? Please name them and explain how you’ll stand up to them.”

Uh-oh.

“I think — I think what’s extreme is — you want me to name specific people?” Laubacher said.

“Yes, specific people,” Clark responded.

“I don’t think that’s really necessary, Kyle. I think it’s more important to talk about the things that they want to do and the things that I want to do,” Laubacher stalled.

Which, hey, is not what she said in the ad — in which the Democratic nominee tried to get the vote of people in a heavily Republican district by insisting she’d had enough with the extremes of either party and implying her competitor was an extremist.

“What I want to do is find ways to work in a bipartisan way, to include voting on important bipartisan housing legislation, which I would have absolutely done,” she said.

“But I think it’s also important to find ways to find middle ground with people. I believe that we have way more in common across the aisle than we do that separates us. But I believe that the loudest voices on both sides are the ones that are making the most noise, and people think that that is what we should be listening to, and I do not think so.”

Clark had her dead to rights. “How are voters to believe that you will stand up to people who you will not even name?” he asked.

“Because I think — because I think that if I name three and forget two, like, that’s not going to help anyone,” she said. “Also, I think it’s important to understand that I think what we need to do is stand up for things that are right.”

If this isn’t a window into Boebert’s opponent — indeed, into Democrats in 2026 — what is?

She claims to be a moderate, one who wants to be practical and fight against the extremes. In her one debate, before a friendly Denver outlet, she’s asked the simplest question. Name one Democrat extremist. Just one.

It shouldn’t be difficult. Heck, she could have kicked Ilhan Omar while she was down. AOC if she were feeling punchy. Go outside of the chamber she wants to enter and there’s Sens. Ed Markey, Chris Van Hollen or Elizabeth Warren. Go for it. Prove your bona fides.

Instead, look at her stammering to name just one extremist on the side she wants to represent. A single one! And this isn’t just putting her on the spot; she was practically inviting this by releasing the campaign ad that Clark was referencing.

The progressive pronoun police of 2024 are now the cost-of-living scolds, with the caveat that nobody wants to mention who started us down the inflation highway. (Joe Biden, anyone? A Democratic Congress?)

The Democrats would have us believe that they’re the party of pragmatism. If that’s true, they need to extirpate their left-wing element. When they can’t even identify who those extremists are — when they’re running on fake bipartisanship without even the thought of actually practicing it — that should be a much bigger issue than the GOP is making it.

Another day, another illegal released into the country by Democrats, arrested for a violent crime.

A man arrested in Florida for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor has been identified as a trans illegal from Mexico.

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect, Santiago Perez, 38, a biological man pretending to be a woman, posed as a prospective buyer for a property and set up a tour of the house with the homeowner.

It is alleged that on October 6, during the walkthrough, he maneuvered the homeowner’s underage son into a bathroom and sexually assaulted him.

Following the assault, the boy reported the incident to authorities who developed probable cause to arrest Santiago Perez on a sexual battery charge.

He is being held at the Lee County Jail and also has an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

According to Fox News’ Bill Melugin, “A federal source tells FOX that PEREZ was previously encountered by ICE after an arrest in Lawrenceville, GA in 2015, but because he didn’t meet the Obama administration’s ICE enforcement priorities at the time, he was ignored and ICE did not place a detainer on him with the Gwinnett County, GA jail.”

“Fox is told this was specifically the result of former Obama DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson’s 11/20/2014 memo on ICE enforcement priorities.”

“Fox is told that PEREZ has a prior conviction for prostitution in Georgia in 2013. ICE has now placed a detainer on him with law enforcement in Lee County, FL for this sexual assault arrest.”

“NEW: Federal law enforcement sources tell @FoxNews that the suspect arrested in Lee County, FL for the alleged sexual assault of an underage boy during a house showing is a transgender illegal alien from Mexico who was previously ignored by the Obama administration when ICE had the opportunity to take him into custody in Georgia in 2015.”

“Police say 38-year-old URIEL SANTIAGO PEREZ, a biological male who presents as a woman, pretended to be an interested home buyer when he showed up to a house in North Fort Myers, FL last week – where the victim’s father was listing the home for sale and giving a tour of the residence.”

“Police say when the father briefly stepped out to smoke a cigarette, PEREZ sexually assaulted the underage boy in a bathroom. According to the police report, Perez exposed his “breasts” to the boy before forcefully sexually assaulting him.”

Former Special Counsel Jack Smith collected information on 639,000 Republican voters and donors during his sprawling Arctic Frost investigation, according to documents released by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley.

The information collected included the donors’ physical home addresses, credit card information, occupations and donation amount.

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded Biden DOJ witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

The 2020 Trump alternate electors prompted the Biden DOJ to open the Arctic Frost investigation into Trump and hundreds of other individuals and organizations.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley last year revealed that Jack Smith targeted the ‘entire Republican apparatus.’

A new memo obtained by Fox News Digital alleges that former President Joe Biden’s Justice Department collected information on hundreds of thousands of Republican voters and donors.

The memo is part of an update from Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and his investigation into former special counsel Jack Smith and his Arctic Frost probe, which was launched by Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2022 to investigate efforts to overturn results of the 2020 election.

Grassley has been diving into Arctic Frost since last year, releasing a drip feed of whistleblower reports on the investigation that led to Smith testifying before the Judiciary Committee last month.

The latest update found that Smith’s special counsel’s office and the DOJ “obtained spreadsheets containing Republican campaign donors, supporters, and detailed personal voter information in various formats, totaling over 639,000 individuals, at minimum,” Grassley said in the memo.

“Out of those, over 148,000 rows are identified in the spreadsheets as donors,” he continued. “The donors generally contributed small-dollar amounts.”

A new report released by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan in September confirmed Jack Smith coordinated with the Biden DOJ to spy on their political opposition.

Republicans released documents that revealed investigators improperly subpoenaed phone records that belonged to 44 GOP lawmakers during Jack Smith’s Arctic Frost investigation.

Jack Smith’s team also secured gag orders to prevent the GOP lawmakers from learning that Biden’s DOJ obtained their phone records.

A new report by Miranda Devine at The New York Post reveals that a federal banking regulator found that “major banks closed accounts and refused credit to MAGA merchants, pro-life causes, religious groups, conservative organizations and sectors disfavored by the Biden administration, such as firearms, oil and gas, and private prisons.”

This follows a report on fair banking that was released on Wednesday by US Comptroller Jonathan Gould that he posted on X.

According to the Post:

Major banks closed accounts and refused credit to MAGA merchants, pro-life causes, religious groups, conservative organizations and sectors disfavored by the Biden administration, such as firearms, oil and gas, and private prisons, a bombshell report from the federal banking regulator has found.

The NY Post also names the guilty parties: JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC, TD Bank, and BMO Bank.

These banks cited “reputation risk” as their reason to de-bank conservative groups during the Biden regime years.

Of course, this tactic of the radical left is nothing new for The Gateway Pundit and our readers. As The Gateway Pundit readers are well aware, conservatives have faced increased efforts by the left to de-bank, de-platform, and cancel their voices and ability to do business at every level in the United States.

Tens of thousands of Americans have lost banking privileges, social media pages, and their right to speak freely without warning, The Gateway Pundit has been banned, shadowbanned, censored, and disappeared from online platforms, online banking, and even insurance companies over the past several years.

Individuals who shopped at stores like Cabela’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, or purchased religious texts like a Bible, may also have had their transactions flagged.

Stripe disabled the Libs of TikTok account in February 2021 with no explanation.

Paypal went on a ban-a-thon in 2022 and has terminated the accounts of a number of campaign organizations. These organizations include the Gay Against Groomers, the Free Speech Union, legal activists Law or Fiction, and the parenting group UsForThem.

A Saudi national employed as an engineer at OpenAI has been arrested by the FBI after allegedly planting a surreptitious audio recording device inside an executive conference room at the company’s San Francisco headquarters.

According to the Justice Department’s October 13 announcement, 35-year-old Abdulrahman Alfozan was arrested on Friday, October 9, and made his initial appearance in federal court on Tuesday.

Alfozan, who had worked as an engineer for OpenAI since July 2025, is accused of placing a concealed recording device in a room where company executives regularly discussed highly confidential information, including proprietary research, advanced AI capabilities, government engagements, and strategic business decisions.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

According to the complaint, Alfozan had been employed as an engineer by OpenAI since July 2025.

On or about Sept. 30, OpenAI personnel discovered a surreptitious audio recording device (Recording Device 1) inserted into a USB port on the back of a television in an executive conference room inside one of their buildings in San Francisco.

OpenAI determined that the device, which had been concealed in toilet paper, was installed on or about Sept. 28, and that its contents were encrypted.

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage inside OpenAI’s office showed that Alfozan appeared near the executive conference room on multiple dates prior to the device’s discovery, although he had no authority to access or to participate in meetings occurring in the executive conference room.

According to the complaint, meetings in the executive conference room where Recording Device 1 was discovered frequently involved discussions of highly confidential technical, commercial, and strategic information, including proprietary research, product plans, and business-development opportunities, as well as nonpublic information about Open AI’s technical progress and strategic decisions, capabilities, priorities, government engagements, and commercial relationships.

According to the complaint, prior to Sept. 28, Alfozan used a productivity tool to make multiple inquiries about Open AI’s building addresses, meeting rooms, meeting-room capacities and calendars, “leadership and exec” locations, and external partner meetings.

Moreover, a chatbot account associated with Alfozan’s spouse (which shared multiple identifiers and attributes with Alfozan’s own chatbot account) submitted prompts between Sept. 24 and Sept. 30 related to building, customizing, installing, audio recording, testing, obfuscating, and remote accessing a device, including inquiries about “build[ing] a continuous audio recorder,” “customiz[ing] Wi-Fi . . . connectivity,” “improv[ing] audio and live listening,” and “encrypt[ing] the SD card,” among other things.

The same chatbot account also submitted prompts specifically related to Recording Device 1, including its custom header and unique MAC address, between Sept. 27 and Sept. 28.

The complaint further alleges that on Oct. 5, Alfozan entered the executive conference room and appeared to look behind the television into which Recording Device 1 had been inserted, as captured below:

Finally, the complaint alleges that, also on or about Oct. 5, Alfozan left a bag unattended in a different room in an OpenAI building. OpenAI security personnel found and opened Alfozan’s bag, inside which they discovered — among other things, including Alfozan’s wallet and ID — another recording device (Recording Device 2) similar to Recording Device 1.

FBI Director Kash Patel stated: “According to the complaint unsealed today, Abdulrahman Alfozan allegedly concealed a covert recording device inside his employer’s executive conference room to secretly capture sensitive communications about the company’s super intelligence technology. Protecting American SI innovation is essential to safeguarding our nation’s economic strength and national security, and the FBI views that mission as one of our highest counterintelligence priorities.”
