As if we didn’t have enough people pouring across our border, Democratic leaders are now urging Joe Biden to bring in thousands of Palestinian nationals.

As Joe Hoft of the Gateway Pundit reported,

Democratic leaders Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) are reportedly circulating a draft letter pressing the Biden regime to open the floodgates for Palestinian nationals to seek refuge in the United States.

The draft letter, obtained by Daily Caller’s Chief National Correspondent, Henry Rodgers, explicitly calls on the administration to “designate the Palestinian territories for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and/or authorize Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for Palestinians present in the United States.”

TPS and DED are programs that offer temporary legal status to nationals from designated countries experiencing armed conflict, natural disasters, or other extraordinary conditions that prevent safe return. TPS provides work authorization and protection from deportation to people inside/arriving in the US, while the DED merely protects them from deportation. The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security designates eligible countries for TPS, while the President grants DED.

Once the Biden regime approves this request, it will open the gates for millions of Palestinians to walk freely to the border and enter the US without facing deportation.

Polling in Gaza has found that from 68% to 89% of Palestinians support terror attacks on Israel and Jews.

A poll conducted by the Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO) back in 2014 found that 89% of Palestinians support terror attacks against Israel. That is quite a majority.

Today, the American left is calling on the United States to take in one million Palestinian refugees from Gaza.

Police have reportedly identified the man who killed 65-year-old Jewish man Paul Kessler and have raided his home.

Jim Hoft previously reported that Kessler was involved in a heated altercation that broke out between him and a pro-Hamas protester last Sunday in Ventura County. The protester allegedly struck Mr. Kessler in the head with a megaphone, causing him to fall to the ground with a severe head injury.

Despite best efforts by the medical professionals, Mr. Kessler died due to his injuries on Monday. His death has been ruled a homicide.

The Daily Mail revealed Wednesday that the man allegedly responsible for Kessler’s death is a 50-year-old college professor named Loay Alnaji. He teaches computer science at Ventura Community College in California.

Alnaji is married to Palestinian economics professor Nada Al Hammouri and has two young children with her. He came to the United States in the 1990s after previously teaching in the United Arab Emirates.

Police also raided his home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Moorpark, California, on Sunday evening, according to the news outlet.

Alnaji’s neighbor, Milli Revezzo, revealed that she and her husband saw a SWAT team emerge and said she was shocked.

My husband was getting home from Costco when he saw a SWAT team, six cops with rifles and full gear. Their vehicles were not police cars, they were unmarked.

It’s shocking. As a Moorpark resident I don’t like when anything happens here, as we’re known as one of the safest cities.

Alnaji has openly supported and admired the Palestinian terrorists trying to destroy Israel. According to the Daily Mail, he posted multiple messages in Arabic on his Facebook page singing their praises.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) directly addressed concerns of political retaliation by the U.S. Bureau of Prisons  against J6 political prisoners and specifically called out the outrageous treatment of Owen Shroyer and John Strand.

The Gateway Pundit  reported  that Infowars reporter and War Room host Owen Shroyer was sentenced to 60 DAYS IN PRISON in September in a DC kangaroo court for his actions on January 6, 2020 and before.

A recent update on X indicates that Shroyer is now facing an additional 30 days in solitary confinement.

The Gateway Pundit also reported that John Strand was sentenced to nearly 3 years (32 months)  in prison and, despite the Bureau of Prison’s own scoring system, he was sent to a prison and placed in isolation.

J6 political prisoners have faced maltreatment and deplorable living conditions.

Congressman Gaetz directly addressed his concerns to The Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Colette Peters.

Rep. Gaetz: I was very heartened by your discussion of site visits to our prisons to get firsthand understanding of what’s going on there. Sometimes members of Congress have had challenges doing that. Could you give us some advice? If we wanted to glean those benefits and get that firsthand experience, what’s the best way for us to go about that with your team?

Director Peters: Thank you, Congressman. So if you have your team reach out to our office of Legislative Affairs, we will be happy to make that arrangement.

Rep. Gaetz: Thank you so much. Does the Bureau of Prisons retaliate against people based on political… on constitutionally protected speech?

Director Peters: I have been very clear that retaliation will not be stood for on my watch.

Rep. Gaetz: And you’re confident that that’s being observed throughout the Bureau?

Director Peters: I’m confident that message has been delivered. And if anyone engages in retaliation, we will hold them accountable.

Rep. Gaetz: Are you familiar with the matter of John Strand?

Director Peters: That name is not familiar to me.

Rep. Gaetz: So Mr. Strand was a witness at a hearing that we had regarding some of the civil rights concerns of people who’d interacted with the Department of Justice in January 6 matters. He was convicted, sentenced at FCI Miami. And I had received word that he had been placed into enhanced confinement and into higher acuity, securing as a consequence of information that others had put out on his Twitter feed. So does that ring a bell to you?

Director Peters: Congressman, I wouldn’t be able to speak to an individual’s circumstances regarding their behavior inside our institutions. What I can assure you is that if an individual is placed in our special housing unit, it would be for conduct that happened inside the institution.

Rep. Gaetz: So what’s a special housing unit?

Director Peters: A special housing unit is one of our restrictive housing placements that could include disciplinary segregation, protective custody, and would house individuals that either were at harm to harm themselves or others or had actually engaged in misbehavior inside our institution.

Rep. Gaetz: What I’m worried about is that Mr. Strand gave us testimony about some of his concerns. And as you know, people give us testimony. We sort through what’s right and wrong and should be acted on and shouldn’t be acted on. It’s not gospel. It’s just testimony. But then thereafter, people were posting on some of his social media platforms his concerns about the treatment he’d received at the Bureau. And then I sent a letter to you concerned about that, because, like you, I don’t want anyone retaliated against for constitutionally protected speech. And thereafter, I got a letter back from the aforementioned Office of Legislative Affairs in your office, and they say, in part, Mr. Strand was moved to a secure housing unit with increased supervision and frequent employee contact on September 26, 2023, pending completion of an investigation. So I guess my question is, is that, like, akin to what we would normally think about as solitary confinement? Those words, secure housing unit with increased supervision and frequent employee contact.

Director Peters: We would use the word restrictive housing.

Rep. Gaetz: Okay, so what’s this, then? Because this guy’s a nonviolent. He was never violent toward anyone. So I’m just wondering why the assets that we fund for the highest acuity, violent people would be used for this purpose.

Director Peters: Congressman, we use that special housing unit for individuals that engage in any sort of misconduct inside our institutions. I don’t know what he was found to be guilty of by our hearings. Administrative process that would warrant his need to go into restrictive housing, but I assure you, we have administrative processes that people have to go through before those placements actually occur.

Rep. Gaetz: Yeah, I get that you can’t know the conditions of every single prisoner throughout the Bureau. This is one I’ve ripened and sent to you because I am worried that throughout our Department of Justice and what we’ve endured, that there are some people who are sort of being used as pawns and they’re being mistreated in order to send a message to other people. And I’m grateful that you’ve said here that is not your doctrine. You don’t want to see that happen. But you also haven’t been able to share with us an entire confidence that that isn’t happening in some cases, and I’m worried that it’s happening here. Have you heard of the matter of Owen Schrayer?

Director Peters: No. That name is not familiar to me.

Rep. Gaetz: Very similar fact pattern. Somebody who’d sort of spoken out, was prominent in the public, was convicted as a consequence of activities on January 6, and now feels as though there’s specific Bureau of Prison Retaliation. I don’t think any group of people should be retaliated again. So I look forward to taking you up on the offer to perhaps go and do some site visits and see how people are being treated and get that information directly. So I hope I get prompt cooperation from OLA.

Jewish students at Concordia University in Montreal were attacked on Wednesday by a pro-Palestinian mob angered the students had set up a table in support of the over 200 Israelis kidnapped last month by the Islamist terrorist group Hamas.

The ‘K’ word flew from the nasty mouths of the pro-Palestinian mob, with a chant of “Throw the k*k*s out!” being heard and a woman seen on video shouting “F*****g k*k*!” at a Jewish student. An attempt to steal an Israeli flag was captured on video. A student reported the mob threatened the Jewish students, saying, “We’ll see you after class, be ready.”

News reports state that police remained at the scene for three hours, with one person being arrested for assaulting a security officer and one student and one security officer suffering minor injuries that did not require hospitalization.

The Jewish students stood their ground despite repeated assaults.

Today at @Concordia in Montréal Jewish and Israeli students set up a table to call for the release of hostages currently held by HAMAS.

…Around 1:30 p.m., calls were made to 911 regarding a conflict on de Maisonneuve Boulevard near Mackay Street in the Ville-Marie borough, according to Montreal police spokesperson Const. Caroline Chèvrefils.

…During their intervention, police arrested a 22-year-old student for allegedly assaulting the security guard. He was then released on a promise to appear in court, Chèvrefils said.

A second security guard,19, and another student, 23, were injured by assaults during the altercation.

All three people suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were not transported to hospital.

Police were on the scene until 4:15 p.m., Chèvrefils said, and the investigation is ongoing.

Iran-backed Houthi’s in Yemen shot down a U.S. Reaper drone near Yemen on Wednesday. A statement by the Houthis was released Wednesday morning D.C. time with alleged video of the shootdown posted in the afternoon D.C. time. Soon after the video was posted a Pentagon spokesman confirmed to reporters that a drone had been shot down over international waters off Yemen. The attack comes after Iranian proxies have attacked U.S. troops in Iraq and Syria dozens of times since the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel. The Biden administration has so far responded with just a pin prick strike on two IRGC weapons depots in Syria.

The Houthi’s declared war on Israel last week. Two weeks ago the U.S. Navy shot down several missiles and drones fired by Houthis targeting Israel. Last week Israel shot down a Houthi ballistic missile in space that was headed toward Israel.

President Trump hit back and filed an appeal brief on Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order on Wednesday.

A federal appeals court on Friday temporarily paused Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order against Trump in Jack Smith’s January 6 case in DC.

The 3-judge panel at the DC District Court of Appeals, all Democrats, froze Chutkan’s gag order. Oral arguments are set for November 20.

Trump argued Chutkan’s gag order is broad, vague and violates his First Amendment rights.

Last month Trump filed a motion to stay (halt) the gag order imposed by Judge Chutkan pending appeal.

On October 20, Judge Chutkan agreed to temporarily pause her own gag order in the DOJ’s January 6 case while Trump and Jack Smith submit appeal briefs.

According to Chutkan’s gag order, Trump cannot criticize Special Counsel Jack Smith or any of his prosecutors – even if Trump is telling the truth!

The gag order prevented Trump from criticizing Jack Smith or any of his prosecutors or staffers, any of the Court’s staff or supporting personnel or any ‘witnesses.’

Jack Smith can leak and lie about Trump – and threaten witnesses – but Trump cannot defend himself otherwise he will be violating Chutkan’s unconstitutional gag order.

Last week, Judge Chutkan reinstated a gag order against Trump and argued in her latest ruling that Trump’s repeated inflammatory attacks on prosecutors, court officials, and witnesses had threatened to undermine the case and put people at risk.

Matthew Perry’s official death certificate was made public on Wednesday.

The ‘Friends’ actor’s cause of death was listed as “deferred” pending further investigation and a toxicology report.

The document lists Perry’s career as 38 years in the Entertainment industry and lists the “informant” on his death as his famous step-father Keith Morrison. The document also confirms he was laid to rest at Forest Lawn in Los Angeles.

“Friends” star Matthew Perry died on October 28 of an apparent ‘drowning’ at his home in Los Angeles. He was 54.

Matthew Perry played Chandler Bing on the highly popular sit-com “Friends” from 1994-2004.

Perry, who was public about his struggles with alcohol and drug addiction, was reportedly found at his own home in a hot tub after law enforcement responded to a call for cardiac arrest around 4 pm local time.

According to TMZ, no drugs were found at the scene.

Matthew Perry had reportedly played 2 hours of pickleball on Saturday morning and sent his assistant to run some errands. When the assistant returned to Perry’s home, he found him unresponsive and dialed 911, TMZ reported.

According to Fox News, Perry was already dead by the time firefighters arrived to his Pacific Palisades home.

“A bystander had brought the man’s head above the water and gotten him to the edge, then firefighters removed him from the water,” a statement from public information officer Erik Scott read, according to Fox News.

Perry posted one last haunting photo of himself in a hot tub a few days before he was found dead… in a hot tub.

“Oh, so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I’m Mattman,” Matthew Perry said in a post on Instagram this week shortly before his death.

There is even more blood on the hands of Joe Biden thanks to his lawless open borders policies.

Fox News’ Bill Melugin revealed today that two innocent Americans were killed after a human smuggler carrying hordes of illegals in his 18-wheeler crashed into an SUV while fleeing from the Zavala County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident occurred in Batesville, Texas along US Highway 57. In addition to the two Americans, everyone else died including the smuggler.

Batesville is roughly 50 miles from the U.S.-Mexican border.

A fiery explosion also occurred as one can see in the featured image.

The Daily Mail confirmed the early-morning crash happened around 8am local time and that the pair of innocent Americans were from Georgia.

Authorities also confirmed the smuggler hailed from Honduras and along with several of the deceased. Lieutenant Chris Olivarez from the Texas Department of Public Safety released the following statement explained what happened and noted this is an ongoing investigation.:

Texas DPS is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash on US 57 near Batesville.

The driver in a Honda passenger car from Houston suspected of human smuggling was evading from Zavala COSO when the driver passed an 18-wheeler in a no-passing zone,’ the officer added.

The driver drove head-on with a Chevy SUV, causing the vehicle to burst into flames, killing the driver & passenger from Georgia.

As a result, five passengers, including the suspected smuggler of the Honda, were killed.

Troopers confirmed several of the deceased are from Honduras. Identities will be released once the next of kin is notified.

This is still an ongoing investigation.

Real America’s Voice reporter Ben Bergquam was back at the Tucson airport on Tuesday. As he was preparing to fly to Miami for a Trump rally, he was showing just how bad the illegal alien situation at the airport is because of Joe Biden.

He said that the Tucson airport is packed because of the number of illegals flying out to their destination cities. The line behind him is for illegals to go through security. He encouraged people not to fly out of Tucson.

Ben had mentioned that he has been flying with American Airlines for a long time but was disappointed that they were allowing a massive number of illegals to fly on their planes.

Ben: “Paying full price, while they use our tax dollars to invade our country.” “TSA takes twice as long because we have a special line specifically for illegals coming through.”

He continued, “And if you voted for Biden, one of the real votes, not the fraudulent ones, you did this.” “If you live in Tucson and you still support the Democrats, you’re an idiot.”
