“Target Tehran,” Senator John Cornyn tweeted Sunday after news broke that three U.S. service members had died in a drone attack on a U.S. outpost in Jordan. Was this “a call to bomb Iran?” Twitter users wondered. Cornyn’s answer was “No.” In effect, Cornyn’s “no” basically “yes,” however, given the Texas Senator specified the targets should be “IRGC and Quds Force terrorist facilitators.”

Senator Lindsey Graham was not interested in Cornyn’s supposed distinctions. “Hit Iran now,” the South Carolina Senator tweeted in a thread. “Hit them hard.”

Tucker Carlson had just two words for Cornyn and Graham: “F-cking lunatics.” He did not elaborate.

Carlson did elaborate in a new episode of “TCN on X.” “War with Iran? Yes. We’re already in it.” Carlson’s tweet attached to the article read. Carlson interviewed Joe Kent, a retired officer of the U.S. special forces running for Congress in Washington state.

“Buffoons like John Cornyn, who apparently is a senator from Texas,” Carlson said in his introduction, were “all saying the same thing: Let’s go to war with Iran.”

Carlson called these agitators for war with Iran, “totally dishonest.”

“But there’s a point to the dishonesty,” Carlson continued. “And that is a war with Iran, which people in Washington have been agitating for for more than 20 years.”

When it was Kent’s turn to weigh in, he seemed to agree with Carlson’s assessment that the establishment craves a war with Iran. “We’ve seen this coming,” Kent told Carlson. “This was an inevitable conclusion by leaving our troops in these locations undefended. Essentially, we left them there as bait because so many people in Washington D.C. want to go to war with Iran.” The desire for war with Iran is so strong, Kent claimed, that the U.S. government is willing to fork over millions of dollars to the Iraqi government “so they can turn around and support the exact same militias that just killed our troops.” The Islamic Resistance that has taken credit for the weekend’s attack involves several entities directly connected to the Iraqi government.

Carlson claimed Kent’s characterization was “demonstrably true”:

American policy makers have American citizens in these countries in order to be killed so they can justify killing more American citizens in a broader war against a very well armed country Iran.

“If that is true,” Carlson asked, “how is that not a crime?”

“There’s something bigger,” at play here, Carlson speculates. “There’s like a spirit of insanity or delusion that’s descended on Washington. It’s almost like ergotism, or something you read about in the Middle Ages when a whole village goes crazy and commits cannibalism.”

A vampiric empire that gorges on its blood and treasure without end for the supposed benefit of countries thousands of miles away. It appears the monsters are not abroad, but here at home.

Missouri v. Biden is the case filed by the courageous Attorneys General from Missouri and Louisiana against the Biden Administration for their violations of the First Amendment. Specifically, the case complains to the Court that the federal government violated the Constitution when it specifically directed social media companies to delete comments they disliked, and when the FBI’s corrupt agents, agents like Elvis Chan, engaged in a wholesale deplatforming of specific users, specific comments, and specific topics.

The government was purposefully censoring truthful information.

The scale of the censorship regime is massive.

This is a critical key point because the government prefers to lie and say this case is about ‘disinformation’ but in this case, it was about the government limiting the spread and existence of truthful information.

Our corrupt federal officials have even been caught demanding social media companies delete comments unfavorable to foreign governments like Ukraine.

The mainstream media has dishonestly framed this case as “limiting communications” or “contacts” between the government and social media companies, here, here, and here. They don’t explain that the ‘communication’ and ‘contact’ was the federal government, via the FBI, requesting the deletion of specific truthful comments and speech from their systems.

Free speech groups ask how can there be a First Amendment if the federal government can use its enormous coercive powers to demand private companies to purposefully suppress the speech of people that the government wants to silence. Leftists complain that siding on free speech will hurt their ability to continue censoring Americans.

The list of banned topics is long, and includes: spreading truthful information about the risks of transmitting and surviving COVID, aka the Wuhan Virus, telling the truth about the lab-leak theory which correctly identified the Wuhan Virus lab as the riding of the COVID virus, telling the truth about the many documented affidavits, statements, data showing widespread and systemic fraud in the 2020 election, the risks associated with taking the untested vaccines for COVID, among other topics.

This case saw the deposition of Anthony Fauci and corrupt FBI Agent Elvis Chan, among others, who were critical to the operation of the Biden censorship machine.

The hearing on March 18th will be for oral arguments, which will likely last one day. The case would then be decided by the Justices, and if a majority agrees, they will issue an opinion on the last day of the Court’s term, typically in late June or early July. The Supreme Court agrees to hear very few cases each year, typically only 100-150 cases of over 7,000 that usually request review.

The case originated in the federal Western District Court of Louisiana. It has faced a variety of twists and turns as the Appellate Court initially sided with the courageous district court, and then reversed on an en banc rehearing of the full Appellate Court.

The Roberts Court has historically been very favorable to protecting the First Amendment.

Days after closing a deal with Albania to hold part of the migrant flood there while awaiting asylum processing, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is trying to limit the number of arrivals in the first place, by a new partnership with Africa.

She unveiled a long-awaited plan to ‘boost economic ties, create an energy hub for Europe and curb immigration’.

More than two dozen African leaders attended the one-day summit, where Meloni outlined a series of initiatives with an initial pledge of 5.5 billion euros ($5.95 billion).

Meloni called the summit a success, that ‘produced many areas of potential cooperation, particularly with regards to energy’.

Reuters reported:

“‘We are only at the beginning, there is a very long road ahead of us. This day is a restart’, she said in her closing remarks.”

Head of the African Union, Moussa Faki Mahamat and emphasised the need to honor commitments.

“‘I want to insist here on the need to move from words to actions. You can well understand that we can no longer be satisfied with mere promises that are often not kept’, he said, standing alongside Meloni in Italy’s ornate Senate.

In a news conference after the summit, Meloni acknowledged that it was important now to ensure that work began to deliver projects that would make a difference on the ground.”

Italy cannot compete with China, Russia and the Gulf states in terms of economic power, and they are all trying to tap Africa’s natural resources.

“Energy needs lie at the heart of the initiative, with Rome looking to serve as a gateway into European markets for natural gas from Africa that has become vital after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine made diversification of supplies a priority for the EU.”

Italy has already countered lower Russian supplies by shipping increased volumes from Africa.

Meloni wants to boost industry and agriculture in Africa to strengthen local economies, preventing young Africans from wanting to migrate north.

157k boat migrants reached Italy last year, wrecking Meloni’s pledge to halt the flow of illegal arrivals.

“‘Mass immigration will never be stopped, human traffickers will never be defeated if we do not address the many causes that push a person to leave their home’, Meloni told the summit. ‘This is exactly what we intend to do’.”

France24 reported:

“Meloni, who came to power in 2022 on an anti-migrant ticket, has vowed to reshape relations with African countries by avoiding the ‘predatory’ approaches of the past in favour of one inspired by Enrico Mattei, founder of Italy’s state-owned energy giant Eni.

[…] Meloni said the Italian plan would start with a series of pilot schemes – from modernizing grain production in Egypt to purifying water in Ethiopia and providing training in renewable energies in Morocco – with the aim of then extending them across the continent.”

EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen described the plan as ‘complementary’ to the European Union’s Africa package worth €150 billion.

“Meloni wants to transform Italy into an energy gateway, capitalizing on demand from fellow European countries seeking to slash their dependence on Russian gas following Moscow’s February 2022 invasion of Ukraine.”

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit reported that three U.S. Servicemembers were killed and 34 injured (updated) with 8 requiring to be transported to another location for treatment.  The troops were reportedly in a tent structure sleeping when they were attacked by a UAS, or unmanned aircraft system, late Saturday night.

US announces that 3 American soldiers were killed by a suicide drone striking the Tower 22 military outpost in Jordan last night.

Another 25 Americans wounded.

Today, the Pentagon released the names of those three soldiers after a 24-hour period to notify the families first.  According to WTXL Tallahassee, the members killed were:

Sgt. William Jerome Rivers, 46 of Carrollton, GA
Spc. Kennedy Ladon Sanders, 24, of Waycross, GA
Spc. Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23, Savannah, GA

“These three fallen heroes were deployed to Jordan in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and the international coalition working to ensure the lasting defeat of ISIS,” said Deputy Spokesperson for the Defense Department Sabrina Singh during a press conference Monday. “These brave Americans and their families are in our prayers, and the entire Department of Defense warrants their loss. We also pray for the speedy recovery of those who are injured.”

The three individuals killed-in-action were all members of the 718th Engineer Company, a reservist unit out of Fort Moore, GA.

Defense Department Deputy Spokeswoman Sabrina Singh stated that the eight members who had to be medevac’d were transported to Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center.  Of the eight, three were immediately scheduled to be transferred to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.  The other five suffered mild traumatic brain injuries, which are relatively common when in close proximity to a blast.

On Saturday, Joe Biden spoke at the First in the Nation Dinner in Columbia, South Carolina.  As reported by The Gateway Pundit, South Carolina replaced Iowa this election season as the “first voting state” for the Democrat primaries.  Also in the report was some atrocious gaffes from Biden, including referring to President Trump as “the sitting President”.

In one of the clips, an enraged Joe Biden begins screaming about his predecessor, President Donald Trump, and referencing a debunked claim about his trip to a Paris cemetery in 2018.

Biden said:

“Donald Trump, when he was Commander-in-Chief, refused to visit a cemeter- a US cemetery outside of Paris — for fallen American soldiers.  And referred to those heroes and I quote as “suckers and losers.”  <screams> HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT!  HE SAID THAT!  HOW DARE HE SAY THAT!  HOW DARE HE TALK ABOUT MY SON AND <inaudible> LIKE THAT!”

While President Trump did not visit the cemetery that Biden was referring to, it wasn’t because he “refused to”.  It was because of the weather and the safety of the President.  Newsweek cited the official White House statement:

“The President and First Lady’s trip to Aisne-Marne American Cemetery and Memorial has been canceled due to scheduling and logistical difficulties caused by the weather.”

Specifically, Marine One was reportedly unable to fly in the weather and it would have created tremendous difficulties regarding the President’s safety for the motorcade to embark on the trip and “would have interfered with the roads” in and out of Paris.

Instead, President Trump visited the Suresnes American Cemetery and Memorial just outside of Paris where 1,541 WWI American veterans are buried.  President Trump stood in the rain and gave a speech “honoring our great heroes”:

Biden also claimed as-a-matter-of-fact that President Trump referred to those killed in Belleau Wood as “suckers” and “losers”.  Of course, there is no recording or evidence of this claim other than anonymous sources.

In September 2020, President Trump told CBS News:

“I would be willing to swear on anything that I never said that about our fallen heroes. There is nobody that respects them more. So, I just think it’s a horrible, horrible thing…

I never called our great fallen soldiers anything other than HEROES. This is more made up Fake News given by disgusting & jealous failures in a disgraceful attempt to influence the 2020 Election!”

Fast forward to Biden’s remarks in South Carolina, and it’s worth remembering that on March 7, 2016, while giving a speech to US servicemembers in the United Arab Emirates, Joe Biden told them “Clap for that you stupid bastards! …Man, you are a dull bunch.  Must be slow here, man.  I don’t know.”

Reuters, of course, ran interference and called it “a joke”.  You decide.

Unlike the unsubstantiated claims Dementia Joe is referring to here, we actually have the recording of him saying “Clap for that you stupid bastards!” and calling them a “dull bunch” and “slow”.

Flashback to 10 Nov 2014, the Marine Corp Birthday and almost two years before Donald Trump would make his presidential run announcement.  That is the day President Trump handed Marine Andrew Tahmooressi a check for $25,000 after the Marine spent 214 days in a Mexican prison after accidentally crossing into Mexico with loaded firearms in his trunk.

A new report says the Boeing 737 MAX 9 jet that lost part of its fuselage in midair was faulty when it left the factory.

On Jan. 5, a portion of an Alaska Airlines aircraft’s fuselage blew out three miles above Oregon.

The depressurized plane, which was carrying 171 passengers and six crew members, returned safely to Portland International Airport with no serious injuries.

The Wall Street Journal, citing sources it did not name, reported Monday that bolts that should have been holding the piece in place were missing when the jet left the factory.

The report said airplane industry sources, including those at Boeing, believe workers did not put back the bolts after reinstalling a plug door, which had been opened or removed during production.

Sources told the Journal that the conclusion was partly based on the “apparent absence of markings on the Alaska door plug itself that would suggest bolts were in place.”

They said the theory was backed up by “paperwork and process lapses” at the factory where the plane was produced.

The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the incident.

The Journal noted that the plug door was made at a Malaysian factory of Spirit AeroSystems, which delivered the fuselage to Boeing with the door plug installed after the fuselage was assembled in Wichita, Kansas.

The report noted the inspection process that took place after all 737 MAX 9 jets were grounded revealed loose hardware on some jets.

Alaska Airlines has put the blame on Boeing.

“In the aftermath of Flight 1282 and in light of the N.T.S.B. investigation, it’s clear to us we received an airplane from the manufacturer with a faulty door plug,” Alaska Airlines said in a statement, according to The New York Times.

Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun has cited what he called a “quality escape” for the issue.

Jeff Simon, a pilot and mechanic who is authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration to inspect aircraft, theorized that the bolts had failed over time.

“In the world of aircraft maintenance, anytime we look at a failure we look as much at what’s intact as we do at what’s broken,” Simon said.

“It appears that the plug left the aircraft following a similar pathway to how it’s designed to be removed for service,” he said. “And therefore the next logical conclusion is to look at what locks the plug in place in its normal operations.

“Those are the bolts I would be focusing on first.”

The 737 MAX 9 planes flown by Alaska Airlines were grounded since the accident but returned to the sky last week, according to The Associated Press.

Biden’s Justice Department on Monday served the House Sergeant at Arms a grand jury subpoena for documents.

“House of Representatives Sergeant at Arms William McFarland announced his office was served a grand jury subpoena by the Justice Department, sparking a wave of theories on social media Monday afternoon,” Newsweek reported.

“McFarland formally notified House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Louisiana Republican, of a subpoena on Monday,” according to Newsweek.

It is unclear what the subpoenaed documents are related to or what the grand jury is investigating.

“This is to notify you formally pursuant to rule 8 of the rules of the House of Representatives that the office of the sergeant at arms for the House of Representatives has been served with a grand jury subpoena for documents issued by the U.S. Department of Justice,” House Reading Clerk Susan Cole said on Monday.

Some speculated the grand jury subpoena is related to the January 6 Capitol protest.

“I am hearing other potential reasons for this but Rep. Loudermilk did say his committee wanted to interview Paul Irving, Pelosi’s sergeant at arms on Jan 6 who resigned the next day. (The committee has not yet interviewed him)” investigative reporter Julie Kelly said.

“Irving and Michael Stenger, McConnell’s SAA, repeatedly denied requests for National Guardsmen on Jan 6 including on that day.” Julie Kelly said. “As I said, this could relate to something else but since DOJ is involved it is safe to assume a sinister purpose.”

A man went off on Nikki Haley during a campaign rally in South Carolina last night for her reckless foreign policy stances, and tore up a campaign sign right in front of her face.

WPDE reported that Haley was in Conway blasting Joe Biden’s pathetic foreign policy for contributing to Iran-backed militias murdering three U.S. soldiers and wounding several dozen more in Jordan over the weekend.

Haley’s preferred response to the sinister attack is to strike Iran’s resources, increasing the chances of World War III.

As Haley was about to finish her foreign policy rant, the America-first (and anti-war) protester exploded on her for being in bed with the military-industrial complex and supporting forever wars. This Uniparty position has contributed significantly to destabilization in the Middle East, starting with the war in Iraq.

A Massachusetts Supreme Court Justice denied a petition to bar Trump from the 2024 ballot.

This decision comes one week after the Massachusetts State Ballot Law Commission rejected a challenge to ban Trump from the 2024 primary ballot citing the 14th Amendment.

“We believe that Mr. Trump’s candidacy for this office and placement on the Massachusetts ballot violates the Constitution, so we are challenging the constitutionality,” said Shannon Liss-Riordan, an attorney for the challengers, according to CNN. “It is the job of this commission to hear objections to the legality of placement of candidates on the ballot.”

The legal theories are based on Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.

Trump has not been charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

CBS News reported:

The highest court in Massachusetts has turned away a challenge to take former President Donald Trump off the Republican primary ballot.

Supreme Judicial Court Justice Frank Gaziano denied a petition asking the court to either declare Trump ineligible for the primary ballot, or order the State Ballot Law Commission to revisit the issue after it previously decided it lacked jurisdiction.

A civil rights group and local law firm have argued that Trump should not appear on the ballot because he violated a Constitutional clause that says anyone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” can’t be president.

Gaziano wrote in his decision that the legal challenges have “come too soon.”

President Trump is currently battling similar challenges in other states. Legal challenges have notably escalated in Maine and Colorado.

The Maine Superior Court recently ordered Trump back on the ballot pending a decision from the US Supreme Court.

President Trump appealed Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows’ 2024 ballot ban to the state superior court last Tuesday.

Last month Maine’s psychotic Democrat Secretary of State Shenna Bellows unilaterally barred Trump from the 2024 ballot because she decided the former president is an insurrectionist.

Earlier this month President Trump asked the US Supreme Court to overturn the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to bar him from the 2024 ballot.

The Colorado Supreme Court last month disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot.

The US Constitution has three requirements to be president:

Be a natural-born citizen of the United States.
Be at least 35 years old.
Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years.
