Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi engaged in a shouting match with Palestinian protesters outside her residence in San Francisco on Monday.

The incident occurred as the group protested on her driveway, prompting Pelosi to demand they leave the area immediately.

Her frustration reached a boiling point when Pelosi shouted a racial statement, “GET OUT OF MY WAY!… GO BACK TO CHINA WHERE YOUR HEADQUARTER IS!”

This public display of anger from Pelosi comes on the heels of her previous comments, where she voiced a conspiracy theory suggesting that the pro-Palestine protests were financially backed by Russia. Pelosi had called for an investigation to uncover the alleged Russian support.

“For them to call for a cease-fire is Mr. Putin’s message,” Pelosi said in an interview with CNN. “Make no mistake, this is directly connected to what he would like to see. Same thing with Ukraine. It’s about Putin’s message. I think some of these protesters are spontaneous and organic and sincere. Some, I think, are connected to Russia. And I say that having looked at this for a long time now, as you know.”

“I don’t think they’re plants. I think some financing should be investigated. And I want to ask the FBI to investigate that.”

“We are deeply disturbed by Former House Speaker Pelosi’s comments,” CAIR’s national executive director Nihad Awad said in a statement. “Rep. Pelosi’s claim that some of the Americans protesting for a Gaza ceasefire are working with Vladmir Putin sounds delusional and her call for the FBI to investigate those protesters without any evidence is downright authoritarian.”

On Sunday, Pelosi was met with boos from fans upon her arrival at the stadium, the Daily Mail reported.

Accompanied by her husband, Paul Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi stepped out of a black SUV, ready to watch the highly anticipated game. A security guard attempted to keep the crowd in check, but the sounds of boos were clearly heard as the couple, both avid Ravens supporters, made their way into the venue.

The pushes for both transparency and to halt the push for mRNA-jabbed beef have hit roadblocks recently. In Missouri, a bill that would have forced labeling of beef injected with mRNA vaccines was stalled in committee.

Unfortunately, cattle and rancher associations across the nation have ignored concerns from both consumers and producers. Currently, most state rancher associations are either silent on the issue or in favor of advancing Big Pharma’s agenda.

Soon, cattle may get these customizable mRNA shots as well, which could affect both beef and dairy products.

Hopefully, cattle ranchers will realize the danger this mRNA platform poses to their bottom-line and reject it. Ultimately, if we want to be free, and if we want food safety and food security, we must focus our efforts on building a decentralized system that connects communities with farmers who grow real food in sustainable ways and distribute that food locally.

Nelson concurs, which is why his company currently only works with local Texas ranchers. The plan is to expand to Utah or Idaho where cattle is more likely to be protected for longer than even in Texas.

“When the industry starts adopting mRNA jabs for cattle, it’s going to happen quickly and the people won’t be warned,” he said. “We’re keeping our finger on the pulse and remaining nimble so we can jump to a safe haven state when necessary. Texas is safe today but there are risks everywhere.”

The former IRS contractor who leaked Trump’s tax returns to the New York Times and ProPublica was sentenced to only 5 years in prison on Monday.

In September federal prosecutors charged a former IRS contractor who worked for the agency from 2018 to 2020 for unlawfully obtaining and disseminating the tax details of a high-ranking public official and numerous affluent Americans to media outlets.

According to court documents and an official press release from the Department of Justice, Charles Littlejohn, 38, of Washington, D.C., stole tax return information associated with a high-ranking government official, referred to as Public Official A  – now known as Donald Trump. He then disclosed this information to a news organization identified as News Organization 1 – now known as The New York Times.

Littlejohn reportedly stole IRS information on thousands of wealthy people. The stolen information was then disseminated to two news outlets (New York Times and ProPublica).

“In July and August 2020, Littlejohn separately stole tax return information for thousands of the nation’s wealthiest individuals. Littlejohn was again able to evade IRS detection. In November 2020, Littlejohn disclosed this tax return information to News Organization 2, which published over 50 articles using the stolen data. Littlejohn then obstructed the forthcoming investigation into his conduct by deleting and destroying evidence of his disclosures.” the DOJ previously said.

The Biden DOJ asked US District Judge Ana C. Reyes, a Biden appointee, to sentence Littlejohn to only 60 months in prison even though he was responsible for the “biggest heist of IRS taxpayer data in history,” RealClearInvestigations reported.

Political leaders said Littlejohn should have been sentenced to 60 years, not 60 months, RCI said.

The former Internal Revenue Service contractor who leaked the tax records of former President Donald Trump to The New York Times as well as the tax records of billionaires like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk to ProPublica was sentenced Monday to five years in prison.

Charles Littlejohn pleaded guilty in October, and prosecutors sought the statutory maximum of five years in federal prison, saying that he “abused his position by unlawfully disclosing thousands of Americans’ federal tax returns and other private financial information to multiple news organizations.” Prosecutors said that Littlejohn “weaponized his access to unmasked taxpayer data to further his own personal, political agenda, believing that he was above the law.”

Littlejohn was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes at a hearing at the federal courthouse in Washington. He will also have to pay a $5,000 fine.

In an interview published today (29), the Pope said that Africans were a ‘special case’ in regards to the opposition of bishops and lay people to homosexuality.

Except for the Africans, critics of Fiducia Suplicans will eventually understand it, he believes.

“‘Those who protest vehemently belong to small ideological groups’, Francis told Italian newspaper La Stampa. ‘A special case are Africans: for them homosexuality is something ‘bad’ from a cultural point of view, they don’t tolerate it. But in general, I trust that gradually everyone will be reassured by the spirit of the ‘Fiducia Supplicans’ declaration by the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith: it aims to include, not divide’, the pope said.”

Ever since the document was published, Francis has had to explain, dispel what he found to be misunderstandings, relitigate and call for unity and for prelates to step away from political stances – which is the summit of irony coming from him.

African bishops have effectively rejected it, which is hardly a surprise, since in some countries homosexuality can lead to prison or even the death penalty.

“[Francis] said that when the blessings are given, priests should ‘naturally take into account the context, the sensitivities, the places where one lives and the most appropriate ways to do it’.

In the interview with La Stampa, Francis said he was not concerned about the risk of conservatives breaking away from the Catholic Church due to his reforms, saying that talk of a schism is always led by ‘small groups’. ‘We must leave them to it and move on…and look forward’, he said.”

“Pronouncing the Vatican declaration Fiducia Supplicans ‘in direct contradiction to the cultural ethos of African communities’, the African bishops formally issued a strong statement of protest on January 11th titled ‘No Blessing for Homosexual Couples in the African Churches’.

Signed by Congolese Cardinal Fridolin Ambongo Besungu, president of the Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar (SECAM), the statement acknowledged the ‘shockwave’ that Fiducia Supplicans has caused, declaring that ‘it has sown misconceptions and unrest in the minds of many lay faithful, consecrated persons and even pastors and has aroused strong reactions’.

[…] The Church has long warned of the consequences of the imposition of dramatic cultural change on mores, including sexual ethics and life issues. She has always advised Catholics to be ‘counter-cultural’ on life issues and marriage by rejecting Western culture’s embrace of reproductive rights by respecting all life from conception until natural death, and to protect marriage as a union between one man and one woman.  But now, in some ways, the Vatican is apparently attempting to ask us all to validate some of the most decadent of the cultural values of the mainstream culture.”

Not only African bishops have rejected Fiducia Supplicans. The Hungarian Catholic Bishops Conference and several other Eastern and Central European countries rejected the document.

“In their statement, the Hungarian bishops wrote: ‘We can bless all individuals regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation but we must always avoid giving a common blessing to couples who live together in a mere relationship, or who are not in a valid marriage or same-sex relationship’.”

On Friday, January 26th, Illinois hearing officers heard arguments from objectors and Joseph R. Biden’s attorneys regarding the petition of four Illinois objectors that asserts Biden has violated the 14th amendment section 3 specifically, by providing “…aid or comfort to the enemies…” of the United States.

In a previous article, Gateway Pundit reported that the motion to dismiss from Biden’s attorneys was based on the assertion that the objectors had no “plausible facts” and claims “…none of the facts alleged are admissible evidence because they lack foundation and are hearsay…” Saturday, a recommendation was given to the Illinois Board of Elections by a hearing officer. Terry Newsome, podcast host of his show Behind Enemy Lines, provided the recommendation on his website: Behind Enemy Lines.

During the hearing on Friday, Mr. Biden’s attorney rejected that objectors presented facts suggesting this is merely a policy dispute and the board should not engage in this type of frivolous objection. To be clear, objectors presented the facts that the Biden administration has violated existing immigration law. Objectors presented facts that, as a result, known terrorists from State Department-designated foreign terrorist organizations have been provided safe transport inside our country. They’ve even shown that Americans have been murdered by some of these individuals. 

Terry Newsome, an objector to the Biden candidacy, had the following to say on the Biden attorney’s dismissive posture during the hearing,

“I would ask the following: is it really the position of Mr. Biden’s attorney that murdered American families have no factual evidence to dispute Mr. Biden’s candidacy because allowing an open border that has resulted in the murder of Americans is simply a policy dispute? Should we accept terrorists into our country that will potentially murder Americans as a matter of policy just because the President says so? Or should we consider this a violation of the Constitution?”

Aside from the evidence provided in the previous article showing that Biden aided and abetted known terrorists and terrorist organizations, the original petition lists 64 direct actions taken by the Biden administration that are contrary to the existing immigration laws of the United States. 

While the hearing officer asserts the same arguments regarding policy dispute, they add an additional observation and admit this issue goes beyond the scope of the election board. The board’s ability to assess Biden’s candidacy based on the 14th Amendment and whether it would be able to do so without detailed constitutional analysis is questioned. The conclusion is, “It simply cannot.” The officer states further, “These Constitutional issues belong in the courts.” While this could be true and an argument against the petition for removal, it should be called out that no such statement was brought forth in the previous motion to dismiss by Biden’s attorney. 

Without an in-depth legal analysis, there are a couple of other curious claims that any layman could dispute in plain language. The hearing officer argues the 14th Amendment issue should be reserved for the courts at the outset of their recommendation. And yet, they go on to argue against the objector’s petition on the basis that the 14th Amendment does not apply. If it is impossible for the board to assess the question of Constitutionality, then the hearing officer’s interpretation of the 14th Amendment is irrelevant.

According to the hearing officer, there is no evidence that Biden “personally” provided aid and comfort to enemies. However, Mr. Biden oversees and directs executive department agencies on border policy. They go on to describe the language of the 14th amendment as not being applicable to the President or Vice-President as their titles are not listed. This is easily disputed, as pointed out in the original petition within the 14th amendment as it states, “…having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States…” which, of course, applies to Joe Biden has been a Senator for almost 40 years. 

The recommendation is sloppily written and contradicts itself from the very first challenge. It admits the board cannot assess the Constitutionality of the 14th amendment then goes on to interpret it as further rebuttal. Meanwhile, a few floors above, arguments were heard to remove President Trump from the Illinois ballot. The basis to remove President Trump was the same 14th Amendment section 3 claiming incitement of an insurrection. Of course, President Trump has neither been charged nor convicted of any such crime. 

All of this brings to mind one question: who holds the government to account when they violate the Constitution? Perhaps the answer will come November 5th, 2024.

As previously reported, Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s youngest daughter, left her diary under a mattress at the Palm Beach rehab home following a stay at a treatment facility. Two individuals who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house later sold the diary to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

In a January 2019 entry, Ashley Biden recalled how she used to shower with her father, Joe Biden, and suggested it may have contributed to a sex addiction.

The diary describes Ashley and her father Joe Biden taking showers together at an inappropriate age.

“I have always been boy crazy,’ Ashley wrote. ‘Hyper-sexualized @ a young age … I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a family member]; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate).’ she wrote in a January 2019 entry, according to the Daily Mail.

James O’Keefe was later the victim of a late-night FBI raid and was arrested by the Biden regime.

Breitbart News editor Joel Pollak argued that Project Veritas is protected under the First Amendment.

“First Amendment jurisprudence has established that news organizations cannot be prosecuted just because they publish materials that may have been obtained illegally — as long as they were not involved in the unlawful process of obtaining them.” Joel Pollak wrote.

“The key point of contention in the investigation may turn out to be whether Project Veritas was involved in instigating the theft of the diary, or if it simply obtained the diary independently of the process through which it was unlawfully obtained.” Pollak added.

E. Jean Carroll participated in a media blitz on Monday morning after a jury awarded her $83.3 million in her defamation case against Trump.

In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.

Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”

On Friday afternoon the 9-person jury returned a verdict in E. Jean Carroll’s defamation case where she sought $10 million in damages based on Trump’s 2019 statements about her while he was president.

This is the same woman who previously said ‘rape is sexy’ and a ‘fantasy’ – CNN’s Anderson Cooper was so disturbed he cut to a commercial break.

Trump’s efforts to assert immunity over his 2019 statements about E. Jean Carroll were rejected.

The jury ordered Trump to pay a total of $83.3 million to E. Jean Carroll for statements he made defending himself against false rape accusations.

President Trump vowed to appeal the verdict.

“Absolutely ridiculous! I fully disagree with both verdicts, and will be appealing this whole Biden Directed Witch Hunt focused on me and the Republican Party. Our Legal System is out of control, and being used as a Political Weapon. They have taken away all First Amendment Rights. THIS IS NOT AMERICA!” Trump said in a Truth Social post on Friday evening shortly after the jury returned the verdict.

On Monday E. Jean Carroll appeared on far-left fake news networks where she revealed what she would do with Trump’s money.

She trashed Trump and said she’ll do “everything” she can to help Joe Biden beat Trump in 2024 during an appearance on CBS Mornings.

Carroll appeared on Good Morning American with her attorney Roberta Kaplan (no relation to Judge Lewis Kaplan). She said she wants to give money to something Trump hates to cause him pain.

“I’d like to give the money to something Donald Trump hates. That will cause him pain for something, to give money to certain things. Perhaps a fund for the women who have been sexually assaulted by Donald Trump,” E. Jean Carroll said on Good Morning America.

Carson previously ran for president as a Republican candidate in the 2016 presidential election, though Trump ended up winning the Republican nomination and the general election. While discussing the current status of the United States, which Carson said is “in trouble,” he was asked if Trump had contacted him about the possibility of being his vice president.

“I don’t want to talk about what we’ve talked about, but we’ve talked about what can we do to save this country and that we will work together to make sure that America remains America,” Carson said on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.

Conservative champion, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is still driving European Union’s leaders insane with his firm stance on Ukraine military help, and a host of other failed Globalist EU policies.

So much so that president of the council of European Union leaders, Charles Michel, was forced to abandon his decision to run in this year’s European Elections, lest this move handed nemesis Orbán the control of the Council – just as leaders are plotting to completely ostracize Hungary in the EU.

Michel faced harsh criticism that his leaving the Presidency to run for a seat in the European Parliament would have undermined his current role at a crucial time.

His reversal now come as an embarrassment for Michel. Less than a week before he chairs a summit meant to produce a deal on vital wartime financial aid for Ukraine, he has his judgment questioned by many power players in the EU.

“Michel’s reversal came just a few weeks after he announced he would run in June’s European Parliament election – a move that sparked criticism as it meant he would have to leave his post several months before its official end on Nov. 30.

That raised the prospect of the European Council of EU leaders being chaired by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who maintains ties to Moscow, has blocked the Ukraine aid plan and is accused of democratic backsliding by EU lawmakers.”

In a long Facebook post, Michel defended his original decision to run in the election, but admitted that the criticism had prompted him to reconsider.

“I will not be a candidate in the European elections. I will devote all my efforts to my current responsibilities with steadfast determination until they come to an end. […] I don’t want this decision to distract us from our mission or undermine this institution and our European project nor be misused in any way to divide the European Council, which I believe must work tirelessly for European unity. […] I will always be a fervent advocate of a Europe that is democratic, strong, united and master of its own destiny. It would indeed be a complete absurd for PM Orbán to become President of the European Council right at the time when the major power brokers in the EU are scheming have the 26 nations to strip Hungary of its voting rights by implementing the ‘nuclear option’ of activating article 7 of the EU treaty.

A far-left Texas state legislator over the weekend posted a tweet suggesting the U.S. military would be justified in taking out Americans for daring to own guns and standing with Texas.

X user @EndWokeness posted a tweet Friday listing the ten states with the most guns per capita. He noted they are all states backing Texas in their ongoing battle with the Biden regime over the border.

Over half of the adults in these states own firearms.

Wu’s post also sounds eerily similar to the words of Joe Biden when speaking about those who oppose his regime. As the TGP previously reported, the so-called “president” has twice threatened millions of conservatives over the past year with fighter jets.

Wu was one of several Texas Democrats to illegally flee the state for DC to deny a statutorily required quorum. The stupid reason behind the cowardly action was to stop Republicans from using the majority to pass a badly needed election integrity bill.

The Texas legislature eventually voted to have the Sergeant-of-Arms arrest them, and Wu and others finally came back.
