Democrats are now openly admitting that they want to strip the Supreme Court of its power on national television.

The Gateway Pundit reported,

On Wednesday, the US Supreme Court agreed to hear the question of whether Donald Trump has immunity from criminal prosecution, and specifically, whether he can evade charges lodged against him tied to the alleged insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. For the record, Trump has never been charged with an insurrection despite the media talking points.

The high court will hear oral arguments on an expedited schedule the week of April 22 and decide by the end of the term in June or sooner.

Judge Tanya Chutkan announced she was postponing her March 4 trial date indefinitely as Trump’s immunity argument makes its way through the courts.

Jack Smith’s January trial against President Trump may be postponed past November.

Democrats did not take this news very well. They were hoping to bankrupt and jail President Trump by Election Day 2024 just like any other violent regime in the past.

MSNBC took the news expecially hard.

Unhinged contributor Elie Mystal, from The Nation magazine called on Democrats to “deal with” the Supreme Court. “And until we do something about that, until we take away that power, until we draw the line on them there, they will continue to do this.” 

It appears that Mystal is surprised that the Supreme Court wants to actually do its job and hear cases.

Is he advocating that we remove a branch of government simply because he does not like that they had the audacity to hear a question? Does he mean that Democrats should attempt to stack the court so they can bulldoze through their radical and unconstitutional agenda? Perhaps he means something even more sinister.

Considering that it was not long ago that a deranged Democrat attempted to take the life of a Supreme Court justice, maybe Mystal should clarify exactly what he means.

James O’Keefe has been banned for life from the Equinox Gym after releasing footage of Judge Arthur Engoron, who recently hit President Donald Trump with a massive $355 million judgment for his honest business practices and job creation in the state of New York, perving on women at the Equinox location in Long Island, New York.

Similarly, The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson was previously banned from having membership privileges at the Camelback Village in Phoenix, Arizona, and likely all DMB Clubs in Arizona after he confronted Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs. Conradson ran into Hobbs during a morning workout and asked about the stolen 2022 election in Arizona, which she oversaw as Secretary of State and “won” after 60% of voting machines in Arizona’s largest county failed to read ballots for the in-person Republican Kari Lake voters. After asking her about the broken voting machines that she was supposed to conduct tests on prior to election day, she shouted, “Give it a f*cking rest, Jordan.”

The embarrassing incident caused General Manager Paul Apana to pull Conradson into his office and ask him not to do that again. After Conradson posted the video to The Gateway Pundit, as Paul never asked him not to, Conradson received a phone call from Paul notifying him that his long-time membership of 10+ years had been revoked.

O’Keefe received tips from others who had seen Engoron at the Equinox Gym in Long Island and decided to follow up.

One source sent him a video of Engoron checking a woman out and appearing to flirt with her. The message says he’s often “creeping girls out” and “does this every visit.” In the video, one woman is seen putting her hand up to gesture “back off.” 

Engoron was in the gym wearing a creepy muscle shirt and revealing loose sweatpants. He should probably put on some underwear…

The Gateway Pundit reported on the video released by O’Keefe yesterday, where he spoke to Engoron in the gym and released footage of Engoron cornering a young woman and appearing to harass her before she clearly gestured for him to leave her alone.

The House Oversight Committee on Thursday released the full transcript of Hunter Biden’s closed door deposition from Wednesday behind closed doors.

During his testimony Hunter Biden was repeatedly questioned about the $5 million China deal where Joe Biden was “the Big Guy” in an email.

After this exchange, Hunter started babbling and his lawyers called for a – discussion off record.

Special Counsel Jack Smith proposed a new trial date for the classified documents case playing out in a federal court in Southern Florida.

Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents.

Trump was charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

In July Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. The superseding indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, claims Trump was part of a scheme to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago.

The classified documents trial was scheduled to begin on May 20, however, Jack Smith asked for the trial to begin on July 8 in a court filing on Thursday.

This new proposed date of July 8 is the week before the RNC convention (more election interference).

CNN reported:

Special counsel Jack Smith and attorneys for former President Donald Trump proposed moving the trial in the classified documents case later into the summer in court filings Thursday.

Smith said he believes that Trump and his two co-defendants, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, should go to trial on July 8.

Attorneys for the three defendants proposed that Trump and De Oliviera’s trial begin on August 12, while Nauta’s trial begins September 9.

Even so, Trump’s attorneys reiterated that they believe that the former president can’t have a fair trial before November’s election, highlighting political dates in their filing where they say the former president needs to be on the campaign trail like the Republican National Convention.

Meanwhile, Jack Smith’s January 6 case in DC is on life support after the Supreme Court agreed to hear Trump’s immunity argument.

Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann appeared on MSNBC to discuss the US Supreme Court’s decision to agree to hear Trump’s immunity argument in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s January 6 case in Washington, DC.

“They have given Trump the win. The DC case is now on life support. It is really really hard to figure out how this case gets to trial before Election Day,” Weissmann said.

Weissmann falsely claimed Trump was charged for “illegally staying in office.”

In August Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case up in DC: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

Weissmann and other Trump haters on the left are attacking the Supreme Court for ‘delaying’ Jack Smith’s DC case.

Jack Smith’s cases against Trump were brought years after the so-called ‘crimes’ took place because the trials were meant to disrupt Trump’s election bid.

Joe Biden waited too long to appoint Jack Smith as special counsel and Judge Tanya Chutkan waited two months before she responded to Trump’s immunity argument.

If Trump really committed these crimes and the goal was to bring Trump to justice, he would have been charged many, many years ago.

It appears Biden’s plan to convict Trump before the 2024 election is going down in flames.

According to an affidavit unsealed, the barbaric savage who murdered Laken Riley “disfigured her skull.”

A Spanish Archbishop has publicly criticized a group of priests for making a remark that may or not have been a joke about Pope Francis’ frail health.

The comment that incensed Archbishop Francisco Cerro Chaves of Toledo was made by some priests on a weekly internet podcast.

A priest made a ‘joke’ that has been understood as being about ‘praying for Pope Francis to die as soon as possible’.

Chaves posted a statement on his archdiocese website Wednesday, rejecting the comments and warning that he may take unspecified ‘corrective measures’.

Associated Press reported:

“The statement followed an episode of a program on YouTube called ‘The Sacristy of the Vendée. A counter-revolutionary priestly gathering’ earlier this month. In it, a Toledo priest makes an introductory salute saying, ‘I also pray a lot for the Pope, so that he can go to heaven as soon as possible’.

Another priest expresses his support for this while the conversation group, which involved six Spanish-speaking priests from different countries, laughed over the comments.”

Archbishop Chavez expressed his ‘profound rejection of any manifestation of disaffection towards the person and ministry of the Holy Father’.

The statement further states that the archbishopric ‘is not responsible for or represented by the statements made by the priests’ in the internet program.

“In messages Wednesday posted on its X platform account, The Sacristy of the Vendée group apologized. ‘We are sorry for the unfortunate comment, said in a humorous tone, about ’praying for the Pope to go to Heaven as soon as possible’,’ it said.

‘It is a comment in bad taste and, although it does not express wishes for the death of the Pope, as some media have maliciously spread, we understand that it can be understood that way’, the group said.”

A liberal GOP lawmaker is launching a scheme to undercut House Speaker Mike Johnson and force a vote in the House of Representatives on giving away tens of billions to Ukraine.

As Axios reported, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (RINO-PA) is planning on using a parliamentary procedure known as a discharge petition, making him the first GOPer to signal open defiance against the House leadership.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the U.S. Senate passed a massive $95.3 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan with no border funding while almost all Americans were sound asleep. With its passage, the bill moved to the House.

Johnson, however, has vowed NOT to put the bill on the floor nor any legislation that does not solve the border crisis. The vast majority of the GOP caucus supports his position.

Fitzpatrick explained to Axios why he is so determined to sell out America for more Ukraine money.

We have to get something done. It’s existential. It’s time-sensitive.

Whether that’s our product or somebody else’s, we’ve just got to get the money out the door to them.

Fitzpatrick claims the petition will be ready by early March and expects it to garner Republican support.

He would not need much support from the GOP to succeed in his scheme. The GOP only holds a 219-213 majority, thanks to retirements and special election losses.

Axios notes that they spoke to one Republican who vowed to sign the petition “if there’s no other progress.”

The RINO previously joined forces with three other Republicans and four Democrats to introduce a $66 billion “compromise” aid package to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. The plan would also reinstate Trump’s Remain in Mexico policy.

This plan has gone nowhere, however, likely causing Fitzpatrick to shift to a more damaging Plan B.

Comedian Katt Williams sat down with Joe Rogan recently and talked on numerous topics such as propaganda in Hollywood, life-expansion technology, comedy, and more.

Towards the end of the podcast, Williams and Rogan started to talk about the concerns of fluoride in drinking water.

The conversation started when Williams shared his thoughts on how fluoride harms the pineal gland.

Rogan responded, “The fluoride in the water thing is wild.”

“It’s brilliant on the other end, though. They cleaned up the water at the same time they did that. So people of that time just remember the water not being great, and then all of a sudden the water is really great, and it has fluoride in it,” Rogan said.

Rogan added, “There’s a direct correlation between high fluoride levels in drinking water and low IQs.”

At the end of the conversation, Rogan shared that lawmakers in some states are attempting to remove fluoride in drinking.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported Union County, North Carolina commissioners, in a 3-2 vote, decided to stop using fluoride in its water supply after residents were concerned about its possible side effects on children.

Before the Union County commissioners voted, the Leader of the Union County Chapter of Moms for Liberty, Abigal Prado, spoke before the commissioners and shared, “Millions of pregnant women are currently being exposed to levels of fluoride that have the potential to lower their children’s IQ by at least four to six points.”

Prado referenced a 2019 study published in JAMA Pediatrics that revealed: “Fluoride exposure during pregnancy may be associated with adverse effects on child intellectual development, indicating the possible need to reduce fluoride intake during pregnancy.”

Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene on Wednesday tore into Hunter Biden for crying victim as he lied about his overseas business dealings, selling the Biden family name, in a closed-door deposition before the United States House of Representatives. 

“The theme that we heard in the room was Hunter Biden’s a liar. The Biden family has no product and no service, and Hunter Biden can’t hide behind his addiction,” Greene told reporters.

“Hunter Biden is a liar, and while Hunter Biden claims that the only person that has evidence of a bribe is being locked up in LA, everyone needs to remember that his father is also President of the United States and is also head of the regime that is conducting the prosecution and witch hunt against all of his political opponents,” she continued.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Alexander Smirnov, the FBI’s Confidential Human Source who blew the whistle on the Biden-Burisma bribery scheme, is currently sitting behind bars pending trial, as he is accused of lying about the Biden family’s business ties.

The message here: don’t stand up to the Regime.

Hunter testified before the House Oversight and Judiciary committees. Republicans have investigated numerous bank statements that place President Biden’s second son and crack addict at the very center of their impeachment inquiry. Congress alleges Hunter and his father engineered an elaborate web of lucrative, overseas business ventures that leaned heavily on Joe Biden’s international influence. Joe Biden, his brothers, his son, and family members have benefited financially from those shady arrangements.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) alleges that just one Suspicious Activity Report (SARS) on the Biden family’s finances that she reviewed at the Treasury Department earlier this year involved “tens of millions of dollars and then some.”

Hunter Biden on Wednesday arrived on Capitol Hill yesterday for his closed-door deposition before Congress in part of the Republican impeachment process against Joe Biden.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hunter lashed out at Republicans during his deposition, claiming, “I did not involve my father in my business.”

However, Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene came out swinging at Hunter Biden’s lies and the Biden Regime’s persecution of political opponents while inviting Hunter Biden to answer questions in a public hearing.
