An illegal alien from Mexico broke into a Michigan home and sexually assaulted two girls under the age of 13.

According to police, 25-year-old Miguel Hernandez-Ruiz broke into a mobile home near Sturgis and sexually assaulted two sisters.

Miguel Hernandez-Ruiz threatened to kill the girls if they tried to scream. He used his hands to sexually assault the girls and exposed himself, according to court documents, Fox 17 reported.

He was hit with multiple charges including first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a child under the age of 13 and home invasion, Fox 17 reported.

The sexual assault happened on March 20. Police finally tracked down Hernandez Ruiz in Fort Wayne, Indiana and arrested him earlier this month. He was arraigned last Friday.

Fox 17 reported:

Miguel Hernandez-Ruiz was arraigned Friday, April 19 on multiple charges including first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a child under the age of 13 and home invasion.

Court documents obtained by FOX 17 show that the two girls told investigators the man held them in their rooms at the Sweet Lake Mobile Home Park off US-12 in the early morning hours of March 20.

The sisters, who are both under the age of 13, say the man threatened to kill them if they tried to scream or escape. The girls claim he used his hands to sexually assault them while exposing himself.

An evaluation by trained medical staff revealed evidence of sexual assault on both girls’ bodies.

After days of investigating, family and detectives were able to establish that Hernandez-Ruiz had visited the home roughly a month before the assault. Surveillance video showed a vehicle he was known to drive was the only one captured entering and leaving the neighborhood around the time of the home invasion.

Democrat U.S. Representative Donald M. Payne Jr. (D-NJ) has died at the age of 65.

In a statement on X, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy confirmed Rep. Payne’s death and wrote, “Tammy and I are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of our friend, and a steadfast champion for the people of New Jersey, Congressman Donald Payne, Jr.”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Payne, who was a firm advocate for Covid-19 vaccines, suffered a heart attack on April 6 after having complications with diabetes.

On April 17th, a press release from Payne’s office stated Payne was in “stable condition,” but a report from the Daily Mail refuted Payne’s office’s claims that Payne was in stable condition and reported that Payne was actually in a coma.

Rep. Donald Payne Jr. (D-N.J.), who represented New Jersey in the House for more than a decade, has died at the age of 65.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) confirmed Payne’s death in a statement on Wednesday.

“Tammy and I are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of our friend, and a steadfast champion for the people of New Jersey, Congressman Donald Payne, Jr.,” he wrote.

Payne suffered what his office called a “cardiac episode” related to complications from diabetes more than two weeks ago and had been hospitalized since.

Rep. Payne was first elected to Congress by a special election in 2012.

Payne served on the Homeland Security and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

Tech giant Google has ended the employment of over 50 employees who were protesting the company’s cloud-services contract with the nation of Israel with sit-ins and other disruptive tactics. Thirty were fired last week, and at least 20 more were fired yesterday.

The protesters had previously been arrested while protesting on Google’s worksites, including inside the CEO’s office.

Jane Chung, a spokesperson for the activist group No Tech for Apartheid, said Google was quashing dissent. No Tech for Apartheid claims some of those fired were mere bystanders during last Tuesday’s protests at Google offices in New York and Sunnyvale, California, and not actively involved in the workplace activism.

Protesters were criticizing the use of Google’s technology in the Gaza conflict, where the Israeli government invaded the Gaza strip in response to the October 7th terror attacks by Hamas upon Israeli citizens that took 1,200 lives. Hamas claims 34,000 Palestinian lives have been lost so far in the military response by Israel to the attacks.

Google’s Sunnyvale, California offices

The proposed $1.2 billion project between Google and Israel is known as “Project Nimbus.” Project Nimbus’ operational details are not disclosed, but it is speculated that Google’s AI tools could give Israeli military capabilities such as: facial detection, automated image categorization, object tracking, and sentiment analysis. Google employees have been organizing “sit-ins” at company locations in New York and Sunnyvale in California. The protests have been organized by a group called “No Tech For Apartheid” which has been active on the issue since 2021.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai said Google is “not a place for politics” which stands in stark contrast to Google’s strong hard-left stance over the last 24 years.

The decision by Google’s Pichai is causing debates on the role of politics in the workplace and also the degree to which private companies are supporting government operations that some might deem morally wrong.

Google’s former motto was “don’t be evil” which the company deleted in 2018.

Google’s hard-left political stance has been militantly enforced with overt censorship despite its public statements to the contrary.

Google has deplatformed a variety of political activists on the right, including violating its own terms of service to simply ‘unperson’ individuals whom they deemed unworthy of their services. Google has politicized its Google Ads program, demonetizing services they dislike.

In 2018, Google threatened the center-right online magazine “The Federalist” with demonetization, based on the comments of its readers, causing the Federalist to simply end their comment boards. Google banned the publication ZeroHedge in 2018 from using its ad services.

Google has previously banned the Gateway Pundit from using Google Ad services.

Political censorship on Google-owned YouTube is so notorious that there are many layers to a subculture of different ways content and political thought are controlled by the company that was once committed to objectivity and open political debate. Activists and organizations complain about ‘shadow banning’ ‘demonetization’, and ‘content strikes’ as part of the company’s extensive internal infrastructure and bureaucracy for controlling political thoughts and expressions.

Google’s YouTube has even banned entire styles of acoustic music that it finds ideologically problematic.

Google has also denied services to entire industries it disfavors. As part of a hard-left push to eliminate the bail industry, Google simply stopped providing any services to bail agents in May 2018.

The company has also been notorious for not only denying services to what it perceives as the political right, but also in overtly taking one political side over another in ongoing political contests. In 2014, Google banned advertisements from Pregnancy Resource Centers, pro-life organizations that provide largely free services to expectant mothers because it called them ‘deceptive’ while also accepting donations from pro-abortion organizations.

Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has called Elon Musk an ‘arrogant billionaire’ in an escalating spat over X’s resistance to remove footage of a terrorist church stabbing of Orthodox Bishop Emmanuel of the Good Shepherd Church.

The absurd detail is that Australian authorities want the content removed for people all over the world – which they clearly have no jurisdiction over!

BBC reported:

“On Monday, an Australian court ordered Mr Musk’s social media firm – formerly called Twitter – to hide videos of last week’s attack in Sydney. X previously said it would comply ‘pending a legal challenge’.”

The Prime Minister’s criticism comes after Musk used a meme to ridicule the Australian government’s thirst for censorship.

Albanese told the press that Mr. Musk ‘thinks he’s above the law but also above common decency.’

“Last week Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, an independent regulator, threatened X and other social media companies with hefty fines if they did not remove videos of the stabbing at the Assyrian Christ the Good Shepherd church, which police have called a terror attack. X has argued the order is ‘not within the scope of Australian law’.”

The eSafety commissioner sought a court injunction after complaining that X was allowing users outside Australia to continue accessing footage.

“‘I find it extraordinary that X chose not to comply and are trying to argue their case’, Mr Albanese told a press briefing.

In a subsequent series of online posts, Mr. Musk wrote: ‘I’d like to take a moment to thank the PM for informing the public that this platform is the only truthful one’. Another depicted a Wizard of Oz-style path to ‘freedom’ leading to an X logo.”

Musk also criticized eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant personally, describing her as the ‘Australian censorship commissar.’

“Mr. Albanese defended Ms. Inman Grant, saying she was protecting Australians. ‘Social media needs to have social responsibility with it. Mr Musk is not showing any’, he said.”

The platform was given 24 hours to comply with Monday evening’s injunction, and a further hearing into the matter is expected in the coming days.

Albanese’s war against freedom of speech is not limited to X, as he now seeks to have all social media strike down MEMES of him.

President Joe Biden’s administration is taking a victory lap as the president prepares to sign a $95 billion foreign aid package that includes $61 billion for Ukraine.

Specifically, Biden and company are boasting about how they worked over House Speaker Mike Johnson in the six months since the Louisianan started his tenure. “For months, President Joe Biden and his team pressed the case for additional aid both publicly and privately, leaning into courting Johnson,” CNN, one of the administration’s favored outlets, reported. The effort mostly took place, “behind the scenes through White House meetings, phone calls and detailed briefings on the battlefield impacts, administration officials said.”

The courtship started with “a Situation Room briefing one day after Johnson became speaker,” per the CNN report. Johnson was worked over by National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan and Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young—even Biden himself stopped by the meeting. From then on, Biden administration officials were in regular contact with the Speaker. The aids Steve Ricchetti and Shuwanza Goff ran point together for the administration’s courtship of Johnson and his staff. Sullivan gave Johnson the occasional ring; Biden gave Johnson the occasional invite to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

CNN’s story and others like it should embarrass Republicans. They should embarrass Republican voters, who have put their trust in their elected officials to represent them. They should embarrass Republican lawmakers, who have lost on every major issue this Congress. But most of all, they should embarrass Mike Johnson.

Pediatrician and consultant Dr. Hilary Cass conducted a comprehensive and lengthy review of international research into gender medicine for children for NHS England.

Dr. Cass concludes that a lack of research and evidence on transgender medical interventions, such as puberty blockers and body-altering surgeries, is failing children.

Cass’s prior findings led to the banning of puberty blockers from children outside of clinical research in the UK.

After the publication of the landmark 388-page report, Dr. Cass shared that she is now under constant attack.

In an interview with The Times, Dr. Cass shared the disturbing backlash she is facing for simply sharing her well-researched report and discussed her concern about disinformation spreading in the aftermath.

She revealed that she has been sent “vile” abusive emails, has been given security advice, and has been told not to travel on public transport.

From The Times:

Cass said: “There are some pretty vile emails coming in at the moment. Most of which my team is protecting me from, so I’m not getting to see them.” Some of them contained “words I wouldn’t put in a newspaper”, she said.

She added: “What dismays me is just how childish the debate can become. If I don’t agree with somebody then I’m called transphobic or a Terf [trans-exclusionary radical feminist].”

Asked if the abuse had taken a toll on her, she said: “No … it’s personal, but these people don’t know me.

“I’m much, much more upset and frustrated about all this disinformation than I am about the abuse. The thing that makes me seethe is the misinformation.”

One of the particularly vexing examples of the misinformation being spread is that Cass used only two out of 100 studies for the report.

Labour MP Dawn Butlers perpetuated this misinformation when she told the House of Commons, “There are around 100 studies that have not been included in this Cass report, and we need to know why.”

Cass refutes that claim, explaining that researchers appraised every paper “but pulled the results from the ones that were high quality and medium quality, which was 60 out of 103.”

She also shared that six clinics refused to cooperate with research focused on the long-term impact of prescribing puberty blockers and sex hormones, which she called “co-ordinated” and “ideologically driven.”

Some of the key findings of the final report include:

The rationale for early puberty suppression remains unclear, with weak evidence regarding the impact on gender dysphoria and mental or psychosocial health. The effect on cognitive and psychosexual development remains unknown.
The use of masculinising / feminising hormones in those under the age of 18 also presents many unknowns, despite their longstanding use in the adult transgender population. The lack of long-term follow-up data on those commencing treatment at an earlier age means we have inadequate information about the range of outcomes for this group.
Clinicians are unable to determine with any certainty which children and young people will go on to have an enduring trans identity.
For most young people, a medical pathway will not be the best way to manage their gender-related distress. For those young people for whom a medical pathway is clinically indicated, it is not enough to provide this without also addressing wider mental health and/or psychosocially challenging problems.

Joe Biden on Wednesday signed the foreign aid package which allocates billions of dollars to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

The Senate late Tuesday approved a massive $95 billion emergency foreign aid package with no U.S. border security.

A group of RINOs joined Democrats to support the bill. The measure passed by a vote of 79 to 18.

The passing of the bill saw 48 Democrats joined by 31 Republicans in favor of the foreign aid efforts. However, 15 Republicans broke ranks to vote against the package, with three Democrats joining in opposition.

The finalized bill encompasses extensive provisions:

$47.7 billion through the Defense Department to support Ukraine’s military with training, equipment, weapons, and logistical aid.
$13.4 billion to restock U.S. military equipment sent to Ukraine.
$20.5 billion for U.S. Armed Forces support in Europe.
$9.5 billion in economic aid to Ukraine as a forgivable loan.
Added to this is 15 billion** in military aid designated for Israel and **9 billion in humanitarian assistance for Gaza and other conflict zones, a point of contention for conservative Republicans concerned about the funds being intercepted by Hamas.
The bill also allots $8 billion to counter Chinese aggression in the Indo-Pacific and introduces legislation that would force the divestment or ban of TikTok in the United States.

“It’s a good day for America,” Biden said after he signed the foreign aid package with no US border security.

“It’s a good day for America, it’s a good day for Europe, and it’s a good day for world peace,” Biden said. “It’s going to make America safer, it’s going to make the world safer, and it continues America’s leadership in the world and everyone knows it.”

“We believe America must stand up for what is right. We don’t walk away from our allies, we stand with them. We don’t let tyrants win, we oppose them,” he said.

Biden trashed “MAGA Republicans” for opposing a package that sends billions of dollars to foreign countries while ignoring the US border.

“Some of our MAGA Republicans reject that vision,” Biden added.

In part 1 of this interview from “Let My People Go,” Cyber Security Expert and Co-Author of the Help America Vote Act, Harry Haury, breaks down how U.S. Election equipment vendors, clerks and Secretaries of State fail to comply with federally mandated error rates for ballots being processed through election tabulators — which only allow one error for every 125,000 ballots. This means virtually none of the states performing risk limiting audits are following HAVA.

Haury explains how the error rates are supposed to mirror stringent standards in the banking industry for check processing. In a surprise to no one, the error rates in elections are not only abysmal, but as a chief author of HAVA, Haury provides his expert opinion that the law has not been followed for nearly two decades. Haury also breaks down the legal deficiencies found under the National Voter Registration Act and his observation of voter rolls having tremendous error rates.

Haury then provides his expert opinion on how no mandatory assessments have been done on the election equipment by FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) and what he personally heard former Attorney General Bill Barr say to law enforcement, demanding they kill their investigation into whistleblower Jesse Morgan’s discovery that he was transporting hundreds of thousands of fake and fraudulent ballots from New York to Pennsylvania.

In a wide-ranging interview with NBC News, FBI Director Christopher Wray warned of a potential terror attack in the United States “which may be not that different from what you saw against the concert hall in Russia a few weeks ago from ISIS-K.”

Wray explained that there are “elevated fears about a coordinated terror attack in a public place” due to people being radicalized by the Israel/Gaza war.

“We are increasingly concerned [about] the potential for some kind of coordinated attack here in the homeland, which may be not that different from what you saw against the concert hall in Russia a few weeks ago from ISIS-K,” Wray said.

The concert attack left 144 people dead and many more injured.

Regarding protests on American college campuses, Wray said, the FBI is “keenly focused on working with state and local law enforcement, campus law enforcement, others to try to make sure that we stay ahead” of the threat of antisemitic violence” and prevent violence against the Jewish community.”

The FBI, he claimed, doesn’t monitor protests but does “share intelligence about specific threats of violence with campuses, with state and local law enforcement.”

Wray also took issue with former President Donald Trump referring to the January 6 prisoners as “hostages.”

The FBI Director says he sees those in prison or facing trial in January 6 cases not as hostages as President Trump has said, but “criminal defendants”.

“I see the defendants in the Jan. 6 cases as criminal defendants who are being charged with federal crimes, and are in front of independent courts as part of our legal system,” Wray said. “In our country, there are all sorts of people who are upset and angry about all sorts of things, about all sorts of people. But there is a right way under the First Amendment to express how upset you are. And violence — violence against law enforcement, destruction of federal property — is not it.”

Congressman Bill Keating barely contains his joy when sharing list of Uniparty members who put foreign interests over American citizens.

On Tuesday, the Senate approved a massive $95 billion emergency foreign aid package which includes the following for Ukraine:

Congressman Bill Keating (D-MA), apparently thrilled at the opportunity to fund a foreign country over America’s working poor and struggling middle class, traveled to personally meet with Ukraine’s President Zelensky.

With a smile on his face and glee in his voice, Keating handed Zelensky a list of the Uniparty members who voted to send billions of dollars to Ukraine and put foreign interests over American citizens.

Keating can barely contain his joy as he hands over the vote tally.

“Bill Keating from Massachusetts…and I have something that you’re really gonna like…this is the official tally of the vote for the supplemental aid.”

“And look at that vote….73%.”

“That’s a good vote.”
