The attorneys representing the corrupt DA in New York, Alvin Bragg, in their case against President Trump, have made a serious error in their case. President Trump’s attorneys must move to dismiss.

DA Bragg’s case is in serious trouble. The gang behind the prosecution of President Trump made a serious error that should lead President Trump’s team to move to dismiss.

Prosecutors in New York have revealed what the other crime is that Donald Trump was allegedly trying to conceal when he was falsifying business records and they claim it was to unlawfully promote his candidacy. The fatal error is that the NY Statute they cite only applies to elections within the State of New York and not Federal Elections!

Trump was running for the federal office of President of the United States and not a State Office and therefore the premise of what the prosecution is trying to prove as the second crime used to get around the statute of limitations issue and to elevate this business records case to a felony must fail!

Prosecutors also cannot use a federal law as the second crime and additionally, the FEC, Federal Election Commission, declined on two occasions to prosecute the claim against Trump that the alleged hush money payment was in fact a federal violation.

In this case, Bragg and Colangelo, in an exercise of their legal analysis of the law maintain that Trump, Cohen, and Pecker conspired to get Trump elected to President of the United States. This is the basis for the elevation of charges.

This is enough to end the case but that’s not all.

The case refers to accounting entries “made” by President Trump (which is lunacy) or entries President Trump forced others to make. But these entries were made in 2017. So how could President Trump possibly impact the 2016 election with accounting entries that were made (clearly not by the President but by some entry-level accountant in his multi-billion dollar organization) in 2017?

On top of that, even far-left radical liberals are shaking their heads at this case and the evidence used to “get Trump”.

Trump, who faces 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection to payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election, was discussed on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” where legal analyst Lisa Rubin presented a skeptical view of the prosecution’s case.

“The big takeaway is that this is a crime about falsification of business records, and yet, what the government seems to have the most evidence of is the underlying conspiracy,” Rubin explained on the show. She highlighted a lack of direct evidence linking Trump to the specific crimes charged: “What’s still unknown to me is how they’re going to prove Donald Trump’s own involvement in the falsification of the business records.”

President Trump handed over his companies to his sons before his inauguration in January 2017. The accounting entries in question were made after the handover occurred.

President Trump didn’t make any entries because no CEO of any multi-billion dollar company makes entries to the financials.

The accounting discussion in this case doesn’t make sense to anyone who’s ever worked in a large financial reporting operation.

The Food and Drug Administration has confirmed that traces of Bird Flu have been found in commercial milk but claims it is safe to drink anyway.

The FDA, along with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is still investigating the contaminated milk.

Though the investigation is ongoing, the agencies said it is believed to be safe for human consumption.

“To date, we have seen nothing that would change our assessment that the commercial milk supply is safe,” the FDA said in an update on Tuesday, citing “the pasteurization process” and “the diversion or destruction of milk from sick cows.”

The FDA update explained, “As noted by USDA and some press reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) and other sources, the presence of the virus has been detected in raw milk. Based on available information, pasteurization is likely to inactivate the virus, however the process is not expected to remove the presence of viral particles. Therefore, some of the samples collected have indicated the presence of HPAI using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) testing.”

However, the FDA is warning against consuming raw milk.

“The FDA has a long-standing recommendation to consumers not to consume raw milk (milk that has not been pasteurized). Because of the limited information available about the possible transmission of H5N1 virus via raw milk, the FDA continues to recommend that industry does not manufacture or sell raw milk or raw milk products, including raw milk cheese, made with milk from cows showing symptoms of illness, including those infected with avian influenza viruses or exposed to those infected with avian influenza viruses.”

Dairy cows in Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and South Dakota have tested positive for the Type A H5N1 virus.

The Hill reports:

While the virus has caused mass deaths in wild bird and other animal populations – even killing thousands of sea lions in South America – the most common symptoms in dairy cows have included decreased lactation and low appetite, according to the FDA.

Two people in U.S. have been infected with bird flu to date. A Texas dairy worker who was in close contact with an infected cow recently developed a mild eye infection and has recovered. In 2022, a prison inmate in a work program caught it while killing infected birds at a Colorado poultry farm. His only symptom was fatigue, and he also recovered.

Federal officials say they continue to confirm the effectiveness of pasteurization as they test milk at various steps in the production process, including samples from store shelves.

Clark’s salary will not make her rich but her name will. As mentioned in the video above, Clark has brought a whole new fan to women’s basketball. Truth be told, I never followed women’s basketball until I saw Clark dominate in the 2023 NCAA tournament. This was enough for me to buy a ticket and go to one of her games near me.

Clark’s riches will come from advertising and marketing and this has made her a multi-millionaire without yet playing a WNBA game.

The Wall Street Journal recently reported on the battle that shoe companies took place in when trying to win Clark over. The deal was eventually done by NIKE who signed an 8 figure deal with Clark rumored at mid-8 figures (i.e. 10,000,000 or more).

Business Insider reported on the Clark deal as well.

Basketball phenom Caitlin Clark sparked outcry earlier this month over the relatively modest yearly salary of $76,535 she’s pocketing during her first year in the WNBA.

But the 22-year-old breakout will more than make up forthat amount thanks to a freshly-inked deal with Nike worth as much as $28 million over the course of eight years, The Wall Street Journal reports.

While Nike already had an endorsement deal with Clark that expired at the end of her senior season at the University of Iowa, a bidding war ensued between Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Puma that was the most competitive in women’s basketball history, according to the Journal.

Talks heated up at NBA All-Star weekend in Indianapolis in February, when Clark’s reps at Excel Sports Management told suitors she was seeking a minimum $3 million commitment annually, according to the Journal.

The Journal also reports Clark — who is a marketing major at Iowa — was keenly involved in some of the negotiations.

Clark, who’s helped usher in a significant shift in popularity between men’s and women’s basketball, is the NCAA’s biggest-ever scorer and was the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.

She wore a $17,000 Prada getup to the event, dripping in more than $10,000 in diamonds — even as her estimated base entry salary of $76,535 raised eyebrows.

Clark may have learned a lot about basketball at Iowa but she learned a lot about marketing as well.

Joe Biden is strongly considering granting over one million illegal aliens amnesty by the stroke of a pen just in time for the 2024 Presidential election and amid the worst immigration crisis in American history.

The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that this executive order would grant legalization to illegals married to U.S. citizens who are barred from receiving green cards.

The pro-illegal alien FWD.us notes that 1.1 million illegal aliens are currently married to American citizens.

The Daily Mail reports that the primary reasons these illegals were denied citizenship in these cases are because the individual has repeatedly entered the country illegally or forged legal documentation in the past.

To get around this “problem,” the Biden regime is looking at a so-called “parole in place” program for spouses of U.S. citizens not initially granted citizenship.

This status would ensure illegal aliens could obtain work permits and a path toward U.S. citizenship.

It would mark yet another cave by Biden to his radical left base on this issue. Reuters notes a group of 86 leftist Democrats sent a letter to Biden and disgraced Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas last year to urge them to “protect” spouses of U.S. citizens and create a so-called family reunification process for those outside America.

Such a decision by Biden would also negate alleged plans by him to limit asylum claims by invaders, as previously reported by the Gateway Pundit. The actions he has been weighing somewhat resemble what President Trump did to secure the border before Biden dismantled them upon taking office.

A White House spokesperson declined to comment on the matter but did say they were evaluating all options.

“The administration remains committed to ensuring those who are eligible for relief can receive it quickly and to building an immigration system that is fairer and more humane,” the spokesperson said to the Wall Street Journal.

TGP previously revealed that Biden was considering granting legalization to illegal invaders who had lived in the U.S. for over 10 years or had citizen relatives who would “suffer” if shipped back. It’s not clear if Biden is also still pondering this scheme.

If he is, one can add millions more to the estimated 1.1 million under current consideration, potentially wreaking future havoc on American elections.

We all know how these future citizens will vote as well.

Skies over southern Greece turned orange on Tuesday (24) with dust clouds blown across the Mediterranean Sea from North Africa.

A yellow-orange haze of dust from the Sahara desert has blanketed parts of Greece, including the Acropolis and other Athens landmarks.

This prompted authorities to issue health warnings and created oneiric scenes seemingly out of a sci-fi movie.

Associated Press reported:

“Strong southerly winds carried the dust from the Sahara Desert, giving the atmosphere of the Greek capital a Martian-like filter in the last hours of daylight.

The skies are predicted to clear on Wednesday as winds shift and move the dust, with temperatures dipping. On Tuesday, the daily high in parts of the southern island of Crete topped 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit), more than 20 degrees C higher than what was registered in much of northern Greece.”

Winds have blown strongly from the south, also fueling early wildfires in southern Greece.

CNN reported:

“The Greek meteorological service said weather conditions on Tuesday had favored the movement of dust from Africa and this was showing up in ‘increased concentrations in the atmosphere’, particularly in the south of the country.

However, the dust would gradually begin to decrease on Wednesday morning, the service predicted, and from midday onwards it would be ‘limited to the east’.”

People have shared their videos and pictures online, as they marveled at the unusual color of the sky.

“Others took evening walks in the city and shared the bright orange scenes on social media. One user posted that meteorologists have said the bright orange dust has made Athens look like ‘a colony of Mars’.

Politico reported that the group started meeting when they were coordinating their January 6 Committee lies to the public:

In the meantime, just like his pal, former Trump-hating Speaker Paul Ryan, McConnell will do as much damage as possible against President Trump and his supporters until the November election.

On Tuesday, ‘Glitch’ McConnell blasted Tucker Carlson and President Trump for the delay in funding the Ukrainian War.

McConnell does not care about the invasion at the US southern border. He does not care about the fentanyl epidemic in America. He does not care about the crime surge in American cities. He does not care about the record inflation under Joe Biden.

Mitch McConnell and his Democrat colleagues only care about funding Ukraine. What is it about this country that funneling billions of US taxpayer dollars remains such an attractive venture?

Could it be related to the fact that only $47 billion of the $113 billion in Ukraine funding actually went to lethal aid? They’re not sure about the rest.

On Tuesday Mitch McConnell – Sounding like the Democrat Party leader – trashed Tucker Carlson and Trump supporters for failing to support the lost Ukrainian War.

Why is this guy leading the Senate Republicans? And why would we support such people?

Chad Pergram: You’ve been probably one of the most ardent backers of Ukraine in the Senate here. But what took so long to get some of these other eight Republicans persuaded to your position? Or was it the overall nature of this bill and what was lost in that time period for Ukraine?

I think the demonization of Ukraine began by Tucker Carlson, who, in my opinion, ended up where he It should have been all along, which is interviewing Vladimir Putin. And so he had an enormous audience, which convinced a lot of rank and file Republicans that maybe this was a mistake. I think the former President had mixed views on it. We all felt that border was a complete disaster, myself included. Chad, you remember covering the phases we went through. First, there was an effort to make law, which requires you to deal with Democrats. And then a number of our members thought it wasn’t good enough. And then our nominee for President didn’t seem to want us to do anything at all. That took months to work our way through it. So we ended up doing the supplemental that was originally proposed, which dealt with not all problems. It didn’t solve the border problem, but certainly addressed the growing threats at the moment.

Lance Gooden (R-TX) sent out a letter to crooked Attorney General Merrick Garland and Soros-funded New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg demanding the two turn over evidence related to the hiring of former top Biden attorny Matthew Colangelo to run the latest lawfare case against President Trump in a New York City courtroom.

Goodman calls the hiring of Colangelo “a declaration of war against the American judicial system.”

Back in April 2023 The Gateway Pundit first reported on Colangelo’s ties between Bragg DA’s office and Biden regime.

The House Judiciary demanded in early April that Colangelo turn over documents related to his hiring to jump start Bragg’s garbage indictment of President Trump.

All lawfare cases lead back to the Biden regime.
They are no better than any other corrupt banana republic in history.

This demand for transparency comes amid disturbing revelations about the politically motivated prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

Matthew Colangelo, who abruptly stepped down from a top position at the Biden Justice Department, has taken a role in the New York lawsuit crafted to target President Trump. To ensure transparency and accountability are upheld in this case, Congressman Gooden is demanding the preservation of all information relating to Colangelo’s hiring, including all documents, communications, and other information, including electronic information and metadata, that is or may be potentially responsive to a congressional inquiry, request, or investigation.

Specifically, this information must include any communication between DA Bragg and Mr. Colangelo and/or other DOJ officials while Mr. Colangelo was still employed with DOJ. Additionally, this information must include any communication between Mr. Colangelo and any Biden Administration officials regarding his employment with the Manhattan District Attorney General’s Office while Mr. Colangelo was still employed with DOJ.

Additionally, Congressman Gooden is requesting a response to the following questions no later than May 24, 2024:

Was Mr. Colangelo asked to leave by the DOJ, or did he accept a position in a lower office voluntarily?
If Mr. Colangelo was instructed to leave, what was he promised in return for accepting such a substantial demotion from his position at DOJ to joining a Manhattan DA prosecution team?
Is Mr. Colangelo still in contact with DOJ officials since joining the Manhattan DA prosecution team?
Has Mr. Colangelo, in his capacity at the Manhattan DA’s office, coordinated with DOJ and other state attorneys in Trump-related indictments?

In recent news, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has once again proven her disregard for law and order by vetoing a crucial bipartisan bill. This decision has sparked outrage among conservative voices, who view it as yet another example of the state’s descent into lawlessness. As a conservative writer, it is my duty to shed light on this concerning issue and provide a perspective that is often ignored in mainstream media.

At the heart of the matter lies Hobbs’ veto of a bill that aimed to curb the growing threat of lawlessness in Arizona. This bill, backed by both Republican and Democratic lawmakers, sought to enforce stricter penalties for crimes such as rioting and destruction of public property. However, Hobbs saw fit to reject this legislation, citing concerns over potential infringements on First Amendment rights. This, of course, is nothing more than a thinly veiled excuse to appease the radical left and undermine the safety and security of Arizona citizens.

But this veto is not an isolated incident. It is just the latest in a series of actions by Hobbs that have emboldened lawlessness in Arizona. Under her leadership, the state has become a haven for violent protesters and criminals, while law-abiding citizens are left to fend for themselves. This cannot continue if we want to maintain any semblance of order and stability in our communities.

What is even more concerning is the blatant disregard for the bipartisan nature of the bill. In a time where political division runs rampant, the fact that lawmakers from both sides of the aisle could come together to address a pressing issue should be applauded. Yet, Hobbs chose to ignore this unity and prioritize her own political agenda over the safety and well-being of Arizona residents.

This is what a nutball looks like.

We have already seen the devastating effects of unchecked lawlessness in other states, and it is only a matter of time before it reaches our own backyard. This veto sends a dangerous message that lawlessness will not only be tolerated but also protected in Arizona.

Some may argue that Hobbs’ decision is a necessary safeguard for protecting freedom of speech and expression. However, let’s not forget that these rights do not give anyone the right to cause harm or destruction. It is a slippery slope when we allow criminals to hide behind the First Amendment, using it as a shield to justify their violent actions. This is not about silencing voices, but about maintaining law and order in a civil society.

In conclusion, Governor Hobbs’ veto of the bipartisan bill is just another example of her blatant disregard for the rule of law. It is a dangerous trend that must be addressed before it’s too late.

As a conservative, I urge all Arizonans to stand up against this lawlessness and demand accountability from our leaders. We must not let our state fall victim to the same chaos and destruction that has plagued others. It’s time for action, before it’s too late.

Right now, the diplomatic and commercial relations between the US and Venezuela are at a very low point, after the US re-imposed sanctions on the oil and gas industries.

The clueless Joe Biden administration tried to engage dictator Nicolas Maduro, but his utter failure to live up to his promises – to hold a fair Presidential election – have made the return of the sanctions inevitable.

Venezuelans are set to vote on July 28 in a rigged election that will pit Maduro against the opposition candidate, ambassador Edmundo Gonzalez.

Now, Venezuela’s government has hired Rothschild & Co. as a ‘financial adviser’ to provide an overview of its foreign debt obligations.

Bloomberg reported:

“Rothschild is working to map out what the administration owes and to whom, said the people, who asked for anonymity to discuss a contract that has not been made public. Debt mapping is normally a preliminary step taken by a government before it prepares to start a restructuring.”

One is left wondering what warrants such secrecy.

“Venezuela owes roughly $154 billion to overseas lenders — according to an estimate from economist Francisco Rodriguez, a professor at the University of Denver — including global bonds issued by the government and state oil company, which have been in default for more than six years. It’s been accumulating interest on those bonds and court judgments for unpaid commercial loans.

Sovereign bonds trade for around 20 cents on the dollar, while defaulted notes issued by Petroleos de Venezuela SA exchange hands for around 11 cents, according to indicative pricing compiled by Bloomberg. The debt has rallied since JPMorgan Chase & Co. laid out a plan to re-weight the securities in widely followed emerging-market debt indexes back in February.”

The hiring of Rothschild & Co. comes as Maduro’s administration means to reengage with global markets, institutions and ratings firms after years as an international pariah.

Maduro has hinted to be willing to work with creditors, but talks have never progressed.

“Washington doesn’t recognize Maduro, and sanctions prohibit the government from selling debt on US markets. Sanctions would need to [be] changed before a debt restructuring could be carried out.”
