Joe Biden’s DOJ/FBI is hunting down and jailing pro-life, conservative grandmas while ignoring Antifa and BLM militants and the radical Hamas supporters shutting down and terrorizing college campuses.

Under the Biden Regime, the DOJ has weaponized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a 1994 law that prohibits interfering with anyone obtaining or providing “reproductive health services,” as a punishment for the Supreme Court’s reversal of  Roe v. Wade in June 2022.

After the Supreme Court ruling, Biden formed the DOJ-led Reproductive Rights Task Force to enforce the act.

According to The Epoch Times, the FACE Act has now been used 130 times against pro-life individuals but only used three times against pro-abortion protesters.

The Gateway Pundit reported that in September 2023, Jonathan Darnel, 41, of Arlington, Virginia.; Jean Marshall, 73, of Kingston, Massachusetts; Joan Bell, 74, of Montague, New Jersey, were each convicted of a felony conspiracy against rights and a FACE Act offense.

Lauren Handy, 28, of Alexandria, Virginia; John Hinshaw, 67, of Levittown, New York; Heather Idoni, 61, of Linden, Michigan; William Goodman, 52, of Bronx, New York; and Herb Geraghty, 25, of Pittsburgh were also found guilty of conspiring to blockade access to a clinic.

Now, seven members of Congress have sent a letter to U.S. Marshals Service Director Ronald L. Davis Director and Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Colette S. Peters to address the concerning treatment of two of the activists, Marshall and Idoni.

Idoni has been held in prison since she was convicted and before sentencing. It is accurate to say she is being tortured by the Biden Regime.

Idoni spoke with LifeSiteNews and shared the abuses she alleges she has faced while incarcerated.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Idoni recently suffered a stroke after 22 days of solitary confinement in prison for sharing food with fellow prisoners.

The letter to Davis and Peters reads in part:

We are deeply concerned by reports suggesting that the U.S. Marshal Service did not provide medically necessary health care services to two prisoners in its custody: Ms. Jean Marshall, 74, and Heather Idoni, 59. On May 15, 2024, Ms. Marshall was sentenced to 15 additional months in prison, and Ms. Idoni is scheduled to be sentenced next week.

We ask Director Davis to provide a clear and comprehensive account of the care provided to Ms. Idoni and Ms. Marshall during their time in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

A summary of the medical situations reported in the cases of Ms. Idoni and Ms. Marshall is provided below.

Ms. Heather Idoni

Since at least August 2023, we understand that Ms. Idoni, has been in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. We understand she is being detained at The Central Detention Facility, known as DC Jail, located at 1901 D Street, SE, in Washington DC. Ms. Idoni has stated that she is not receiving appropriate care for a serious heart condition or for her diabetes.

On May 13, 2024, LifeSiteNews reported that Ms. Idoni had suffered a stroke two weeks previously. Following the stroke, Ms. Idoni said that she “had had 3 stents placed above her heart two weeks ago and was told to take daily doses of heart medicine. However, prison officials have not given her a single dose.”

LifeSiteNews reported that Ms. Idoni has repeatedly raised this issue with jail personnel. She says a jail nurse told her, after six days, that jail records indicate she received her daily dose, so Ms. Idoni is concerned that someone at the jail is falsifying her medical records.[1] Ms. Idoni told a reporter that “she was frightened that she might die.”

Ms. Idoni is also reported to suffer from diabetes. She has said that DC Jail did not offer her diabetes medication and she has been without any prescription for her diabetes. LifeSiteNews noted that Ms. Idoni, who has been held at six other jails since her arrest in 2022, had been able to get her diabetes medication at each of the previous jails. Ms. Idoni told the reporter, “So, my blood sugar numbers are a hundred points higher than they normally should be … My numbers have been perfect at all the other jails.”

Since at least September 15, 2023, we understand that Ms. Marshall has been in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. Until her sentencing on May 15, 2024, we understand she was being detained at William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center in Alexandria, Virginia.

Ms. Marshall writes that she suffers from pain in her hip and an inability to walk. She reports that she was evaluated for osteoarthritis in both hips by Dr. Talmo of New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Marshall explains that she was scheduled for right hip surgery in October 2023 but was not allowed to keep her surgery date. She writes that, currently, “I am afraid to take an anti-inflammatory drug for pain due to the reflux, and today my right knee is stiff, preventing me from bending it, and so I just drag my right leg as I walk.” She also states that “my right leg was growing numb.”

Thank you for your attention to this urgent inquiry. We are seeking the opportunity to speak with you directly about the situations of both individuals by no later than May 17, 2024. Our staff will reach out directly to schedule that conversation.

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and hedge fund mogul Anthony Scaramucci, both notorious for their obsessive hatred of Donald Trump, have been caught on video sharing a kiss.

The footage reveals Scaramucci, the ex-White House Communications Director and Christie’s mega-donor, leaning in for what appears to be a friendly peck on the cheek.

But in a shocking twist, Christie flips the script and plants a kiss right on what appears to be Scaramucci’s lips.

Scheffler was in a car marked with tournament credentials waiting for his tee time.

Police dragged him from his car and arrested him.

Police had shut down the only road to the Vahalla Golf Club in Louisville.

Scottie Scheffler was sitting in traffic and then drove around the incident in a vehicle clearly marked with markings indicating a PGA vehicle door.

That’s when an officer grabbed on to his vehicle and Scheffler dragged him for approximately 10 yards. It is not clear if Scheffler even knew the officer was on his car.

When he stopped the police arrested him, dragged him to jail, put him in an orange jumpsuit, and booked him.

In a span of three hours, Scheffler was arrested wearing gym shorts and a tee shirt, was dressed in an orange jail shirt for his mug shot, and returned to Valhalla Golf Club in golf clothes 56 minutes before he was to tee off in the second round.

Scheffler’s attorney says the arrest was “a big misunderstanding.”

“We will litigate the case as it goes,” attorney Steve Romines told The Associated Press.

Traffic was backed up for about a mile in both directions on the only road that leads to Valhalla in the morning darkness with light rain, with dozens of police vehicles flashing red-and-blue lights near the entrance.

Police said a pedestrian had been struck by a bus while crossing the road in a lane that was dedicated to tournament traffic and was pronounced dead at the scene about 5:09 a.m.

ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington said Scheffler, the No. 1 player in the world who was to start the second round at 8:48 a.m., drove past a police officer a little after 6 a.m. in his SUV with markings on the door indicating it was a PGA Championship vehicle.

The officer screamed at him to stop and then grabbed onto the car until Scheffler stopped about 10 yards later.

Scheffler was able to make it back to the course about 45 minutes before his tee off time.

This ought to help the ratings.

She later spoke with reporters following her day observing the illegitimate kangaroo court in New York City.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna then traveled back to Washington DC to join Republicans during the contempt vote against Merrick Garland in the House Oversight Committee.

During the hearing, Paulina Luna was forced to hush classless Democrat Jasmine Crockett who started screaming and cussing in committee like she was at a weekend WWE event.

Then as the hearing continued, Anna Paulina warned crooked Attorney General Merrick Garland that he is not above the law and that his imminent arrest may be coming.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna: During my time off for maternity, after I was told that I could not vote, I actually spent that time reading the House Rulebook Emmanuel. And there’s something that hasn’t been used since the early 1900s called Inherent Contempt of Congress. It’s actually something that any one individual member reserves.

The Attorney General thought he was above the law and did not comply not just with one subpoena, but with two subpoenas. Those are subpoenas from both Chairman Jordan and Chairman Comer.

I want to read this to you because ultimately, if in 10 days, the Department of Justice does not do their job and hold the attorney general responsible, just like they would any other American, I think that it should be our job in the House of Representatives to bring an inherent contempt proceeding against the Attorney General, of which I’ve already filed that privileged motion over a week ago.

I would like to read it real quickly in saying that, “Resolved that if in 10 days after the passage of this report, the Department of Justice has failed to indict Attorney General Garland, the speaker of the House of Representatives shall issue his warrant commanding the sergeant in arms or his duty to take into custody the body of the said Attorney General Garland, wherever found, and bring him to the said Attorney General Garland before the bar of the House of Representatives, then and there to provide documents, materials, and answers such questions pertinent to the matter under inquiry as the House of Representatives may order the Speaker of the House of Representatives to propound and to keep the said Attorney General Garland in custody to wait further orders of the House of Representatives.

This is something that we reserve as an authority in order to bring back order to a house that has seemed to have forgotten it.

This was long overdue.

Garland is completely lawless and determined to destroy our justice system by the day.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is either delusional or gaslighting people. Or both.

Speaking at an event this week to announce a $3.3 billion fund to help California tackle homelessness, Newsom boasted that his state served as a “national model” for solving the issue.

“The state of California saw a decline in veteran’s homelessness,” said Newsom. “We have a national model.”

In March, California voters approved Proposition 1, which aims to expand mental health treatment to those living on the streets as well as provide housing for those at risk of becoming homeless.

“What Proposition 1 did is that it reinforced that model, provided more resources to advance that model, and we’re very excited to get those dollars to work,” Newsom explained.

He continued:

Five years ago, there was no homeless strategy, no homeless plan. The state of California was not involved in these issues. To be fair, there was a half-a-billion appropriation that went out to the cities and counties with no accountability, no oversight, and no measured results – that was the first time the state put in a few bucks.

We had a mental health services act… but it outlived the world we’re living in. We were listless, and it was pretty self-evident. The cities and counties were overwhelmed by what was happening on the streets and sidewalks. We said, we need to do more as a state. The cities and counties cannot do this alone… It’s about more than just money, it’s about resourcefulness, it’s about doing things that we were precluded from doing.

Despite his boastful rhetoric, California is widely acknowledged to have the most serious homelessness problem in the entire country, with many areas more reminiscient of an apocalyptic film than one of the wealthiest places on earth.

An audit carried out last month found that the state has spent a staggering $24 billion on homeless programs only for the problem to keep getting worse. There are currently an estimated 180,000 homeless people across the state, amounting to a 53 percent rise over the past decade.

Rep. Greg Murphy (R-NC) says that Joe Biden was “jacked up” on drugs during his State of the Union Address earlier this year and that he has the evidence to prove it.

In an interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Murphy, also a practicing urologist, said that Biden must have taken drugs in order to sustain himself through the speech.

The conversation went as follows:

MURPHY: I’ll just be very plain and simple. I was in the State of the Union address, and Joe Biden must’ve been jacked up on something that day. I absolutely believe that from a medical viewpoint, and actually have a little bit of good knowledge that that happened. He can’t stand it. He can’t stand under the lights for that long, and I don’t think he can keep a concept in his brain that long.

It is going to be important that President Trump stays presidential, he did that during the last debate, he did not do that during the first debate. That he stays on track, that he shows the American people how much worse they are from four years ago and what this president has done to destroy this country. He just has to stay in his lane and act presidential, sometimes he can get off on a wheel, we all know that and love that about him. But Biden will falter and falter if he doesn’t have things right in front of him telling him what to do.

BARTIROMO: What do you mean when you say he was jacked up at the State of the Union?

MURPHY: I believe they gave him something to help him sustain the lights and sustain the vigor that he had. That was not Joe Biden. I was in there. He screamed for two hours. He screamed for two hours. And maybe we can talk offline and I’ll show you something that I think that proves that.”

BARTIROMO: You’ll show me what?

MURPHY: I think I can have some evidence that shows he was given something before that.

BARTIROMO: In terms of a medicine or?

MURPHY: Joe is 82, there’s a picture of him taken last week without his make up on. And guess what, he looks like an 82 year old. You can see his surgical scar on the back where he had his face lift, you can see that very plainly. He is being manufacturered and puppetereed by the Democratic Party to be president of the United States. And I fully believe that has to do sometimes with pharmacology.

BARTIROMO: Congressman I’m going to follow up on that, I’d like to see more of that. That is really compelling.

Murphy is not alone in his suspicions. Trump himself has claimed that Biden must have been under the influence of an unknown substance and even suggested he take a drug test.

“He’s obviously, he’s being helped some way, because most of the time, he looks like he’s falling asleep,” Trump said in an interview back in April. “And all of a sudden, he walked up there and did a poor job. But he was all jacked up.”

President Trump was back again in court on Thursday in the latest show Democrat Party lawfare suit against the leading presidential candidate.

On Thursday several popular House Republicans and staunch Trump supporters joined the president in the courtroom in New York City.

These MAGA Republicans then spoke to the media outside the courthouse about the left’s disgusting abuse of the US legal system.

Representatives Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), Bob Good (R-VA), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Eli Crane (R-AZ), Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN), Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC), Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX), Rep. Diana Harshbarger (R-TN) to reporters on this abuse of the justice system.

It was great to see these courageous Republicans stand up for President Trump.

Rep. Matt Gaetz: Owen has not lied to. He lied to investigators. He lied to the judge who sentenced him. He lied to the United States Congress, and he committed these lies for his own benefit. While we’re talking about what we saw in that courtroom going off for people’s own benefit, we would be remiss if we did not mention this corrupt judge, this judge whose own family is making six figures off of Democrat politics that continues to gaslight the country, that there’s some crime time committed by President Trump.

Rep. Bob Good: We’re seeing today what lengths the Democrat Party will go to to try to rig, steal another election. They tried to do it in 2020. They’re doing it again here in 2024 by trying to keep the nominee off the ballot, by trying to keep the nominee campaigning, by trying to ruin the nominee financially. We’re seeing that today. We saw the perjurer chief, Michael Cohen, multiple times, admit and acknowledge that he has lied under oath, he’s perjured himself, and yet we’re supposed to believe his testimony as the star witness against President Trump.

This is lawfare, again, to try to steal or to rig an election. You got a corrupt prosecutor, you got a corrupt star witness, you got a corrupt judge whose daughter is one of the leading fundraisers for the Democrat Party, having raised some $100 million.

That’s the judge’s daughter. This is a crock and a sham trial to try to hurt the nominee. It’s going to be the President of the United States, whether or not they like it or whether or not they want that to happen? President Trump is going to be reelected.

Rep. Andy Biggs: Mr. Cohen admitted repeatedly that he lied. He admitted repeatedly that he did so for his own personal interest. That tells you everything you know about the lack of credibility of this case.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna: But if they had nothing to hide, and if they’re truly being honest about this, why is it that you guys can’t be in the courtroom and see exactly what we’re seeing? Just because we’re members of Congress does not mean we have authority be more than you guys to know exactly what’s happening in that courtroom, just so that you are tracking. I want to follow it up by saying this. It is by no coincidence that you have Goldman, a member of House, oversight for Democrats, preparing Michael Cohen for his testimony is also retainered by the judge’s daughter as a client. Does that seem like it’s not shady to you? It is corrupt welfare. It’s the Biden prosecution, and Biden, you’re going to lose this election cycle.

Rep. Michael Waltz: This isn’t justice. This is politics. It’s political warfare, and we see it happening in third-world countries all over the world. I never thought I’d see it happening in the United States of America.

Rep. Ralph Norman: The fact that this trial, look at the timing of it. Before the presidential primary, before the conventions, having Donald Trump sit here, their whole purpose is to keep him off the campaign trail so that he can do what he does best. You know what their intent is? This is their intent to put him behind bars, and the American people are going to say no. Not going to put an innocent man behind bars. I don’t care what kind political fear they want to keep going. This is a kangaroo court, pure and simple.

Rep. Lauren Boebert: The radical left wants President Trump to simply go away. If President Trump just went away. This would all go away as well. They do not want him to be in this race. They know that he is the number one candidate for President of the United States for the 2024 election, and they are doing everything that they can to interfere in yet another your election. Well, I got news for the radical left and the weaponized DOJ. President Trump is not going anywhere. He’s coming back for another four years. And we are not going anywhere either. We are here to stand with him as he stands up for you, the American people.

Rep. Diana Harshbarger: This is not a prosecution. This is a persecution. We have a two-tiered justice system in this country. If a former can be targeted by a woke and corrupt judge, then you can be targeted as well. The Biden administration’s Department of Justice interfere in a case that should never have been brought in the first place. We have a judge who has a conflict of interest We have a witness in Michael Cohen who admittedly from the stand admitted to lying under oath. Look, if you ever wondered if there were two tiers of justice and if the American government was weaponized against its own citizens, you don’t have to wonder anymore. Don’t have to wonder. The American people are not stupid. There are patriots in this nation who want to know the truth, and we are here to support President Trump to do just that. Well, we all know that the Biden team knows that they’re not going to be able to win this election by doing the Biden basement tour again.

Rep. Andy Ogles: We saw just a couple of days ago, Trump in New Jersey 100,000 people showing up. This is the contrast that they do not want you to see, and why we have a court with a corrupt judge and a convicted felon as the star witness placing a gag order on President Trump so that he can’t be out here touching and winning the hearts of the minds of the American people, which he definitely has behind him.

Rep. Eli Crane: I was only in that courtroom for about two hours, and I heard Michael Cohen admit at least six times that he lied. I mean, that’s what this is about. That tells you everything you need to know. This is the star witness, him and Stormy Daniels. The American people know what’s going on. You guys know what’s going on. You guys know why President Trump is here. Why is he here? Right there, political persecution. They can’t beat him. They can’t beat him, and everybody knows it. The polls are showing it right now. They couldn’t beat him. They tried to take him out with the Russian scandals. They tried to impeach him multiple times. The American people also know that he could have retired down to Florida and lived the American dream.

It was amazing to see these courageous and honest Representatives stand outside the New York courtroom and defend President Trump from this horrible injustice.

Trump’s legal team has been quick to respond, calling the ruling a “political witch hunt” and vowing to appeal the decision. They argue that the investigation is a blatant attempt to tarnish Trump’s reputation and undermine his political influence. However, Willis maintains that her only goal is to uphold the law and ensure that justice is served.

The ongoing legal battle between Trump and Willis dates back to January, when Willis announced that she would be looking into Trump’s actions leading up to the 2020 election.

She cited a phone call made by Trump to Georgia’s Secretary of State, in which he allegedly urged the official to “find” enough votes to overturn his defeat in the state. Willis believes that this call could potentially constitute a crime and is determined to uncover the truth.

In his latest interview with 60 Minutes Pope Francis openly attacked conservatives.

Francis told leftist reporter Norah O’Donnell that conservatism is “a suicidal attitude.”

What does that even mean?

Norah O’Donnell: “There are conservative bishops in the United States that oppose your new efforts to revisit teachings and traditions. How do you address their criticism?”

Pope Francis: “You use an adjective – “conservative.” That is conservative is one who clings to something and does not want to see beyond that. It is a suicidal attitude. Because one thing is to take tradition into account. To consider situations from the past. But quite another to be closed up inside a dogmatic box.”

Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) has recently fueled speculation about his potential vice-presidential candidacy alongside former President Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election, the New York Post reported.

During an interview with Eric Bolling, Scott discussed the upcoming debates between Joe Biden and President Trump, criticizing the media’s handling of conservative politicians and predicting a bias in the questions that will surely favor Biden.

“We’re thinking softballs for Joe Biden and hardballs for Donald Trump,” Scott said.

“But the better question is, will the American people have a chance to see the answer to anywhere, anytime, one-on-one? The answer is absolutely yes. Joe Biden will look like he is an elderly man who should be retired. The good news is, Donald J. Trump is going to be the guy that retires him,” he added.

“The good news is, Donald Trump is going to answer the questions the way Donald Trump is going to answer the questions. But let’s just, for every single intelligent viewer, which will be all of the viewers of your show, I think it’s quite remarkable that Joe Biden will not have a debate with a conservative moderator,” Scott said.

Eric Bolling, expressing his enthusiasm for a debate moderated by conservative figures, suggested he would be honored to moderate a debate between Scott and Harris.

In response to show host Eric Bolling’s suggestion that he might moderate such an event, Scott expressed openness to the idea, further stoking rumors of his VP candidacy.

“Let me put it this way. Senator, I would love to moderate a debate with you, but I have a hunch that there might be a vice-presidential debate. I don’t know, maybe Kamala Harris will be debating Senator Tim Scott on that one, and I would be honored to moderate that one,” said Bolling.

“I hear there’s a debate in July. If you’re the guy moderating, maybe I’ll be talking to you. We’ll see what happens,” Scott said.

“You and I both agree that America is the greatest country because anyone from anywhere can rise to the place of having this conversation. I thank God that we, the United States of America, will continue to be the greatest land on the planet, but we need a new president, and that’s Donald Trump,” Scott added.

Bolling then asked again to confirm, “And a new vice president, and is it you?”

Scott responded, “We’ll see. We’ll see.”

This exchange comes after Trump named Tim Scott among the top contenders for his running mate during a town hall event hosted by Fox News’ Laura Ingraham earlier this year.

Donald Trump took the stage at the Greenville Convention Center in February for a pre-recorded town hall event hosted by Fox News’ Laura Ingraham.

Trump emphasized the importance of choosing someone who could immediately step up as a competent president if necessary. He praised Senator Tim Scott, who was in the audience, for his support and effectiveness, hinting at his potential as a VP candidate.

“Well, always the first quality has to be somebody that you think will be a good president because if something should happen, you have to have somebody that’s going to be a great president. A lot of people are talking about that gentleman right over there [Tim Scott]. He has been much better for me than he was for himself. I watched his campaign, and he doesn’t like talking about himself, but, boy, does he talk about Trump. I called him. I said, “Tim, you’re better for me than you were for yourself.” He’s a fantastic person,” Trump said.

However, this speculation contradicts a report from NBC that said Trump will not pick a hardline pro-life candidate as his running mate over concerns that it would be electorally unwise.

According to the report, Trump has been asking about the positions of various potential vice-presidential picks on the issue, with particular concerns raised about Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) and South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem.

“The president understands it as a treacherous issue — one that you can actually trip up and fall on your face with,” said a source close to Trump. “He’s concerned it will have a drag on the ticket if they’re seen as holding too staunch a position.”

Trump’s apparent red line is someone who supports anything stricter than a six-week ban. Scott, meanwhile, has previously indicated he supports a six-week federal ban on abortion. During his presidential campaign, he pledged to “sign the most conservative pro-life legislation that they can get through Congress.”

Trump’s position is a turnaround from the 2016 presidential campaign, when he chose the strongly pro-life Mike Pence in order to shore up support with conservative evangelicals.

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, also considered a potential vice-presidential candidate, reported to The Post on Saturday that during a recent gathering of supporters at Mar-a-Lago, Trump announced there are 50 contenders under consideration for his running mate.
