Puerto Rico’s elections commission has announced that is will be reviewing its contract prior to the November 2024 election with Dominion Voting Systems after finding hundreds of discrepancies while using over 6,000 Dominion Voting machines during their heated primary elections.

AP reports –  The problem stemmed from a software issue that caused machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems to incorrectly calculate vote totals, said Jessika Padilla Rivera, the commission’s interim president.

While no one is contesting the results from the June 2 primary that correctly identified the winners, machine-reported vote counts were lower than the paper ones in some cases, and some machines reversed certain totals or reported zero votes for some candidates.

“The concern is that we obviously have elections in November, and we must provide the (island) not only with the assurance that the machine produces a correct result but also that the result it produces is the same one that is reported,” Padilla said.

This isn’t the first time states or counties have discussed canceling their contracts with Dominion Voting Systems.

In an interview with Georgia’s SOS Brad Raffensberger, who many believe is an untrustworthy election official, 60 Minutes was asked about the reliability of the Dominion Voting machines. The 60 Minutes host cited an interview with Chris Krebs that he claimed was evidence of clean elections in Georgia because Dominion Voting machines totals can be reconciled with paper ballots.

But that’s not what University of Michigan computer scientist Alex Halderman proved in a Georgia courtroom where he showed.

Former Fox News host Lou Dobbs, who has been at the forefront of reporting on voter fraud, spoke with Amber Conner of the Gateway Pundit about what Professor Halderman did in the courtroom.

During the ongoing trial, Halderman demonstrated how a voting machine could be tampered with in mere seconds using everyday items—a Bic pen and a $10 smart card—raising questions about the reliability of the Dominion voting equipment used across the state. Haldreman’s demonstration illuminated glaring susceptibilities within Georgia’s voting infrastructure, casting shadows on the security of its election system.

An exclusive poll conducted by Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) through YouGov, and provided to The American Conservative by Stand Together, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has shown that the American public is generally against the Biden administration’s proposed Israel normalization deal for the Saudis. 

Under the deal, the Saudis would normalize relations with Israel in exchange for a security guarantee from the U.S. and American aid for a Saudi civilian nuclear program.

According to the poll, 40 percent of Americans believe that the deal would be contrary to U.S. interests, while only 29 percent believe it would be beneficial for U.S. interests. The remaining 31 percent are unsure. 

The responses on the individual parts of the deal are further revealing. For instance, 43 percent of those polled opposed a U.S. security guarantee for the Saudis, with 24 percent strongly opposing such a guarantee. By contrast, only 19 percent support a guarantee, with only 5 percent strongly supporting it. The remaining 38 percent are either undecided or do not know.

Support for U.S. assistance in a Saudi civil nuclear program is even lower. A majority, 58 percent, oppose such a move, and 39 percent strongly oppose it. By contrast, only 12 percent support U.S. assistance for a Saudi civil nuclear program, with only 4 percent doing so strongly. Again the undecided and those who do not know, in this case 30 percent, dwarf the support for the Biden administration’s proposition.

The only popular part of the Biden administration’s deal is the normalization of diplomatic ties between Israel and Saudi Arabia, which 48 percent support. Yet it appears from the support for the other measures that the price is too high for the American people.

Dr. Ben Carson has announced he will be meeting up with President Trump this weekend in Michigan.

In a post on X, Carson wrote, “I’m looking forward to being in my hometown this weekend with my friend and our next President Donald Trump.”

Carson and Trump are scheduled to speak at Turning Point USA’s “People’s Convention.”

Donald Trump, the former president campaigning for another term in the White House, will headline a lineup of high-profile conservative political figures set to speak at a June conference in Michigan.

The People’s Convention is scheduled Friday to Sunday, June 14-16, at Huntington Place, a conference center in downtown Detroit.

The other speakers that weekend include Charlie Kirk, the founder of the Turning Point Action nonprofit organizing the convention; Vivek Ramaswamy, a 2024 Republican candidate for president until he suspended his campaign earlier this year; Dr. Ben Carson, a 2016 Republican candidate for president; Steve Bannon and Roger Stone, two political firebrands tied to Trump’s political rise; and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, a Republican considered a candidate to join Trump’s ticket as vice president.

Carson’s post comes just two weeks after the Trump campaign vetted Carson as a potential vice president pick.

If selected as vice president, Dr. Carson, who was born in Michigan, could give Trump more momentum in Michigan, which is a must-win swing state.

An elderly homeowner in Oakland has been arrested after gunning down a low-life robber but may now pay the price for standing his ground.

KTVU reported Wednesday that a 77-year-old homeowner was arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains behind bars as of Tuesday.

The fatal shooting unfolded Monday night just before 6 P.M. KTVU revealed two men and a woman drove up to the man’s East Oakland home in a stolen Infiniti Q40.

According to the outlet, an eyewitness told Oakland police that the three crooks strolled onto the property, and one of the men was carrying a crowbar. The witness said he then heard a gunshot go off.

Court documents reviewed by KTVU show that when police arrived at the scene, they found the old man pointing a stolen Colt Python revolver at the female suspect. It is not conclusively clear whether the gun belongs to the homeowner.

That female burglar told police the homeowner had shot her partner-in-crime. Oakland firefighters and paramedics then tried to save the suspect but to no avail.

Police said the third suspect, a male, was found at the scene with a replica gun. He was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

KTVU reporter Henry K. Lee captured exclusive footage of the police swarming the man’s home and presumably taking him into custody then. Notice the sheer number of police vehicles around the man’s house.

KTVU reports that the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case. Prosecutors have until tomorrow to decide whether to charge the homeowner.

KTVU legal analyst Michael Cardoza said whether the homeowner would escape murder charges would depend on a variety of circumstances, including whether he shot the thug in the back.

“You’re not supposed to chase them,” Cardoza explained. “If you chase them and shoot them, for example, in the back, that is unlawful.”

Cardoza went on to say the owner must show he was in “imminent fear” of his life to make a strong argument for self-defense and ultimately escape murder charges.

“If you are in imminent fear of your life or someone else’s life in your home, you have every right to take necessary means for self-defense against the invaders,” he told KTVU.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on a similar case in Los Angeles last year. Back in December, a heroic male homeowner killed a home invasion suspect in self-defense while a grandmother and toddler were in the house.

The LAPD revealed that “three or four” males broke into the house before the man turned the tables on them and opened fire.

But the heroic homeowner’s actions did not go unpunished. Following the incident, he was handcuffed and taken into custody.

Rep. Dave Joyce (R-OH) was the lone Republican who stood with Democrat lawmakers in their refusal to vote to hold AG Garland in contempt of Congress. Joyce must’ve missed the memo by Americans who are sick and tired of watching their elected leaders being falsely accused, charged, and convicted; this is especially true after President Trump’s guilty verdicts on manufactured charges in New York City. Every day, Republicans are demanding that their elected officials either step up and hold Democrats accountable for the actual crimes they commit, or they shouldn’t expect their support in the upcoming November election.

Now, one big question remains—can they arrest Merrick Garland? 

On May 16, two House committees voted to subpoena AG Merrick Garland for the audio recordings of Special Counsel Hur’s interview with Joe Biden. Merrick Garland, who is arguably the dirtiest AG in American history, REFUSED to comply with the subpoenas and hand over the tapes. Mr. Hur cleared Joe Biden of criminal wrongdoing in the classified documents case. He cited his memory as an excuse for the handling of the sensitive documents, characterizing the head of the Biden crime family as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

In a letter to Joe Biden, AG Garland argued that Mr Hur’s interviews with Joe Biden and his ghostwriter “fall within the scope of executive privilege,” as he claimed executive privilege.

According to The Hill– Republicans have fumed over Garland’s decision not to turn over the audio of Biden’s interview after the DOJ shared the transcript with the House Oversight and Judiciary committees.

“The president has waived any executive privilege over these audio recordings by releasing a transcript of the entire interview to the public,” House Oversight and Accountability Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) said during a House Rules Committee meeting Tuesday.

During a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY), a former attorney, absolutely destroyed the decrepit and always nasty Democrat Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), who lied to the committee about another case to justify keeping the recordings of the interview between Mr. Hur and Joe Biden hidden from the public.

A 57-page memo from the department’s Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), obtained by The Hill, lays out the case for Garland’s refusal to turn over the audio of Biden’s conversation with special counsel Robert Hur. The GOP already has a transcript of the interview.

“For nearly seven decades and across presidential administrations of both parties, the Executive Branch has taken the position that the criminal contempt of Congress statute … does not apply to Executive Branch officials who do not comply with a congressional subpoena based on a presidential assertion of executive privilege,” according to the memo.

“Consistent with this longstanding position, no U.S. Attorney has pursued criminal contempt charges against an Executive Branch official asserting the President’s claim of executive privilege.”

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider on Tuesday slammed Will Smith as a “liar” and a “complete, utter fraud” while discussing Smith’s freak-out and assault of comedian Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscar Award Ceremony.

Recall that in March 2022, Will Smith rushed the Oscar stage and decked comedian Chris Rock in the face for making a joke about his wife being in “G.I. Jane 2” because of her haircut. The actress had shaved her head to deal with her alopecia, which causes hair loss.

Rock cracked the joke and started to move on as Smith approached the stage and slapped him dead in the face.

Strangely, Smith had previously laughed at a joke about his wife cheating on him, but the joke about her hair did it.

“Will Smith is a twat,” said Schneider, adding that he is a “liar” when he was asked by the host about Smith’s manners and politeness. “I also thought it was a very mild joke,” Schneider added.

Schneider also revealed that the “politically correct” Academy of Motion Picture Arts was “cowardly” and worried about racism when determining how to punish Smith for assaulting Chris Rock. If it were anyone else, “they would have been hauled off to prison,” he said.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences ruled in April 2022 that Will Smith will be banned from attending the Oscar ceremonies for the next ten years.

Still, the question remains: Was this all a Hollywood Psyop to distract the nation from Joe Biden’s failed first year in office and much of the corruption coming from his Regime and his son, Hunter?

Last month two GOP-led House committees passed resolutions recommending US Attorney General Merrick Garland be held in contempt of Congress for refusing to hand over audio of Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

Merrick Garland has reportedly “classified at the highest level” the audio tapes of Joe Biden’s embarrassing interview with Special Counsel Hur. The tapes have been locked away in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), according to investigative journalist Paul Sperry.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer previously argued that Joe Biden cannot assert executive privilege over the audio of his interview with Robert Hur because the transcript has already been publicly released.

Chairmen Comer and Jordan previously sought Biden transcripts, notes, video and audio files of Robert Hur’s 5-hour interview over two days.

Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

The Justice Department defended not bringing charges against Biden because he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Biden forgot when he was Vice President and also couldn’t remember when his son Beau died.

The final vote from the House of Representatives will likely take place Wednesday evening.

Attorney Brian Steel prepares to be taken into custody by bailiffs in Fulton County – source: Law&Crime

Earlier this week, The Gateway Pundit reported on an absurd ex parte meeting that took place during the RICO trial of rapper Young Thug.  Judge Ural Granville held an ex parte meeting in his chambers that included the Fulton County prosecutors, their star witness Kenneth Copeland, and other staff from the State and the Court.  Defense counsel was notably absent from this meeting.

Brian Steel, the attorney for Jeffrey Williams (Young Thug), raised concern of that meeting that took place earlier that morning to the Court.  However, Judge Glanville was more interested in how Steel found out about the meeting rather than the ethics and legality of the meeting itself.  After unsuccessfully attempting to compel Steel to reveal his source, Glanville had Steel arrested and held in contempt.

In a new development, Judge Granville yesterday issued an Order to Show Cause to all parties involved, not just Williams’ attorney.  According to the document:

“…all individuals that were present for the ex parte conversation that took place in the Court’s chambers on the morning of June 10, 2024 – to include the witness Mr. Kenneth Copeland, his attorney Ms. Kayla Bumpus, and all representatives of the State and Court security personnel that were in attendance – are HEREBY ORDERED to Show Cause before the Honorable Ural Glanville…why one or more of them should not be held in contempt for disclosing information from the ex parte conversation to members of the Defense counsel.”

TownHall columnist and “Inside the Law” host Phil Holloway posted to X, “He is obsessed with finding the ‘leak’ – which was perfectly legal.”  Holloway goes on to say that he believes Glanville “should immediately step aside from this case and retire” and that “he seems to be emotionally invested in everything about this case.”

Steel’s contempt charge ordered him to serve 20 weekends in the heinous Fulton County jail, where Trump RICO defendant Harrison Floyd was ordered to remain after being the sole defendant initially denied bail.  The jail also had an inmate was “eaten alive” by bed bugs in 2023.

Republican First Lady Lou Hoover invited Jessie De Priest to a White House luncheon.

95 years ago today, on June 12th, 1929, Democrats across the country expressed outrage that President Herbert Hoover’s wife, Lou, invited an African-American woman to a White House reception.

First Lady Lou Hoover, a Republican, held a luncheon for the wives of Republican congressmen.

Mrs. Hoover refused the Democrats’ demands that she rescind her invitation to Jessie De Priest, wife of Oscar De Priest, an African-American congressman from Chicago.

The Luncheon went on as planned.
