Tramaine Williams suffered an apparent seizure during his fight with Ryan Allen

Former world title challenger Tramaine Williams suffered an apparent seizure during his fight with Ryan Allen in a Team Combat League match.

The incident occurred in the first round of the match, which was part of the NYC Attitude vs. Las Vegas Hustle showcase on Thursday.

Williams, 31, who was representing the NYC Attitude team, suddenly froze with his right arm raised and then fell face-first onto the canvas, according to Sportskeeda.

“As the fight progressed, Allen landed a short straight right on Williams, who smothered the punch with ease. However, a delayed response from ‘The Mighty Midget’ was what horrified everyone, as Williams seemingly suffered an autonomic dysfunction that characterizes a seizure. The American’s body sank face-first into the canvas and Allen pulled back without landing any follow-up shots,” the news outlet reported.

Ryan Allen, Williams’ opponent, quickly stepped back and refrained from further engagement. The referee immediately intervened, waving off the fight and calling for immediate medical assistance.

Boxing manager Joseph Santos expressed his shock and concern, writing, “Never seen this happen before. Prayers up for Williams.”

Emergency medical personnel rushed to Williams’ aid, and he was quickly transported to the hospital.

Fortunately, Williams has since been released and took to Instagram to reassure his followers, according to the New York Post.

“Yes, I’m good,” he wrote. “The doctor said I was too dehydrated! I’m good though… Thank U.”

The high court released five opinions on Friday in cases from the current term.

In Texas v. New Mexico, the court upholds the U.S.’s objections to a consent decree that would resolve the dispute over each state’s allocation of the waters of the Rio Grande.
The court rules 6-3 in Department of State v. Munoz that a citizen does not have a fundamental liberty interest in her noncitizen spouse being admitted to the country.
In Erlinger v. United States, the court rules that under the Armed Career Criminal Act, which imposes mandatory prison terms, a judge should use a preponderance-of-the-evidence standard to decide whether the offenses were committed on separate occasions or instead a jury must make those decisions unanimously and beyond a reasonable doubt.
In Smith v. Arizona, the court rules for the state that the confrontation clause does not bar an expert to present an absent analyst’s true statements in support the expert’s opinion.
The Supreme Court rejects the challenge to the constitutionality of a federal law that bans the possession of a gun by someone who has been the subject of a domestic violent restraining order in United States v. Rahimi.

The US Supreme Court on Friday ruled in a 6-3 decision in the DEPARTMENT OF STATE v. MUNOZ that the US is not required to admit immigrant spouses of American citizens in a case involving an MS-13 gang member.

In the Department of State v Munoz opinion the Court ruled that “a citizen does not have a fundamental liberty interest in her noncitizen spouse being admitted to the country.”

The ruling involves American citizen Sandra Munoz who sued the State Department for the right to bring in her MS-13 husband to the US to live with her in the US.

Respondent Sandra Muñoz is an American citizen. In 2010, she married Luis Asencio-Cordero, a citizen of El Salvador. The couple eventually sought to obtain an immigrant visa for Asencio-Cordero so that they could live together in the United States. Muñoz filed a petition with U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to have Asencio-Cordero classified as an immediate relative. (See 8 U. S. C. §§1151(b)(2)(A)(I), 1154(a)(1)(A).) USCIS granted Muñoz’s petition, and Asencio-Cordero traveled to the consulate in San Salvador to apply for a visa. (See §§1154(b), 1202.)

After conducting several interviews with AsencioCordero, a consular officer denied his application, citing §1182(a)(3)(A)(ii), a provision that renders inadmissible a noncitizen whom the officer “knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, seeks to enter the United States to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in” certain specified offenses or “any other unlawful activity.”

Asencio-Cordero guessed that he was denied a visa based on a finding that he was a member of MS–13, a transnational criminal gang. So he disavowed any gang membership, and he and Muñoz pressed the consulate to reconsider the officer’s finding. When the consulate refused, they appealed to the Department of State, which agreed with the consulate’s determination. Asencio-Cordero and Muñoz then sued the Department of State and others (collectively, State Department), claiming that it had abridged Muñoz’s constitutional liberty interest in her husband’s visa application by failing to give a sufficient reason why Asencio-Cordero is inadmissible under the “unlawful activity” bar.

Curiously, just three days ago, Joe Biden issued a bizarrely specific Executive Order related to immigrant spouses of American citizens.

“The Biden administration on Tuesday announced an executive action allowing certain undocumented spouses and children of US citizens to apply for lawful permanent residency without leaving the country – a sweeping election-year move that could offer deportation protections to hundreds of thousands of people.” CNN reported this week.

“The action will provide legal status and protections for about 500,000 American families and roughly 50,000 noncitizen children of immigrants under the age of 21 whose parent is married to a US citizen, a senior administration official said. It amounts to one of the federal government’s biggest relief programs for undocumented immigrants since the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program was announced by then-President Barack Obama in 2012.” the outlet reported.

The timing is suspicious.

Jim Rostek, the elected Mayor of Madeira Beach, Florida in 2023, abruptly resigned, citing rampant corruption within the town’s government as his reason.

His resignation was accompanied by a scathing email sent to residents on June 14, accusing City Manager Robin Ignacio Gomez of corrupt practices, the Catalyst reported.

Rostek, who took office in April 2023, expressed deep regret and visible emotion about his decision to step down.

“It brings tears to my eyes that I had to step away, but it just is what it is,” Rostek wrote in the email, adding, “My hope is that someone at the state level sees this and asks me for an interview because what is going on here is not right.”

The former mayor’s allegations against the city administration range from discriminatory code enforcement to financial improprieties.

“I am sorry to leave. But with a city manager as such, I cannot be or have any part of Gomez’s corrupt behavior, talking in circles, lies, preferential treatment of ‘some’ or discriminatory enforcement practices. As well as the everyday wasting of the tax-payers’ money and trying to justify it,” Rostek wrote. “In the end, some will go up to the pearly gates and some won’t. I will always do what is ethical and correct, others not so much,” Rostek wrote, as reported by Fox News.

Rostek said the stress of City Hall dealings resulted in a series of health scares.

He explained to FOX 13 that he’s a stickler for ethics, safety and the city’s liability. He said his efforts to address those issues went nowhere.

“The city manager refused to implement any policy. He said he would talk to them and I told him, ‘talk is cheap.’ I said, ‘you need to have policy to back up what you’ve told them, because when it comes time for a lawsuit, we’re not going to have any ammunition to substantiate,’” he said. “If you don’t get the small things right, what about the big things?”

Rostek also called out wasteful spending, concerns over the city’s procurement process and what he called selective or discriminatory enforcement. He said he believes there’s more.

“God only knows what else is going on. You don’t know what you don’t know until you start looking and digging deeper.”

City Manager Robin Gomez told Fox 13, “While entitled to his opinions, the city has provided answers and resolutions to the comments although not completely supported/agreed/understood by Mr. Rostek. It is unfortunate that the disagreements and misunderstandings of city processes and policies by Mr. Rostek led him to state/list claims of corruption, which are simply baseless and false.”

Anne-Marie Brooks has taken over as mayor, having previously served as a city commissioner.

Clark County Judge Mary Kay Holthus dismissed the case against the 6 GOP electors on Friday.

At a Friday morning hearing in Clark County District Court, Judge Mary Kay Holthus said she was unconvinced by state prosecutors’ arguments that Clark County was the appropriate county to hear the case. The electors’ attorneys had argued a more appropriate venue would be in Carson City, where the false signing ceremony took place, or in Douglas County, where the fake elector documents were originally mailed from.

Clark County is more Democratic, meaning a jury could be less favorable to the Republican defendants.

“You have literally, in my opinion, a crime that has occurred in another jurisdiction,” Holthus said. “It’s so appropriately up north and so appropriately not here.”

Immediately after the ruling, Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford said the “judge got it wrong” and that his office will appeal the ruling to the state Supreme Court.

The sham case against Nevada’s Republican electors, who cast an ALTERNATE slate of electoral votes for President Trump in the event there was enough evidence of election fraud to overturn the 2020 election results, has been dismissed.

The ruling by Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus to dismiss the case didn’t sit well with Aaron Ford, Nevada’s radical AG, who vowed to take his case directly to the US Supreme Court. AG Ford blamed the judge, who he said “got it wrong!” and warned, “We’ll be appealing immediately!”

But according to the Seattle Times, it’s too late. – Defense attorneys bluntly declared the case dead, saying that to bring the case now to another grand jury in another venue, such as the state capital city of Carson City, would violate a three-year statute of limitations on filing charges that expired in December.

“They’re done,” said Margaret McLetchie, attorney for Clark County Republican party chairman Jesse Law, one of the defendants in the case.

The judge called off trial, which had been scheduled in January, for defendants that included the Nevada GOP chairman and prominent party leaders from the Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe areas. Each was charged with offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged instrument, felonies that carry penalties of up to four or five years in prison.

Weak criminal charges against the GOP electors remain in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona.

On November 13, 2020, attornies general from Nevada and Michigan signed onto a letter from the Soros-back Attorney General Keith Ellison, demanding that Bill Barr’s DOJ stay out of investigations into voter fraud in their states.

The Gateway Pundit reported on how the radical Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s case is falling apart, as the judge was seen laughing during a recent pre-trial cross-examination of the AG’s key witness, their own investigator Howard Shock, whose highly-partisan “investigation” is an insult to good cops who do honest work.

It’s been a tight race in the polls throughout the 2024 election, with much of the data showing former President Donald Trump either tied or in the lead. That’s why late-night host Stephen Colbert is willing to celebrate any promising polling results for Joe Biden he can get, even if it’s coming from Fox News.

“There’s good news for Joe Biden,” he said in his monologue on Thursday, “because a brand new poll shows Biden ahead of Trump by 2 points.”

He showed viewers the recent poll with Biden at 50 points, Trump at 48. The gap is well within the margin of error, and less impressive for Biden compared to this point in the 2020 election, where he was leading 50 points to Trump’s 38. Still, Colbert considered this latest news cause for celebration. It’s a 3-point improvement from where the same poll had Biden in May, and Colbert had some thankful words towards Fox in response:

“You know I’ve always loved you, Fox News. Fair and balanced reporting from America’s most trusted anchors. I go ham for Hannity, and I’m juicy for the Doocy.”

Colbert, in recent years, has received major backlash for using his platform to promote Democrat talking points and vaccines.

He infamously made a video showing himself pushing the Covid-19 vaccine via a dance routine.

Colbert used this same logic to push the vaccine, and he did it with a cringe musical number, too.

A person who appears to be a shooting victim was seen lying on the ground.

According to Fulton County Jail records, a Douglas County judge was arrested early Thursday morning at an Atlanta nightclub.

Christina Peterson, a Douglas County judge, has been charged with simple battery against a police officer at the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge on Peachtree Street.

WSBTV reports,

A police report said an off-duty Atlanta police officer was working at the bar when he saw a woman who was crying.

While the officer tried to speak with the woman, he was struck on the head by Peterson, according to an arrest report. It is unclear whether Peterson knew the woman who was crying.

Details from a police report indicate that an off-duty Atlanta police officer, attempting to assist a distressed woman, was violently struck on the head by Judge Peterson.

The incident raises serious questions about the judge’s conduct and the deteriorating respect for law enforcement among our so-called public servants.

The connection between Peterson and the crying woman remains unclear, adding a creepy element to this alarming incident.

Peterson did not identify herself and appeared to be under the influence, according to the arrest report.

Channel 2 Action News called Peterson’s office and was told that she was not in for work on Thursday.

As of Thursday afternoon, Petersen had been released from jail.

The woman received the vaccine at the UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Maria Kitay, the patient who received the vaccine, shared, “It is a personal decision, and we really need to make sure more women survive breast cancer.”

The University of Pittsburgh and UPMC researchers developed the new breast cancer vaccine.

CBS reported the vaccine will given in three doses.
