Infamous Looter and Social Media Influencer ‘Meatball’ Learns Her Fate in Philadelphia Courtroom

In a dramatic courtroom appearance, Dayjia Blackwell, known as “Meatball” on social media, faced the consequences of her involvement in last year’s chaotic looting in Philadelphia. The 21-year-old influencer was arrested after live-streaming herself encouraging and participating in the looting of several stores, including Foot Locker and Apple, during a night of widespread unrest.

Blackwell was charged with six felonies, including burglary, conspiracy, and criminal mischief, along with two misdemeanors. Authorities identified her as a ringleader of the looting spree that saw dozens of businesses vandalized and robbed. The social media-driven crime wave was part of a flash mob-style event that involved over 70 individuals, many of whom have also been charged.

Philadelphia’s Interim Police Commissioner John Stanford condemned the actions of the looters, describing them as “opportunists” who exploited the situation for personal gain. He emphasized that the behavior was criminal and unrelated to earlier peaceful protests over the dismissal of murder charges against former police officer Mark Dial.

The court set Blackwell’s bail at $25,000, which she posted shortly after her arrest. However, the severity of the charges against her highlights the city’s determination to crack down on such lawlessness. Mayor Jim Kenney and other officials have stressed the importance of holding those responsible accountable to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Blackwell’s case has drawn significant media attention, not only due to her social media presence but also because it underscores the growing influence of digital platforms in facilitating and amplifying criminal activities. The events in Philadelphia serve as a stark reminder of the potential for social media to be used for both positive and negative purposes.

As Blackwell awaits further court proceedings, the city of Philadelphia continues to deal with the aftermath of the looting spree. Business owners are rebuilding and recovering from the damages, while law enforcement remains vigilant to prevent a recurrence of such events.

The case against Blackwell and her co-defendants will likely set a precedent for how similar incidents are handled in the future.

This incident also raises broader questions about the role of social media influencers and their responsibility to their audiences. With a large following comes significant influence, and the misuse of this platform for inciting criminal behavior has serious consequences. Blackwell’s actions and subsequent arrest serve as a cautionary tale for others in the digital age.

Trump Criticizes Fox News, Calls for Removal of ‘Pathetic’ Paul Ryan from Board

In a bold and direct statement, former President Donald Trump has called for the removal of former House Speaker Paul Ryan from Fox News’ board of directors. Trump’s demand underscores the deepening rift between the former president and certain elements of the Republican establishment, which he has often labeled as “RINOs” (Republicans in Name Only).

Trump’s remarks were made during a recent rally, where he did not hold back his criticism of Ryan, calling him “pathetic” and accusing him of undermining Fox News’ credibility. According to Trump, Ryan’s presence on the board is damaging the network’s relationship with its conservative audience and diminishing its effectiveness as a voice for Republican values.

I agree with Trump. Paul Ryan got his panties wet when the push back came from his audience the other night, so he has the Fox crew putting out fake shit.. Paul Ryan is a loser and we have kn0own this for years https://t.co/DuG3K9E6sI pic.twitter.com/wx1k8BlZnb

— ARAISING Hell (@ARaisinghell4) June 20, 2024

This clash is the latest in a long history of tensions between Trump and Ryan. The former Speaker has been a consistent critic of Trump, especially following the 2020 election. Ryan has repeatedly urged the Republican Party to distance itself from Trump, arguing that his influence is detrimental to the party’s future success. In response, Trump and his supporters have lambasted Ryan as part of the “establishment” that they believe is out of touch with the party’s base.

Paul Ryan has publicly stated that he would not attend the Republican National Convention if Trump is the nominee, highlighting the stark division within the party. This declaration has only fueled Trump’s criticism, with the former president asserting that figures like Ryan are responsible for past electoral failures and a disconnect with grassroots conservatives.

Trump is VERY UPSET with Fox News and Paul Ryan.

Maybe because Ryan was on Fox News telling the truth about him.pic.twitter.com/IldY6Xq2vEpic.twitter.com/snEtiSrSn7 pic.twitter.com/7iP3dJhax7

— News Corpse (@NewsCorpse) June 19, 2024

Supporters of Trump see Ryan as a symbol of the old guard that failed to energize the Republican base. They argue that his removal from the Fox News board would help align the network more closely with the values and perspectives of its core viewership, which remains staunchly pro-Trump.

On the other hand, Ryan’s defenders argue that his presence on the board is essential for maintaining a balanced and credible news platform. They contend that Trump’s ongoing attacks are harmful to the party’s unity and electoral prospects. These critics believe that a more inclusive and less divisive approach is necessary for future Republican successes.

The internal conflict within the GOP is reflective of the broader struggle for the party’s direction post-Trump. As the 2024 election approaches, this power struggle is expected to intensify, with Trump and his loyalists pushing for a more populist, nationalist agenda while establishment figures like Ryan advocate for traditional conservative principles.

The implications of this internal strife extend beyond the GOP, influencing the conservative media landscape as well. Trump’s criticism of Fox News and his push for Ryan’s removal are seen as efforts to ensure the network remains a steadfast ally in his political endeavors. This dynamic could significantly impact how conservative media covers the upcoming election and the issues at stake.

CHILLING: Biden Regime Declares Trump Supporters Domestic Terror Threats in Newly Released Internal Documents, Sought to Set Up DHS Intel Unit to Target Them

Tell us again that Trump is a danger.

Jim Hoft reported yesterday that America First Legal (AFL) released documents demonstrating how the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) put together a since-disbanded DHS intel group that included Deep State goons John Brennan and James Clapper to reclassify political dissent under the guise of “public health” so that ordinary Americans felt empowered to rat on their neighbors.

Now, AFL has released an even more infuriating batch of documents that should send chills straight up your spine because Trump supporters are on the menu.

These newly released internal files by AFL show the Biden regime classifies someone as a person likely to commit “domestic violent extremist” attacks. But instead of focusing on actual threats like Antifa and pro-Hamas supporters, they have declared Trump supporters as enemies of the state instead.

Internal docs from Biden’s DHS show their plans to target Trump supports as domestic extremists.

The Brennan-Clapper intel group discussed how “most of the domestic terrorism threat now comes from supporters of the former president.” #DeepStateDiaries PART 2: pic.twitter.com/q2HcoAe2Kd

From AFL:

America First Legal (AFL) is releasing the second tranche of internal files from the “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group,” obtained exclusively through AFL’s litigation with Ambassador Ric Grenell against the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This is the second installment of #DeepStateDiaries, a multi-part series of releases including newly obtained documents.

Today’s installment exposes how the Biden Administration classifies someone as a person likely to commit “domestic violent extremist” attacks, particularly those who support President Trump, are “in the military,” or are “religious.”

AFL has shared a snippet showing precisely what Brennan-Clapper’s attitude toward national security is. The default position of the DHS is to use “in the military” and religious” to target individuals and then tag them as having “indicators of extremists and terrorism” so the DHS can snoop on them.

“We should be more worried about these,” the Group concludes.

A second section shows the Group declaring “most of the Domestic Terrorism threat now comes from supporters of the former president (Trump)” as an excuse for the DHS to spy and bully them.

President Trump is fond of the phrase “they’re not after me, they’re after you.” Today’s news makes that quote ring more accurate than ever.

Biden’s Attorney Preparing to Challenge 2024 Election Results

Joe Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer told Politico that he is preparing to challenge the 2024 election results.

“We’re seeing — and have seen — election officials say, ‘If I’m not satisfied with the outcome here, I may not certify; I’ll just block it.’ And you saw that play out very dramatically in Michigan in 2020. That is something that we might see more of this time around,” Bob Bauer told Politico.

In 2020 President Trump won more votes than any sitting president in US history.
Trump increased his vote totals by 12 million votes in 2020 over his initial win in 2016.

Biden won the fewest number of counties in the 2020 election by any alleged “winner” in history – winning only 16% of all US counties.

The Democrat machine produced 81 million ballots in 2020 and since nothing has changed in the last four years, they’ll do it again.

Joe Biden hid in his Delaware basement and the few times he ventured out, he couldn’t draw a crowd. A dozen or so people (mostly media) showed up to see the old dementia patient mumble through remarks.

The Democrats in key swing states like Michigan and Wisconsin produced ballots in the dead of the night and Biden’s attorneys are ready to destroy any election officials who question the obvious fraud.

The Trump lawyers who legally challenged the fraudulent election results in Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada have been indicted.

Only lawyers for Democrats are allowed to challenge elections.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Joins Forces with Scandal-Plagued Democrat Operative John Podesta to Fight Climate Change

Screenshot: MSNBC

Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and John Podesta, who replaced John Kerry as the Senior Adviser to the President for International Climate Policy, have teamed up at the ‘Austrian World Summit’ in Vienna, Austria.

The duo is presenting a united front to discuss the supposed ‘essential political tools’ needed to tackle climate change, a topic that has been increasingly weaponized by globalist agendas.

Joe Biden has selected the former Clinton campaign manager, John Podesta, as White House senior advisor to the President for Clean Energy Innovation and Implementation.

Podesta will oversee the implementation of $370 billion worth of the climate change provisions included in the Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act, which Biden signed in August.

The scandal-plagued Democrat operative will also “chair the President’s National Climate Task Force in support of this effort,” the White House said in a statement.

“We are fortunate that John Podesta will lead our continued innovation and implementation,” Biden said in a statement. “His deep roots in climate and clean energy policy and his experience at senior levels of government mean we can truly hit the ground running to take advantage of the massive clean energy opportunity in front of us.”

Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager also served as chief of staff to former President Clinton and was top climate advisor to President Obama.

In an interview with the New York Times, Podesta said he intends to focus on transforming America away from oil and fossil fuels.

The Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative posted on social media:

“Join us for a Fireside chat with John Podesta, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Hannelore Veit as they discuss the essential political tools needed to reach our climate targets. With environmental legislation under attack, this panel delves into the importance of frameworks like the European Green Deal and the US Inflation Reduction Act in addressing the challenges ahead. Don’t miss this crucial conversation!”

During the summit, Schwarzenegger expressed his disillusionment with previous environmental summits:

“I’ve been to environmental summits all over the world for the last two decades… but after all of the agreements and celebrations, the pollution keeps going up.”

Schwarzenegger’s vision of a world without fossil fuels seems more like a fantasy than a feasible future:

“I see a world where fossil fuels are actually a fossil, a relic of our past left to history. A world that chooses the future instead of the past. A world where solar, wind, water, batteries, and clean nuclear power have replaced coal, oil, and natural gas.”

This statement overlooks the fact that fossil fuels currently provide affordable and reliable energy for billions around the globe. The proposed alternatives are not yet capable of meeting our global energy needs without causing significant economic harm.

In an interview with MSNBC, Schwarzenegger and Podesta detailed their stance on the so-called ‘climate crisis’, further pushing their globalist agenda.

WATCH:

It is crucial to remember that there is a significant body of scientific opinion that disagrees with the alarmist narrative around climate change.

Judith A. Curry, a prominent American climatologist and former chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology, presents her perspective that the “overwhelming consensus” is largely “manufactured.”

“It’s a manufactured consensus,” Curry told The Post. She points to a system where scientists gain more recognition, and subsequently, more funding by promoting catastrophic scenarios.

This ‘alarmism,’ she asserted, plays a pivotal role in shaping their careers. “There’s an incentive to exaggerate risk to pursue ‘fame and fortune,’” she added.

New Documents Reveal U.S. Government Encourages Snitching on Your Neighbors to the Feds

Credit: Homeland Security

American First Legal (AFL) has released a series of documents highlighting the U.S. government’s attempts to bolster intelligence collection on its own citizens.

Following a lawsuit filed by the AFL on behalf of former Ambassador Ric Grenell, the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Homeland Intelligence Experts Group was forced to disband.

With the disbandment, AFL has released the first set of internal meeting notes—part of the #DeepStateDiaries series—which unveils a concerted effort by federal officials to infiltrate and monitor American communities under the guise of public safety.

These internal documents disclose discussions involving high-profile figures like John Brennan and James Clapper, focusing on methods for DHS to subtly increase intelligence-gathering efforts across the nation.

The Homeland Intelligence Experts Group, which had been meeting for four months prior to its official announcement in September 2023, held a discussion on “Collection Posture and Associated Challenges.”

The conversation revealed frustration over the lack of mandate for state and local partners to collect information, resulting in “limited access in I&A.”

The group acknowledged that the “See Something, Say Something” campaign had not been as effective due to American’s general reluctance to report on their neighbors. The challenge they faced was: “How do we get into local communities in a non-threatening way? How do people safely report a concern about their neighbors?”

One of the proposed solutions discussed was the reclassification of political dissent as a “public health” crisis, effectively broadening the net of surveillance under the auspices of community safety.

This approach, aimed at making “mother[s] and teacher[s]” comfortable reporting on their own children or students, effectively turns family and educators into informants for the federal government.

New docs reveal DHS intel group proposed:

Americans should report their neighbors to the feds

Reclassifying political dissent under the guise of “public health” so that “mothers and teachers” feel comfortable coming forward #DeepStateDiaries PART 1: pic.twitter.com/oo5zP88uYo

Read AFL’s full press release below:

As part 1, newly obtained documents reveal that the advisory committee that included John Brennan and James Clapper discussed ways for DHS to increase efforts to collect intelligence on Americans across the country, including attempting to “get into local communities in a non-threatening way.”

By the time the Homeland Intelligence Experts Group was announced in September 2023, the Group had already been meeting for as long as four months. However, during that September meeting, the Group held a discussion on “Collection Posture and Associated Challenges,” where a Group member (likely someone from DHS) complained that there was “no mandate for state land local partners” to collect information which resulted in “limited access in I&A.”

They continued that while “support for this mission set has varied,” it had “changed after January 6th,” as their mission to combat domestic terrorism gained “departmental support” and “political” support.

However, DHS has very limited authority to engage in intelligence collection, constrained by the Constitution and federal law.

The Group noted that the “See Something, Say Something” campaign after 9/11 fell short because “Americans have an ambivalent feeling of telling on each other.” The problem, as one attendee phrased it is, “How do we get into local communities in a non-threatening way? How do people safely report a concern about their neighbors?”

The next speaker replied by asking if there was “an ambiguous approach” to getting into communities to gather information. This particular speaker lamented that DHS did not have a broad enough reach into communities.

Disturbingly, the meeting notes go on to discuss reclassifying political dissent as a “public health” crisis.

The very next speaker proposed another solution: reclassify “concerning” behavior into the “public health catcher’s mitt” so that “mother[s] and teacher[s]” feel comfortable coming forward.

Indeed, the Brennan-Clapper Intelligence group suggested that the best way to combat domestic extremism is to get mothers and teachers to turn in their children or students to the federal government under the guise of “public health.”

The Group highlighted Denver’s “behavioral analysis response” as a potential solution and an “ambiguous approach.”

Where DHS lacks capabilities and cannot convince mothers and teachers to report their own children, one contributor suggested that DHS should turn to corporate America as a resource:

To which someone (presumably from) DHS replied:

A male Amazon delivery driver decided to take matters into his own hands in the middle of a busy New York City street after seeing a helpless co-worker in the clutches of a violent thug.

The incident occurred last weekend according to the New York Post. The outlet also managed to obtain a tape of the working man’s courageous actions.

The footage captured by the Post starts after the alleged perp suddenly assaults the female Amazon driver while she was stuck in traffic last weekend. The Post reports the thug, who is dressed in all black, allegedly hit the woman repeatedly and then yanked her from the van.

Her male co-worker hurries over to defend her honor. He immediately starts beating the tar out of the suspect in the middle of the street, who tries to fend him off to no avail.

The woman then decides to intervene to separate the two individuals.

After the Amazon worker stops his beatdown, the carjacker hops into the Amazon van to try to abscond with the vehicle again. The Amazon workers successfully manage to drag the perp out.

The New York Post reports the carjacker was eventually arrested by police for robbery and assault. His identity remains unknown at this point.

Given this is New York City, he will likely receive a slap on the wrist or have charges dropped altogether. Meanwhile, the brave Amazon worker might find himself in the crosshairs of a radical-left district attorney.

Amazon says they have conducted their own investigation into the incident, which remains ongoing.

SCOTUS Rules on Lawsuit Filed by US Citizen Who Was Angry that Her Foreign Spouse Who Is Alleged Members of MS-13 Was Denied US Citizenship

The United States Supreme Court released five opinions on Friday, June 21, 2024.

The highly anticipated cases were not among the grouping of opinions released on Friday.  These cases include the Trump immunity case, the Murthy v. Missouri free speech case with TGP’s Jim Hoft as a plaintiff, and the case involving the outrageous 1512c charges used to punish J6 protesters with more time in prison.

The Court announced the final release of opinions is set for Wednesday, June 26, 2024!

SCOTUS Blog posted the following on Friday’s rulings.

The court released five opinions in cases from the current term.

In Texas v. New Mexico, the court upholds the U.S.’s objections to a consent decree that would resolve the dispute over each state’s allocation of the waters of the Rio Grande.
The court rules 6-3 in Department of State v. Munoz that a citizen does not have a fundamental liberty interest in her noncitizen spouse being admitted to the country.
In Erlinger v. United States, the court rules that under the Armed Career Criminal Act, which imposes mandatory prison terms, a judge should use a preponderance-of-the-evidence standard to decide whether the offenses were committed on separate occasions or instead a jury must make those decisions unanimously and beyond a reasonable doubt.
In Smith v. Arizona, the court rules for the state that the confrontation clause does not bar an expert to present an absent analyst’s true statements in support the expert’s opinion.
The Supreme Court rejects the challenge to the constitutionality of a federal law that bans the possession of a gun by someone who has been the subject of a domestic violent restraining order in United States v. Rahimi.

In the Department of State v Munoz opinion the Court ruled that “a citizen does not have a fundamental liberty interest in her noncitizen spouse being admitted to the country.”

The full opinion is here.

The ruling involves American citizen Sandra Munoz who sued the State Department for the right to bring in her MS-13 husband to the US to live with her in the US.

Respondent Sandra Muñoz is an American citizen. In 2010, she married Luis Asencio-Cordero, a citizen of El Salvador. The couple eventually sought to obtain an immigrant visa for Asencio-Cordero so that they could live together in the United States. Muñoz filed a petition with U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to have Asencio-Cordero classified as an immediate relative. (See 8 U. S. C. §§1151(b)(2)(A)(I), 1154(a)(1)(A).) USCIS granted Muñoz’s petition, and Asencio-Cordero traveled to the consulate in San Salvador to apply for a visa. (See §§1154(b), 1202.)

After conducting several interviews with AsencioCordero, a consular officer denied his application, citing §1182(a)(3)(A)(ii), a provision that renders inadmissible a noncitizen whom the officer “knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, seeks to enter the United States to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in” certain specified offenses or “any other unlawful activity.”

Asencio-Cordero guessed that he was denied a visa based on a finding that he was a member of MS–13, a transnational criminal gang. So he disavowed any gang membership, and he and Muñoz pressed the consulate to reconsider the officer’s finding. When the consulate refused, they appealed to the Department of State, which agreed with the consulate’s determination. Asencio-Cordero and Muñoz then sued the Department of State and others (collectively, State Department), claiming that it had abridged Muñoz’s constitutional liberty interest in her husband’s visa application by failing to give a sufficient reason why Asencio-Cordero is inadmissible under the “unlawful activity” bar.

The Post Millennial has more.

The Supreme Court on Friday issued a 6-3 decision in the case of Department of State v Munoz, ruling that “a citizen does not have a fundamental liberty interest in her noncitizen spouse being admitted to the country.”

“Munoz’s claim to a procedural due process right in someone else’s legal proceeding would have unsettling collateral consequences. Her position would usher in a new strain of constitutional law—one that prevents the government from taking actions that ‘indirectly or incidentally’ burden a citizen’s legal rights,” a syllabus of the court’s opinion states.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote in the decision for the majority that Luis Asencio-Cordero sought to enter the US to live with his wife, Sandra Munoz, but his visa was denied by a consular officer who found that Asencio-Cordero was affiliated with the violent gang MS-13.

“Because of national security concerns, the consular officer did not disclose the basis for his decision. And because Asencio-Cordero, as a noncitizen, has no constitutional right to enter the United States, he cannot elicit that information or challenge the denial of his visa,” Barrett wrote, adding that Munoz, as a US citizen, filed a challenge to the consular officer’s decision.

Poll: Farage Set to Win Seat in Landslide

According to new constituency polling conducted by Survation, Nigel Farage is on track to win his constituency of Clacton by a wide margin.

The poll currently shows Farage leading the field, with 42 percent to the 27 percent of the closest candidate, the incumbent Tory MP Giles Watling. Farage is also the party leader with the highest favorability in the constituency at 38 percent, compared to 19 percent for Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and 16 for Keir Starmer.

This polling comes at a time when prospects have been looking up for Farage and his Reform UK party. The recent YouGov MRP model for June shows Reform winning five seats, up from none in the previous model, which was made before Farage entered the race.

Britain uses a first-past-the-post system for its elections, which disfavors small parties while elevating large and well established ones. In POLITICO’s aggregate of polls, Reform UK is currently in third at 16 percent, behind the 20 percent of the Conservatives and 41 percent for Labour. Should Reform overtake the Tories, as indicated in last week’s YouGov poll, then it is possible that more Reform’s seat number may dramatically increase.
