A federal judge on Friday ordered the liquidation of Alex Jones’ personal assets.

Judge Christopher Lopez approved Alex Jones’ request to convert a Chapter 11 business reorganization bk to a Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy.

The judge still has not made a decision on Jones’ media platform Infowars and parent company Free Speech Systems.

“This is probably the end of Infowars here very, very soon. If not today, in the next few weeks or months,” Alex Jones told reporters before the hearing began on Friday. “But it’s just the beginning of my fight against tyranny.”

A federal judge on Friday ordered the liquidation of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones′ personal assets and was still deciding on his company’s separate bankruptcy case. The decision could determine the future of his Infowars media platform, as Jones owes $1.5 billion for his false claims that the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting was a hoax.

Judge Christopher Lopez approved converting Jones’ proposed personal bankruptcy reorganization to a liquidation. He was still set to rule on whether Jones’ company, Austin, Texas-based Free Speech Systems, also should be liquidated.

Many of Jones’ personal assets will be sold off, but he is expected to keep his primary home in the Austin area and some other belongings that are exempt from bankruptcy liquidation. He already has moved to sell his Texas ranch worth about $2.8 million, a gun collection and other assets to help pay debts.

In December 2022 Alex Jones filed for personal bankruptcy protection in a Texas court after the Sandy Hook verdict.

A Connecticut judge previously ordered Alex Jones to pay an additional $473 million to Sandy Hook families, Reuters reported.

This is in addition to the $1 billion Alex Jones was ordered to pay for questioning the Sandy Hook shooting.

Sandy Hook families previously sought $2.75 trillion in damages – in addition to the $1 billion.

Alex Jones called the defamation suit an attack on his First Amendment rights.

Jones also said he apologized to the Sandy Hook families, but it wasn’t enough.

News broke on Thursday that the Sandy Hook families who lost children in that horrible school shooting are now going after Alex Jones’s social media accounts. They believe it is their right to silence Alex Jones. They already won a judgment of $1 billion for a broadcast he made following the shooting.

On Friday morning Alex Jones posted a video from his car. He is traveling to Houston this morning for a court hearing. The Sandy Hook families are attempting to take away his social media accounts.

The Los Angeles City Council has decided to remove ‘No U-Turn’ signs from a gay neighborhood, claiming they’re homophobic.

In an era where ideologies should be advancing, it’s baffling that the far-left remains stuck in the past, misreading everyday symbols as politicized messages.

Who, in the year 2024, still believes that road signs like “No U-Turn” are covert directives aimed at the LGBTQ+ community, instructing them not to engage in wild sex in the streets?

I didn’t know that traffic signs were hurting feelings.

According to the LA Times:

Messages like, “No cruising. No U-turns. Midnight to 6 am” were posted around the neighborhood in 1997, with the intent to curb gay men from roaming the streets to hook up.

For years the signs remained, even as the city’s leadership changed and the community grew — until this week. In a celebration with LGBTQ community members, District 4 Councilmember Nithya Raman and District 13 Councilmember Hugo Soto-Martinez retired the signs on Monday.

“Los Angeles has a rich history of welcoming the LGBTQIA+ community, but there has also been real and present homophobia— which at times has been inscribed into the city’s physical spaces, as with these no-U-turn signs,” Raman said in a prepared statement.

“I would completely agree that we need to do more to protect these spaces,” said Soto-Martinez. “It’s not just unique to Los Angeles…we’re all sort of facing the same very serious challenges.”

Yet, this explanation doesn’t sit well with many who see the removal as a knee-jerk reaction to a non-existent issue. Critics argue that repurposing standard traffic control measures into an anti-LGBTQ+ narrative is a stretch.

One social media user expressed disbelief, saying, “How tf is a uturn homophobic? We have real-life issues happening, and these stupid fvcks defeated a uturn signal. You can’t make this up.”

Another user highlighted broader urban challenges, commenting, “There’s so much crime in Los Angeles but this is what they’re concerned about”

Another added, “Imagine having nothing better to do with your life than look for ways to be offended like these people are doing. It’s pathetic.”

The parishes of Caddo, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, St. Tammany, Orleans, Lafayette, Lafouche, Tangipahoa, and Rapides are the focus of these 30-page criminal referrals, detailing accusations that have stunned the local communities, according to the press release.

Funded by contributions from entities like the Diamond Mind Foundation and the Fight Like A Flynn PAC, this legal action raises significant questions about the conduct of public health officials during one of the most devastating health crises of our time.

Attorneys Rodriguez, Miller, and Tarpley have requested that the District Attorneys refer these cases to Attorney General Liz Murrill for further investigation and potential charges.

These referrals are made on behalf of next-of-kin relatives of nine victims in Louisiana who have sought legal assistance in investigating the deaths of their loved ones.

Allegations include mismanagement of COVID-19 infections under hospital protocols, intentional suppression, and denial of life-saving treatments within Louisiana hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.

The criminal referrals accuse Dr. Fauci, current and former federal officers, and hospital systems providing care within Louisiana of committing crimes as per Louisiana criminal code. The alleged crimes include:

NATO immediately refused the proposed peace deal.

NATO Chief Jens Stoltenberg offered the official response — for the Ukrainian people.

Jens Stoltenberg: “This is not a peace proposal. This is a proposal for more aggression and more occupation. This is not a serious proposal.”

A new study has raised alarms about the potential for widespread blackouts resulting from the Biden administration’s proposed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. These rules, aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions from power plants, are predicted to destabilize the U.S. electric grid, according to a report by the Center of the American Experiment.

Last August, four major electric grid operators warned that the new EPA regulations would undermine the reliability of the U.S. electric system. These operators highlighted the lack of a basic reliability analysis in the EPA’s proposal, calling it a significant oversight​.

The report, which focused on the Midcontinent Independent Systems Operator (MISO) grid, revealed that the proposed EPA rules would make the grid overly reliant on intermittent energy sources like wind and solar. The study found that during periods of low wind and solar output, the grid would face severe shortages, leading to extensive blackouts. The MISO grid serves 45 million people across several states, including Minnesota and Wisconsin​.

One of the most concerning scenarios projected by the study involves a blackout affecting 20% of the grid, which could simultaneously plunge entire states into darkness during the harsh winter months. Such a situation mirrors the deadly Texas blackouts of 2021, where hundreds of people died due to the loss of power and heating​.The study also criticized the EPA’s modeling for not including enough natural gas peaking plants to replace the retiring coal plants, which would be necessary to meet the growing demand for electricity. The heavy dependence on weather-dependent renewable energy sources without adequate backup could lead to frequent and prolonged outages​​.

The study estimates that these costs would amount to $246 billion through 2055, translating to an average annual increase of $683 in electricity bills for a typical family of four​.

The North American Electric Reliability Corp. (NERC) also echoed these concerns in its Winter Reliability Assessment, warning that more than half of the U.S. is at an elevated risk of blackouts this winter due to increased demand and insufficient power generation capacity. NERC identified the Biden administration’s energy policies as a key threat to grid reliability, citing the premature closures of coal and gas-fired power plants and delays in building new infrastructure​.

While the EPA argues that the new regulations are essential for tackling climate change and protecting public health, critics contend that the plan’s reliance on unproven technologies and unrealistic timelines poses a significant risk to the nation’s power grid. The NERC emphasized that the current federal energy policies are reckless and endanger the reliability and affordability of electricity for all Americans.

It’s time to think B-I-G. Just electing President Trump is not enough.

Yes, it’s true if Democrats win in November, America is finished.

Here is a short list of what will happen…

Democrats will escalate the open border to the point another 50 million, or 100 million foreign invaders will be welcomed in. That’s the end of America. And the end of the GOP.

There will be no one standing in the way of the lawfare and weaponization of government. Patriots and critics of Democrats will be labeled as “domestic terrorists” and “dissidents.”

Green energy will bankrupt the middle class and put millions of small businesses out of business.

A new deadlier pandemic will lead to even harsher lockdowns, masks, vaccine mandates and vaccine passports. And this time there will be no one to stand in the way.

Inflation will get much worse as the spending and debt explode under Democrats. Just welfare and free healthcare for tens of millions of illegal aliens alone will collapse the economy.

And let’s not forget World War 3. Democrats desperately want it. Only Trump can stop it.

That’s the short list of what will happen if Democrats win in November.

So, yes, we need to elect Trump, or America as we know it, is finished. But to be blunt, that’s not enough anymore. Just surviving and keeping the status quo is not enough. I don’t want to just survive, I want to thrive.

We need to make B-I-G changes, or Trump will postpone the death of America for four years, but then when we invariably elect another Democrat as president in the future, the decline will continue.

In poll after poll 70% to 80% of Americans disapprove of “the direction of America.” There is a national mandate for Trump to make big changes.

It’s time for President Trump to think B-I-G.

Here are the changes that will not only save America…and make America great again…but start us on the path of solving our problems permanently.

Apple Founder Steve Jobs always said, K.I.S.S.- “Keep it simple, stupid.” Here are the few simple solutions to “Make America Great Again.”

BIG Solution #1: Trump mentioned this idea yesterday in a private meeting with GOP Senators in D.C. Eliminate income taxes in America. The economy will explode. People will keep their own money. They will spend it. They will invest it. This will create millions of new jobs.

It works- Texas, Florida, Nevada and Tennessee are four of the fastest growing states and economies. They have no income tax. They rely on sales tax only- meaning they only tax spending. That’s why everyone is escaping from high-tax blue states like California, New York and Illinois to move to these states. On the federal level we can replace income taxes with either a national sales tax, or tariffs, or a combination of both.

The bonus is…if we eliminate income tax, we eliminate the IRS. Forget firing 86,000 new IRS agents. Let’s fire every IRS agent. Your money belongs to you. It’s none of the government’s damn business what you make.

BIG Solution #2: Secure the border. Build the wall twice as high. Build three walls. Turn the border with Mexico into a “Demilitarized Zone.” No one gets in ever again, without us knowing who they are.

Big Solution #3: After we build the big wall, deport them all. America cannot survive if the 20 or 30 million foreign invaders that Biden (and his boss Obama) just let in, get to stay. Our economy can’t survive their cost for welfare, food stamps, education, free healthcare and prison/police. They all have to go. And no, it’s not 10 million illegal aliens. Biden let in 20 to 30 million, counting “got-aways.”

Big Solution #4: End welfare we know it. After we deport all the illegal aliens, offer the supposed “jobs no American wants to take” to welfare recipients. Either they take those jobs, or they lose their welfare. If you don’t want to work, you forfeit your welfare. A simple way to end the welfare state.

Big Solution #5: “End the Fed.” Besides the IRS, this is the most damaging and dysfunctional institution in America. Their only responsibility since founding was to keep inflation low and the value of the dollar high. They’ve failed miserably for over 100 years. Who needs them?

Big Solution #6: Institute TERM LIMITS for Congress. Everyone serves two terms and then goes home. No one gets to stay in DC forever and gets filthy rich on the taxpayer’s dime ever again.

Big Solution #7: Follow the lead of Argentinian President Javier Milei by dramatically cutting the size of government and firing at least one third of government bureaucrats. No modern-day U.S. president has ever cut spending. President Trump should be the first. This is the only way to start cutting the national debt.

The bonus is by cutting government and firing bureaucrats, we are dismantling the Deep State.

Big Solution #8: Make American energy independent again by drilling, fracking and encouraging clean coal and nuclear. Declare the age of green energy officially over. This alone will kill inflation and save the great American middle class.

Big Solution #9: Get America out of the UN. The UN is a global version of The Fed. It has led to nothing but failure and wars. Every country in the UN hates America. It’s time to leave the UN, defund the UN and tell them to get off US soil.

Big Solution #10: Make “Voter ID” the law of the land for federal elections. Everyone must show government-issued photo and thumbprint, in order to vote. This is how we stop Democrats from rigging elections.

There’s a great start. I kept it simple. That’s my Top Ten. There is much more to do. But start with this list and President Trump will go down in history as the greatest president ever- who made America great again- permanently.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis held a news conference to discuss the appearance of Russian warships in Cuban waters and blamed Joe Biden’s ‘posture of weakness’ for allowing it to happen.

Last week, Russian state-run media announced a group of four ships, including a frigate and a nuclear-powered submarine, would be making a port call in Havana between June 12 and June 17.

Military.com reports:

The Pentagon deployed three Navy destroyers and maritime patrol aircraft this week to keep tabs on a group of Russian ships that conducted missile exercises and reportedly got within 30 miles of the Florida coast.

“In accordance with standard procedure, we’ve been actively monitoring the Russian ships as they transit the Atlantic Ocean within international waters,” a defense official, who spoke on the condition his name not be used, told Military.com in an emailed statement Wednesday.

The official added that “air and maritime assets under U.S. Northern Command have conducted operations to ensure the defense of the United States and Canada,” but wouldn’t elaborate on what those assets were. Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh also wasn’t able to offer specifics at a briefing to reporters Wednesday.

On Friday outside Hollywood Fire Rescue Station 5, Governor DeSantis said, “Well, I’m the governor of Florida, I’m not the Commander in Chief.  If my responsibilities were different – that would not be something that we would allow to be happening.”

“I think it’s really concerning. I think that under this administration, they put out a posture of weakness that has invited more aggressive actions from our adversaries.”

“Now, Russia, this isn’t their first foray into the Western Hemisphere, obviously, if you look through history, but I think the amount of activity among hostile nations in our own hemisphere is probably at a level that we have not seen in many, many years. And if you look at how the governments of this hemisphere are constituted, now, most of them are more aligned with the Russians and the Chinas, unfortunately, than with the United States and the free world.”

“And so I think it is problematic. I think that history has shown that these bad actors, they respond to strength and they’re deterred by strength. They are not going to be deterred by weakness. They’re not going to be deterred by confusion; they’re not going to be deterred by a president wandering around aimlessly at the G7.”

“They’re going to be deterred because they know that that’s not somebody that you want to mess with. So we’re failing as a country with the deterrent capability. And I think it starts at the top with the President of the United States.”

President Trump revealed in his interview with Dr. Phil that he plans to announce his running mate at the RNC next month.

It is still unclear who Trump will pick from his list of contenders for the position. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Dr. Ben Carson recently announced he would be meeting with President Trump this weekend in Michigan, and it is speculated that he could be Trump’s potential running mate.

Both men are scheduled to speak at Turning Point USA’s “People’s Convention.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on Dr. Phil’s recent sit down with President Trump for an exclusive one-on-one interview at the Mar-a-Lago.

Dr. Phil says he would like to sit down with all three of the top presidential candidates. Trump is his first interview. Robert Kennedy, Jr. may be second. But don’t hold your breath for any sit down with Old Joe. That’s not going to happen.

During the interview, Dr. Phil and Trump discussed a wide range of topics, including Biden’s political persecution of the leading Presidential candidate, Biden’s cognitive decline, and Biden’s destruction of America.

When asked who his running mate would be, Trump told Dr. Phil that he would be making the announcement at the convention in July.

The Hill reports,

The former president had previously hinted that there was a “good chance” he would announce his running mate at the convention in Milwaukee, slated for July 15-18.

He hinted at the same plan to Fox News last week, saying “I think I’ll announce who that person’s going to be during the convention.”

“I think that’s pretty normal — during the convention, it will be an interesting period of time,” Trump said on “Hannity.”

North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum (R) and Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Tim Scott (R-S.C.) and JD Vance (R-Ohio) have all reportedly received recent vetting requests from the Trump campaign.
