Nearly 5,000 voter registrations in the city of Milwaukee have been legally challenged for irregularities, potential fraud, and blatant violations of state and federal law.

The comprehensive legal filing, submitted by concerned citizens Justin Gavery and Joe Nolan, exposes what many conservatives have warned about for years: a broken election system ripe for abuse.

The challenge, backed by the federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) and a long list of Wisconsin statutes, calls on the Milwaukee Election Commission (MEC) to investigate and take immediate action on 4,878 questionable voter records.

According to the document obtained by Just the News, all of these individuals cast ballots in the November 5th, 2025 national election.

The report relies on data from the USPS’s CASS® (Coding Accuracy Support System) and National Change of Address (NCOA) databases—tools that objectively verify the accuracy of mailing addresses.

According to the letter sent to Executive Director of Milwaukee Elections Paulina Gutierrez:

On February 20, 2025 a new statewide voter registration list was purchased from WEC’s Badger Voter website. We ran it through our TITAN system which compares it against the US Postal Services main database and also its National Change of Address database. We found many issues, irregularities and also voter fraud.

Each name and address were submitted through the USPS CASS® (Coding Accuracy Support System) evaluation system.

The USPS CASS® evaluation is run against several progressively deeper-leveled databases, such as: state, city, zipcode-S-digit, a check on those 3 columns together, then a check against the street name with in them, then a street number range check, then a check against the actual street number in the “Zip_4” database, and then a check on apt_unit at that specific building, then a check if that address is unoccupied, and then other specialty checks. It returns many columns, each with detailed codes describing one or more problems with each address on this list.

More on CASS: (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification is a program that was developed by the USPS to test the accuracy of address-matching software and improve the accuracy of postal coding, such as ZIP+4 Code®, carrier route and 5-digit ZIP Code coding.

The findings are nothing short of alarming:

2,926 registrations listed incorrect or missing apartment numbers, a violation of legal address requirements and a break in chain of custody.

540 voters were flagged as “N” or Blank, indicating they no longer reside at the address on record.

501 voters listed P.O. Boxes as physical addresses, a direct violation of Wisconsin voter law.

377 had filed permanent change-of-address requests out of state, yet still managed to vote in Wisconsin.

281 moved to a different county within Wisconsin before the legal voting cutoff date—again, still allowed to vote.

217 left no forwarding address before October 24, 2024.

24 were registered at commercial mail-handling locations like UPS or FedEx stores.

11 were shockingly registered to USPS post office buildings themselves.

When Gavery inquired whether the commission would investigate potential voter fraud, he received a brisk response: “Meeting adjourned.”

Earlier this month, The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a Wisconsin election clerk has come forward with a chilling warning about major vulnerabilities in the state’s absentee ballot system, raising urgent concerns about election integrity just weeks before a crucial Supreme Court election.

Fearing retaliation and job loss, the clerk remains anonymous but reached out to The Gateway Pundit in a desperate plea to expose a serious threat to election security.

According to this whistleblower, a primary election glitch involving the state’s electronic voter registration system, Badger Books, could serve as a preview of potential fraud in the upcoming election.

The clerk, who has been working elections for years, insists that irregularities have been occurring since at least 2018. With the April election just around the corner, the clerk believes the issue is more critical than ever.

One reason we see the Dems in synchronized hysteria over the Signal messaging non-Imbroglio is not only the typical “gotcha” game, but there is also far more in play.

With the dramatic street theater of Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA-14), Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), and even Senator Mark Warner (D-VA), the contrived Street Theater had two desired effects.

First, some of the Democrat members of Congress were deluding themselves that they finally had an issue to stop getting crushed by President Trump and a growing measure of the American Electorate.  However, those on the Blue Team that are clear-thinking know that they have a much larger issue in play: Autopen-Gate.

The second issue is the real reason for the Blue Histrionics. They are using chaff and flares to divert attention from the Autopen scandal.  Autopen-Gate represents a distinct manifestation of a Constitutional Crisis.

The entire set of Biden Committee members that ran the Executive Branch during the era of #46 are culpable in a criminal RICO Conspiracy to evade the 25th Amendment and the requirement for a “wet signature” from the competent, cognizant President.

They performed this conspiracy to lie to the American public and Congress and hide a non-cognitive commander-in-chief.  President Trump is in his full right to challenge every single document that was Autopenned by the Biden Committee.

This means potentially much of what was done during the era of the Biden Committee can be undone.  This includes all the Pardons, all the Executive Orders, and all Congressional Legislation that was Autopenned into Enactment (Enacting is a fancy way of saying, “Signed by the President”).

There are indicators that it was White House Staff Secretary Neera Tanden who was the holder of the Autopen for this fraud.  Being a CNN or MSNBC Contributor after leaving the Biden Committee is incriminating in itself.

The Oversight Project did an excellent analysis of Autopen-Gate.  This is a very serious matter and cannot be trivialized, lightly dismissed, or faux fact-checked away.  Their beginning statement explained the gravity of the situation:

“The United States Constitution vests numerous powers in one man and one man alone— the President of the United States. These powers include signing or vetoing bills, 1 signing or vetoing orders, resolutions, or certain legislative votes, 2 nominating and commissioning Officers, 3 and granting reprieves and pardons.4 In all of these instances, the President’s personal action is required, i.e., he “shall” perform some action. These mandates are exclusive to the President.  Therefore, it is well established that the President cannot delegate these decisions to anyone.5 The President affixing his wet signature not only signifies consent, but is the legally required act.6”

Autopenning is a normal thing for past Presidents and Cabinet Secretaries on routine actions.  Routine actions, that is, not more formal matters such as Executive Orders, Presidential Directives, and enacting legislation passed by Congress.

However, there were significant control measures in place.

As a closely related exemplar – for an official Secretary of Defense Memo, there had to be three things:

A Date Stamp
A Secretary of Defense Action Control Number
A “Wet Signature” for any substantive action

There were several times senior officials would waive around a bootlegged copy of a memo and then were embarrassed because it did not have all three and the Secretary changed course, and the unofficial copy was nullified. I saw it personally on multiple occasions.

Sometimes a Secretary would “pre-Wet Sign” a document before going on leave or travel when waiting for final confirmation of an important fact in the document.  If confirmation was received, then the Executive Secretary would simply date-stamp the document and release it.

The Secretary of Defense would “Wet Sign” all substantive issues – especially when the action was going to the President for final decision.

The evidence that Biden was not cognitively functional is overwhelming, yet multiple sworn officials, starting with Kamala, failed their duty to invoke the 25th Amendment.

Autopenning is not bad in itself. It is unrealistic to assume a President or Cabinet Secretary will personally sign everything.

Even if one has worked in the Office of the Secretary of Defense or the White House, unless one has been personally responsible for a staffing action for a Secretary of Defense or Presidential signature, one is blissfully unaware of the daily tsunami of staffing actions seeking a signature.

But the important actions should be receiving the personal signature “wet signature” of the President.  President Trump has shown his “wet signature” multiple times starting January 20, 2025.

Retired Special Forces Colonel / Professor Steve Bucci, a Military Assistant for a past Secretary of Defense, someone who I watched and worked with closely as he did magnificent traffic control for actions coming in and out of the Secretary of Defense had this to say about the Biden Committee Autopen Scandal:

“I think they will say they followed the policy pre-approved by the President. That is frankly nonsense. It is never supposed to be used to circumvent the decision-making process. The Autopen is for routine actions, like signing photos and standard boilerplate response to letter type documents.

Policy, pardons, executive orders, honest to goodness decision documents are supposed to be read, approved, and signed by the principal, not Autopenned by a staffer. The biggest crisis we had was when (someone) decided to Autopen condolence letters.

When the Boss found out, he went nuts. That never happened again. We never used Autopen for anything operational such as Deployment Orders. This (the Biden Autopen scandal) is Woodrow Wilson level fraud.”

All Biden Committee Pardons and Actions should be considered null and void. Autopen-Gate is a serious Constitutional matter that may need to go to the Supreme Court for resolution.  Never has a Committee run the Presidency under such false and willfully criminal RICO conditions.

Pardonees – lawyer up.  This issue is not going away.

That includes you Kinzinger, Cheney, Hunter, Fauci, and all others.

When news broke that another mass stabbing had taken place in the Netherlands, targeting random tourists, everyone had the same thought: IT’S TERRORISM.

Dutch police took its sweet time to divulge the identity of the suspect under arrest, trying to diffuse the fallout that was bound to arise when the public learned that he was a different king of terrorist: the knifeman turned out to be a Ukrainian enjoying Dutch social benefits and asylum.

The 5 people stabbed on Amsterdam’s Dam Square were confirmed to be two were American tourists: a 67-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man, as well as a 26-year-old Polish man, a 73-year-old Belgian woman, and a 19-year-old local Dutch woman from Amsterdam.

Emergency services, a trauma helicopter and five ambulances rushed to the scene, as a heroic British tourist subdued the suspect.

NL Times reported:

“During the chaotic aftermath of the attack, the suspect, who was wounded, was subdued by a British tourist. The unidentified tourist, believed to be in his twenties, tackled the suspect and held him down until police arrived. Footage from the scene shows the man sitting on the suspect’s back, binding his arms, as dozens of shoppers walk past, some unaware of the ongoing arrest. Mayor Femke Halsema later expressed her gratitude to the bystander, stating she would meet with him to personally thank him for his brave actions.”

Dutch police has just confirmed that Thursday’s Amsterdam stabber, who wounded 5, is a 30 year-old Ukrainian asylum seeker.

“A man suspected of stabbing five people in central Amsterdam on Thursday is a 30-year old Ukrainian national from the eastern Donetsk region, local police said on Saturday.

[…] The man, who police said had checked into an Amsterdam hotel on Wednesday, will be brought before a judge on 1 April to decide on his further detention.

Police on Saturday were still unclear about the motive for the stabbings and said investigations were ongoing.”

It’s reasonable to ask if the two elderly US tourists were targeted by the Ukrainian, and whether he was influenced by the hateful rhetoric coming out of the Nationalistic (Nazi) sectors of the Kiev regime.

The U.S. Naval Academy has announced it will no longer use affirmative action in its admissions process — ceasing to consider race, ethnicity, or sex as factors for entry.

This decision was explained in a federal court filing made public on Friday.

Earlier this year, President Donald Trump signed an executive order calling for the elimination of federal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and ending affirmative action in hiring and admissions.

The Associated Press reports:

The change in policy was made in February by Vice Adm. Yvette Davids, the academy’s superintendent, in response to an executive order issued by President Donald Trump in January, according to a court filing by the U.S. Justice Department in the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The president’s order on Jan. 27 said that “every element of the Armed Forces should operate free from any preference based on race or sex.” It also directed the secretary of defense to conduct an internal review with respect to all “activities designed to promote a race- or sex-based preferences system,” including reviews at the service academies.

“Under revised internal guidance issued by the Superintendent on Feb. 14, 2025, neither race, ethnicity, nor sex can be considered as a factor for admission at any point during the admissions process, including qualification and acceptance,” according to the court filing made public Friday.

The policy change comes amid an ongoing legal challenge from Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA), a conservative group that successfully overturned affirmative action at civilian universities in a 2023 Supreme Court ruling against Harvard and the University of North Carolina.

Although that decision included a footnote exempting military academies due to their “potentially distinct interests,” SFFA sought to extend the ban to the Naval Academy and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

In October 2023, SFFA sued the Naval Academy, arguing that its admissions process unfairly discriminated against white and Asian applicants by prioritizing racial diversity.

President Trump took action to ensure the security of federal elections, unsurprisingly the Democrats will fight this tooth and nail. The simple question is why?

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump took a crucial step in fulfilling the promise to initiate reform in our elections.  In signing the Executive Order “PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE INTEGRITY OF AMERICAN ELECTIONS,” he established a solid foundation to ensure free and fair elections for all eligible voters are restored for all eligible American voters.

“Election fraud…you’ve heard the term?” President Trump asked as he began signing the Executive Order.  “It will end it, hopefully.”

“This will go a long way toward ending it,” he continued.  “There are other steps that we will be taking in the coming weeks.  And we think we’ll be able to end up getting fair elections.”

However, President Trump acknowledged that some people think he shouldn’t be complaining because he “won in a landslide.”  That doesn’t seem to faze him as he demonstrates a clear understanding through the Order of what’s at stake and what needs to be done.

All in all, this is a valiant start to shore up election integrity from the Trump Administration.  President Trump assured us that “there are other steps that we will be taking in the coming weeks, and we think we’ll be able to end up getting fair elections” as he signed the Executive Order.

There only seems to be one answer to the question of why anyone would oppose this action by the President.

The leader of the “Satanic Grotto” organization has been arrested for punching a young man who disrupted the group’s “black mass” ritual at the Kansas State Capitol on Friday.

At least three other members of the Satanic group were also arrested.

Satanic Grotto leader Michael Stewart and his group initially held a demonstration on the Capitol steps, where they desecrated unconsecrated communion wafers in front of hundreds of Christian counter-protesters.

The situation escalated when Stewart defied a permit restriction issued by Governor Laura Kelly that barred the group from performing a ritual inside the building.

Stewart entered the rotunda, began reciting from a script, and was interrupted by Marcus Schroeder, a 21-year-old Christian counter-protester who attempted to snatch the paper from his hands. Stewart responded by striking Schroeder in the face, and Capitol Police intervened to tackle the Satanist to the ground.

During the Black Mass ritual, the Satanists intended to desecrate a consecrated Eucharistic host, a sacred element in Catholicism. It is unclear if they could get that far before the arrest was made.

Stewart was arrested for disorderly conduct and unlawful assembly, and his bond was set at $1,000. Schroeder, despite being punched, was also arrested for disorderly conduct and has a matching $1,000 bond.

Two other members of the Satanic Grotto, Jocelyn Frazee, 32, and Sean Anderson, 50, were arrested for unlawful assembly after attempting to continue the ritual following Stewart’s arrest.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reportedly plans to DOGE the government’s Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP) by laying off the entire office’s staff as part of a plan to cut 20,000 HHS employees. 

Former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Anthony Fauci, left a legacy of botched COVID and AIDS responses, including a COVID-19 vaccine that is believed to have killed many thousands.

The Office of Minority Health, a federal agency dedicated to the health of black people and minorities, is also on the chopping block. The department’s webpage has already been removed from the Internet.

Since taking over as HHS Secretary, RFK has taken action against the vaccine companies in hopes of preventing childhood autism and other adverse side effects. As President Trump noted in his Joint Address to Congress this month, autism rates among children have exploded over recent years, becoming almost 300 times more common than in the past.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Kennedy asked the Center For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) earlier this month to investigate a possible link between vaccines and autism.

Additionally, HHS has taken aim at Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine, halting a $240 million contract signed by the Biden administration to develop an oral COVID-19 vaccine.

After the COVID pandemic, AIDS crisis, and the rapidly increasing autism rates, common sense dictates that when more government can’t fix a problem, perhaps less government is the answer.

Per CBS:

Much of the government’s efforts to buoy lagging childhood vaccination rates nationwide have been run through OIDP, including a new campaign called “Let’s Get Real” that had launched in the final months of the Biden administration to provide resources and information to health care providers talking to hesitant parents.

“Spreading the truth saves lives, so use our resources to help parents understand how vaccines work, why they’re safe, and how they help protect kids,” the department had said of the campaign after it was launched.

The Office of Minority Health has also been informed that it should expect to be dissolved, sources said.

OIDP, overseen by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health or OASH, had numbered around 60 employees at the end of the Biden administration. The cuts come as the Trump administration is trying to merge the other offices in OASH into a new HHS agency called the Administration for a Health America, or AHA.

Radical leftists across the country have been vandalizing Teslas and setting Tesla dealerships on fire across the country all because of their blind hatred of Elon Musk. But in a twist, one of these unhinged losers decided to make things easy for law enforcement this week.

As NBC 10 Philadelphia reported, an unidentified male was caught on tape vandalizing a Tesla in the parking lot of a Planet Fitness in Doylestown Borough on Monday. The Bucks County Courier Times reported the man responsible for the vandalism is 55-year-old Chadd Ritenbaug of Doylestown Township.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department said the suspect was caught on the car’s cameras parking next to the Tesla and getting out of his silver-colored Lexus. The video then showed him squatting behind the vehicle and proceeding to scratch a swastika into the Tesla moments before 9:30 a.m.

But instead of running away, Ritenbaugh thankfully made another incredibly foolish move that came back to haunt him.

After vandalizing the Tesla, Ritenbaugh walked into Planet Fitness and scanned his membership card with the staff at the front desk. He proceeded to work out as if nothing happened.

Ritenbaugh’s decision enabled police to identify him using his gym membership card and his Pennsylvania Driver’s License photo.

Ritenbaugh is charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, harassment, and two counts of summary harassment and disorderly conduct. Patch reports Ritenbaugh was arraigned on March 28 before Judge Mark Douple.

His bail has been set at $25,000.

This incident is made more ironic by the fact that Ritenbaugh apparently has a LinkedIn account which shows he owns a company called Black Car Service of Bucks County, PA. The company also happens to be hiring right now.

The Gateway Pundit has extensively reported on Tesla attacks across the country in recent weeks.

During one incident, a disgruntled Musk and Trump hater accidentally set himself on fire while torching Tesla charging stations in South Carolina. Another attack involved an individual setting several multiple Tesla vehicles on fire last week in Las Vegas.

Monday’s attack in Pennsylvania also comes after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced last week that her office had charged three individuals with serious offenses. Each one of the lowlifes used Molotov cocktails to set Tesla dealerships and cars ablaze.

The Trump administration has confirmed the deportation of Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan illegal alien who went viral last year for creating TikTok videos instructing other illegals on how to exploit U.S. squatting laws by occupying vacant homes.

A rapid response account for the administration shared a post about Moreno, who refers to himself online as “the migrant influencer,” along with the update.

The update included a waving emoji.

“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno said in one of his viral TikTik videos. “I came to the U.S. to mark my territory.”

According to reports, Moreno illegally entered the U.S. on April 23, 2022, at Eagle Pass, Texas. He was placed in ICE’s Alternatives to Detention program but failed to report within 60 days, leading to his arrest in March 2024.

An Ohio judge ordered Moreno to be deported in September, but Venezuela was refusing to accept deportation flights at that time.

The Trump administration revoked Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans on February 1. The president has also secured an agreement with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro for him to take his people back.

War Room’s Steve Bannon was on with Julie Kelly on Saturday.

During the episode, Kelly slammed Rachel Maddow for her blatant hypocrisy regarding President Trump’s policies.

The video clip shows Rachel Maddow in her typical leftist commentary regarding the rulings against President Trump in regard to deportations with the appeals court. She also happily discussed another ruling by a leftist judge who blocked President Trump from shutting down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Maddow went down a list and continued showing court rulings against President Trump.

“One of the primary lines of battle here is against these kind of neo-Marxist judges and the legal profession,” Bannon said.

“We are engaged in this legal fight across many, many, many, fronts,” Bannon said.

“Give us the big picture, Rachel Maddow did a pretty good job there. We are fighting everywhere and there is a new Federal judge popping up all the time to try to slow down President Trump,” Bannon asked Julie Kelly.

“Not sure what Rachel Maddow thought she did in that segment, except sort of make our point. These unelected, unaccountable, lifetime partisan political operatives on the bench are undermining, yes, our democracy,” Kelly said.

Kelly explained the hypocrisy of Rachel Maddow when it came to election results.

“Who is trying to overturn the results of an election now? Rachel Maddow, the Democrats, and of course all of these judges,” Kelly continued.

“Frontline judges are against Trump on the district level, but at the appellate level particularly in DC, the appellate level is essentially all Obama, Clinton and Bush judges,” Bannon said.
