President Trump fumed after a radical Biden judge ruled the US government violated a court order when it deported several dangerous criminal aliens to South Sudan.

Trump said because of the judge’s order, 8 of the most violent criminals on earth are currently being held in Djibouti, a tiny country on the Horn of Africa next to Ethiopia.

As previously reported, a federal judge on Wednesday ruled that the Trump Administration violated his court order when it deported several illegal aliens to South Sudan.

US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump Administration violated his court order to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.

Some of the aliens are from Laos, Vietnam, and Cuba, so sending them to South Sudan puts them in danger, attorneys argued.

Judge Murphy suggested Trump Admin officials may have committed contempt, but he stopped short of taking action.

Later Wednesday, Judge Murphy ordered the Trump Administration to give “reasonable fear” interviews to the criminal aliens deported to South Sudan.

Judge Murphy also ordered the US government to provide interpreters and counsel to the aliens during the interview.

“Each of the six individuals must be given a reasonable fear interview in private, with the opportunity for the individual to have counsel of their choosing present during the interview, either in-person or remotely, at the individual’s choosing. Each individual must be afforded access to counsel that is commensurate with the access that they would have received had these procedures occurred within the United States prior to their deportation, including remote access where in-person access would otherwise be available. Each individual must also be afforded the name and telephone number of class counsel, as well as access to a phone, interpreter, and technology for the confidential transfer of documents that is commensurate with the access they would receive were they in DHS custody within United States borders,” the judge wrote in his 2-page order.

Judge Murphy also said the US must maintain custody of the dangerous aliens during the process.

“During that 15-day period, the individual must remain within the custody or control of DHS, and must be afforded access to counsel that is commensurate with the access they would be afforded if they were seeking to move to reopen from within the United States’ borders,” the judge wrote.

The judge said the Trump Administration must provide the court with status reports on all six deported aliens every seven days.

“Defendants must provide status reports every seven days as to all six individuals. Should any individual move to reopen, the parties must also immediately provide a status report, and continue providing status reports every seven days thereafter, on the status of the motion to reopen,” the judge wrote.

Former President Barack Obama posted a scathing, fearmongering statement Thursday morning on the passage by the House of President Donald Trump’s ‘One Big Beautiful Bill.’

Obama, who remained in the nation’s capital after leaving the White House in 2017 to exercise power and influence, is apparently still sore that his sock puppet former President Joe Biden failed in his bid for a second term last year.

The reconciliation bill that contains items to reduce taxes, reform Medicaid, fund border control and mass deportations among a host of other legislative fixes passed the Republican-controlled House by one vote early Thursday after a late night session and now goes to the Republican-controlled Senate with an eye to getting the bill to Trump for his signature by Independence Day, July 4th.

The White House released a summary of the One Big Beautiful Bill Thursday in a statement criticizing House Democrats for voting unanimously against the bill:

The One, Big, Beautiful Bill has PASSED the House of Representatives — without a single Democrat voting to cut taxes, secure the border, or protect taxpayer-funded benefits for Americans who need them.

Here are only a few of the policies Democrats just unanimously opposed:

The largest tax cut in history. This means $13,300 more for American families and wage increases up to $11,000 for workers with a double-digit percent decrease to their tax bills — plus NO TAX ON TIPS, NO TAX ON OVERTIME, a tax cut on seniors’ Social Security benefits, an expanded child tax credit, and a tax deduction on American-made vehicles. Americans making between $30,000 and $80,000 per year will see their taxes cut by 15% next year.

Raising wages. American workers will see wage increases of up to $11,600; a typical family with two kids will see take-home pay rise by up to $13,300.

Strong border security. This makes President Trump’s border crackdown permanent with the largest investment ever — funding AT LEAST one million illegal immigrant deportations per year, thousands of miles of new border wall and barriers, 18,000+ new immigration officials, and pay raises for our great ICE and Border Patrol agents.

Protecting Medicaid for American citizens who need it. This ENDS taxpayer-funded benefits for at least 1.4 million illegal immigrants who are gaming the system and requires able-bodied Americans to work if they receive benefits.

Pay raises for troops. This increases special pay for servicemembers and gives them higher allowances for housing, healthcare, and family assistance.

Ending taxpayer-funded chemical castration and mutilation. It reverses the Biden-era mandate that Medicaid cover so-called “gender transition” procedures.

Modernizing air traffic control. This will allow President Trump to act where the Biden Administration failed by completely overhauling the systems that keep Americans flying safely and efficiently.

Revolutionizing the nation’s defense. This funds President Trump’s Golden Dome missile defense shield, restocks America’s arsenal, expands our naval fleet, and improves military readiness to meet the needs of a changing world.

As the question of when former President Joe Biden’s health began to decline and how much the White House did to cover it up remains unanswered, a reporter with unique insight is weighing in.

A series of posts made Wednesday by Fox News senior White House correspondent Peter Doocy shreds anyone questioning why the media didn’t press the Biden administration on the then-president’s decline.

Doocy was well known for clashing with former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

“I have some unique insight on President Biden, having dedicated six years of my life to covering him,” Doocy wrote in a post on X.

“If you are wondering why nobody asked about his mental fitness, and why nobody asked if White House staffers were covering up his decline… then you weren’t paying attention.”

That wasn’t all he did.

Doocy followed the post with seven videos showing him pressing the White House on the cover up of Biden’s decline.

In the first video, Doocy reminded Jean-Pierre that Biden once described himself as “sharpest before 8 p.m.” before asking about who calls the shots after the sun goes down.

“Say that the Pentagon at some point picks up an incoming nuke,” Doocy said. “It’s 11 p.m. Who do you call? The first lady?”

In his next video, Jean-Pierre was pressed on why Biden told the same story twice, nearly word-for-word and just minutes apart, at a campaign event in 2023.

“What is up with that?” Doocy asked, prompting a stammering and dodgy response from Jean-Pierre.

In February 2024, Biden suffered a particularly embarrassing episode when he claimed to have recently met a French president who died in the previous millennium.

Afterwards, Doocy questioned whether voters would be persuaded after this to re-elect a president whose mental state they were already concerned about.

“How is president Biden ever going to convince the three-quarters of voters who are worried about his physical and mental health that he is OK,” Doocy asked, “even though in Las Vegas he told a story about recently talking to a French president who died in 1996?”

In the fourth video, Doocy asked about whether Biden was being handled like a “baby” by White House staff, as Franklin Foer attested in the book “The Last Politician.” Jean-Pierre waved the question away without even attempting to answer it.

Following this, Doocy posted a video of him grilling Biden over the characterization special counsel Robert Hur made of the president in his report.

Biden rejected Hur’s take, mumbling about putting the country back on its feet.

The fifth video posted by Doocy also included direct questioning of Biden.

When asked by the Fox News correspondent about whether he spoke with aides about a one-term pledge, the former president completely denied it.

In the seventh and final video, Doocy went for a home run.

During the clip, Doocy asked why the White House was not routinely testing Biden for age-related diseases, such as Parkinson’s and dementia, speculating that it could be because a positive diagnosis would mean an abrupt halt to the administration.

The US Supreme Court on Thursday upheld Oklahoma’s decision to block the nation’s first religious charter school.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett recused herself from the case so the high court was evenly divided in a 4-4 vote.

“The court issued a one-sentence ruling upholding the lower court’s decision, saying only: “The judgment is affirmed by an equally divided Court,” Fox News reported.

At issue was Oklahoma’s effort to create an online Catholic charter school.

If the Supreme Court ruled in favor of St. Isadore of Seville Catholic Virtual School, taxpayer money would have been used to fund ‘religious education.’

Last month, Solicitor General John Sauer argued in support of St. Isadore during oral arguments.

“U.S. Solicitor General John Sauer said if there were a requirement to teach evolution and a school rejected it, there would be no opt-out for the school. The state would argue a compelling interest in teaching the subject and the court would have to assess it, he said,” USA Today reported.

Oklahoma’s Attorney General Gentner Drummond argued against his state creating the country’s first taxpayer-funded religious public charter school.

Drummond argued that allowing St. Isadore school would threaten religious liberty.

ATLANTA, GA, MAY 21, 2025 – The majority Democrat Fulton County Board of Commissioners refused their legal duty Wednesday to appoint the Republican Party nominees to the Fulton County Election Board while appointing the two Democrat Party nominees just minutes earlier. The Board voted along party lines to “file” or table both Republican nominees indefinitely. The move violates multiple Fulton County ordinances which require the board to be non-partisan and to appoint the nominees made from each political party.

Part I, Chapter 14, Section 33, of the Fulton ordinances states in Paragraph 2 that:

”Two members shall be appointed by the governing authority of Fulton County from nominations made by the chairperson of the county executive committee of the political party whose candidates … received the second largest number of such votes”

Each party offered two nominees for four open board slots and the board was legally obligated to appoint them provided they are Fulton County voters. The board re-appointed Democrat Teresa Crawford and appointed Democrat Douglass Selby but refused to re-appoint Republican Julie Adams or appoint Jason Frazier. Nominees were always appointed by consent until two years ago when the board rejected Jason Frazier after he was attacked by political partisans for successful challenges of ineligible voter registrations.

Part I, Chapter 2, Article2, Section 66, Code of Ethics, binds the board to be impartial in conducting its duties and orders members not to impede those persons best qualified to serve from holding public office. It states:

“It is essential to the proper government and administration of Fulton County that members of the board of commissioners, as well as all other officers and employees of the county, are in fact and in appearance, independent and impartial in the performance of their official duties;”
“Accordingly, the standards hereinafter set forth must be so interpreted and understood as not to unreasonably frustrate or impede the desire or inclination to seek and serve in public office by those persons best qualified to serve.”

Both Adams and Frazier are highly experienced in election law, election procedures and voter registration.

The board is now vulnerable to another lawsuit likely to waste hundreds of thousands of Fulton taxpayer dollars defending its actions. That is on top of millions of taxpayer funds already spent trying to keep ballots from the controversial 2020 election secret. Fulton county has defied subpoenas, Georgia law and a court’s order to unseal the ballots. The 2020 election ballots have been subpoenaed for active criminal cases, civil cases, State Election Board inquiries and Open Records Requests. Analyses of the ballot images already found over 17,000 missing from certified results and alteration of the images prior to certification of the votes.

An estimated $20 million more was spent after Fani Willis’ requested the board in 20221 for $5million annually to reduce the murder case backlog but spent the money on indictments of 18 political adversaries. VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito apologized for Fulton: “I regret that my county has become a national security risk for every American citizen who votes in a federal election”.

The House of Representatives passed the most critical bill of Trump’s legislative agenda earlier this morning.

The vote was 215-214. Two Republicans, Reps. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Warren Davidson of Ohio, voted no, along with all the Democrats.

One Republican, Rep. Andrew Garbarino of New York, fell ASLEEP and missed the vote. He would have voted yes on the bill.

“He fell asleep in the back, no kidding,” House Speaker Mike Johnson told reporters following the vote.

“I’m going to just strangle him,” Johnson jokingly added. “But he’s my dear friend.”

One other GOPer, David Schweikert of Arizona, arrived late to the House Chamber, and the vote closed before his vote could be counted. He would have voted yes on the bill as well.

The vote came after a marathon House Rules Committee hearing that began just after 1 a.m. ET Wednesday and ended 21 hours later, when the panel sent the bill to the floor.

The bill, exceeding 1,000 pages, extends the 2017 tax cuts, eliminates taxes on tips and overtime, and introduces new deductions. It also proposes significant spending on defense and immigration enforcement, including funding for a continental missile defense system.

The bill came together courtesy of a series of last-minute changes to win over holdouts. Conservatives were angry that Medicaid work requirements would take years to start. At the same time, moderate Republicans from New York and California threw a hissy fit over what they viewed as a lackluster state and local tax relief.

Both sides scored major wins.

Conservatives were able to change the start date of the Medicaid work requirements in the bill to the end of 2026 rather than 2029. So-called ‘clean energy’ tax credits will also expire earlier.

Moderates secured a much bigger State and Local Tax Deduction (SALT). As CNBC reports, the SALT cap will rise to $40,000 and phase out over $500,000. The provision would go into effect this year.

Moreover, the SALT cap and income phaseout will increase annually by 1% from 2026 through 2033.

So, finally, after much debate and relentless insistence from inside his Labour party, Starmer announced plans ‘to ease cuts’ to winter fuel payments, in a predictable U-turn following mounting political pressure of recent weeks.

“More than 10 million pensioners lost out on the payments, worth up to £300, when the pension top-up became means-tested last year.

Speaking at Prime Minister’s Questions, Sir Keir said ministers would change the threshold to allow ‘more pensioners’ to qualify again.”

Poland’s Tusk, Starmer, Ukraine’s Zelensky, France’s Macron and Germany’s Merz in Kiev: warmongering distractions did not help the British PM.

“The winter fuel payment is a lump sum of £200 a year for households with a pensioner under 80, or £300 for households with a pensioner over 80.

It was previously paid in November or December to all pensioners, but 10.3 million lost out last year after the government restricted eligibility to those who qualify for pension credit and other income-related benefits, to save an estimated £1.4bn.”

The cut led to fierce criticism from unions and pensioner charities, with added pressure to change coming from Labour MPs and councilors who blamed it for the party’s crushing losses at last month’s local elections in parts of England.

“But in a surprise move, Sir Keir confirmed the policy U-turn in response to a Labour backbencher at Prime Minister’s Questions.

[…] Asked by reporters when the changes would take effect, the prime minister’s spokesman declined to guarantee it would be in place this coming winter, but added: ‘We obviously want to deliver this as quickly as possible’.”

The Justice Department on Wednesday charged the unhinged woman who spat on DOJ official Ed Martin.

The woman, identified as Emily Gabriella Sommer, was charged with violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111 (Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers and employees of the United States).

Sommer spat on then-Acting DC US Attorney Ed Martin earlier this month while he was interviewing with Newsmax.

“We need to stay focused,” Ed Martin said during an interview with Newsmax when he was interrupted by a leftist protester who approached him.

Ed Martin backed up as the woman became aggressive and spat on him.

“Whoa!” Ed Martin said.

“You’re a disgusting man!” the woman said as she walked away with her dog in tow.

Another disturbing, though thankfully less severe, criminal activity occurred this morning in the DC area following last night’s evil anti-Semitic murders in the nation’s capital.

As CBS News reported, a female driver was shot after attempting to barge through the security gates of the CIA headquarters in Mclean, Virginia, while ignoring orders to stop. The woman, who has yet to be identified, was shot in the upper body.

She has since been taken to a medical facility for a “non-fatal” injury.

The FBI is currently on the scene following the incident.

Fairfax County police told NBC Washington that they had responded to the 900 block of Dolley Madison Boulevard around 4 a.m. ET to help the CIA with traffic control.

A CIA spokesperson told NBC News that the main gate was now closed and that employees should seek alternative routes.

At this point, no motive for the driver’s actions has been identified. But the incident comes as the DC area remains on edge after a Marxist pro-Hamas terrorist assassinated two Israeli Embassy staffers late last night.

Back in March, authorities arrested a 28-year-old man following an hours-long standoff at the CIA headquarters. The suspect, Robert Scofield, unloaded several shots at a CIA building and then turned the gun on himself.

President Trump has once again come under fire for admitting White South Africans to the United States under claims of genocide. So far, 59 White South Africans have been granted asylum in the U.S., citing racial persecution and violence.

The same media and politicians who want deported MS-13 gang members returned to the U.S. have decided that there is no genocide in South Africa. While no international court has formally declared it a genocide, and the legal threshold for such a designation is high, the facts on the ground are difficult to ignore: white South Africans are being persecuted. They face the constant threat of violence, along with a legal framework that restricts their career opportunities and threatens to strip them of their land.

South Africa has one of the highest murder rates in the world, and at least half a million people have been murdered in South Africa since the end of apartheid. Some sources claim that as many as a quarter of those victims, particularly in the early years of the current system, were White. However, this claim has been difficult to verify due to the lack of race-disaggregated data in official crime reports.

Attacks on White-owned farms, including theft, rape, assault, and murder, are well documented. Since 1994, there have been approximately 3,398 farm murders, many involving white farmers. In 2024 alone, South Africa recorded nearly 20,000 homicides, including 32 farm-related murders and 256 farm attacks, most of which targeted White farming families. These numbers point to a disproportionate threat faced by White South Africans.

Some South African political figures, such as Julius Malema of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), have made inflammatory statements about land redistribution. Malema has positioned the EFF as a radical alternative, accusing the ruling ANC of failing to address inequality and the transfer of land from White to Black South Africans. He is known for his incendiary rhetoric, including remarks about arming Hamas, singing “Shoot the Boer,” and making statements widely seen as threatening to white South Africans.

Beyond physical violence, white South Africans also face institutionalized discrimination through race-based laws and policies that enforce racial quotas in hiring and promotions, effectively excluding them from many public and private sector opportunities. In addition, land redistribution legislation threatens the possibility of White-owned farms being seized without compensation.

The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act rewards companies with higher scores based on Black ownership, management, employment, and procurement from Black-owned businesses. As a result, White-owned businesses often struggle to compete for government contracts or major private sector deals unless they relinquish control or ownership. White entrepreneurs may be excluded from grants, loans, and partnerships because they do not contribute to BBBEE scorecards, limiting economic opportunities, especially for those without political connections or existing wealth.

The Employment Equity Act and its 2025 Amendment require companies to meet racial quotas in hiring and promotions, tied to national and regional demographics. The amendment introduced stricter enforcement and penalties, pressuring employers to favor racial targets over merit. In provinces where Whites make up a small minority, White applicants, regardless of qualifications, can be legally passed over, particularly in civil service and state-owned enterprises.

In South African Police Service v Barnard (2014), the Constitutional Court upheld a decision not to promote a White female officer, Renate Barnard, despite her being the top candidate, because her promotion would have disrupted racial representational goals. This ruling set a precedent that race can legally override merit in public sector advancement, reinforcing systemic barriers for qualified white professionals.

As of recent reports, white South Africans, who make up about 8% of the population, own approximately 72% of privately held farmland. Consequently, the South African government has implemented land reform initiatives, including land restitution and redistribution programs. While expropriation without compensation has been debated, and isolated incidents of land occupation have occurred, a systematic campaign against White farmers has not yet materialized.

However, in 2024, the legal groundwork for such actions was established.

The Expropriation Act of 2024 allows the government to seize private land without compensation under certain “public interest” conditions, such as land reform. Although race-neutral in wording, the political and policy focus overwhelmingly targets land owned by White South Africans due to apartheid-era patterns. As a result, White farmers face legal uncertainty, diminished investment confidence, and the threat of losing their land without recourse.

While some defend these laws as corrective measures for apartheid-era injustices, they function today as legally sanctioned discrimination against a racial minority. Whether or not the violence and systemic marginalization qualify as genocide under international law, the threat is real. These conditions clearly meet the standards for asylum under U.S. and international law.
