President Trump is not backing off his call for holding former President Barack Obama and the rest of the individuals responsible for the Russian Collusion Hoax accountable for their treasonous actions.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reported, DNI Tulsi Gabbard released her second batch of previously undisclosed documents last Wednesday. These documents include more proof that Obama directly gave the order to publish the Russia Collusion hoax, knowing there was no proof to back it up.

Page three of this latest document drop shows that then-President Obama ordered the release of documents, knowing there was no evidence to back them up. Obama didn’t just know about the Russia hoax – he directed it. All to delegitimize Trump’s historic win.

Several deep state hacks affiliated with Obama also helped push the Russia Hoax and are in hot water. One person who should be particularly concerned is former CIA Director John Brennan.

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper is already so worried that he has lawyered up.

On Wednesday, Trump posted two memes on his Truth Social account calling for the jailing of these quislings.

He first solely went after Obama, reposting an image saying, “It’s Time to Indict Obama the Traitor for Treason.”

Then, Trump reposted this image of Obama, Comey, Clapper, and all of the “Spies Who Lie” behind bars.

Anyone who did not think Trump was serious before about locking up those who tried to delegitimize his presidency and betray America in the process should now get their heads out of the sand. The President has upped the stakes.

As TGP’s Jordan Conradson reported, Trump last week declared that Obama was “guilty” of treason and should be targeted by the DOJ for the coup d’état to defraud and overthrow the incoming President, Donald Trump, in 2016.

“After what they did to me, and whether it’s right or wrong, it’s time to go after people,” Trump said.

John Solomon Says Obama Can Now Be Summoned Before a Grand Jury — Can’t Plead the Fifth Due to Presidential Immunity, But One Lie as a Private Citizen Could Destroy It All

Investigative journalist John Solomon declared that former President Barack Obama can now be compelled to testify before a grand jury — and he CANNOT invoke the Fifth Amendment due to his presidential immunity.

But here’s the kicker: if Obama lies as a private citizen about what he did during his presidency, that immunity evaporates, potentially exposing him to criminal prosecution.

Once called before a grand jury, Obama must testify under oath. If he misrepresents or lies about any matter related to his official conduct—he loses that immunity from the date of the lie onward. That single moment as a private citizen could nullify the entire blanket he once relied upon.

On January 5, 2017, Obama presided over a White House meeting in which the FBI had just cleared Mike Flynn.

According to Solomon, top officials then devised a scheme: trick Flynn into an interview, catch him lying, and prosecute him for the falsehood.

Solomon warns that Obama may now face a similar trap—one he helped construct for Flynn.

John Solomon:
I know President Trump has every right to be frustrated with him. I think President Trump’s analysis last week was right. I think my immunity rule might protect him on the original charges.

That’s what most legal experts tell me — that that ruling is so sweeping, it will protect Obama for what he did in office. However, Barack Obama can now be summoned before a grand jury.

He cannot take the Fifth Amendment because he has immunity from prosecution. He’ll have to tell the truth.

If he lies as a private citizen about what he did as President, he’ll no longer have that immunity.

And that is a trap that Obama is potentially facing. I want to say — the irony of that is significant, because on January 5, 2017, he presided over a meeting in the White House where the FBI had just cleared Mike Flynn of any wrongdoing.

And they schemed in that meeting how they might be able to jam up Mike Flynn.

They came up with the idea: “We’ll lure him into an interview, catch him in a lie, and then prosecute him that way.” Barack Obama is now about to face a potentially similar situation — one he unfairly created for Mike Flynn.

BREAKING: Virginia Lawmaker Doused in Gasoline, Set on Fire in His Office

A Danville, Virginia, City Councilman Lee Vogler was doused in gasoline and set on fire in his office on Tuesday.

According to reports, the attacker threw five gallons of gasoline on Vogler before setting him on fire.

Vogler was flown to the UNC burn unit in Chapel Hill, according to WSET.

The Daily Mail reported:

A Virginia lawmaker was doused in ‘five gallons’ of gasoline and set alight in the middle of his office.

Danville City councilman Lee Vogler was at his place of work at Showcase Magazine when he was attacked.

The assailant forced his way into the magazine’s offices on Wednesday and poured the fuel on top of him, according to the outlet’s publisher and owner Andrew Brooks.

Vogler attempted to flee but was pursued by the suspect to the front of the building where he set him on fire, Brooks added.

The lawmaker was described as ‘awake and talking’ as he was raced to the burns center in Lynchburg.

“J. Lee Vogler was elected to Danville City Council in May 2012, becoming the youngest person ever elected to that position, at age 24. A native of Danville, Mr. Vogler graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He is currently employed as the Managing Partner for Andrew Brooks Media Group,” according to Vogler’s bio.

FBI Director Kash Patel found thousands of Russia collusion hoax documents in “burn bags” in a secret room at the FBI, Fox News reported.

One of the documents in the burn bags included the classified annex to the John Durham report that includes the underlying intelligence he investigated.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe is expected to declassify the annex to Durham’s final report and send it to Senator Grassley, who will release it to the public.

Fox News also reported that Kash Patel and his team of investigators discovered a “previously undisclosed” SCIF at the FBI headquarters.

FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple “burn bags” in a secret room inside the bureau, sources told Fox News Digital.

Sources told Fox News Digital that the “burn bag” system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher.

Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents.

Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham’s final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.

The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordination between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.

In 2023, Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016.

President Trump declassified a binder on January 19th, 2021.

The now infamous binder contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved in our government.

In an explosive development in August 2022 following the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid, sources close to the high-profile investigation revealed that the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was explicitly aimed at recovering a “missing top-secret binder.”

This document is rumored to contain damning evidence of former President Barack Obama’s CIA and FBI involvement in initiating the Russia collusion narrative against President Trump.

The binder allegedly has intercepted transcripts made by the FBI on various Trump staff. It has the tasking orders and debriefings of Christopher Steele and Stefan Halper, the FBI’s main human sources in the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. There is a copy of the final FISA warrant approved by an intelligence court. It also contains details about Fiona Hill, who introduced Steele to the FBI, and much more.

The FBI has wanted these files hidden from the public and even raided Mar-a-Lago to prevent the information from getting to the masses.

5th time is the charm? Diddy’s lawyers want him released pending sentencing.

Sean Diddy’s Combs’ high-profile trial has concluded with the mogul rapper getting acquitted of the most serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges, but convicted of two counts of ‘transportation to engage in prostitution’.

While Diddy’s camp exploded in joy after the sentence, soon it became clear that sentencing may not go as smoothly as they’d hoped, as Judge Arun Subramanian denied him bail, citing his admitted violence towards women.

It was the fourth time Subramanian denied him bail – but now Diddy’s attorneys are back for a fifth try – this time arguing that his conviction ‘is racist and sexist’.

The Telegraph reported:

“In a legal filing seeking that the 55-year-old be released on bail while awaiting sentencing, his attorneys argued the 1910 Mann Act, under which he was convicted, was “rich with both racism and misogyny”.

They also said while Combs had been found guilty of two prostitution related charges, he had not profited financially from those acts.”

Diddy’s violence towards Cassie Ventura and other ‘girlfriends’ is fully admitted by his defense.

“’Sean Combs should not be in jail for this conduct’, said his lawyer Marc Agnifilo. […] ‘In fact, he may be the only person currently in a United States jail for being any sort of John’.”

Diddy’s lawyers asked for a $50-million bond ahead of his October 3rd sentencing, claiming the Brooklin MDC prison to be dangerous.

While most of the country has erupted in outrage after an angry mob savagely assaulted two white people in downtown Cincinnati over the weekend, one prominent local politician has the exact opposite reaction to the story.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, a group of black individuals smacked around a bald white guy at the intersection of West Fourth Street and Elm Street in downtown Cincy and beat him so bad that he could not get up.

Then, a white woman got slugged by one of the cowards. Her head slammed down onto the concrete, and she lost consciousness. Blood was seen coming out of her mouth.

Two people have been arrested in the attack so far. One was out on bail from previous charges.

Now, Cincinnati Mayoral candidate Cory Bowman has discovered something also quite disturbing. Victoria Parks, the Cincinnati City Council’s president pro tem, thinks this wicked mob was 100% justified in its actions.

In fact, she openly celebrated seeing these two poor tourists getting beaten within an inch of their lives earlier this week.

“They begged for that beatdown! I am grateful for the whole story,” Parks wrote in response to a Facebook post.

As one can see, people were not happy with her sick remark.

Just imagine the reaction if this were a white politician gloating over seeing two blacks being beaten.

One can hope this comes to the Department of Justice’s attention soon. Under no circumstances can we have politicians openly celebrating and encouraging racial violence.

Billionaire liberal elitist Oprah Winfrey was allegedly so callous and cruel during the tsunami evacuation in Maui that she would not even let them use a road to escape.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, a powerful magnitude 8.8 earthquake struck near Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula on Tuesday evening. A tsunami warning was issued for all of Hawaii along with Alaska and the entire US West Coast.

Upon receiving the warning, people started evacuating en masse in Hawaii.

Tsunami waves eventually reached Hawaii and California following the earthquake.

Independent journalist Nick Sortor also revealed something very disturbing yet unsurprising: Winfrey did not want the unwashed masses using her private road to escape danger.

Winfrey owns a $100 million home on Maui with a road that connects the coastal area of Wailea to Kula.

Heaven forbid she be inconvenienced or have her view potentially ruined in any way.

“I’m stuck with my children in the truck with sirens going off,” Maui resident Shelby Hosana told Sortor.

“If Oprah’s road was open, I could have a way to get out,” she continued. “Instead we will just hope and pray the first wave time estimates are correct and we still have time to get to higher ground.”

Even worse, police in Maui were STOPPING evacuees from using Winfrey’s road. This is why desperate residents were not able to break in to begin with.

Winfrey and her team eventually relented after being shamed on X.

Winfrey responded to the reports from Sortor and others via a spokesperson in a statement to multiple media outlets.

“As soon as we heard the tsunami warnings, we contacted local law enforcement and FEMA to ensure the road was opened. Any reports otherwise are false,” the statement read.

Chuck Grassley Lashes Out at Trump After President Calls on Him to Ditch a Little-Known ‘Tradition’ That Has Allowed Dems to Stonewall Trump’s Nominees (VIDEO)

Senate Republicans either do not understand the urgency of rapidly approving President Trump’s nominees, especially judges, or they are secretly okay with seeing the Trump Administration getting consistently overruled by far-left black-robed tyrants.

Senate Democrats are currently utilizing a long-standing yet little-known procedure known as the ‘blue-slip’ process to gum up the works.

As The Hill notes, the process works like this: Senate Judiciary Committee chairs do not proceed on federal district-level judicial and prosecutorial nominees unless both senators in the state where those districts sign off on nominees with blue-slip documents.

This means that Trump can’t get any district judges or attorneys approved in states like California, Nevada, New York, and Illinois unless he gets both Democratic Senators to sign off. He also can’t get them approved in states with one GOP Senator, like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, unless the Democratic Senators in those states also give the green light.

Last night, President Trump called on Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the influential Senate Judiciary Chairman, to do away with this ‘tradition’, pointing out how so many Democrats are abusing the process to ensure his agenda remains stymied by radical left judges and attorneys.

Trump also pointed out that Joe Biden and other Democrats broke the ‘blue slip’ process multiple times when it was convenient for them and added that Grassley would be a coward if he did not do the same.

Grassley responded this morning by lashing out at Trump instead of abiding by his wishes or suggesting an alternative approach.

I was offended by what the president said and I’m disappointed that it would result in personal insults. We’re here to do business that’s a very important part of this committee’s work, to do our constitutional duties of reviewing people who require Senate confirmation.

It’s time for Senators like Grassley, who is 91 years old, to retire since they won’t fight fire with fire. Someone like Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) should take Grassley’s place.

A New Low: Antifa Targets George Washington’s Mother with ‘Terrible Act’

As Will Ferrell’s character Ron Burgundy said in the 2004 movie “Anchorman”: “Leave the mothers out of this. That’s not necessary.”

Antifa apparently didn’t get the memo, and went after a monument dedicated to the mother of our first president, George Washington, over the weekend.

Leftists have been attempting to tear down monuments and rewrite history for years. But they are no longer satisfied with attacking great historical figures. They now feel the need to turn their attention toward the mother of one of those historical figures. How despicable.

The Mary Washington Monument in Virginia was vandalized Saturday night. The word “ANTIFA” was spray-painted on it, along with an antifa symbol, according to a Washington Heritage Museums Facebook post.

“The first monument ever erected by women to honor a woman, Mary Ball Washington, was vandalized with graffiti on two sides,” the post said.

“The Fredericksburg Police Department has been notified of this terrible act and is conducting an investigation into the individual or individuals responsible,” it continued.

The group has asked for the local community to come forward if they have any information, and said the group Friends of the Washington Heritage Museums is offering a $1,500 reward for anything that leads to an arrest and conviction of the offenders.

“We also recognize that removing the paint from the monument in a nondestructive way can be both time-consuming and expensive,” the post added. “As such, we are humbly requesting donations from members of our community who are committed to the preservation and protection of the monument.”

The monument is not only a tribute to America’s “first mother,” as the organization calls her; it’s also an important piece of history that illustrates our nation’s founding.

Anne Darron, executive director of the Washington Heritage Museums, shared her thoughts on this heinous act following its discovery.

“Spray painted symbols and words were applied to two sides of the obelisk, defacing a site that holds deep historical and cultural significance,” Darron wrote in an email to Fredericksburg Advance, a local news outlet.

“It’s a heartbreaking incident, especially considering how much time and care WHM has put into revitalizing the property,” she continued.

Darron added. “The organization has cleared invasive trees and underbrush, renovated the Caretaker’s Lodge, and is currently developing plans to improve both accessibility and the overall educational experience for visitors.”

Construction of a monument began back in the 1830s, but it was left unfinished for decades. Then in the 1890s, two female-led organizations — the Mary Washington Monument Association of Fredericksburg and the National Mary Washington Memorial Association — oversaw its completion, according to the Advance.

The Library of Congress website describes it as the “first memorial ever erected by women to a woman.”

“This site preserves the memory of George Washington’s mother, a woman so respected in her day that the nation went into mourning upon her death and would spend the next century to ensure she was properly remembered,” the website explained.

“However, it is also a testament to the dedication and perseverance of the two Memorial Ladies’ Associations who would raise the funds from women throughout the country to make this monument possible, to the first caretaker, Mrs. Frances Goolrick, and to the beautifying efforts of The Garden Club of Virginia, who financed the landscaping in the 1930s.”

Is nothing sacred anymore?

In their hate-filled mission to destroy America’s past, these vandals have crossed a line. They’ve declared open season on the families of figures they don’t like.

If they are allowed to get away with this now — and the trend spreads — what’s to stop the escalation from affecting family members of today’s figures whom they object to?

When they’re finally caught, they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and thereby learn respect for those who sacrificed so we could all live in peace and freedom.

What? Chuck Schumer Calls Q2 GDP Numbers a “Mirage” – “Some Ominous Numbers Lurk Under the Hood” (VIDEO)

The United States’ gross domestic product increased at an annual rate of 3% in April, May, and June, a turnaround from the first quarter of the year, where GDP decreased at a rate of .5%, but Democrat Senate Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed the new numbers are a bad sign.

A report from the Commerce Department finds that the numbers primarily reflect decreases in foreign imports and an increase in consumer spending.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick celebrated the news on Wednesday:

Bessent: Real GDP grew 3% in Q2, surpassing expectations.

Consumer spending is up, and inflation is cooling.

This is what an America First economy looks like, and the best is yet to come.

Lutnick: GDP just surged to 3% and the Trump Economy has officially arrived. Biden’s first quarter is behind us, and growth is already accelerating. President Trump’s tariff policies have drawn historic investments and opened up global markets for U.S. businesses. Congratulations America: 3 percent today, and we’re just getting started.

Schumer on Wednesday cast doom on the numbers, claiming that “ominous numbers lurk under the hood.”

“Donald Trump’s tariffs are weighing down the US economy, spiking costs for small businesses and families alike, and if Donald Trump keeps up the chaos, the dangers for the economy will continue to get worse,” he said.

However, his scripted remarks did not mention the massive success of Trump’s tariffs, which are bringing billions of dollars of new business investment and hundreds of billions of tariff revenues into the United States.

Schumer: And while the Trump administration will try to wave rosy headlines about the Q2 number, today’s GDP number is, in fact, a mirage because some ominous numbers lurk under the hood. Business investment plunged in the second quarter by 3.1%. The fact that business investment plunged so starkly is very troubling.

It shows that, already, businesses are worried about growing their operations, worried about hiring more workers, worried about trading with their international partners, and worried, in general, about the future. And this number is another data point in a larger pattern. Donald Trump’s tariffs are weighing down the US economy, spiking costs for small businesses and families alike, and if Donald Trump keeps up the chaos, the dangers for the economy will continue to get worse.
