The evil of Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold in her actions targeting Tina Peters cannot be underestimated.

Colorado SOS Jena Griswold’s actions against former Mesa County Election Clerk Tina Peters can only be described as unconscionable.  Here’s the definition:

unconscionable – /ŭn-kŏn′shə-nə-bəl/ – adjective – Not restrained by conscience; unscrupulous.  unconscionable behavior.  Beyond prudence or reason; excessive.

Jena Griswold initially moved into the spotlight in the spring of 2021, after the investigations of Tina Peters exposed the malfeasance embedded into our computerized election equipment.  Until that time, Jena had lived an obscure, yet powerful life, rising to stardom by somehow being appointed as President Obama’s Voter Protection Attorney at the young age of 27.  Presently she has amassed power not only as the Colorado Secretary of State, but From 2019 to 2025, Jena Griswold chaired the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State until recently being replaced by Francisco Agular.  Agular has a reputation about as pure as Gavin “Newscum” who has wreaked more havoc on California than imaginable.  On what planet do they find these people who despise America?

Griswold’s disdain for the honest rule of law was exemplified in her effort to take President Trump off the Colorado Ballot in 2024.  While she’s known by the company she keeps, her direct actions reveal a deep hatred of America, as she hides behind the American Flag as a prop.  She’s despised by many, as is evident by reading comments to her Facebook and X Posts, and there are many creative ones that clearly call her out.

On top of it all; like Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Chuck Schumer and others; Jena has this uncanny ability to ignore honest feedback constituents give her, as she keeps on powering ahead thinking she has the immunity to get away with anything she wants.  As bizarre as it sounds, she believes she’s next fit for the role of Colorado Attorney General in 2026.  God help us all if that abomination happens.

Jena’s malfeasance is on par with that of the current Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser.  He and his cronies of corruption clearly colluded with Jena and associates to damage President Trump’s campaign and office for as long as possible.  Their true nature and intentions were also made very clear during the persecution and prosecution of Tina Peters since 2021.  Their end goal was to shut her up in a state prison, where she presently resides for 8 3/4 more years so Griswold and company won’t have to.

The good news is that the new DOJ has begun to look at the trail of those who have perpetuated election malfeasance in Colorado, and SOS Griswold is front and center due to her key role and responsibilities with elections there.  Until now, SOS Griswold never had to answer to a higher authority than those in her immediate ecosystem who shared in her notable cover-up actions.

Since the new DOJ under President Trump has swung into action, Colorado’s Legislative and Law Enforcement “leadership” have finally been confronted with the requirement to answer specific questions regarding the management of their elections.  Those questions will only get harder for Griswold and company as more inquiry is made into the malfeasance being exposed from President Obama’s past.  Remember, Jena worked for Obama, and grew a very shady career forward from that point.

To further illustrate the malfeasance of Jena Griswold, she fabricated a fake election password story against Tina (based upon a single expired password shown in a video that was published on the Internet without Tina’s permission) which ultimately landed her in prison approximately 3 years later via a contrived Kangaroo Court trial.  In comparison, Jena authorized the publishing of over 650 active passwords on a hidden tab on her SOS Website, and never received even a slap on the wrist.

In order to codify the malfeasance inherent in the Colorado election ecosystem, SOS Griswold was the force behind the creation of  Colorado SB 22-153.  This piece of legislation was an attempt to plug the holes in their systems as exposed by Tina Peters and Elbert County Clerk Dallas Schroeder.  Both Tina and Dallas made backup copies of their Election Management Servers as required by Colorado law, and were later reprimanded for doing so.  SB 22-153 then made it unlawful to ever do that again.

The story of Tina Peters and how elections are electronically stolen will be highlighted at this outstanding event in Las Vegas on August 9,10.  Tina will also have a special statement of hers read to the audience, as she is not allowed to have her voice or video released from within prison walls.

The evil of Jena Griswold cannot be underestimated, and all indicators are that accountability for her and her associate’s actions is coming in short order.

The Federal Reserve is expected to keep interest rates steady for the fifth time since December despite massive pressure from President Trump on Fed Chair Jerome Powell and a soaring economy.

This comes following Trump’s visit to the Federal Reserve Headquarters in Washington, DC, where he clashed with Jerome Powell on Fed renovation costs and, afterward, told reporters that they had a “very good meeting” and he expects Powell to suggest a rate cut.

“[Powell] said, ‘Congratulations, the country is doing really well,’ and I got that to mean that I think he’s going to start recommending lower rates,” Trump told reporters.

President Trump also hammered Jerome Powell in a statement this morning, highlighting new GDP numbers and the lack of inflation.

The 12-member Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is meeting today and will release a policy statement at 2 pm ET.

The meeting remains shrouded in secrecy after a lawsuit from investment firm Azoria Capital, which argued that FOMC meetings are illegally closed to the public and sought to bar the FOMC from closing its next meeting, but was shot down by far-left District Court Judge Beryl Howell.

Howell reportedly went so far as to suggest that the lawsuit was meant as “a business strategy to build publicity or generate interest in a new investment fund.”

“If the FOMC’s July 29-30, 2025, meeting is allowed to proceed in secret, it will unlawfully deprive Azoria and the American public of timely access to deliberations that may reveal improper political motives behind the FOMC’s decisions,” the lawsuit read. It also outlines concerns that the Fed “is maintaining high interest rates to undermine President Donald J. Trump and his economic agenda.”

However, attorneys for the Federal Reserve argued that opening their meeting to the public would “irreparably harm the nation’s economy” and would “not be in the public interest.”

Azoria CEO James Fishback, in a statement on X on Monday, accused the Fed of attempting to “deny Americans their legal right to know what the Federal Reserve is doing” and declaring that “Azoria looks forward to continuing our case and fighting for transparency and accountability for all Americans.”

The Federal Reserve is expected to leave interest rates unchanged on Wednesday, six days after President Donald Trump again demanded that the U.S. central bank cut borrowing costs during a rare presidential visit to its headquarters in Washington.

The steep reduction in the benchmark interest rate that Trump wants – he has suggested cutting it from the current 4.25%-4.50% range to as low as 1% – is far out of line with an economy that has hewn largely to a steady-as-it-goes trajectory in the six weeks since the Fed’s last meeting. Such dramatic rate cuts would likely boost inflation in the view of many economists and are more in line with what the central bank would do to lift the economy out of recession.

Trump’s demands, which have coincided with an unrelenting campaign of attacks by the president and administration officials on Fed Chair Jerome Powell, have made little impression on policymakers. Even rate-cut advocates on the policy-setting Federal Open Market Committee favor a more traditional quarter-percentage-point cut at this week’s meeting, not the aggressive rate slashing embraced by the White House.

Even the modest rate cut appears to be a minority opinion, limited publicly so far to two Trump appointees to the Fed’s Board of Governors, Governor Christopher Waller and Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle Bowman. There is speculation that Waller and Bowman could issue dissents if the Fed on Wednesday holds the policy rate steady for the fifth time since December.

Powell is expected to hold a press conference at 2:30 pm ET after the FOMC policy statement is released.

Elon Musk’s proposed ‘America Party’ is beginning to look like another flash in the pan.

The mercurial billionaire, who backed Trump in the 2024 election before recently turning on him, has repeatedly pledged to launch a political party in his own image.

Yet no formal paperwork has been filed, fueling speculation that the so-called ‘America Party’ was little more than an empty threat.

Musk’s reason for starting a third party was ostensibly the passing of Trump’s budget reconciliation package, which he criticized for failing to tackle the issue of the fiscal deficit.

Axios reports:

A Musk-backed “America Party” could disrupt the midterms and escalate his feud with President Trump. But “Musk has read the room,” said Dan Ives, a Wedbush Securities analyst who’s followed him for decades.

The rockets-to-robotaxis billionaire hasn’t taken visible steps to make formal filings for the America Party, and once-frenetic whispers from third party consultants about working for him have gone radio silent.

Musk just had to “blow off steam” about Trump’s “big, beautiful bill,” Tesla investor James Fishback told Axios.

“I look at the half life of how this guy operates,” Fishback said, explaining that Musk recently announced the integration of Grok AI into Tesla cars and an expanded Robotaxi app in Austin. Both ideas are already implemented.

“It has been 17 days since he said he was going to start the America Party. There’s no filing, no candidate,” Fishback said last week. “There’s nothing of substance.”

The operation, which lasted several hours, involved high-speed pursuit, coordinated aerial tracking, and naval interception tactics that demonstrate the Dominican state’s growing ability to combat drug trafficking with strength and effectiveness.

Mental Health “Experts” Expose Psychiatric Drugging Abuse by Their Own Industry

In keeping with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kennedy’s desire to review the effectiveness of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), better known as antidepressants, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) last week held a ten-panel “Expert Roundtable” focused on the safety of SSRI use during pregnancy. In a word, it was extraordinary.

While the roundtable was intended to focus on the risks/benefits associated with prescribing SSRIs during pregnancy, what really occurred was a truth session about the over-prescription and dangers associated with the use of antidepressants, the drugs questionable “efficacy” and the FDA’s shortcomings when it comes to transparency and honesty about antidepressants. In fact, the FDA Commissioner, Dr. Marty Makary, opened the roundtable discussion with a few brief comments giving the audience a glimpse into what used to be forbidden territory by bluntly stating “We’re losing the broader battle…in some respects we’re going backwards. The more antidepressants we prescribe, the more depression there is.” Right. Yes. Finally!

Despite decades of antidepressant use, nobody is getting better, and it appears that the majority of the roundtable “experts” not only agreed but had serious problems with the prescribing of SSRIs to anyone, least of all pregnant women.

Not all the experts objected to SSRI use during pregnancy, though. One expert discussed the benefit of SSRIs during pregnancy mentioning both Fluoxetine (Prozac) and Paroxetine (Paxil) as viable “treatments.” Interesting enough, there is a warning for Paxil which reports “using this medicine while you are pregnant can harm your unborn baby.”

Both mind-altering SSRIs come with several possible adverse events including emotional lability, mania, personality disorder, abnormal thinking, depersonalization, paranoid reaction, psychosis, depression, intense dreams, sleep disturbance and suicidal thoughts and behavior, and suicide attempts.

And, finally, there is a caveat that reports “antidepressants may have a role in inducing worsening of depression.” Perfect. Take this mind-altering drug for depression that may actually worsen depression.

Many of the panelists raised issues about the FDA’s failure to provide the public with appropriate warnings about the exposure to serious risks and poor outcomes for babies associated with antidepressants. One panelist referred to the FDA as having “information problems” when it was reported that the Royal College of Physicians in England had made an official correction about the illegitimacy of the “chemical imbalance” while the FDA, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institute of Health (NIH) have done nothing to inform the public that depression, nor any psychiatric disorder, is the result of a chemical imbalance. It always was a theory and has finally been thoroughly debunked.

It actually was a shocking, yet refreshing, discussion if only for its blatantly honest assessment of the drugging that is occurring in the US and abroad.  One panelist said, “we’re really good at getting people on drugs, but really bad at getting them off.” Truer words were never spoken and AbleChild has long advocated for a mandatory “exit plan” for all physicians prescribing psychiatric drugs.

Another expert interjected that it was time for “honesty about the difficulty associated with withdrawal from antidepressants” and one wondered why the labeling of antidepressants was inconsistent when they are drugs within the same class. All great questions that AbleChild intends to follow in the coming months.

While most of the panelists were surprisingly frank about the over-prescribing of antidepressants, it was Professor Joanna Moncrieff, who really stuck a fork in it. According to Moncrieff, “whether antidepressants are really effective, the data does not support those claims.” And Moncrieff explained “these drugs change the normal thinking and feelings… it’s a state of emotional numbing and the data does not show that this numbing is effective and there is very little evidence that antidepressants have any benefit in treating depression.” Moncrief concluded that “antidepressants have never been shown to reduce suicide, but they have been shown to cause suicide.”

During the nearly two-hour long discussion, AbleChild waited for one of the “experts” to state the obvious…the SSRIs, nor any antidepressants, treat any known abnormality. While it wasn’t presented in so many words, one expert got close when, another participant stated, “mental disorders are no different than medical disorders.”

The response was rapid-fire, and the expert shot back “mental disorders are very different from physical problems as physical problems usually have some basis in pathology.” The expert continued “loneliness, isolation, career dissatisfaction are not things to be fixed with medical intervention.” Boom!

Finally. The cat was out of the proverbial bag. No matter how hard the psycho/pharmaceutical industry wants to push mental health “parity,” there is a difference between medical and behavioral illnesses. One is based in science and usually can be objectively diagnosed. The other is based on subjective understanding of verbal responses to questions.

The FDA expert panel may not have decided whether drugging pregnant women was a good or bad idea, but it was a win for the American people and a shot across the bow of the behavioral health industry. Frankly, these experts seemed fed up and honestly disgusted with the decades-long failed practice of using serious mind-altering drugs to correct normal behavior, especially when it comes to the safety of the nation’s infants and children.

Last week, the panel of ten let the world know that there’s a bigger problem with mental health treatment than just drugging pregnant women. These experts were exposing the real mental health crisis…psychiatric drugs are over-prescribed and aren’t the answer to solving uncomfortable human behavior and, in fact, may actually be causing a bigger a problem.

Four Cincinnati police officers—Captain Robert Wilson and Lieutenants Patrick Caton, Gerald Hodges, and Andrew Mitchell—filed a federal lawsuit on May 19, 2025, against the city and Police Chief Teresa Theetge, alleging workplace discrimination against white male officers. The lawsuit claims that Chief Theetge and the city favored women and minority officers for preferred assignments, which offer career advancement and benefits.

It further alleges that since Theetge became chief, the department has used race and sex-based criteria for promotions and assignments, disproportionately excluding white male lieutenants. This comes as the woke Police Chief has entered the national spotlight after scolding social media and the media for daring to report on the recent viral video of multiple innocent white people being beaten senseless by multiple black suspects under her watch in Ohio.

The United States will impose a 25 percent tariff on Indian goods—along with an unspecified “penalty” due to India’s purchasing Russian energy and military equipment—President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social.

Trump said that India’s own tariffs are “among the highest in the World, and they have the most strenuous and obnoxious non-monetary Trade Barriers of any Country.” He said the tariffs will kick in on August 1.

The move is intended, in part, to punish India for its continued economic ties with Russia throughout the war in Ukraine. Some Republican lawmakers have advocated higher sanctions on Russia, including secondary sanctions targeting its trade partners.

Trump wrote that India has “always bought a vast majority of their military equipment from Russia, and are Russia’s largest buyer of ENERGY, along with China, at a time when everyone wants Russia to STOP THE KILLING IN UKRAINE — ALL THINGS NOT GOOD!”

The president has used trade levies to shore up domestic manufacturing, generate revenue, and address America’s trade deficits. Last month, Trump sent letters to dozens of countries warning of high tariffs if trade agreements weren’t reached by August 1. This week Trump struck a deal with the European Union that most observers say is highly favorable to the U.S.

President Trump fired the federal prosecutor who was appointed to replace Alina Habba for US Attorney of New Jersey.

Last week it was reported that US Attorney General Pam Bondi promptly removed Alina Habba’s replacement after a group of district court judges voted to oust Habba as interim US Attorney of New Jersey.

A group of federal judges last Tuesday declined to extend Alina Habba’s term as interim US Attorney of New Jersey after Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries launched a pressure campaign to oust her.

Alina Habba’s term as interim US Attorney was set to expire last Friday at 11:59 pm.

Last Tuesday, after a pressure campaign from Jeffries, district court judges voted to oust Alina Habba as interim US Attorney of New Jersey and replaced her with Desiree Leigh Grace.

Alina Habba last Thursday announced that she is now the Acting US Attorney for New Jersey after district court judges ousted her from her post earlier this week.

Alina Habba’s term as interim US Attorney was set to expire last Friday at 11:59 pm so Trump and Bondi outmaneuvered the activist judges.

Habba resigned as Interim US Attorney and is now Acting US Attorney for New Jersey.

Donald J. Trump is the 47th President.

Pam Bondi is the Attorney General.

And I am now the Acting United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

President Donald Trump moved to fire the career federal prosecutor New Jersey judges picked to be acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, according to court records filed Tuesday.

The Department of Justice revealed Trump’s decision in an email filed with a federal judge in Pennsylvania, who is preparing to weigh in on an escalating fight between the Trump administration and the federal bench in New Jersey.

Documents filed Tuesday by the Justice Department also show the lengths that the Trump administration went to keep Habba on the job and to be sure that Grace got the message she was fired.

Grace said in a LinkedIn post last week that she was honored to be appointed by the judges. At 12:02 a.m. Saturday, when Grace was to have taken office, Saurabh Sharma, a special assistant to the president, emailed Grace arguing the judges lacked the authority to appoint her and “even if” the judges had the authority, the president was removing Grace from office. The same day, Jay Macklin, the general counsel for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys, sent Grace a letter calling out the LinkedIn post saying, “as you are well aware, you were removed from employment.”

In 2021, Prasad described himself as a “political liberal, closest to Elizabeth Warren” and a “Sanders/Warren liberal,” proudly embracing a progressive identity. He voted for Bernie Sanders in the 2016 Democratic primary, and FEC records reveal he donated to Sanders’ campaign, signaling his support for radical left-wing policies.

In 2020, Prasad declared on X that he wanted “Biden to win more than anything” and confirmed he voted against Trump, solidifying his opposition to the President.

Prasad’s policy positions are a direct affront to the conservative principles underpinning Trump’s agenda. He advocates for universal basic income, student loan forgiveness, open borders, and Roe v. Wade abortion standards. He supports a 50% marginal tax rate for high earners, a wealth tax, single-payer healthcare, universally funded pre-K and community college, and expansive parental leave policies.

Prasad’s disdain for Trump is personal and vitriolic. He has called the President “perhaps the worst president in the history of the Republic.” Prasad has claimed that Trump disagreed with him “on probably 90% of issues.” He compared Trump’s family separation immigration policy to a “human rights violation” worthy of the International Criminal Court. Prasad mocked his election fraud claims as “laughable and pathetic,” and called January 6 “a terrible day.” Further, he even attacked Trump University as a “scam.” Prasad consistently refers to the President as “orange man.” This is a derogatory jab used by the radical Left to attack Trump over his tan skin. Prasad has a strong admiration for Dr. Anthony Fauci, whom he dubbed “St. Anthony of Fauci” with “profound reverence.” Thisfurther highlights his alignment with figures Trump has criticized, particularly over the COVID-19 response.

Since assuming control of CBER at the FDA, Prasad has amassed unprecedented power. He holds three key FDA roles: Chief Medical Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Director of CBER. Reports suggest he is under consideration to lead the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). This could make him more influential than FDA Commissioner Marty Makary. Moreover, this consolidation of authority in the hands of a Trump antagonist and avowed Leftist is a recipe for disaster. Prasad’s actions further demonstrate a clear intent to undermine President Trump’s vision.

On Tuesday, the pressure became too much, and Prasad quietly stepped down from his roles as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER).
