Former top Biden aide Andrew Bates performed an embarrassing self-own on social media.

Amidst the increased scrutiny of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations in Minnesota, Bates attempted to draw sympathy by referencing the death of 8-year-old Anadith Danay Reyes Alvarez, who died in Border Patrol custody in an X post. The child suffered from sickle cell anemia and a heart condition.

The problem? Alvarez died in 2023 while Bates’ boss Joe Biden was in the White House.

Bates was responding to a post from Senate Judiciary Democrats which stated, “Anadith Danay Reyes Álvarez died in government
custody. She had sickle cell and congenital heart disease but couldn’t access timely and adequate medical care.”

“We need to reform immigration detention.”

Bates shared their post and commented, “Not about Democrat or Republican/left or right.”

“Just absolutely wrong.”

Following his post, Bates was on the receiving end of brutal reminders of who was in charge when the child died and the original post received a community note citing coverage of the story in 2023.

Contextual information about the death of Anadith Danay Reyes Álvarez in Border Patrol custody in 2023, highlighting the importance of accurate reporting.

President Trump’s campaign communications director in 2020, Tim Murtaugh, slammed Bates.

“What’s remarkable, Andrew, is the level of pride you must have felt when posting this, completely unaware that it had happened while you worked in the White House yourself,’ Murtaugh wrote.

“Just remarkable. Top notch work from beginning to end.”

WATCH: Trump Signs “Celebrating American Greatness with American Motor Racing” Executive Order to Bring Freedom 250 Grand Prix IndyCar Race to Washington, D.C.

U.S. Capitol building with a banner promoting Freedom 250, symbolizing a celebration of American independence and history.

President Trump on Friday signed an executive order establishing the first ever Freedom 250 Grand Prix in Washington, D.C. near the National Mall in Washington, DC in celebration of America’s 250th birthday.

This comes in addition to planned events this year, including the Great American State Fair, the brand-new Patriot Games, and a UFC fight at the White House.

The race is scheduled for August 23.

In the order, titled “Celebrating American Greatness with American Motor Racing,” Trump writes, “For over 100 years, American INDYCAR racing has set the pace for motor sports.  With speeds topping over 200 miles per hour, the cars and drivers inspire awe and respect in all who watch this quintessentially American sport.  It has given us racing legends such as A.J. Foyt and Mario Andretti, and continues to thrill every Memorial Day weekend when people travel from across the globe to the Indianapolis 500, the largest single-day sporting event in the world.”

“INDYCAR racing is a source of pride and entertainment for our Nation, which is why I am pleased to announce the Freedom 250 Grand Prix in Washington, D.C.  This race, the first motor race ever to be held in our Nation’s capital near the National Mall, will showcase the majesty of our great city as drivers navigate a track around our iconic national monuments in celebration of America’s 250th birthday.”

The Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Transportation are directed to “designate a route through Washington, D.C., that is suitable for conducting an INDYCAR street race and that will showcase the majesty of our capital city in celebration of the 250th anniversary of America’s independence.”

Trump recently teased the announcement on Truth Social with an AI generated ad for the race. In the clip below, Trump is seen flying on Marine One alongside a bald eagle before landing near the track with Americans gathered on the National Mall to watch race car drivers speed through the nation’s capital.

WATCH:

During a press conference in the Oval Office earlier, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy previewed the race, which will be free to attend.

“This is going to be wild,” Duffy told reporters, noting that the last race in the US Capital was a horse race in 1801 when Thomas Jefferson was the President.

“We’re going to do a real race,” Duffy continued.

“This is free for the American people to come to your nation’s capital and see a great road race. Freedom America, speed and road racing. It doesn’t get more American than that.”

Federal agents surrounded the home of Georgia Fort, the far-left ‘journalist’ who stormed the St. Paul church with Don Lemon and others.

The feds early Friday morning arrested Don Lemon, Trahern Jeen Crews, Jamael Lydell Lundy and Georgia Fort in connection with the “coordinated” attack on Cities Church.

Former CNN host Don Lemon was charged with 18 USC 241, Conspiracy to Deprive Rights and 18 USC 248, Violation of the FACE Act.

Earlier this month, Don Lemon livestreamed as anti-ICE protestors stormed a church in St. Paul because the pastor supposedly worked for ICE.

“This is the beginning of what’s going to happen here,” Lemon said as anti-ICE protestors shouted down the pastor and harassed parishioners.

Georgia Fort panicked as federal agents surrounded her home.

“There’s agents at my door,” Georgia Fort said on a livestream.

“As a member of the press, I filmed the church protest a few weeks ago and now I’m being arrested for that,” she said.

“This is aggressive!” she shouted as agents surrounded her home.

WATCH:

Attorney General Pam Bondi fired a warning shot to those who violate the sacred rights of people who are in church.

“Make no mistake. Under President Trump’s leadership and this administration, you have the right to worship freely and safely,” Bondi said.

“If I haven’t been clear already, if you violate that sacred right, we are coming after you,” she said.

(VIDEO) Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs Disavows Attorney General Kris Mayes’ Calls to Murder ICE Agents, Calls for Mayes to Retract Statements

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs recently attempted to distance herself from Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes following a TV interview, where the radical left Attorney General suggested that Arizonans can shoot and kill ICE agents under Arizona’s stand your ground law.

Mayes, who is up for reelection this November after stealing the 2022 election by just 280 votes from now-Rep. Abe Hamadeh, recently suggested in an interview that you could lawfully shoot and kill ICE agents in Arizona.

“You have these masked Federal officers with very little identification, sometimes no identification, wearing plain clothes and masks. And we have a stand your ground law that says that if you reasonably believe that your life is in danger, and you’re in your house or your car or on your property, that you can defend yourself with lethal force,” Mayes said.

“You’re not allowed to shoot peace officers,” she added. “But how do you know they’re a peace officer?”

Mayes further presented a possible legal defense for anyone who shoots an ICE agent, telling 12 News’s Brahm Resnik, “It becomes, did they reasonably know that they were a peace officer?”

WATCH:

Mayes later attacked “right-wing media” and Arizona Republicans, claiming her words were “mischaracterized” in a damage control statement. Notably, she did not walk her comments back, but instead doubled down, accusing ICE agents of “destroying the public’s trust in law enforcement and putting every American, including local law enforcement, in danger.”

“Arizonans do not want masked agents entering their homes without warrants. It is un-American and threatens the rights and safety of everyone in our state. But we have all witnessed the increasingly chaotic and dangerous activity of ICE agents in cities across the country,” Mayes continued before pointing to the deaths of violent leftwing agitators Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minnesota.

Hobbs, who is also up for reelection after barely stealing the 2022 election from Kari Lake, told reporters that Mayes’s comments were “inappropriate” and “didn’t hit the mark.”

“She should retract them,” Hobbs said. “It is the responsibility of every elected official to turn down the temperature and do everything we can to be very careful with our language about ramping up the potential for violence.”

WATCH:

Reporter: As you know, the Attorney General made some comments that got a lot of attention. What do you think of what she said? Was it justified?

Hobbs: I think her comments were inappropriate, and she should retract them.

Reporter: What about them was inappropriate?

Hobbs: It is the responsibility of every elected official to turn down the temperature and do everything we can to be very careful with our language about ramping up the potential for violence.

Reporter: But her point was, she said she was trying to promote safety.

Hobbs:I’m not going to defend her remarks. I’m not going to litigate her remarks. I think they were inappropriate, and I think she should retract them. If she’s had to do as much explaining as she has, it didn’t hit the mark.

ICE Wars: Lady Gaga Stops Show in Japan to Give Speech Trashing US for Enforcing Immigration Laws (Video)

American pop star Lady Gaga trashed the United States for enforcing immigration laws in a two-and-half minute long speech at a concert in Tokyo Thursday night. Gaga is playing a four night stand for her Mayhem Ball concerts at the Tokyo Dome that concludes Friday.

Performer in a skeleton costume sings into a microphone while playing an instrument on stage, with a vibrant blue and green backdrop.

Japan has one of the most restrictive and strongly enforced immigration laws in the world, having recently introduced the “Zero Illegal Foreign Residents Plan for the Safety and Security of People in Japan.”

Gaga’s fan base is mainly women and girls, yet she appears to show no sympathy for those American women and girls savagely raped and murdered by illegal aliens during the mass migrant invasion orchestrated by the Democratic Party under Joe Biden that President Trump is trying to reverse.

Video and transcript posted by fan account Gaga Daily:

“I want to take a second to talk about something that’s extremely important to me. Something important to people all over the world and especially in America right now.

In a couple of days, I’m gonna be heading home and my heart is aching thinking about the people, the children, the families, all over America, who are being mercilessly targeted by ICE. I’m thinking about all of their pain and how their lives are being destroyed right in front of us. I’m also thinking about Minnesota and everyone back at home who is living in so much fear and searching for answers on what we all should do.

When entire communities lose their sense of safety and belonging, it breaks something in all of us. I hope that you’ll all stand with us tonight. I know we’re not in America right now, but we are with our community and we love you.

I’d like to dedicate this song to everyone who is suffering, to everyone who’s feeling alone and helpless, anyone who’s lost a loved one and is it having a difficult time, an impossible time, seeing when the end will be near.

We need to get back to a place of safety and peace and accountability. Good people shouldn’t have to fight so hard and risk their lives for well-being and respect and I hope, I hope our leaders are listening. I hope you’re listening to us ask you to change your course of action swiftly and have mercy on everyone in our country.

At a time where it doesn’t feel like it’s easy to have hope, it is my community and my friends, my family that hold me up. So, I would like to sing a song that does have some hope in it, to try to give us a little bit tonight.”

The song Gaga dedicated was, “Come to Mama,” from her 2016 album, Joanne, followed by Marry the Night from 2011’s Born This Way album.

Variety reported Gaga is scheduled to perform at the Grammys in Los Angeles Sunday where she has been nominated in seven categories including album, song and record of the year.

Gaga will then embark on a U.S. tour lasting into April.

A man gestures while delivering a warning about online security breaches, emphasizing the potential exposure of personal information to authorities.

The website StopICE.net, a platform designed to track and alert users to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activities, appears to have been compromised in a cyber-attack.

The site, which functions as a nationwide mobile alert system for leftists to report ICE sightings and raids, reportedly had its database entries overwritten with a meme featuring former ICE Acting Director Tom Homan.

StopICE.net allows users to submit license plate numbers of suspected ICE vehicles, send alerts via text or email, and access a live map of reported activities.

The platform claims to have over 538,845 subscribers.

It is run by anarchist Sherman Austin from Long Beach, California.

According to multiple social media reports, the hack involved replacing all database entries with an image of Tom Homan, accompanied by text reading: “HELLO STOPICE.NET” and “All your logins, locations, passwords & phone numbers given to FBI/ICE.”

One post described it as “poetic justice,” claiming hundreds of emails and usernames were exposed in a public file, effectively turning the surveillance tool against its users.

At least one Reddit user has reported receiving an unusual text from a number associated with StopICE.net, speculating it was the work of the person who hacked the site and potentially accessed user information.

“Your information has been compromised and sent to the authorities. Sherman Austin is not to be trusted and is a terrible coder,” the texts read.

Screenshot of text messages warning about compromised information and a person named Sherman Austin, emphasizing distrust and poor coding skills.

The website now appears to have been restored to its normal state.

Austin has not yet publicly responded to the hack.

Fulton County Elections Hub and Operation Center sign at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, featuring a stop sign and surrounding traffic.

Earlier this week, the FBI executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center.  The Gateway Pundit reported that sources claimed that Georgia State Election Board Complaint 2023-025 as the basis of the warrant.

The Gateway Pundit has now obtained a special report that was delivered to the Department of Justice and the FBI outlining the potential violations of law in the conduct of the 2020 Presidential Election in Fulton County.  This is believed to be the basis for probable cause used to secure the search warrant.

The report outlines, where applicable, the corresponding Georgia Law and/or Rules & Regulations violated by the action of each alleged Count.

Count 1, for example, states:

On September 30, 2020, the Secretary of State directed county officials to install
untested and uncertified software (version 5.5.10.32) written the week before on 34,000
Ballot Marking Devices across the state before it was tested or submitted to the
Election Assistance Commission (“EAC”) as required. To be clear- this was not a
patch, but a complete installation of a new and untested software version.

This potentially violates O.C.G.A. § 21-2-374 according to the report’s authors.

Additionally, the report includes numerous other issues including:

  • Failure to perform Logic & Accuracy testing as required by Georgia law
  • Ordering over one million “extra” absentee ballots (not alleged to be a violation of law)
  • Failure to perform any signature verification in both the 2020 primary and general elections
  • Swapping of 35 memory cards during a live election
  • Cutting Security Seals, removing memory cards, and “fraudulent returns” then printed on “surrogate machines”
  • 20,713 ballots attributed to ten advance voting machines with no provenance
  • Failure to preserve election records from the initial November 3, 2020 count
  • Unauthorized access and control of Fulton County’s election operations, voting systems, and data
  • No reconciliation or canvass performed in violation of Georgia law
  • Ballot paper authentication disabled across the entire state of Georgia
  • Thousands of ballots added to the post-election hand-count audit
  • 3,930 ballots intentionally scanned and counted more than once for the recount
  • Missing ballot image records from the recount
  • Voting system encryption keys provided to counties unprotected in plain text
  • 103.6 percent and 113.8 percent “citizen voting age population registered to vote” in Georgia and in Fulton County, respectively
  • Hundreds of test ballots included in the official results
  • Failure to “Create, maintain, preserve, or produce a numbered list of voters for all of advance voting”
  • Created Daily Recap Sheets after the election, not during the election as required by Georgia law
  • Fulton County’s official records include 22,534 more ballots cast than voters credited with casting a ballot
  • Thousands of ballots included in the original count are missing from the recount, and thousands of ballots in the recount are missing from the original count

Report of Investigation Fulton 2020 by kmoncla

Mainstream media outlets, pundits, and elected officials have claimed for years that multiple investigations have been conducted and yielded no evidence of fraud or maladministration regarding Georgia’s running of the 2020 election.

There should be little doubt that the results in Georgia’s 2020 election were/are unverifiable given these egregious examples of maladministration and alleged criminal actions.

While President Trump would have still been short in the electoral count had he won Georgia, the U.S. Senate was handed to Joe Biden with the run-off election of Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, giving Joe Biden a “trifecta” in federal government:  the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate.

CNN’s Navarro Calls Pretti ‘Perfect Guy’ She’d Want Daughter to Date Before Disturbing New Video Surfaces

On Friday's episode of "The View," co-host Ana Navarro claimed that then-Republican candidate Donald Trump was sexist for bringing sexual assault accusers of former President Bill Clinton to a 2016 debate with Hillary Clinton.

On Friday's episode of "The View," co-host Ana Navarro claimed that then-Republican candidate Donald Trump was sexist for bringing sexual assault accusers of former President Bill Clinton to a 2016 debate with Hillary Clinton.

Maybe CNN’s Ana Navarro should not have been so quick to offer a glowing assessment of Alex Pretti as the “perfect guy.”

Pretti, 37, was shot and killed by Border Patrol agents Saturday during a skirmish in Minneapolis. He was reportedly armed at the time.

While appearing on “NewsNight with Abby Phillip” Tuesday, Navarro said, “This is like the perfect guy. Alex Pretti — the guy you’d want to date your daughter. The guy you want your son to grow up to be. A decent human being who was serving humanity, serving sick veterans. There’s nothing that has been said about that man that isn’t wonderful.

“So they can’t malign him. They can’t malign him, because we have the videos,” she added.

WARNING: The following post contains scenes that include violence and vulgar language that some may find offensive.

Navarro was referring to videos from the Saturday shooting incident, where it was not clear Pretti had brandished a gun before being shot, as officials first stated. A report by the Department of Homeland Security later concluded that two officers reportedly fired on Pretti, 37, after one yelled, “He’s got a gun!”

However, new videos surfaced on Tuesday, showing Pretti in a violent confrontation with federal agents more than a week before his death.

The footage from Jan. 13 showed Pretti, again reportedly armed, screaming at federal agents, “Assault me, motherf***er!” As one officer got into his vehicle, Pretti spat at him. He then kicked the SUV’s taillight multiple times, causing it to break off.

Warning: The video below contains vulgar language that some readers may find offensive

Agents responded by getting out of their vehicles, grabbing Pretti, and pushing him to the ground. However, they ultimately let him go.

This is the “perfect guy” Navarro wants her daughter to date? An unhinged man commiting crimes against federal officers, screaming all kinds of profanity?

NewsNation host Katie Pavlich, who is a strong proponent of the Second Amendment, posted on X in response to the Jan. 13 incident, “You have a right to carry a firearm and peacefully protest. You do not have a right to carry a firearm and commit crimes.”

The crimes she was referring to were ostensibly attacking federal officers and damaging government property.

USA Today reported that Pretti was an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs hospital, which is certainly an admirable profession.

But he clearly allowed his emotions to take over, multiple times, in violent acts against federal agents just trying to do their jobs.

The day he was killed, video showed agents responding to Pretti as he violently pulled at a woman in the middle of the street. Who knows what his intentions were? Did he think he was helping her? The agents seemed to be focused on his conduct, not hers.

Regardless, Navarro needs to recalibrate how she judges people. Pretti was not a “perfect guy,” and he was not someone most normal people would want their daughter to date.

BREAKING: NIH Set to Ban New Funding for Cruel Dog and Kitten Labs Following Intense Pressure from White Coat Waste

Donald Trump smiles while holding a beagle against a vibrant purple background with the word "VICTORY" repeated.Donald Trump smiles while holding a beagle against a vibrant purple background with the word "VICTORY" repeated.

In a major scoop from investigative journalist Laura Loomer, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is reportedly gearing up to announce plans to stop funding for dog and cat experiments, driven by relentless pressure from the animal welfare and taxpayer watchdog organization White Coat Waste.

Loomer’s report cites unspecified government sources and refers to WCW’s latest investigation into NIH spending, which reveals no new grants have been awarded for dog and cat tests this fiscal year, a clear sign that change is underway.

This development would be a historic victory for animal welfare under the Trump administration if confirmed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

On Friday, Loomer wrote in a post on X:

A new White Coat Waste review of federal grants reveals that the NIH has apparently decided to not fund any new dog and cat experiments in fiscal year 2026.

Sources tell me an official announcement from NIH about dog and cat testing is coming soon, during the second week of February.

If this news uncovered by White Coat Waste is confirmed by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., this would be another huge victory against wasteful and abusive animal testing for WCW and the Trump administration.

White Coat Waste has been the only group calling out the NIH and demanding that NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya and certified Trump-hater and Fauci-lover Dr. Nicole Kleinstreuer immediately end all funding for new and existing experiments that abuse dogs and cats. Meanwhile, PETA and other left-wing anti-Trump groups have let Nicole and Jay off the hook.

As I’ve reported with White Coat Waste since Tax Day of last year, Jay Bhattacharya and Nicole Kleinstreuer have continued to defend, support and fund Dr. Anthony Fauci’s labs and abusive tests on dogs, cats and other animals in labs in the US and foreign countries like China on US taxpayer dime.

In September, Loomer Unleashed confronted Bhattacharya outside of the NATCON conference about this. Jay lied again, and said he wasn’t funding the labs while privately defending NIH’s animal testing!

If White Coat Waste finally forced the NIH to stop issuing new grants for dog and cat abuse, this is a historic win!

I hope the Trump administration will announce that it’s ending ALL NIH funding for dog and cat labs, for both new and existing grants and require that these labs put the animals up for adoption and send them to Kindness Ranch instead of euthanizing them.

Following our coverage of WCW’s investigations into ongoing wasteful spending at these dog and cat labs, NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya exclusively confirmed to The Gateway Pundit in October that the agency is working on a new policy to stop the cruel and wasteful testing.

This confirmation came amid WCW’s exposés on renewed grants for barbaric tests like inducing heart failure in kittens and infesting beagles with ticks.

Despite repeated public promises to phase out such experiments, NIH has faced criticism for continuously extending funding for the bizarre Fauci-era projects.

The roots of this movement trace back to 2021, when The Gateway Pundit was the first to exclusively report WCW’s revelations about Fauci’s beagle lab in Tunisia, where taxpayer dollars funded torturous experiments in which dogs were eaten alive by parasite-infected flies.

That bombshell report sparked widespread outrage and set off a chain of reforms for animal protection that continues under the Trump administration today.

Notably, while WCW has aggressively held NIH accountable, the legacy leftist animal rights group PETA has let the agency, especially Fauci protege Nicole Kleinstreuer, off the hook, even defending her as she justified and made excuses for ongoing animal tests.

Last year, Gateway Pundit also reported how in a now-deleted X post from November 2021, PETA wrote, “Trump did nothing to stop animal experimentation.” This statement came after the first Trump Administration took historic steps to eliminate some of the government’s worst animal testing with the help of WCW.

A costumed rabbit holds a sign urging the appointment of a new NIH director focused on anti-animal experimentation and modern science advocacy.

PETA even tried to smear WCW in The New Yorker out of apparent jealousy over their real victories, stating, “White Coat Waste has young-male-testosterone energy, and it seems like they attack all the other groups for fundraising purposes.”

Goodman responded at the time by telling The Gateway Pundit:

“We’re proud of our hard-hitting campaigns and historic victories against government animal labs that made this issue high politics, front page news, and won the support of President Trump, his family, and his administration. We’ll never apologize for aggressively fighting to save animals from government abuse and to hold federal bureaucrats accountable for lying to taxpayers and wasting animals’ lives and taxpayers’ money. PETA hates us because they ain’t us.”

While this is undeniably a huge victory for animals, taxpayers, and White Coat Waste, Loomer’s post calls for the Trump administration to go further and end all NIH funding for existing dog and cat labs, prohibit new grants entirely, and require labs to adopt out the animals to sanctuaries like Kindness Ranch rather than euthanizing them.

With WCW’s track record of shutting down government animal labs, including primate, dog, and cat facilities over the years, this latest pressure could finally close the chapter on Fauci’s legacy of cruelty.

In a statement to The Gateway Pundit, WCW founder and president, Anthony Bellotti, said:

“White Coat Waste hounded the NIH — and we’re on the verge of victory.

In direct response to White Coat Waste — the watchdog that first uncovered Dr. Fauci’s beagle and kitten tests, and the group that exposed Nicole Kleinstreuer and NIH for continuing to fund them — our investigation shows NIH has apparently stopped doling out new grants for dog and cat labs. This is the exact demand White Coat Waste has made since day one of the Trump administration — and one the NIH repeatedly refused to commit to.

In June, NIH’s ‘animal testing czar’ Kleinstreuer told NPR there was ‘no intention’ to phase out such experiments ‘overnight’— because they’re ‘very important and often scientifically justified.’ Legacy groups in the animal rights establishment clapped like trained seals — even as NIH wasted millions of new taxpayer dollars for Fauci’s pet projects.

So we hit NIH with four million targeted ads and unleashed nearly a quarter million phone calls from our members demanding an immediate phase out. NIH blinked. Kleinstreuer caved. Taxpayers and pet owners are about to win— and White Coat Waste led the campaign.

Our investigations of Fauci’s BeagleGate scandal are what made animal testing a top GOP priority. And we’re grateful to President Trump for helping erase Fauci’s fingerprints from NIH labs. NIH is the world’s largest funder of animal testing and the world’s worst abuser of pets in labs — tracing its disgraceful lineage back to 1887. Under Trump, White Coat Waste is proud to be ending the era of federal feline and puppy abuse with our simple but seismic strategy: stop the money. Stop the madness.”

WCW remains the only animal advocacy organization to shut down any government primate lab in nearly a decade, any government dog testing labs in almost 20 years, and any government cat lab in the last 40 years.

This win isn’t just for animals and their defenders, though; it’s a win for hardworking Americans tired of their tax dollars funding needless cruelty.
