President Trump on Saturday evening threatened to obliterate Iran’s power plants if they don’t fully open the Strait of Hormuz.

“If Iran doesn’t FULLY OPEN, WITHOUT THREAT, the Strait of Hormuz, within 48 HOURS from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate their various POWER PLANTS, STARTING WITH THE BIGGEST ONE FIRST! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP,” Trump said on Saturday evening.

President Trump’s warning comes as Iran is only allowing certain ships, including oil tankers, to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz to all oil tankers and vessels except for a few approved ships.

Oil spiked to $112 per barrel amid the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and Iranian attacks on Qatar’s oil facility.

20% of the world’s oil supply goes through the Straight of Hormuz.

Last Tuesday US Central Command released unclassified footage of US Military strikes on the Iranian navy in the Strait of Hormuz.

The footage showed an Iranian submarine and smaller vessels being blown up.

Iran responded to the “terrorist president of the United States” after Trump threatened to attack its power plants if Iran does not open the Strait of Hormuz by Monday.

Army spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaghari made the threat on state television.

“We have repeatedly said the Strait of Hormuz is closed only to the enemy and to harmful traffic.”

“It has not yet been completely closed and is under our intelligent control, and harmless transit – under specific regulations that ensure our security and interests – is allowed.”

“However, if the United States carries out its threats against Iran’s power plants, the following punitive actions will be taken immediately”

“The Strait of Hormuz will be completely closed and will not reopen until our damaged power plants are rebuilt.”

“All power plants and the energy and information‑technology infrastructure of Israel will be widely targeted.”

Mexican National without “Any US Identifying Documents” Charged with Attempted Murder – Strangles Utah Woman, Then Repeatedly Slashes Her Throat

A Mexican national who lacked “any identifying documents” was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault of a woman in Utah.

The violent attack took place in Salt Lake County by 30-year-old Jesus Alejandro Ramirez-Padilla. He told authorities that he had “thoughts of killing someone” prior to strangling a woman in an alley. He then slashed her throat numerous times.

Salt Lake City Police sent officers to respond to a call of a woman crying in an alley. When they arrived, they found the woman with deep wounds on her neck, bleeding.

The woman was transported to the hospital in critical condition this past Wednesday.

KUTV News Reported:

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A man was accused of attempted murder after police said he admitted to having homicidal thoughts and injuring a woman with the intent of putting “her out of her misery.”

Jesus Alejandro Ramirez-Padilla, 30, was arrested in Salt Lake City, facing attempted murder and aggravated assault charges.

Officers with the Salt Lake City Police Department responded to a report of a woman crying in an alley near 2525 South 500 East on Wednesday. They arrived at the scene and found the woman bleeding, with a deep cut along her neck, according to the probable cause statement.

“Officers used a homeowner’s camera nearby to identify a suspect. They said the camera captured two people walking in the area before they left the camera’s view. The camera then captured the suspect fleeing the scene and the victim struggling to stand, according to documents.” KUTV News Reported.

Authorities found Ramirez-Padilla with blood stains on his pants and hands.

During his interview with the police, he confessed to strangling and slashing the woman’s throat numerous times. He allegedly claimed that he had an altered state of mind because of drugs.

Authorities said that Ramirez-Padilla met her the night before to use drugs together. He was alleged to have said that he slashed her throat to “put her out of her misery.” This was according to what the authorities wrote in the court documents.

He was arrested and has been in the Salt Lake County Jail since Wednesday.

Ramirez-Padilla is likely an illegal alien. Border Hawk is awaiting a response from the Department of Homeland Security.

Iran War Enters 23rd Day: Trump Gives 48-Hour Ultimatum

The Iran War entered its 23rd day Sunday following President Donald Trump’s threat to “obliterate” Iran’s power plants unless the Strait of Hormuz opens “fully” by 7:45 PM Monday evening.

On Saturday, Trump wrote on Truth Social,

“If Iran doesn’t FULLY OPEN, WITHOUT THREAT, the Strait of Hormuz, within 48 HOURS from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate their various POWER PLANTS, STARTING WITH THE BIGGEST ONE FIRST!”

The speaker of Iran’s Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, responded to the threat on Sunday morning by vowing to retaliate to potential strikes on Iran’s power plants with airstrikes of its own which would “destroy in an irreversible manner…critical infrastructure, energy infrastructure, and oil facilities throughout the region.”

“The price of oil,” MB Ghalibaf warned, would  “remain high for a long time.”

Gas prices remained elevated on Sunday. AAA reported the national average gas price at $3.94.

Iran’s Defense Ministry said Sunday it would continue fighting until its enemies retreated, with spokesman Reza Talaei-Nik urging the public to prepare for a prolonged war. He said that Tehran must restore deterrence to make its adversaries “regret” the conflict.

Iranian missiles landed Saturday in the southern city of Dimona, home to the country’s main nuclear facility and birthplace of Israel’s nuclear weapons program. A second ballistic missile attack occurred in Adad, southern Israel, reportedly hitting a residential building. The Israeli Ministry of Health says at least 180 people were wounded by the attacks.

Iran claimed to have downed an F-15 fighter jet on Sunday morning over its southern coast.

Iran launched two ballistic missiles on Friday toward Diego Garcia, the remote Indian Ocean island hosting a joint U.K.-U.S. military base, but neither struck the target, according to the Wall Street Journal. The U.K. condemned what it called Iran’s “reckless attacks,” though it remains unclear how close the missiles came to the island, about 2,500 miles from Iran.

The Iranian Red Crescent said on Sunday that U.S. and Israeli strikes have destroyed or damaged about 81,000 civilian sites across Iran, including more than 61,000 homes and 19,000 commercial units, while Iran’s Health Ministry said 208 children and 234 women have been killed since the war began. They did not provide a total death toll.

Speaking from the site of the attack in Arad on Sunday morning, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on more countries to participate in the American-Israeli war with Iran. “It’s time for world leaders to join us, and I’m seeing movement from some in that direction.”

On Sunday morning, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz gave orders to “accelerate the destruction of Lebanese homes” in southern Lebanon, declaring that the Israeli campaign will follow the “model in Gaza,” citing the mass destruction that was done to the towns of Beit Hanoun and Rafah, specifically.

Space exploration is a tough endeavor, filled with danger.

Back On November 27, 2025, an accident significantly damaged the Russian Baikonur Cosmodrome, during the lift-off of a rocket.

Even with the accident, the crew successfully arrived at the ISS.

Today, after months of repairs on Baikonur, the Russian space agency Roscosmos successfully launched a Soyuz rocket with an uncrewed Progress Cargo Spacecraft atop it, headed to the International Space Station.

But the celebrations turned out to be short-lived, as it soon became known that a glitch in the Progress ship may make the mission considerably harder.

Space.com reported:

“A Soyuz rocket topped with the robotic Progress 94 freighter lifted off from the Russia-run Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Sunday at 7:59 a.m. EDT.

The launch went well, but Progress 94 suffered an issue shortly after deploying from its rocket ride: One of the antennas it’s supposed to use for automatic docking did not deploy, according to NASA.”

“’All other systems are operating as designed, and Progress will continue toward its planned docking at 9:34 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 22’, agency officials said via X on Sunday. ‘Troubleshooting will continue and if the antenna cannot be deployed, Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Kud-Sverchkov will manually pilot the spacecraft through a backup system for rendezvous and docking at the space station’.”

The Progress 94 ship carries 3 tons of food, propellant and other supplies to the astronauts (and cosmonauts) currently on board the International Space Station (ISS).

The cargo capsule is expected to dock with the ISS’s Poisk module on Tuesday morning.

Iran has responded to the “terrorist president of the United States” after Trump threatened to attack its power plants if Iran does not open the Strait of Hormuz by Monday.

Army spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaghari made the threat on state television.

“We have repeatedly said the Strait of Hormuz is closed only to the enemy and to harmful traffic.”

“It has not yet been completely closed and is under our intelligent control, and harmless transit – under specific regulations that ensure our security and interests – is allowed.

“However, if the United States carries out its threats against Iran’s power plants, the following punitive actions will be taken immediately

“The Strait of Hormuz will be completely closed and will not reopen until our damaged power plants are rebuilt.

“All power plants and the energy and information‑technology infrastructure of Israel will be widely targeted.

“All similar companies in the region that have American shareholders will be completely destroyed.

“Power plants in regional countries hosting US bases will be considered legitimate targets.”

The threats come after President Trump has issued a 48-hour ultimatum demanding that Iran fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz, warning that U.S. forces could target key power infrastructure if Tehran refuses.

The waterway, responsible for around one-fifth of global oil shipments, has faced increasing disruption in recent weeks, with Iran asserting control over traffic following clashes involving U.S. and Israeli forces.

U.S. strikes have already hit major Iranian facilities, including sites linked to oil exports and military operations, while stopping short of directly targeting the country’s energy grid.

Iran and its regional allies have responded with attacks on shipping lanes and energy-related targets, raising the risk of a prolonged conflict across the Middle East.

Thousands have reportedly been killed since the fighting began, with multiple countries now indirectly involved.

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has chosen oil and gas executive Alan Armstrong to fill the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Markwayne Mullin.

The move comes as Mullin barrels toward confirmation as President Trump’s Secretary of Homeland Security.

President Donald Trump announced that Oklahoma Senator and undefeated MMA fighter Markwayne Mullin will lead the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) effective March 31.

If Mullin is confirmed and leaves the Senate, Kevin Stitt, the Republican governor of Oklahoma, will be required to appoint a temporary replacement to serve until voters choose a senator in the next election.

Under Oklahoma law, Governor Kevin Stitt will have 30 days to appoint a temporary U.S. senator to fill the vacancy until voters decide the seat in the next election.

The appointee will serve only briefly and is expected to sign an oath promising not to run for the seat in the upcoming election, a measure designed to prevent the advantages of incumbency in the race.

According to NOTUS, citing three sources, Stitt selected Armstrong, a longtime energy executive and former CEO of Williams Companies, to serve out the remainder of Mullin’s term.

The news outlet reported that Armstrong and Stitt were expected to meet with President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago to finalize the decision.

Reports reveal Armstrong previously donated $5,800 to former Rep. Adam Kinzinger, one of the most vocal anti-Trump Republicans.

The two men are expected to meet with President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago on Sunday to iron out the details of the appointment and discuss it further, two of the sources said.

The sources cautioned that the pick could change following that meeting.

In March 2021, Armstrong gave $5,800 to former Rep. Adam Kinzinger, who voted to impeach Trump, according to FEC records. Sources said the donations are likely to be a topic of conversation at Mar-a-Lago.

Armstrong, who chairs the board of directors for the energy company Williams, was one of three main names Stitt presented in meetings he had in Washington, D.C., earlier this month. While multiple names were floated, Stitt was focused on three people: his senior adviser Dustin Hilliary, oil baron Harold Hamm and Armstrong.

Stitt is expected to announce the appointment shortly after Mullin is officially confirmed by the Senate as secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, as early as Sunday.

Ambassador Mike Waltz on ‘Operation Epic Fury’ – “Unlike His Predecessors, [Trump] Stands by His Redlines” (VIDEO)

News anchors discussing current events, with an American flag backdrop, featuring a woman in a pink blazer and a man in a navy suit with a blue tie.

Ambassador Mike Waltz was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to talk about ‘Operation Epic Fury.’

“The maximum pressure campaign is still on. This is related just to those Iranian crude products that have already been loaded on vessels, correct?” Bartiromo asked regarding Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s comments.

“That’s absolutely right, Maria. President Trump’s maximum pressure campaign that he put in place his first term. The Biden administration lifted, and he put it back in place within weeks of starting his second term is absolutely still on,” Waltz said.

“What Secretary Bessent is referring to are the barrels of oil that are already out at sea, are already going to go to Chinese markets,” Waltz said.

Ambassador Waltz explained that with sanctions on Iran’s finances, it is unlikely they will make money on the barrels of oil that are already on the ships at sea.

“This is what the mainstream media keeps missing is that the sanctions on the banks are also still in place, so we do not anticipate Iran sees any of that money,” Waltz said.

“Their entire strategy, because they have been so defeated militarily, is to sow chaos, attack its neighbors, hold the world’s energy supply hostage, or at least attempt to, and this is just one more step to defeat that strategy,” Waltz said.

“At the end of the day, the United States and our global coalition will prevail,” Waltz continued.

“What is the President gonna do in 48 hours, which would be Monday night, if they don’t open up the Strait?” Bartiromo asked.

“As the President announced, he will start by attacking and destroying one of Iran’s largest power plants,” Waltz said.

“Unlike his predecessors, he stands by his redlines, and he’s not going to allow this genocidal regime to hold the world’s energy supplies or economies hostage,” Waltz explained.

“It’s very concerning that Iran was able to strike and send these intermediate term missiles all the way to Diego Garcia. I know one of the missiles was destroyed en route, but the other one, even though it didn’t hit the military operations there, is obviously telling the world that they have these long-term, long-time missiles, enough to travel and hit much of Europe. How concerned should we be about that?” Bartiromo asked.

“Well, it’s incredibly significant, Maria, because Iran has been marching towards an ICBM. They have hidden some of that development under a so-called space program,” Waltz said.

“They have developed a reentry capability with these intermediate-range missiles, and all you have to do is marry up the two with a nuclear warhead,” Waltz explained.

“Thank God President Trump isn’t waiting until that happens and then trying to respond to it. He’s taking care of the issue now, and he has been clear for many, many years. Iran can never have a nuclear weapon, and he is going to do everything in his power to stop it,” Waltz continued.

Senate Votes to Advance Markwayne Mullin For DHS Chief

The Senate on Sunday voted to advance Markwayne Mullin’s DHS nomination.

Mullin’s nomination for DHS Secretary cleared the Senate Homeland Security Committee last week in an 8-7 vote.

Fetterman voted with the Republicans and GOP Senator Rand Paul opposed Mullin.

President Trump earlier this month fired Kristi Noem as DHS Chief and immediately announced that Senator Markwayne Mullin (OK) will become the next Secretary of Homeland Security effective March 31.

Markwayne Mullin will have to be confirmed by the Senate and on Sunday he passed a key hurdle.

The Senate on Sunday voted 54-37 to advance Mullin’s nomination.

Fetterman joined the Republicans and voted to advance Mullin.

Fox News reported:

Sen. Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., survived a key test vote on Sunday on his way to becoming the next Homeland Security chief.

Mullin, who was tapped by President Donald Trump to be the next Department of Homeland Security secretary, still has one more vote to go, and likely won’t be confirmed until Monday evening.

Should he survive the final confirmation vote on Monday, he will replace DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, who Trump fired following explosive hearings on the Hill and after the deaths of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti during immigration operations in Minnesota.

Sunday’s test vote, which was largely party-line save for Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., who was the key vote to move his colleague out of committee earlier in the week, comes after his explosive confirmation hearing earlier in the week.

“I am grateful to President Trump for nominating me to lead the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. I look forward to earning the support of my colleagues in the Senate and carrying out President Trump’s mission alongside the department’s many capable agencies and the thousands of patriots who keep us safe every day,” Mullin said earlier this month.

“President Trump ran on restoring law and order, and he quickly delivered the most secure U.S. border in American history. I look forward to supporting @POTUS’ mission to safeguard the American people and defend the homeland,” he said.

Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman murdered by Venezuelan illegal alien Jose Medina-Medina

Another innocent young American woman has been murdered by one of Joe Biden’s illegal aliens.

Very early Thursday morning, 18-year-old Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman was shot and killed near campus in Chicago.

A masked gunman approached a group of students walking in Rogers Park and opened fire.

Gorman was shot in the head and died at the scene.

On Sunday it was confirmed that the masked gunman who killed Gorman is a 25-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela who entered the US under the Biden Regime.

Police took Jose Medina-Medina into custody.

Per Fox News reporter Bill Melugin: DHS confirms that the suspect in custody for murdering Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman in Chicago is a Venezuelan illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden administration in May 2023. DHS says he was also released from local custody after a shoplifting arrest in the sanctuary city of Chicago on June 19, 2023.

The Department of Homeland Security blasted the Biden Regime.

“Sheridan Gorman had her whole life ahead of her before this cold-blooded killer decided to end her life. She was failed by open border policies and sanctuary politicians who RELEASED this illegal alien TWICE before he went on to commit this heinous murder,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.

“We are calling on Governor Pritzker and Chicago’s sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this criminal illegal alien from jail back into American neighborhoods,” the DHS said.

Full statement from Gorman’s family via ABC 7 Chicago:

“Our beloved daughter, Sheridan, was taken from us this morning in Chicago. There is no way to soften this-this was murder. Sheridan was the light of our lives. She made people feel seen, safe, and loved simply by being who she was. She lived her faith with kindness, compassion, and joy, and she loved her family and friends deeply.

We trusted that she would be safe. That trust was broken. Someone made a deliberate choice that stole our daughter and forever changed our family. We are demanding answers, and we will not stop until the person responsible is identified and brought to justice.

We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support from the various communities connected to our family. It has carried us through moments we could not endure alone. We take comfort in our faith, but nothing can lessen the devastation of this loss.

If you know anything, please come forward. We ask for privacy as we grieve. Sheridan was our light. And she always will be.”
