U.N. Committee Accuses Trump of ‘Racist Hate Speech’ and ‘Grave Human Rights Violations’ Over Immigration Crackdown

If you needed any more evidence that the United Nations (U.N.) should be defunded, here it is.

A U.N. panel has accused the Trump administration of “racist hate speech” and suggested the U.S. crackdown on illegal immigration has led to “grave human rights violations.”

The criticism came in a new report released Wednesday by the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), which took direct aim at Trump and other political leaders over their rhetoric on immigration enforcement.

According to the report, statements by political leaders combined with stepped-up immigration enforcement have allegedly “sparked grave human rights violations.”

“Racist hate speech by political leaders, including the President, combined with intensified immigration crackdowns in the United States, notably near schools, hospitals, and faith-based institutions, has sparked grave human rights violations,” the committee said in a statement accompanying the report.

The panel also claimed it was “deeply disturbed by the growing use of derogatory and dehumanizing language” about illegal aliens.

“Portraying them as criminals or as a burden, by politicians and influential public figures at the highest level, particularly the President … may incite racial discrimination and hate crimes,” the report said.

The committee further accused federal immigration agencies such as ICE of “systematic use of racial profiling and arbitrary identity checks” against minorities.

The White House quickly rejected the accusations, blasting the body for its left-wing political bias.

“The UN’s extreme bias continues to prove why no one takes them seriously,” White House spokesperson Olivia Wales said in a statement responding to the report.

“President Trump is delivering on his promise to make our country safe again: the murder rate has plummeted to a 125-year low, with last year marking the biggest one-year drop in recorded history, crime categories are dropping across the board, and we have the most secure border in history,” Wales added.

“No one cares what the biased United Nations’ so-called ‘experts’ think, because Americans are living in a safer, stronger country than ever before.”

Immigration enforcement has been a central pillar of Trump’s second term after he campaigned heavily on the issue of mass deportations during the 2024 presidential election.

According to Department of Homeland Security estimates cited in the report, at least 675,000 people have been deported since Trump returned to office.

However, that remains just a small fraction of the more than 10 million people welcomed into the country under the Biden regime.

Last month, it was reported that the U.N. was facing “imminent financial collapse” as member states are refusing to cough up the membership fees required to keep this gravy train running.

Nigeria’s Iran-Aligned Shia Movement Takes to Streets After Khamenei Killing

Protesters in Nigeria display flags and portraits during a demonstration, highlighting political tensions and solidarity with Iranian leaders.

Protesters in Nigeria display flags and portraits during a demonstration, highlighting political tensions and solidarity with Iranian leaders.
The Islamic Movement in Nigeria is an Iran-aligned Shia organization with documented ties to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

When U.S. and Israeli strikes killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on February 28, the reverberations reached Nigeria within hours. Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, commonly known as the IMN or Shi’ites, staged protests across Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Sokoto, Gombe, Kaduna, Bauchi, Yobe, Katsina, and Taraba. Demonstrators waved Iranian flags, carried portraits of Khamenei, and displayed placards condemning the United States and Israel.

The IMN is a Shia organization founded in 1978 by Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, directly modeled on Iran’s Islamic Revolution, with an estimated four million followers and branches in nearly 35 of Nigeria’s 36 states. Its headquarters is the Husainiyya Baqiyatullah spiritual center in Zaria, Kaduna State, which Zakzaky established after traveling to Iran in the 1980s, meeting Ayatollah Khomeini, and returning to build a Khomeinist movement in northern Nigeria.

The organization has sustained an ideological relationship with Tehran for more than four decades. The IMN maintains both schools and a paramilitary security wing.

IMN leader Zakzaky issued a formal condolence statement describing Khamenei as a pillar of the Islamic community whose loss would be felt across generations. He attributed the killing directly to what he called the terrorist aggression of Netanyahu in cooperation with American tyranny under Trump and said the attack was an assault on all humanity.

He praised Khamenei’s decades of leadership, his role in preserving Ayatollah Khomeini’s vision, and his efforts to promote Muslim unity, arguing the killing would ultimately strengthen rather than weaken Islam.

In Gombe, IMN leader Sheikh Muhammad Abbari called U.S. nuclear allegations a pretext for intervention. Other IMN leaders from various cities across Nigeria similarly condemned the United States and Israel. The reaction extended beyond the IMN. In Kano, followers of the Qadiriyya Sufi order held Salatul Ghaib, a funeral prayer in absentia, for Khamenei at the Darul Qadiriyya.

The geographic context of the IMN’s operations is significant for understanding the wider security landscape in Nigeria. The IMN headquarters in Zaria sits in northern Kaduna State, which shares a border with Plateau State to the east. Plateau State, particularly around Jos, is one of the epicenters of jihadist attacks on Christian communities in Nigeria. Southern Kaduna, the predominantly Christian southern portion of the same state where the IMN is headquartered, has itself been the scene of mass killings of Christians. The IMN is not operating in a distant corner of the country but at the geographic center of Nigeria’s most volatile religious fault lines.

A critical distinction must be maintained, however, between the IMN and the groups responsible for killing Christians. The organizations carrying out attacks on Christian communities in Nigeria’s northwest and north-central regions, primarily Lakurawa and the Islamic State–Sahel Province, are Salafi-jihadist organizations that have pledged allegiance to ISIS, not Iran.

Their ideological and command structure is Sunni and ISIS-derived, entirely separate from the Shia IMN network. Both are hostile to the West and to Israel, but they represent distinct threat vectors with different organizational lineages and different relationships to foreign state sponsors.

So far, the IMN’s record of violence has primarily consisted of clashes with Nigerian security forces rather than planned attacks on civilians. The Nigerian government banned the organization as a terrorist group by court order in July 2019, with the presidency citing attacks on soldiers, the killing of police officers and a youth corps member, and the destruction of public property.

In 2019, a confrontation in Abuja during a protest escalated when an IMN member grabbed an officer’s holstered pistol, resulting in the deaths of the officer, 15 IMN members, and a security guard. The House of Representatives subsequently expressed concern that the group was evolving in the same way Boko Haram had started. As recently as March 2025, five IMN members and one security officer were killed in a Quds Day clash in Abuja, with police claiming demonstrators were armed.

Quds Day was established by Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979 and is declared on the last Friday of Ramadan each year. It is an officially sanctioned Iranian state occasion calling on Muslims worldwide to express solidarity with Palestinians and opposition to Israel. It is explicitly designed as a global mobilization tool, one of the mechanisms by which Iran projects ideological influence beyond its borders. The IMN’s annual Quds Day marches in Nigeria are a direct expression of that system.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force takes its name from the same source. Its founding mission was the eventual “liberation” of Jerusalem. It is the IRGC’s extraterritorial operations unit responsible for training, funding, and directing Iran’s proxy networks abroad, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and various Shia militias across Iraq, Syria, and beyond.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran reported in December 2021 that the IRGC had established training centers for Zakzaky’s militants in Kano and Sokoto as part of Tehran’s strategy to expand influence across West Africa. Zakzaky met personally with Khamenei in October 2024, reinforcing a relationship that analysts at the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point have described as enabling Iran to spread Khomeinism in Nigeria, including its antagonism toward the United States and the West.

Despite being proscribed as a terrorist organization, the IMN continues to operate openly across at least seven northern states and now in Lagos. The movement mobilized thousands within hours of Khamenei’s death, held organized marches through city centers, and issued coordinated statements from regional leaders, all without apparent government interference. The gap between the IMN’s legal status and its operational reality reflects a broader failure of enforcement that leaves Iran’s most organized Nigerian network free to function.

Academic analysts have warned that the IMN, under sustained state repression and continued Iranian backing, is positioned to undergo a more violent phase of radicalization, potentially triggering a Shia insurgency with direct support from the IRGC and Hezbollah.

For now, the IMN remains Iran’s ideological and political foothold in Nigeria rather than an armed proxy. The demonstrations following Khamenei’s killing, with children marching alongside adults and American and Israeli flags dragged across the ground, signal that Tehran’s investment in that foothold is multigenerational and ongoing.

Establishment RINO Cornyn Loses It and Accuses Reporter of Being “Paid by Paxton” When Confronted With His Decade-Long Record of Betraying President Trump

A reporter interviews a politician while another man observes, with onlookers capturing the moment on their phones in a professional setting.

A reporter interviews a politician while another man observes, with onlookers capturing the moment on their phones in a professional setting.
RINO John Cornyn snaps at Lindell TV reporter Alison Steinberg after being pressed about his record and why Donald Trump should endorse him in the heated Texas Senate race.

Establishment RINO Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) completely unraveled when conservative journalist Alison Steinberg dared to ask the one question every real America First voter is screaming: Why on earth should President Donald Trump endorse this backstabbing RINO after years of knifing him in the back?

The meltdown happened as Cornyn limps into a brutal May 26 runoff against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the fearless MAGA warrior who actually fought the stolen 2020 election and has President Trump’s back when it counts.

Instead of answering, Cornyn attempted to gaslight the reporter, suggesting she was nothing more than a “paid influencer” for Texas Attorney General and Senate Candidate Ken Paxton.

Alison Steinberg: “What do you have to say to the Americans who are questioning why President Trump should endorse you when many say that you’ve been vehemently against his agenda?”

John Cornyn: “Do you speak for all these Americans? I don’t understand.”

Alison Steinberg: “Yeah, actually, I do. Many people are asking this question. Do you have a response? I mean, you’ve been borderline pro-amnesty, red flag laws, anti-border law.”

John Cornyn: Are you being paid by the Paxton campaign?

Alison Steinberg: “No, I’m just a concerned American citizen representing millions of other Americans.”

John Cornyn: “You’re a paid influencer because none of that’s true, and you know it.”

WATCH:

Cornyn’s angry reaction comes as he faces intense scrutiny from the conservative grassroots ahead of a crucial Republican runoff in Texas.

According to former Texas Senate candidate Wesley Hunt, Cornyn is “the LEAST Trump-aligned Texas Republican.”

According to the press release:

John Cornyn is tied, according to the Institute of Legislative Analysis, for being the most liberal Texas Republican in all of Congress.

For months, John Cornyn and his senior campaign staff have been boasting that Cornyn votes with President Trump “99% of the time.” That’s simply not true. In reality, John Cornyn has opposed President Trump’s agenda in nearly one-third of his votes.

Cornyn has repeatedly compromised with Democrats—pushing gun control legislation, supporting mass amnesty, and sending billions of taxpayer dollars to Ukraine. Now that he’s facing primary challengers, he suddenly claims to be “MAGA.”

Yet Cornyn has the audacity to call Wesley Hunt “Fake MAGA.” With his record, that’s laughable. It shows just how disconnected Cornyn’s campaign—and the Washington establishment—are from reality. Texans see through it.

John votes with Trump 99% of the time… More like 69% of the time.
These last-ditch efforts to save John Cornyn’s zombie campaign won’t be pretty, and there is nothing they can do to save it.

QUESTION: Why is John Cornyn lying about his voting record? It’s clear he is much more aligned with the radical leftists he claims to be fighting.

JUST IN: Sarah Rogers Nominated to be USAGM CEO, Kari Lake to Remain in Her Position as Trump Admin Derails Activist Judge with New Appointments

Kari Lake, Deputy CEO of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, seated with U.S. flag backdrop, discussing media and communication strategies.

Kari Lake, Deputy CEO of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, seated with U.S. flag backdrop, discussing media and communication strategies.

Just days after an activist federal judge ruled that actions taken by White House advisor to the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Kari Lake, were invalid, the Trump Administration has appointed a new CEO to oversee the agency, where she will continue to serve as Deputy CEO.

The White House announced on Thursday that Sarah B. Rogers, the Trump Administration’s Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy, will step into the role of USAGM CEO. Trump also tapped Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Mike Rigas to serve as Acting CEO of the Agency until Rogers’s nomination is confirmed by the Senate.

Lake previously told The Gateway Pundit that her “ultimate goal” with the US Agency for Global Media is to “reduce the agency down to zero, and move the assets over to the State Department,” allowing the Department of State to take over broadcasting the United States’s message and foreign policy to the world. It appears this is moving forward with Rogers, the Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy, and Deputy Secretary Rigas taking over the agency.

Lake said on X,

President Trump tasked me with right-sizing @USAGM, a taxpayer-funded global media agency. We’ve been so effective over the last year that the Deep State has done everything they can to stop us, including launching malicious lawsuits at me and the agency. A rotund DC District Court judge wants me OUT of the agency, but despite his absurd orders and rulings, I remain in the exact same position today as I was before: Deputy CEO — where I am even more determined to finish the job.

Last summer, I testified before Congress on the importance of USAGM functions integrating into the Department of State (@StateDept), where we can ensure agency priorities align with U.S. foreign policy and the national interest. I look forward to working with Deputy Secretary Rigas (@DepSecStateMR), a patriotic fighter with experience reducing the size of government, who will serve as Acting CEO. Together, Mike and I, while we wait for Under Secretary Rogers (@UnderSecPD) to be confirmed as USAGM CEO, will root-out corruption at the agency and make it more accountable to American taxpayers.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Lake’s appointment as Senior Advisor to the Acting CEO of the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM) was ruled “unconstitutional” by a judge last week.

In the order dated March 7, 2025, Judge Royce C. Lamberth of the US District Court for the District of Columbia wrote that all of Lake’s actions “shall have no force or effect,” including reduction-in-force notices issued on August 29, 2025.

Lake responded to the ruling last week, signaling plans to challenge the ruling. “The American people gave President Trump a mandate to cut bloated bureaucracy, eliminate waste, and restore accountability to government,” Lake said.

An activist judge is trying to stand in the way of those efforts at USAGM. Judge Lamberth has a pattern of activist rulings — and this case is no different. We strongly disagree with this decision and will appeal.”

The lawsuit was filed by six left-wing USAGM and Voice of America employees who had been placed on paid administrative leave as part of Lake’s efforts to reduce the agency’s size.

One of the reporters, Patsy Widakuswara, was recently caught on a leaked audio tape, siding with Nicolas Maduro and trashing the Trump Administration for “kidnapping” the leader of Venezuela.

WATCH:

Widakuswara: In the case of Venezuela, right, VOA used to broadcast over— to over 100 million people in Latin America, including tens of millions in Venezuela. Now, when the US kidnaps the leader of your country, you would want VOA to be broadcasting accurate information, not just information from the administration that’s doing the kidnapping, right? So, that’s like one example of the loss of VOA’s independent reporting at a time when there’s huge crisis, at a time when there’s, like, major developments in foreign policy and bilateral ties.

Another leftist hack reporter, Jessica Jerreat, was also caught on an audio tape, admitting to blurring the lines between journalism and activism, sympathizing with those who have “immigration concerns” at the moment and signaling plans to undermine the US government’s deportation efforts.

WATCH:

Jerreat: Am I a journalist or am I an activist? Right now, it’s so complex. There’s so many layers of people who for reasons we discussed earlier, I’m not really sure you can understand Alan, who were visa dependent on VOA, or who have immigration concerns at the moment, and so it will be risky for them to step up. And I think it’s been hard to switch that mindset of, am I a journalist or am I an activist right now? But I don’t, I don’t consider it activism.

Prior to this ruling, Lake sat for an exclusive interview with The Gateway Pundit, where she discussed her overhaul of the agency, including her success to date in ending the globalist propaganda and shrinking the agency down to the statutory minimum.

The alleged gunman responsible for the shooting that occurred inside an Old Dominion academic building on Thursday has been identified.

Fox News journalist Karol Markowicz reported, “I’m reliably informed that the alleged attacker of Old Dominion is Mohamed Jalloh.”

She added, “The same Jalloh who was previously convicted of providing support to ISIL.”

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin said he is also hearing that the Old Dominion shooter is Mohamed Jalloh.

Jalloh, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Sierra Leone, was sentenced to 11 years in prison on a terrorism charge in 2017.

NBC News also reported that Mohammad Jalloh, who was recently released from prison, has been identified as the Old Dominion shooter.

LOOK:

Read the DOJ’s previous 2016 press release on Jalloh:

Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former member of the Army National Guard, was arrested on July 3 for attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). According to the complaint, Jalloh is alleged to have attempted to provide services by assisting in the procurement of weapons to be used in what he believed was going to be an attack on U.S. soil committed in the name of ISIL. In addition, the complaint alleges that Jalloh attempted to provide material support to ISIL by providing money to assist in the facilitation of individuals seeking to join ISIL.

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John P. Carlin, U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente of the Eastern District of Virginia and Assistant Director in Charge Paul M. Abbate of the FBI’s Washington Field Office made the announcement. Jalloh will make his initial appearance today at 2 p.m. EDT before U.S. Magistrate Judge John F. Anderson of the Eastern District of Virginia. According to court documents and court proceedings, in March 2016, a now-deceased member of ISIL brokered an introduction between Jalloh, 26, of Sterling, Virginia, and an individual in the United States who actually was an FBI confidential human source (CHS). The ISIL member was actively plotting an attack in the United States and believed the attack would be carried out with the assistance of Jalloh and the CHS.

According to court documents, Jalloh met with the CHS on two occasions in April and May 2016. During the April meeting, Jalloh told the CHS that he was a former member of the Army National Guard, but that he had decided to quit after listening to online lectures by Anwar al-Aulaqi, a deceased leader of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. Jalloh stated that he recently had taken a six-month trip to Africa, where he had met with ISIL members in Nigeria and first began communicating online with the ISIL member who later brokered his introduction to the CHS.

During their meeting, Jalloh also told the CHS that he often thought about conducting an attack and that he knew how to shoot guns. Jalloh praised the gunman who killed five U.S. military members in a terrorist attack in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in July 2015, and stated that he had been thinking about conducting an attack similar to the November 2009 attack at Ft. Hood, Texas.

WTKR provided an update on the shooting at ODU and shared that one victim has been killed and two others have been injured in the shooting.

The gunman has also been reported deceased.

FBI Director Kash Patel said the shooting is being investigated as an act of terrorism.

She repeatedly told the family to “get the f*** out” and made threats of physical violence, claiming she’d be waiting in the back to ‘beat their ass.’

Stinchfield: “Iran Should Have Never Gotten Near Those Tankers Now on Fire!” Trump is Furious! (VIDEO)

Dramatic scene depicting conflict in the Strait of Hormuz with explosions, military aircraft, and ships, highlighting geopolitical tensions and maritime security issues.

Overnight, Iranian drones struck commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz, leaving freighters burning and sending shockwaves through global energy markets.

But here’s the question I’m asking today: why wasn’t the U.S. Navy ready for this? Iran has said for years that its number one military objective in a conflict would be shutting down the Strait of Hormuz.

That threat wasn’t hidden.

It was repeated over and over again.

Yet ships are now on fire in the world’s most important shipping lane. Protecting that corridor is the responsibility of the U.S. Fifth Fleet.

So, how did the most predictable move Iran could make catch us unprepared?

Now that Iran has escalated and commercial vessels are burning in the water, the response will be far more severe. If Tehran wanted to trigger overwhelming retaliation, they may have just done exactly that.

WOW: Trump SUED By SNAP Recipients…

Five families with food stamps just dragged the Trump administration to federal court over candy bars, soda, and the government’s sudden authority to decide what poor people deserve to eat.

From Nebraska’s Experiment to National Controversy

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins handed Nebraska the first waiver on May 19, 2025, banning soda and energy drinks from SNAP purchases. Within ten months, 21 more states secured similar approvals, creating a patchwork of prohibited items spanning fruit drinks under 50 percent juice, prepared desserts, sugar-sweetened beverages, and candy. The rapid expansion stems from the Trump administration’s Make America Healthy Again initiative, championed by Rollins and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who told governors in June 2025 that taxpayers shouldn’t fund products fueling chronic disease.

The escalation blindsided recipients accustomed to decades of broad purchasing freedom under SNAP, established by the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008. By December 2025, Rollins announced six additional state approvals, framing the waivers as empowering states to protect children from processed foods. March 4, 2026, marked the 22nd waiver approval, triggering the lawsuit filed one week later in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by five plaintiffs from Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

When Policy Collides With Real Lives

Amanda Johnson’s story encapsulates the lawsuit’s human stakes. The Tennessee mother depends on SNAP to feed her autistic daughter, whose eating disorder limits her diet to specific restricted foods including M&Ms and fruit punch. Johnson now faces impossible choices at checkout: use benefits for allowed foods her daughter won’t eat, or spend scarce cash on necessities the government suddenly deems unworthy. Her situation exposes the fundamental flaw critics see in the waivers—they draw arbitrary nutritional lines that ignore complex medical realities, dietary restrictions from allergies, and the daily energy demands of low-income workers.

The plaintiffs, represented by the National Center for Law and Economic Justice and private attorneys, argue the waivers violate the Administrative Procedure Act and Food and Nutrition Act by exceeding USDA authority without reasoned decision-making. They point to 2018, when the USDA itself rejected state proposals for similar bans, citing lack of health evidence, administrative burdens on retailers, and the impossibility of defining “healthy” without arbitrary distinctions. The sudden reversal under Rollins raises questions about whether politics trumped analysis, especially given Kennedy’s public pressure for all governors to adopt bans by 2026’s end.

The Conservative Case For and Against Restrictions

The administration’s position appeals to fiscal conservatives weary of subsidizing junk food with tax dollars while chronic disease rates climb. Rollins and Kennedy frame the restrictions as restoring SNAP’s nutritional purpose, protecting children from processed foods, and leveraging purchasing power to incentivize healthier choices. The Make America Healthy Again initiative resonates with voters who see government assistance programs enabling poor dietary habits rather than lifting families out of poverty. States gained flexibility to tailor restrictions, a federalist approach conservatives typically champion over one-size-fits-all mandates.

Yet the lawsuit highlights conservative principles the waivers arguably violate. Personal freedom and parental authority clash with bureaucrats dictating grocery lists. The patchwork of 22 different state rules creates regulatory chaos for retailers and confusion for recipients moving across state lines, contradictions anathema to limited government ideals. The 2018 USDA analysis—conducted under both parties—found no proven health benefits, raising concerns about feel-good policies lacking empirical justification. Amanda Johnson’s predicament demonstrates how central planning fails individuals with unique needs, a core conservative critique of government overreach.

Precedent, Politics, and What Comes Next

This lawsuit diverges from parallel SNAP litigation making headlines in 2026. Separate cases involve Democratic-led states challenging SNAP eligibility cuts totaling 186 billion dollars over ten years and emergency suspensions during government shutdowns. Those suits address funding and access; this case targets what beneficiaries can buy, a novel legal battleground. The D.C. federal court must decide whether USDA waivers rest on reasoned analysis or political expediency, with implications stretching beyond nutrition policy to administrative law’s boundaries.

The USDA declined comment on pending litigation as of March 12, leaving Rollins’ December 2025 statement as the administration’s public defense. Grocery retailers face mounting compliance costs adapting systems to varying state rules, while recipients in 22 states navigate restricted aisles with benefits that suddenly won’t cover former staples. If the court voids the waivers, Kennedy’s goal of nationwide bans collapses; if upheld, expect rapid expansion as remaining states join the bandwagon. The case tests whether common sense health reforms can coexist with individual liberty, or whether good intentions pave roads to unintended consequences that harm the vulnerable families policies claim to protect.
