Grassley, Johnson Release New Records Detailing Bogus ‘Arctic Frost’ Investigation Which Formed Basis of Jack Smith’s Probe

Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson on Tuesday released new records detailing the FBI and DOJ’s sweeping investigation that formed the basis of Jack Smith’s DC case against President Trump.

Last month Grassley and Johnson blew the lid off another sham investigation orchestrated by Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice and compromised FBI.

According to the documents released last month, the FBI and DOJ weaponized their power to target President Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, and their allies through a probe dubbed “Arctic Frost.”

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

The FBI did not require a warrant to take possession of government phones from the Biden White House. However, after securing the devices, agents began preparing a search warrant to access their data, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News.

The senators claim anti-Trump FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault violated FBI protocols—specifically the “No Self-Approval Rule”—to kickstart the investigation, which later turned into Special Counsel Jack Smith’s bogus lawfare case against Trump, relying on fabricated justifications, including the absurd claim that Trump and his associates had engaged in “fraudulent” activities related to the 2020 election.

The whistleblower documents detailed how the FBI aggressively pursued over 50 subpoenas, secretly gathered records from more than 100 different facilities and email accounts, and conducted a second wave of interviews across multiple states in their attempt to form a case against Trump and his inner circle.

New records released revealed prosecutors in the US Attorney’s Office in DC who joined Jack Smith’s inquisition coordinated with FBI agents to plan and execute Arctic Frost.

Newly-disclosed FBI emails provided by legally protected whistleblowers show:

Officials in the Biden White House, including then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su, personally assisted the FBI in securing the government cell phones of President Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence. The cell phones were acquired before Trump was formally added as a subject of the investigation.
Prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C. – including U.S. Attorney Thomas Windom, who later joined Jack Smith’s team as a main attorney – coordinated extensively with FBI agents in the Washington Field Office to plan, approve and execute Arctic Frost.
Further evidence anti-Trump FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) Timothy Thibault played a central role in opening and advancing the Arctic Frost investigation, despite other agents’ concerns that the evidence only supported a limited preliminary investigation.

Official statement from the White House:

Section 1. Purpose. In order to secure America’s economic prosperity and national security, lower the cost of living, and provide for increases in electrical demand from emerging technologies, we must increase domestic energy production, including coal. Coal is abundant and cost effective, and can be used in any weather condition. Moreover, the industry has historically employed hundreds of thousands of Americans. America’s coal resources are vast, with a current estimated value in the trillions of dollars, and are more than capable of substantially contributing to American energy independence with excess to export to support allies and our economic competitiveness. Our Nation’s beautiful clean coal resources will be critical to meeting the rise in electricity demand due to the resurgence of domestic manufacturing and the construction of artificial intelligence data processing centers. We must encourage and support our Nation’s coal industry to increase our energy supply, lower electricity costs, stabilize our grid, create high-paying jobs, support burgeoning industries, and assist our allies.

Sec. 2. Policy. It is the policy of the United States that coal is essential to our national and economic security. It is a national priority to support the domestic coal industry by removing Federal regulatory barriers that undermine coal production, encouraging the utilization of coal to meet growing domestic energy demands, increasing American coal exports, and ensuring that Federal policy does not discriminate against coal production or coal-fired electricity generation.

Sec. 3. Strengthening Our National Energy Security. The Chair of the National Energy Dominance Council (NEDC) shall designate coal as a “mineral” as defined in section 2 of Executive Order 14241 of March 20, 2025 (Immediate Measures to Increase American Mineral Production), thereby entitling coal to all the benefits of a “mineral” under that order. Further, Executive Order 14241 is hereby amended by deleting the reference to “4332(d)(1)(B)” in section 6(d) of that order and replacing it with a reference to “4532(d)(1)(B)”.

Sec. 4. Assessing Coal Resources and Accessibility on Federal Lands. (a) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Agriculture, and the Secretary of Energy shall submit a consolidated report to the President through the Assistant to the President for Economic Policy that identifies coal resources and reserves on Federal lands, assesses impediments to mining such coal resources, and proposes policies to address such impediments and ultimately enable the mining of such coal resources by either private or public actors.

(b) The Secretary of Energy shall include in the report described in subsection (a) of this section an analysis of the impact that the availability of the coal resources identified could have on electricity costs and grid reliability.

Sec. 5. Lifting Barriers to Coal Mining on Federal Lands. (a) The Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture shall prioritize coal leasing and related activities, consistent with applicable law, as the primary land use for the public lands with coal resources identified in the report described in section 4(a) of this order and expedite coal leasing in these areas, including by utilizing such emergency authorities as are available to them and identifying opportunities to provide for expedited environmental reviews, consistent with applicable law.

(b) The Secretary of the Interior, pursuant to the authorities in the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended and supplemented (30 U.S.C. 181 et seq.), the Mineral Leasing Act for Acquired Lands of 1947, as amended (30 U.S.C. 351-359), and the Multiple Mineral Development Act of 1954 (30 U.S.C. 521-531 et seq.), shall acknowledge the end of the Jewell Moratorium by ordering the publication of a notice in the Federal Register terminating the “Environmental Impact Statement Analyzing the Potential Environmental Effects from Maintaining Secretary Jewell’s Coal Leasing Moratorium”, and process royalty rate reduction applications from Federal coal lessees in as expeditious a manner as permitted by applicable law.

Sec. 6. Supporting American Coal as an Energy Source. (a) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Secretary of Transportation, the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Energy, the Secretary of Labor, and the Secretary of the Treasury shall identify any guidance, regulations, programs, and policies within their respective executive department or agency that seek to transition the Nation away from coal production and electricity generation.

(b) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the heads of all relevant executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall consider revising or rescinding Federal actions identified in subsection (a) of this section consistent with applicable law.

(c) Agencies that are empowered to make loans, loan guarantees, grants, equity investments, or to conclude offtake agreements, both domestically and abroad, shall, to the extent permitted by law, take steps to rescind any policies or regulations seeking to or that actually discourage investment in coal production and coal-fired electricity generation, such as the 2021 U.S. Treasury Fossil Fuel Energy Guidance for Multilateral Development Banks rescinded by the Department of the Treasury and similar policies or regulations.

(d) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Energy, the Chief Executive Officer of the International Development Finance Corporation, the President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and the heads of all other agencies that have discretionary programs that provide, facilitate, or advocate for financing of energy projects shall review their charters, regulations, guidance, policies, international agreements, analytical models and internal bureaucratic processes to ensure that such materials do not discourage the agency from financing coal mining projects and electricity generation projects. Consistent with law, and subject to the applicable agency head’s discretion, where appropriate, any identified preferences against coal use shall immediately be eliminated except as explicitly provided for in statute.

Sec. 7. Supporting American Coal Exports. The Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Energy, the United States Trade Representative, the Assistant to the President for National Security, and the heads of other relevant agencies, shall take all necessary and appropriate actions to promote and identify export opportunities for coal and coal technologies and facilitate international offtake agreements for United States coal.

Sec. 8. Expanding Use of Categorical Exclusions for Coal Under the National Environmental Policy Act. Within 30 days of the date of this order, each agency shall identify to the Council on Environmental Quality any existing and potential categorical exclusions pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act, increased reliance on and adoption of which by other agencies pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 4336c could further the production and export of coal.

Sec. 9. Steel Dominance. (a) The Secretary of Energy, pursuant to the authority under the Energy Act of 2020 (the “Act”), shall determine whether coal used in the production of steel meets the definition of a “critical material” under the Act and, if so, shall take steps to place it on the Department of Energy Critical Materials List.

(b) The Secretary of the Interior, pursuant to the authority under the Act, shall determine whether metallurgical coal used in the production of steel meets the criteria to be designated as a “critical mineral” under the Act and, if so, shall take steps to place coal on the Department of the Interior Critical Minerals List.

Sec. 10. Powering Artificial Intelligence Data Centers. (a) For the purposes of this order, “artificial intelligence” or “AI” has the meaning set forth in 15 U.S.C. 9401(3).

(b) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of Commerce, and the Secretary of Energy shall identify regions where coal-powered infrastructure is available and suitable for supporting AI data centers; assess the market, legal, and technological potential for expanding coal-based infrastructure to power data centers to meet the electricity needs of AI and high-performance computing operations; and submit a consolidated summary report with their findings and proposals to the Chair of the NEDC, the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology and the Special Advisor for AI and Crypto.

Sec. 11. Acceleration of Coal Technology. (a) The Secretary of Energy shall take all necessary actions, consistent with applicable law, to accelerate the development, deployment, and commercialization of coal technologies including, but not limited to, utilizing all available funding mechanisms to support the expansion of coal technology, including technologies that utilize coal and coal byproducts such as building materials, battery materials, carbon fiber, synthetic graphite, and printing materials, as well as updating coal feedstock for power generation and steelmaking.

(b) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Energy shall submit a detailed action plan to the President through the Chair of the NEDC outlining the funding mechanisms, programs, and policy actions taken to accelerate coal technology deployment.

Sec. 12. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

HILARIOUS! White House Trolls Libs, Names Replacement for 200 Year Old Jackson Magnolia “MAGAnolia” as Trump Plants Sapling at White House

President Trump plants Jackson Magnolia tree replacement

President Trump on Tuesday did the honors of planting a “MAGAnolia” sapling and descendant of the 200-year-old “Jackson Magnolia” tree on the White House Lawn to replace the original historic White House fixture.

The White House shared photos and video of the President digging the hole and planting the new tree, which they dubbed the “new MAGAnolia sapling.”

WATCH:

Per USA Today:

The White House has planted a new sapling to replace an ancient magnolia named for President Andrew Jackson.

The nation’s seventh president brought the seeds of a southern magnolia tree from his home near Nashville, Tennessee, to the White House lawn in the early 1800s, according to the National Park Service.

The tree, part of a group of magnolias near the South Portico, was determined to be a safety threat, according to a team of experts. They included master arborists, the National Park Service, the White House Grounds Superintendent, the White House Executive Residence, the Offices of the President and the First Lady, and the Secret Service.

Jackson, whose nickname was Old Hickory was inspired by his tough-as-a-tree demeanor, planted the tree in memory of his wife, Rachel, who died before he took office in 1829, according to the park service.

After the event, the White House commemorated the moment on X with pure gold, commenting, “President Donald J. Trump planted a new MAGAnolia sapling at the White House.” It is unclear at this time if the term “MAGAnolia” will play into any official renaming of the tree.

SecDef Pete Hegseth Vows the US Will Take Back the Panama Canal from China’s Influence

SecDef Hegseth: ‘China will not weaponize the Panama canal.’

During his trip to Panama today (8), ostensibly for a Central American Security Conference, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth was crystal clear about the absolute priority for US President Donald J. Trump that is securing the Panama Canal, and ridding this vital shipping lane from Chinese influence.

Fox News reported:

“’The United States of America will not allow communist China or any other country to threaten the canal’s operation or integrity’, he said during a press event from the Central American nation. ‘To this end, the United States and Panama have done more in recent weeks to strengthen our defense and security cooperation than we have in decades’.

‘Together, we will take back the Panama Canal from China’s influence’, he added.”

Panama denies that China would control the canal because it operates two ports on either end of the waterway.

“However, the Central American nation withdrew from its 2017 Belt and Road Initiative agreements with Beijing earlier this year in a signal that Panama has chosen to side with the Trump administration in this geopolitical spat.”

“Hegseth laid out a litany of joint exercises, operations and the general presence of the U.S. military in and around the canal in a move to counter China.”

He said Chinese companies install ‘critical infrastructure’ in the canal, allowing the ‘potential ability to conduct surveillance’.

“’This makes Panama and the United States less secure, less prosperous, less sovereign’, he added. I want to be very clear. China did not build this canal. China does not operate this canal, and China will not weaponize this canal’, Hegseth said.”

NEW: North Carolina Supreme Court Halts Previous Order Requiring Verification of 65,000 Ballots in Hotly Contested Judicial Race

The North Carolina Supreme Court halted a previous order from the state appeals court requiring the verification of 65,000 questionable ballots.

This case has been bouncing around between state and federal courts.

Last week the North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled that approximately 65,000 ballots — cast by voters with incomplete registration information, missing photo identification, or submitted by individuals who have never lived in North Carolina — may be invalid under state and federal election law.

The 2-1 decision was authored by Judges John Tyson and Fred Gore, both registered Republicans. Judge Tobias Hampson, a Democrat, dissented.

The court ordered election officials across the state’s 100 counties to notify affected voters, giving them 15 business days to prove they are legally eligible to vote, or their ballots could be tossed out, handing conservatives a chance to reclaim a critical seat on the state’s highest court.

In January, the North Carolina Supreme Court in a 5-1 vote blocked the state from certifying Democrat incumbent justice Allison Riggs as the winner of the race as her GOP opponent, Jefferson Griffin, challenges the election.

As previously reported, North Carolina’s Supreme Court race headed for a recount due to a close final tally as the Democrat pulled ahead two weeks after Election Day.

Democrat incumbent Sarah Riggs closed the race with 2,770,818 votes to GOP challenger Jefferson Griffin’s 2,770,193 votes.

The race went to a recount since the vote difference is fewer than 10,000 votes.

Republican Griffin was leading the race until all of a sudden Democrat Riggs overcame her opponent weeks after the election.

President Trump won North Carolina by more than 3 percent over Kamala Harris in the 2024 election but somehow the Democrats took many down ballot races.

The Democrat incumbent is now ahead by 600 votes after late votes came in for the North Carolina Supreme Court seat.

On Monday, the North Carolina Supreme Court temporarily halted the order requiring the verification of the 65,000 ballots so it can review the Allison Riggs’ appeal.

NBC News reported:

The North Carolina Supreme Court on Monday temporarily blocked a lower court’s ruling that would have required that more than 65,000 votes cast in the disputed 2024 state Supreme Court race be recounted and verified.

The state Supreme Court’s two-sentence order prevents a ruling issued Friday from going into effect so it can review an appeal from the Democratic candidate in the contest.

The ruling Monday is the latest development in a long and winding saga following a close finish in November.

FEARLESS: DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Delivers a Sassy One-Liner to Criminal Illegal Alien as She Dodges His Flailing Attacks (VIDEO)

Credit: @JennieSTaer X Screenshot

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has helped preside over the most secure border in American history during her short time in office. She has also shown that she is willing to personally assist our brave law enforcement agents on their missions to help secure America and keep her wits despite possible safety risks.

As The New York Post reported, Noem led roughly 100 federal agents on an early morning raid Tuesday in Phoenix, Arizona. The agents came from ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations, Homeland Security Investigations, the FBI, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.

The mission was a success as three illegals were snatched up on multiple charges, including weapons, drug offenses, and money laundering.

Noem often takes part in these types of raids to bring exposure to the incredible work performed by our federal agents as they remove dangerous individuals from the United States. But today was more eventful than usual when one of the illegals nabbed tried to attack her using his tiny legs.

Jose Escobar-Robles had been detained by authorities for illegally funneling money to Mexico to financially assist cartels involved in drug smuggling and human trafficking. Noem went up to him as he was sitting handcuffed in the back of a police car.

“Do you understand the charges against you?” Noem asked Escobar-Robles.

After the illegal gave an unintelligible response, Noem informed him that he would be prosecuted for his alleged crimes.

“You don’t commit crimes in our country,” she added. Upon hearing this, Escobar-Robles lifted leg and attempted to kick her multiple times.

An unfazed Noem easily dodged his falling attacks and delivered this sassy response: “Yeah, yeah. You’re scaring me with your crocs.”

Noem then asked the illegal if he had any family as the illegal continued to kick at her. Finally, he threw in the towel and begged to be taken away.

“Let’s go. Let’s go,” he whimpered.

“Ah, we’ll go, we’ll go,” Noem replied. “You’re gonna go. You’re gonna go home. And you’re gonna get prosecuted.”

In a New York Post interview, Noem praised the level of cooperation she has seen with federal enforcement agencies and said that deportations will be picking up.

“The effort of cooperation we have between agencies is getting turned onto steroids. We have this being multiplied across the country exponentially, now anyone who’s in this country illegally that’s committing crimes and has broken our laws will face consequences,” Noem said.

“We’ll be sweeping them up faster than we ever have before.”

WATCH LIVE: President Trump Delivers Remarks at National Republican Congressional Committee Dinner

President Trump Delivers Address to Joint Session of Congress on March 4, 2025 – via @realDonaldTrump on X

President Trump will deliver remarks tonight to members of Congress at the National Republican Congressional Committee fundraising dinner.

Trump’s keynote speech at the dinner comes as Republicans vie to maintain control of the House and Senate in the critical 2026 midterm elections.

The dinner is reportedly expected to raise at least $10 million for the campaign arm of House Republicans.

Both parties are already mobilizing for the midterm elections next November, which will determine the fate of the Trump Administration and our country.

Per Fox:

Asked what concerns him the most when it comes to defending the House majority, NRCC chair Rep. Richard Hudson said in a Fox News Digital interview on Monday that “Democrats have a structural advantage when it comes to fundraising. They always seem to have just mountains of money. So I think the amount of money the Democrats raise is probably the only thing that really concerns me.”

Hudson, a North Carolina Republican and 12-year veteran of the House, said that “the President understands that he’s got to keep the House majority in the midterm so that he has a four-year runway, instead of a two-year runway to get his agenda enacted.”

And pointing to the House Democratic leader, Hudson added, “Speaker Hakeem Jeffries would fight President Trump on every front, and it would be really difficult for him to achieve his agenda. President Trump understands it’s important to hold the House and he’s, he’s been extremely helpful to us and we appreciate it.”

Hours before Trump was scheduled to attend the NRCC fundraiser, the House Democrats’ campaign arm took aim at nearly three dozen Republican-held seats in the chamber as they aim to win back the majority.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) on Tuesday morning released its initial 2026 target list, which included 35 GOP-controlled seats, and launched an effort to fundraise for the party’s eventual nominees in each of the districts.

During his speech tonight, the President will likely call on Congress members to pass laws that codify his agenda and executive orders and reinforce his current policies against activist judges and a potential Democratic majority in 2027.

During a press briefing earlier, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters that President Trump is “counting on” House Republicans to pass the Senate-approved budget.

President Trump Says Top Team From South Korea “On a plane Heading to the U.S.” to Discuss Trade, Tariffs, and More, Hints at Deal with China – Press Sec Says “It was a Mistake for China to Retaliate” (VIDEO)

Credit: @RapidResponse47 screenshot

President Trump announced Tuesday morning that he spoke with the acting President of South Korea, Han Duck-soo, and a team from South Korea was already on the plane to the U.S. to negotiate trade, tariffs, and “other subjects.”

“We talked about their tremendous and unsustainable Surplus, Tariffs, Shipbuilding, large scale purchase of U.S. LNG, their joint venture in an Alaska Pipeline, and payment for the big time Military Protection we provide to South Korea,” Trump said. “They began these Military payments during my first term, Billions of Dollars, but Sleepy Joe Biden, for reasons unknown, terminated the deal. That was a shocker to all!”

Tariffs against U.S. trading partners, announced Wednesday, are set to take effect tonight at midnight.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump also announced on Monday that President Trump had spoken to the Japanese Prime Minister on Monday morning, and that Japan’s “top team” of negotiators would be meeting with U.S. officials to strike a new tariff agreement.

JUST IN: Trump Announces Japanese Prime Minister is Sending Negotiators to Discuss Tariffs

He further commented on China’s rebellion against the tariffs, saying they “badly” want to make a deal, but “they don’t know how to get it started.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump got tougher on China, announcing harsher tariffs Monday. He announced 50% tariffs in addition to the 34% he imposed last week on Chinese goods after China threatened 34% retaliatory tariffs. Tonight, 104% tariffs on Chinese imports will be imposed.

Trump released the following statement regarding his call with South Korea on Tuesday morning:

I just had a great call with the Acting President of South Korea. We talked about their tremendous and unsustainable Surplus, Tariffs, Shipbuilding, large scale purchase of U.S. LNG, their joint venture in an Alaska Pipeline, and payment for the big time Military Protection we provide to South Korea. They began these Military payments during my first term, Billions of Dollars, but Sleepy Joe Biden, for reasons unknown, terminated the deal. That was a shocker to all!

In any event, we have the confines and probability of a great DEAL for both countries. Their top TEAM is on a plane heading to the U.S., and things are looking good. We are likewise dealing with many other countries, all of whom want to make a deal with the United States. Like with South Korea, we are bringing up other subjects that are not covered by Trade and Tariffs, and getting them negotiated also.

“ONE STOP SHOPPING” is a beautiful and efficient process!!! China also wants to make a deal, badly, but they don’t know how to get it started. We are waiting for their call. It will happen! GOD BLESS THE USA.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt expanded on the President’s comments regarding China during a press briefing on Tuesday, adding that “The President, when America is punched, he punches back harder.” She continued, “If China reaches out to make a deal, he will be incredibly gracious, but he’s going to do what’s best for the American people.”

However, Leavitt said, “it would be imprudent” to reveal under what conditions President Trump would consider reducing China’s tariffs.

WATCH:

He believes that China wants to make a deal with the United States. He believes China has to make a deal with the United States. It was a mistake for China to retaliate. The President, when America is punched, he punches back harder. That’s why there will be 104% tariffs going into effect on China tonight at midnight, but the President believes that Xi and China want to make a deal. They just don’t know how to get that started. And the President also wanted me to tell all of you that if China reaches out to make a deal, he will be incredibly gracious, but he’s going to do what’s best for the American people.

Catholic Bishops End Refugee Partnership with US Government on ‘Refugee’ Resettlement that Resulted in Hundreds of Thousands of Human Trafficking Victims Including Children

Illegals tear down a border fence and riot against National Guard soldiers in El Paso, TX in March.

The US Conference on Catholic Bishops (USCCB), who made billions off of its illegal alien resettlement programs from the US government, announced on Monday that they would not renew their agreements with the US government for their refugee and illegal migrant resettlement programs.

The USCCB and Catholic Charities made billions of dollars resettling illegal aliens in the US for several years now.

According to Grok-AI, while individual agencies report figures ranging from tens to hundreds of millions (e.g., $47 million to $278 million for Fort Worth, $81 million for Galveston-Houston), the network’s total federal funding for refugee programs likely reaches into the billions over multiple years, with $1.4 billion cited for 2024 alone across broader migrant services.

The number of illegal aliens soared under the Biden regime to nearly 20 million in four years. Catholic Charities was there to redistribute these aliens across the country and made $1.4 billion in 2024 alone!

Catholic Charities aided and abetted this illegal invasion of America.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have presided over the greatest illegal migrant invasion in US history. This comes after Joe Biden opened the border on his first day in office.

This was a very profitable time for Catholic Charities who pretended like these border crossers were “refugees” and spread them across the country on taxpayer dime.

During these dreadful years over 325,000 children were lost during Biden’s time in office.

An August report from the Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General admits that over 320,000 unaccompanied migrant children were lost track of and “are considered at higher risk for trafficking, exploitation, or forced labor.”

A young boy, aged 10, tells Muckraker he works 10 hours a day until 2 AM in Times Square.

On Monday, the USCCB used word games to portray their years of fleecing taxpayers and abetting human trafficking as noble efforts.

From its very founding, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has been concerned with helping families who are fleeing war, violence, and oppression find safe and secure homes. What would eventually become the USCCB was founded in 1917 as the National Catholic War Council to support the war effort and care for Catholics in the military. In 1920, it established a Bureau of Immigration to help displaced families find new opportunities in the United States. Many of us can trace our own parents, grandparents, or great grandparents to these very families.

Over the years, partnerships with the federal government helped expand lifesaving programs, benefiting our sisters and brothers from many parts of the world. All participants in these programs were welcomed by the U.S. government to come to the United States and underwent rigorous screening before their arrival. These are displaced souls who see in America a place of dreams and hope. Some assisted American efforts abroad at their own risk and more seek a place to worship and pray safely as they know God calls them. Our efforts were acts of pastoral care and charity, generously supported by the people of God when funds received from the government did not cover the full cost.

Today, the USCCB makes the heartbreaking announcement that we will not be renewing existing cooperative agreements with the federal government related to children’s services and refugee support. This difficult decision follows the suspension by the government of our cooperative agreements to resettle refugees. The decision to reduce these programs drastically forces us to reconsider the best way to serve the needs of our brothers and sisters seeking safe harbor from violence and persecution.

As a national effort, we simply cannot sustain the work on our own at current levels or in current form. As USCCB cooperative agreements for refugee resettlement and children’s programs end, we will work to identify alternative means of support for the people the federal government has already admitted to these programs. We ask your prayers for the many staff and refugees impacted.

While this marks a painful end to a life-sustaining partnership with our government that has spanned decades across administrations of both political parties, it offers every Catholic an opportunity to search our hearts for new ways to assist. The USCCB will continue advocating for policy reforms that provide orderly, secure immigration processes, ensuring the safety of everyone in our communities. We remain steadfast in our commitment to advocating on behalf of men, women, and children suffering the scourge of human trafficking.

For half a century, we have been willing partners in implementing the government’s refugee resettlement program. The Gospel’s call to do what we can for the least among us remains our guide. We ask you to join us in praying for God’s grace in finding new ways to bring hope where it is most needed.

The gravy train is over for Catholic Charities. Moving forward, maybe USCCB could focus on finding all of the trafficked children lost inside the country today. It’s the least they could do.

Up to 70 countries Have Contacted White House Since Tariff Announcement – Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Says “Countries are Falling Over Themselves to Reform Their Unfair Trade Practices” (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt delivers press briefing on April 8, 2025

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday touted the economic success of President Trump’s tariffs, which are making world leaders line up to renegotiate their trade policies and stop ripping off the American people.

Tariffs on trade partners, including 104% tariffs against China, will go into effect tonight at midnight after they retaliated against discounted reciprocal tariffs, and President Trump punched back hard.

As of Sunday, over 50 countries had come to the negotiating table after the President announced his 10% baseline and higher reciprocal tariffs on Wednesday. Now, as many as 70 countries have contacted the White House asking for a meeting.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump announced that President Trump had spoken to the Japanese Prime Minister on Monday morning, and that Japan’s “top team” of negotiators would be meeting with U.S. officials to strike a new tariff agreement.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who, along with U.S. trade representative Jamieson Greer, has been tasked with leading tariff negotiations with Japan and other countries, revealed on Monday in an interview with Fox’s Larry Kudlow that “almost 70 countries” have approached the White House.

He added, “President Trump, again, gave himself maximum negotiating leverage, and just when he achieved the maximum leverage, he’s ready to start talking.”

During a press briefing on Tuesday, Leavitt highlighted this development while outlining the President’s agenda to produce goods in America and stand up to other countries that have been hindering American industry for decades. “The President’s message has been simple and consistent from the beginning: To countries around the world, bring us your best offers, and he will listen. Deals will only be made if they benefit American workers and address our nation’s crippling trade deficits,” Leavitt said. “The jig is up.”

Leavitt: In total, since the Liberation Day announcement, nearly 70 countries have already reached out to the president to begin a negotiation. Countries are falling over themselves to reform their unfair trade practices and free open their markets to our country. Why? Because these countries greatly respect President Trump and the sheer power of the American market. These countries realize they’ve gotten filthy rich over the past few decades by imposing substantial tariffs on American made products and ridiculous non-monetary barriers to block out American industry. The jig is up.

Past American presidents sat by and let this happen, but President Trump stood up for our country, and he is saying no more. The President’s message has been simple and consistent from the beginning: To countries around the world, bring us your best offers, and he will listen. Deals will only be made if they benefit American workers and address our nation’s crippling trade deficits. America does not need other countries as much as other countries need us, and President Trump knows this. He’s going to use the leverage of our markets and our country to the advantage of the people he was sworn in to represent. On the other hand, countries like China, who have chosen to retaliate and try to double down on their mistreatment of American workers are making a mistake.

President Trump has a spine of steel, and he will not break, and America will not break under his leadership. He is guided by a firm belief that America must be able to produce essential goods for our own people and export them to the rest of the world. A strong America cannot be solely dependent on foreign countries for our food, medicines and critical minerals, and America must always maintain a robust defense supply chain. Reprioritizing and strengthening our manufacturing industry are essential national and economic security issues of the utmost importance to President Trump.

Leavitt, responding to a question about tariffs against impoverished countries, later told reporters, “The president will talk to any country that picks up the phone to call, and I can tell you, the phones have been ringing off the hook, wanting to talk to this administration, this President, and his trade team to try to strike a deal.”

She continued, “The world knows that they need the United States of America. They need our markets. They need our consumer. The President has a lot of leverage on his side, because he has the best economy and the best country in the world that he leads, and he knows that.”

“And it’s about dang time we finally have a president who uses that economic leverage to benefit American workers, and that’s what the President is trying to do.”
